Wafer curvature method has been applied to determine the internal stress in the films using Stoney's equation.During the film deposition,the wafer fixation on the sample holder will restrict the deformation of the re...Wafer curvature method has been applied to determine the internal stress in the films using Stoney's equation.During the film deposition,the wafer fixation on the sample holder will restrict the deformation of the rectangle-shaped wafer,which may result in the stress datum difference along length and width direction.In this paper,the effect of wafer size and the wafer fixation on the TiN film internal stress measured by wafer curvature method was discussed.The rectangle-shaped wafers with different length/width ratios(L/W=1:1,2:1,3:1 and 4:1) were fixed as a cantilever beam.After the TiN films deposition,the profiles of the film/wafer were measured using a stylus profilometer and then the internal stress was calculated using the Stoney equation in the film.The results showed that the fixed end of the wafers limited to some degree the curvature of the wafers along the width direction.For film internal stress measured by wafer curvature method,the wafer profile should be scanned along the length direction and the scan distance should be greater than or equal to half of wafer length.When the length/width ratio of the wafer reached 3:1,the wafer curvature and the calculated stress were basically the same at different positions along the length direction.For film internal stress measured by wafer curvature method,it was recommended that the length/width ratio of wafer should be considered to be greater than or equal to 3:1,and the deformed profile was scanned along the length direction.展开更多
[Objective]This study was to establish a rapid,specific and simple method for quantitative determination of tetrachlorantraniliprole by 1H NMR.[Method]1H NMR spectroscopy was acquired with deuterium DMSO as the solven...[Objective]This study was to establish a rapid,specific and simple method for quantitative determination of tetrachlorantraniliprole by 1H NMR.[Method]1H NMR spectroscopy was acquired with deuterium DMSO as the solvent and maleic acid as internal standard under the conditions of temperature 25℃,pulses width 8.0μs,delay time 5 s,and scanning times 8.[Result]The hydrogen proton peaks of tetrachlorantraniliprole(δ=10.55)and maleic acid(δ=6.27)were taken as quantitative peaks.The peak area ratio y(As/Ar)and mass ratio x(ms/mr)were linearly regressed,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The RSD value of repeatability test was 0.38%,and the RSD value of stability test was 0.77%.The content of tetrachlorantraniliprole was determined as 99.6%.[Conclusion]1H NMR spectroscopy can be used for quantitative determination of tetrachlorantraniliprole without standard reference,which is rapid,accurate and simple.展开更多

A hybrid method of limit equilibrium and finite element internal force for analysis of arch dam stability against sliding is presented.The finite element internal force method(FEIFM) is used to provide more accurate t...A hybrid method of limit equilibrium and finite element internal force for analysis of arch dam stability against sliding is presented.The finite element internal force method(FEIFM) is used to provide more accurate thrust forces acting on the faces of a slip body,and the limit equilibrium method(LEM) is employed to evaluate the factor of safety of the slip body.The method presented can deal with a slip body with large amount of geometrically complex slip faces.In addition,compared with the traditional LEM,it can meet the balance condition of the forces in the slip faces.An example shows that the factor of safety obtained by the method presented agrees well with the theoretical solution.A practical example is also presented to demonstrate the application of the method in the stability analysis of an arch dam project.The results from the examples show that the method is promising in analysis of arch dam stability against sliding.展开更多

Determination of the chemical shifts of hydrogen atoms, especially those of CH groups, according to the two methods yielded significant differences. To determine the sufficiency and deficiency indices of soil available Zn by the Agro Services International (ASI) method (ASI-Zn) for Zn fertilizer recommendation in rice production in the alluvial soil of the coa...To determine the sufficiency and deficiency indices of soil available Zn by the Agro Services International (ASI) method (ASI-Zn) for Zn fertilizer recommendation in rice production in the alluvial soil of the coastal Yellow Sea, the relationship between relative rice yield and soil available ASI-Zn concentration was analyzed from a ten-field experiment with various soil test classes ranging from low to high fertility in 2005 and 2006, and nine Zn fertilizer application rates (0, 7.5 15, 22.5, 30, 37.5, 45, 52.5 and 60 kg Zn/ha) arranged at random with three replications in each field. There was a significant quadratic relationship between soil available ASI-Zn and rice yield, and a significant linear relationship between soil available ASI-Zn concentration and Zn fertilization rate. For rice variety Wuyujing 3, soil available ASI-Zn was deficient when the value was at lower than 1 mg Zn/L, low at 1 to 2 mg Zn/L, sufficient at 1 to 2 mg Zn/L, excessive at higher than 7.5 mg Zn/L. Thus, Zn fertilizer recommendation could be done according to the sufficiency and deficiency indices of soil ASI-Zn. For most of alluvial soils of the coastal Yellow Sea in the study, the available ASI-Zn was lower than 1 mg Zn/L, and then the optimum application rate of Zn fertilizer was about 20 kg Zn/ha.展开更多

