不同类型添加剂强化原油蒸馏过程及机理

Enriched-aromatics oils,surfactants and a new activator were used as the additi ves. The effects of intensifying distillation on Daqing crude oil were determine d at different concentrations and distillation temperatures by simple distillati on and TBP distillation. The mechanisms of intensifying distillation of crude oi l by using different additives are discussed.The experimental results show that the types of additives, concentrations and distillation temperatures are main fa ctors which affect intensifying distillation of crude oil.The intensifying effe ct of the new activator developed in this work is better than that of the other additives.

不同类型添加剂对原油蒸馏的强化效果

以大庆原油为原料 ,分别选用芳烃浓缩油、表面活性剂和自行开发的新型活化剂作添加剂 ,通过简易蒸馏考察了 3种类型添加剂在不同添加量和不同蒸馏温度时的强化蒸馏效果。新开发的这种活化剂易与原油或渣油组分产生强化学作用力。对添加新型活化剂进行的实沸点蒸馏试验结果表明 ,添加剂类型和添加量以及蒸馏温度是影响原油蒸馏强化效果的主要因素 ,其中新型活化剂R1的强化作用明显优于其他类型的添加剂。

LWS-201添加剂强化原油蒸馏及工业应用

以阿曼原油为原料,选用自制的LSW-201添加剂,通过蒸馏考察了LSW-201添加剂的强化蒸馏效果。将LSW-201添加剂应用于洛阳石化炼油厂减压装置,确定1^# LSW-201添加剂适用于该炼油厂。实验室及工业应用结果表明,LSW-201添加剂对原油蒸馏有很好的强化效果,最佳添加剂质量分数为100～120μg/g。
