Using the tail-event driven network(TENET)method, this study constructed a tail-risk spillover network(TRSN) of IEM and simulated the dynamic spillover tail-risk process through the cascading failure mechanism. The study found that renewable energy markets contributed more to systemic risk during the Paris Agreement and the COVID-19pandemic, while fossil energy markets played a larger role during the Russia-Ukraine conflict. This study identifies systemically important markets(SM) and critical tail-risk spillover paths as potential sources of systemic risk. The research confirms that cutting off the IEM risk spillover path can greatly reduce systemic risk and the influence of SM. This study offers insights into the management of systemic risk in IEM and provides policy recommendations to reduce the impact of shock events.展开更多

文摘This study examines the systemic risk caused by major events in the international energy market(IEM)and proposes a management strategy to mitigate it. This study offers insights into the management of systemic risk in IEM and provides policy recommendations to reduce the impact of shock events.

文摘In this paper,we investigate IRS-aided user cooperation(UC)scheme in millimeter wave(mmWave)wirelesspowered sensor networks(WPSN),where two single-antenna users are wireless powered in the wireless energy transfer(WET)phase first and then cooperatively transmit information to a hybrid access point(AP)in the wireless information transmission(WIT)phase, following which the IRS is deployed to enhance the system performance of theWET andWIT.We maximized the weighted sum-rate problem by jointly optimizing the transmit time slots, power allocations, and the phase shifts of the IRS.Due to the non-convexity of the original problem,a semidefinite programming relaxation-based approach is proposed to convert the formulated problem to a convex optimization framework, which can obtain the optimal global solution.Simulation results demonstrate that the weighted sum throughput of the proposed UC scheme outperforms the non-UC scheme whether equipped with IRS or not.
文摘Cultural symbols,a manifestation of cities’cultural resources, are not only signs that frame concepts but also forms that express meanings.Exploring the international communication of cities from the perspective of symbols, this paper analyzes in depth how cities create their cultural symbols in the dynamic process of international communication in an era of symbol-based digital media, and how they develop their narratives and explain meanings through the dissemination of symbols when telling their stories to international audiences, thus enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their international communication efforts.