However, the correlation between the numerous peaks obtain...Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(FT-ICR MS) has become a powerful tool for analyzing the detailed composition of petroleum samples. However, the correlation between the numerous peaks obtained by FT-ICR MS and bulk properties of petroleum samples is still a challenge. In this study, the internal standard method was applied for the quantitative analysis of four straight-run vacuum gas oils(VGO) by atmospheric pressure photoionization(APPI) FT-ICR MS. The heteroatom class distribution of these VGO samples turned to be different when the concentration changed. Linear relationship between the normalized abundance and the concentration of VGO samples was identified for the total aromatic compounds, aromatic hydrocarbons, S1 and N1 species. The differences of the response factors were also discussed. The sulfur contents of a series of crude oils were proved to be linear with the FT-ICR MS data calibrated by the response factor of S1 species. This study demonstrated the feasibility of the internal standard method in quantitative analysis with APPI FT-ICR MS, and the bulk properties of petroleum samples could be correlated directly with the FT-ICR MS data.展开更多

The proposed tuning formula consistently gives better performance in comparison to several well-known methods at the same degree of robustness for stable, integrating and unstable processes. For the selection of the closed-loop time constant(τc), a guideline is provided over a broad range of time-delay/time-constant ratios on the basis of the peak of maximum sensitivity(Ms). An analysis has been performed for the uncertainty margin with the different process parameters for the robust controller design. It gives the guideline of the Ms-value settings for the PI controller designs based on the process parameters uncertainty. Furthermore, a relationship has been developed between Ms-value and uncertainty margin with the different process parameters(k, τ and θ). Simulation study has been conducted for the broad class of processes and the controllers are tuned to have the same degree of robustness by measuring the maximum sensitivity, Ms, in order to obtain a reasonable comparison.展开更多
The external calibration in conjunction with internal standardization(ECIS) coupled with laser-induced breakdown spectroscopic(LIBS) technique was proposed to perform the quantitative analysis of Fe content in iro...The external calibration in conjunction with internal standardization(ECIS) coupled with laser-induced breakdown spectroscopic(LIBS) technique was proposed to perform the quantitative analysis of Fe content in iron ore The plasma temperature and the electron number density were calculated to prove that the plasma was under local thermodynamic equilibrium(LTE) conditions and to ensure that the integral intensities of Fe I lines were reasonable. In addition, the result of the quantitative analysis shows a content of (20.26±0.59)% by mass of Fe in the iron ore. It was determined by four calibration curves, drawn for four emission lines of Fe I(373.48, 373.71,404.58 and 438.35 nm) normalized by Mn I line, base on the ECIS method which can eliminate the influence of matrix effect and improve the accuracy of quantitative analysis, compared with the standard addition method. Both the results of these two analytical methods were compared with that listed in the Standard Substance Certificate. The percentage content of Fe in the same sample of iron ore by the ECIS method was (20.17±0.08)% by mass, which shows a good performance to analyze the Fe content of iron ore in combination with LIBS.展开更多

