Security and stability control system(SSCS)in power systems involves collecting information and sending the decision from/to control stations at different layers;the tree structure of the SSCS requires more levels.Fai...Security and stability control system(SSCS)in power systems involves collecting information and sending the decision from/to control stations at different layers;the tree structure of the SSCS requires more levels.Failure of a station or channel can cause all the execution stations(EXs)to be out of control.The randomness of the controllable capacity of the EXs increases the difficulty of the reliability evaluation of the SSCS.In this study,the loop designed SSCS and reliability analysis are examined for the interconnected systems.The uncertainty analysis of the controllable capacity based on the evidence theory for the SSCS is proposed.The bidirectional and loop channels are introduced to reduce the layers and stations of the existing SSCS with tree configuration.The reliability evaluation and sensitivity analysis are proposed to quantify the controllability and vulnerable components for the SSCS in different configurations.By aiming at the randomness of the controllable capacity of the EXs,the uncertainty analysis of the controllable capacity of the SSCS based on the evidence theory is proposed to quantify the probability of the SSCS for balancing the active power deficiency of the grid.展开更多

This paper presents a concept of platoon movement of autonomous vehicles(smart cars).Autonomous vehicles have ACC(adaptive or advanced cruise control)system also called ICC(intelligent cruise control)or AICC(adaptive ...This paper presents a concept of platoon movement of autonomous vehicles(smart cars).Autonomous vehicles have ACC(adaptive or advanced cruise control)system also called ICC(intelligent cruise control)or AICC(adaptive intelligent cruise control)system.These vehicles are suitable to follow other vehicles on desired distance and to be organized in platoons.To be able to do research to the control and stability of an AGV(automated guided vehicles)string,a car-following model is being determined.To do this,first a single vehicle is modelled and since all cars in the platoon have the same dynamics,the single vehicle model is copied ten times to form model of platoon(string)with ten vehicles.To control this string,equal PID(proportional-integral-derivative)controllers are applied to all vehicles,except the leading vehicle.These controllers try to keep the headway distance as constant as possible and the velocity between subsequent vehicles error small.For control of vehicle with nonlinear dynamics combination of feedforward control and feedback control approach is used.Feedforward control is based on inverse model of nominal dynamics of the vehicle,and feedback PID control is designed on base of linearized model of the vehicle.For simulation and analysis of vehicle and platoon of vehicles Matlab/Simulink models are designed.Simulation results,discussions and conclusions are given at the end of the paper.展开更多

针对通信中断下由智能网联车辆(Connected and Automated Vehicles,CAV)与人工驾驶车辆(Manually Driven Vehicles,MDV)所组成的混合编队的稳定性控制问题,考虑基于前车-领航车通信拓扑(Predecessor-Leader Following topology,PLF)和...针对通信中断下由智能网联车辆(Connected and Automated Vehicles,CAV)与人工驾驶车辆(Manually Driven Vehicles,MDV)所组成的混合编队的稳定性控制问题,考虑基于前车-领航车通信拓扑(Predecessor-Leader Following topology,PLF)和协同自适应巡航控制(Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control,CACC)的混合编队,构建通信正常和通信中断状态下的车辆控制器.基于Routh-Hurwitz稳定性判据和频域分析方法设计稳定条件求解算法,计算控制器和MDV跟驰模型的稳定性条件,并提出针对两种控制器的平滑切换策略.案例分析表明:车队能够稳定安全行驶,各车速度标准差变化率均低于1.8%,平均加速度变化量和其平均值均低于0.016 m/s^(2),说明所提出的稳定性控制算法具有良好的有效性,可实现车辆及编队行驶状态的时空收敛;针对加速场景和减速场景,所提出的控制器切换策略能够分别减小车辆加速度波动幅度达37.1%和59.9%,控制器切换过程中的车辆状态稳定性得到显著提升.展开更多
