By establishing the theoretical model of " strategic network cooperation-relational capability-operating performance" and structural equation,we conduct a sampling survey on 208 agricultural enterprises,and ...By establishing the theoretical model of " strategic network cooperation-relational capability-operating performance" and structural equation,we conduct a sampling survey on 208 agricultural enterprises,and use Spss21. 0 and Amos21. 0 for empirical analysis of influence of three factors in strategic network cooperation( market futurity,trusting relationship and business networks) on market relational capability and operating performance of agricultural enterprises. The results show that the establishment of trusting relationship and business networks in strategic networks has a positive impact on the operating performance of agricultural enterprises,and relational capability plays a fully mediating role while relational capability has not mediating effect on market futurity. This study provides a meaningful reference for the follow-up studies on relational capability and operating performance of agricultural enterprises,to further enhance the operating performance of agricultural enterprises and effectively improve farmers' income.展开更多

Limited research exists on relati...This article addresses the concern of export performance among Moroccan SMEs through the paradigmatic lens of the resource based view （RBV） and international relationship marketing. Limited research exists on relational determinants of export performance, especially in developing countries. Furthermore, literature has been dominated during the last decade by the economic perspective. Yet, an increased attention has turned to the RBV as well as the relational perspective. Highlighting this gap, the study aims two objectives： First, to understand the scope and the nature of relational determinants, deemed as key resources, of export performance. Second, to examine which other internal and market factors are intervening as significant antecedents of the relational factors Drawing from a literature review outcomes and an in-depth interview endeavor conducted among 20 exporting firms＇ managers, a conceptual framework has been proposed. It＇s argued that exporting finns would reach great export performance by fostering successful cross-border inter-firm relationships. More specifically, the study highlight three main relational constructs, namely contractual governance, relational governance, and relationship performance. Linguistic abilities, attitude toward risk and export experience are suggested as managerial antecedents. While competitive intensity and market uncertainty are supposed to intervene as external antecedents Several hypotheses are suggested. The unit of analysis is a selected export venture. In contrast...In this paper we propose four dimensional (4D) operators, which can be used to deal with sequential changes of topological relationships between 4D moving objects and we call them 4D development operators. In contrast to the existing operators, we can apply the operators to real applications on 4D moving objects. We also propose a new approach to define them. The approach is based on a dimension separated method, which considers x y coordinates and z coordinates separately. In order to show the applicability of our operators, we show the algorithms for the proposed operators and development graph between 4D moving objects.展开更多