The development of effective and affordable technology to monitor and signal the presence of bioavailable mercury is an urgent need.The Mer gene is a mercury-responsive resistant gene, and a mercury-sensing recombinant luminescent bacterium using the Mer gene was constructed in this study. The mer operon from marine Pseudomonas putida strain SP1 was amplified and fused with prompterless lux CDABE in the p UCD615 plasmid within Escherichia coli cells, resulting in p THE30–E. coli.The recombinant strain showed high sensitivity and specificity. The detection limit of Hg^2+was 5 nmol/L, and distinct luminescence could be detected in 30 min. Cd^2+, Cu^2+, Zn^2+, Ca^2+,Pb^2+, Mg^2+, Mn^2+, and Al^3+did not interfere with the detection over a range of 10-5–1 m M.Application of recombinant luminescent bacteria testing in environmental samples has been a controversial issue: especially for metal-sensing recombinant strains, false negatives caused by high cytotoxicity are one of the most important issues when applying recombinant luminescent bacteria in biomonitoring of heavy metals. In this study, by establishing an internal standard approach, the false negative problem was overcome;furthermore, the method can also help to estimate the suspected mercury concentration,which ensures high detection sensitivity of bioavailable Hg2+.展开更多
Objectives To study the effects of applying locking compression plates in the treatment of patients with limb fractures on postoperative fracture healing.Methods:115 patients with limb fractures who were treated in ou...Objectives To study the effects of applying locking compression plates in the treatment of patients with limb fractures on postoperative fracture healing.Methods:115 patients with limb fractures who were treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected.In order to study the effective treatment method,the random-number table method was used in this study to divide the patients into two groups,namely the experimental group and the control group,and the locking compression plate treatment method and the pure plate and screw internal fixation treatment method were administered respectively to study their clinical application effects.Results:Compared with the control group,patients in the experimental group had a lower incidence of complications,shorter hospitalizations and shorter recovery time.Meanwhile,the experimental group had a better quality of recovery,and all data were significantly different from those of the control group,P<0.05,the intervention effect of the experimental group was better.Conclusion:The application of the locking compression plate in the treatment of patients with limb fractures is more conducive to promoting the postoperative healing of the patients'fractures,reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,and promoting the rapid recovery of patients,which has positive significance for clinical development.展开更多

The main reason is that the technical problems related to the internal standard and the selection of quantitative peaks are not well solved, and the accuracy and precision of the results are not satisfactory. This study employed the concept of mass absorption coefficient based on the internal standard method, and the full spectrum fitting and quantitative methods were used to solve the above technical problems. The sample was blended. the internal standard substance of zinc oxide was fully ground, and tablets were prepared by positive pressure method. Under certain instrumental conditions, the PXRD pattern was obtained by scanning. The percentage of gypsum fibrosum in Xiaokening tablet was obtained by quantitative analysis of full spectrum fitting internal standard by TOPAS software. The method was investigated by methodology. At the same time, the method was compared by ion chromatography, and SPSS software was used to make a significant t test on the results of the two methods. After the investigation, the average standard recovery rate of CaSO4-2H2O was 99.06%(RSD = 3.02%);and the recovery rate for simulated samples was 96.7%. The method had good specificity. After statistical analysis, there was no significant difference between the new PXRD method and the traditional method of ion chromatography.展开更多

To improve the economic efficiency of urban integrated energy systems(UIESs)and mitigate day-ahead dispatch uncertainty,this paper presents an interconnected UIES and transmission system(TS)model based on distributed ...To improve the economic efficiency of urban integrated energy systems(UIESs)and mitigate day-ahead dispatch uncertainty,this paper presents an interconnected UIES and transmission system(TS)model based on distributed robust optimization.First,interconnections are established between a TS and multiple UIESs,as well as among different UIESs,each incorporating multiple energy forms.The Bregman alternating direction method with multipliers(BADMM)is then applied to multi-block problems,ensuring the privacy of each energy system operator(ESO).Second,robust optimization based on wind probability distribution information is implemented for each ESO to address dispatch uncertainty.The column and constraint generation(C&CG)algorithm is then employed to solve the robust model.Third,to tackle the convergence and practicability issues overlooked in the existing studies,an external C&CG with an internal BADMM and corresponding acceleration strategy is devised.Finally,numerical results demonstrate that the adoption of the proposed model and method for absorbing wind power and managing its uncertainty results in economic benefits.展开更多
Headspace sampling-gas chromatography(HS-GC)coupled with an internal standard method(ISM)was developed to analyze the volatile flavor compounds in top fermented wheat beer in the laboratory.Eight compounds,i.e.acetald...Headspace sampling-gas chromatography(HS-GC)coupled with an internal standard method(ISM)was developed to analyze the volatile flavor compounds in top fermented wheat beer in the laboratory.Eight compounds,i.e.acetaldehyde,N-propanol,ethyl acetate,isobutyl alcohol,isoamyl alcohol,isoamyl acetate,ethyl hexanoate and ethyl octanoate were separated and quantified.This method was validated to ensure the quality of the results:the precision was satisfactory with relative standard deviation(RSD)in the range of 1.51%-4.22%,recoveries for all the analytes ranged from 95.15%to 99.85%,and the limits of detection were in the range of 0.0002-0.024 mg/L.Results of real wheat beer samples analyzed using this method showed that the volatile compound concentrations were in the range of 0.08-99.91 mg/L.Results suggested that this method exhibited good reproducibility,selectivity and high precision,and it can be useful for the analysis of routine beer samples.展开更多

文摘Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(FT-ICR MS) has become a powerful tool for analyzing the detailed composition of petroleum samples. However, the correlation between the numerous peaks obtained by FT-ICR MS and bulk properties of petroleum samples is still a challenge. In this study, the internal standard method was applied for the quantitative analysis of four straight-run vacuum gas oils(VGO) by atmospheric pressure photoionization(APPI) FT-ICR MS. The heteroatom class distribution of these VGO samples turned to be different when the concentration changed. Linear relationship between the normalized abundance and the concentration of VGO samples was identified for the total aromatic compounds, aromatic hydrocarbons, S1 and N1 species. The differences of the response factors were also discussed. The sulfur contents of a series of crude oils were proved to be linear with the FT-ICR MS data calibrated by the response factor of S1 species. This study demonstrated the feasibility of the internal standard method in quantitative analysis with APPI FT-ICR MS, and the bulk properties of petroleum samples could be correlated directly with the FT-ICR MS data.

文摘The motivation of this work is to obtain single PI/PID tuning formula for different types of processes with enhanced disturbance rejection performance. The proposed tuning formula consistently gives better performance in comparison to several well-known methods at the same degree of robustness for stable, integrating and unstable processes. For the selection of the closed-loop time constant(τc), a guideline is provided over a broad range of time-delay/time-constant ratios on the basis of the peak of maximum sensitivity(Ms). An analysis has been performed for the uncertainty margin with the different process parameters for the robust controller design. It gives the guideline of the Ms-value settings for the PI controller designs based on the process parameters uncertainty. Furthermore, a relationship has been developed between Ms-value and uncertainty margin with the different process parameters(k, τ and θ). Simulation study has been conducted for the broad class of processes and the controllers are tuned to have the same degree of robustness by measuring the maximum sensitivity, Ms, in order to obtain a reasonable comparison.

文摘The external calibration in conjunction with internal standardization(ECIS) coupled with laser-induced breakdown spectroscopic(LIBS) technique was proposed to perform the quantitative analysis of Fe content in iron ore The plasma temperature and the electron number density were calculated to prove that the plasma was under local thermodynamic equilibrium(LTE) conditions and to ensure that the integral intensities of Fe I lines were reasonable. In addition, the result of the quantitative analysis shows a content of (20.26±0.59)% by mass of Fe in the iron ore. It was determined by four calibration curves, drawn for four emission lines of Fe I(373.48, 373.71,404.58 and 438.35 nm) normalized by Mn I line, base on the ECIS method which can eliminate the influence of matrix effect and improve the accuracy of quantitative analysis, compared with the standard addition method. Both the results of these two analytical methods were compared with that listed in the Standard Substance Certificate. The percentage content of Fe in the same sample of iron ore by the ECIS method was (20.17±0.08)% by mass, which shows a good performance to analyze the Fe content of iron ore in combination with LIBS.

文摘Mercury and its organic compounds have been of severe concern worldwide due to their damage to the ecosystem and human health. The development of effective and affordable technology to monitor and signal the presence of bioavailable mercury is an urgent need.The Mer gene is a mercury-responsive resistant gene, and a mercury-sensing recombinant luminescent bacterium using the Mer gene was constructed in this study. The mer operon from marine Pseudomonas putida strain SP1 was amplified and fused with prompterless lux CDABE in the p UCD615 plasmid within Escherichia coli cells, resulting in p THE30–E. coli.The recombinant strain showed high sensitivity and specificity. The detection limit of Hg^2+was 5 nmol/L, and distinct luminescence could be detected in 30 min. Cd^2+, Cu^2+, Zn^2+, Ca^2+,Pb^2+, Mg^2+, Mn^2+, and Al^3+did not interfere with the detection over a range of 10-5–1 m M.Application of recombinant luminescent bacteria testing in environmental samples has been a controversial issue: especially for metal-sensing recombinant strains, false negatives caused by high cytotoxicity are one of the most important issues when applying recombinant luminescent bacteria in biomonitoring of heavy metals. In this study, by establishing an internal standard approach, the false negative problem was overcome;furthermore, the method can also help to estimate the suspected mercury concentration,which ensures high detection sensitivity of bioavailable Hg2+.
文摘Objectives To study the effects of applying locking compression plates in the treatment of patients with limb fractures on postoperative fracture healing.Methods:115 patients with limb fractures who were treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected.In order to study the effective treatment method,the random-number table method was used in this study to divide the patients into two groups,namely the experimental group and the control group,and the locking compression plate treatment method and the pure plate and screw internal fixation treatment method were administered respectively to study their clinical application effects.Results:Compared with the control group,patients in the experimental group had a lower incidence of complications,shorter hospitalizations and shorter recovery time.Meanwhile,the experimental group had a better quality of recovery,and all data were significantly different from those of the control group,P<0.05,the intervention effect of the experimental group was better.Conclusion:The application of the locking compression plate in the treatment of patients with limb fractures is more conducive to promoting the postoperative healing of the patients'fractures,reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,and promoting the rapid recovery of patients,which has positive significance for clinical development.
文摘The research on the application of X-ray diffraction in the quantitative analysis of Chinese medicines is rare. The main reason is that the technical problems related to the internal standard and the selection of quantitative peaks are not well solved, and the accuracy and precision of the results are not satisfactory. This study employed the concept of mass absorption coefficient based on the internal standard method, and the full spectrum fitting and quantitative methods were used to solve the above technical problems. The sample was blended. the internal standard substance of zinc oxide was fully ground, and tablets were prepared by positive pressure method. Under certain instrumental conditions, the PXRD pattern was obtained by scanning. The percentage of gypsum fibrosum in Xiaokening tablet was obtained by quantitative analysis of full spectrum fitting internal standard by TOPAS software. The method was investigated by methodology. At the same time, the method was compared by ion chromatography, and SPSS software was used to make a significant t test on the results of the two methods. After the investigation, the average standard recovery rate of CaSO4-2H2O was 99.06%(RSD = 3.02%);and the recovery rate for simulated samples was 96.7%. The method had good specificity. After statistical analysis, there was no significant difference between the new PXRD method and the traditional method of ion chromatography.

文摘This paper presents the study of the flow structure and heat transfer,and also their correlations on the four walls of a radial cooling passage model of a gas turbine blade.The investigations focus on heat transfer and aerodynamic measurements in the channel,which is an accurate representation of the configuration used in aeroengines.Correlations for the heat transfer coefficient and the pressure drop used in the design of radial cooling passages are often developed from simplified models.It is important to note that real engine passages do not have perfect rectangular cross sections,but include coiner fillet,ribs with fillet radii and special orientation.Therefore,this work provides detailed fluid flow and heat transfer data for a model of radial cooling geometry which possesses very realistic features.

文摘To improve the economic efficiency of urban integrated energy systems(UIESs)and mitigate day-ahead dispatch uncertainty,this paper presents an interconnected UIES and transmission system(TS)model based on distributed robust optimization.First,interconnections are established between a TS and multiple UIESs,as well as among different UIESs,each incorporating multiple energy forms.The Bregman alternating direction method with multipliers(BADMM)is then applied to multi-block problems,ensuring the privacy of each energy system operator(ESO).Second,robust optimization based on wind probability distribution information is implemented for each ESO to address dispatch uncertainty.The column and constraint generation(C&CG)algorithm is then employed to solve the robust model.Third,to tackle the convergence and practicability issues overlooked in the existing studies,an external C&CG with an internal BADMM and corresponding acceleration strategy is devised.Finally,numerical results demonstrate that the adoption of the proposed model and method for absorbing wind power and managing its uncertainty results in economic benefits.
文摘Headspace sampling-gas chromatography(HS-GC)coupled with an internal standard method(ISM)was developed to analyze the volatile flavor compounds in top fermented wheat beer in the laboratory.Eight compounds,i.e.acetaldehyde,N-propanol,ethyl acetate,isobutyl alcohol,isoamyl alcohol,isoamyl acetate,ethyl hexanoate and ethyl octanoate were separated and quantified.This method was validated to ensure the quality of the results:the precision was satisfactory with relative standard deviation(RSD)in the range of 1.51%-4.22%,recoveries for all the analytes ranged from 95.15%to 99.85%,and the limits of detection were in the range of 0.0002-0.024 mg/L.Results of real wheat beer samples analyzed using this method showed that the volatile compound concentrations were in the range of 0.08-99.91 mg/L.Results suggested that this method exhibited good reproducibility,selectivity and high precision,and it can be useful for the analysis of routine beer samples.
