In this paper we present a new experimental observation using a conventional reflectometry technique,poloidal correlation reflectometry(PCR),in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST).The turbulence spectrum detected by the PCR system exhibits an asymmetry and induced Doppler shift f_(D)during the internal kink mode(IKM)rotation phase.This Doppler shift f_(D)is the target measurement of Doppler reflectometry,but captured by conventional reflectometry.Results show that the Doppler shift f_(D)is modulated by the periodic changes in the effective angle between the probing wave and cutoff layer normal,but not by plasma turbulence.The fishbone mode and saturated long-lived mode are typical IKMs,and this modulation phenomenon is observed in both cases.Moreover,the value of the Doppler shift f_(D)is positively correlated with the amplitude of the IKM,even when the latter is small.However,the positive and negative frequency components of the Doppler shift f_(D)can be asymmetric,which is related to the plasma configuration.A simulated analysis is performed by ray tracing to verify these observations.These results establish a clear link between f_(D)and IKM rotation,and are helpful for studying the characteristics of IKM and related physical phenomena. 展开更多

BACKGROUND with the widespread application of computer network systems in the medical field,the plan-do-check-action(PDCA)and the international classification of diseases tenth edition(ICD-10)coding system have also achieved favorable results in clinical medical record management.However,research on their combined application is relatively lacking.Objective:it was to explore the impact of network systems and PDCA management mode on ICD-10 encoding.Material and Method:a retrospective collection of 768 discharged medical records from the Medical Record Management Department of Meishan People’s Hospital was conducted.They were divided into a control group(n=232)and an observation group(n=536)based on whether the PDCA management mode was implemented.The two sets of coding accuracy,time spent,case completion rate,satisfaction,and other indicators were compared.AIM To study the adoption of network and PDCA in the ICD-10.METHODS A retrospective collection of 768 discharged medical records from the Medical Record Management Department of Meishan People’s Hospital was conducted.They were divided into a control group(n=232)and an observation group(n=536)based on whether the PDCA management mode was implemented.The two sets of coding accuracy,time spent,case completion rate,satisfaction,and other indicators were compared.RESULTS In the 3,6,12,18,and 24 months of PDCA cycle management mode,the coding accuracy and medical record completion rate were higher,and the coding time was lower in the observation group as against the controls(P<0.05).The satisfaction of coders(80.22%vs 53.45%)and patients(84.89%vs 51.72%)in the observation group was markedly higher as against the controls(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of computer networks and PDCA can improve the accuracy,efficiency,completion rate,and satisfaction of ICD-10 coding. 展开更多

Despite the success of guided wave ultrasonic inspection for internal defect detection in steel pipes,its application on polyethylene(PE)pipe remains relatively unexplored.The growth of internal cracks in PE pipe severely affects its pressure-holding capacity,hence the early detection of internal cracks is crucial for effective pipeline maintenance strategies.This study extends the scope of guided wave-based ultrasonic testing to detect the growth of internal cracks in a natural gas distribution PE pipe.Laboratory experiments and a finite element model were planned to study the wave-crack interaction at different stages of axially oriented internal crack growth with a piezoceramic transducer-based setup arranged in a pitch-catch configuration.Mode dispersion analysis supplemented with preliminary experiments was performed to isolate the optimal inspection frequency,leading to the selection of the T(0,1)mode at 50-kHz for the investigation.A transmission index based on the energy of the T(0,1)mode was developed to trace the extent of simulated crack growth.The findings revealed an inverse linear correlation between the transmission index and the crack depth for crack growth beyond 20%crack depth. 展开更多

Lithium iron phosphate batteries have been increasingly utilized in recent years because their higher safety performance can improve the increasing trend of recurring thermal runaway accidents.However,the safety performance and mechanism of high-capacity lithium iron phosphate batteries under internal short-circuit challenges remain to be explored.This work analyzes the thermal runaway evolution of high-capacity LiFePO_(4) batteries under different internal heat transfer modes,which are controlled by different penetration modes.Two penetration cases involving complete penetration and incomplete penetration were detected during the test,and two modes were performed incorporating nails that either remained or were removed after penetration to comprehensively reveal the thermal runaway mechanism.A theoretical model of microcircuits and internal heat conduction is also established.The results indicated three thermal runaway evolution processes for high-capacity batteries,which corresponded to the experimental results of thermal equilibrium,single thermal runaway,and two thermal runaway events.The difference in heat distribution in the three phenomena is determined based on the microstructure and material structure near the pinhole.By controlling the heat dissipation conditions,the time interval between two thermal runaway events can be delayed from 558 to 1417 s,accompanied by a decrease in the concentration of in-situ gas production during the second thermal runaway event. 展开更多

Suction bucket foundations can be divided into four compartments by cruciform internal bulkheads,thereby yielding better capacity in certain conditions than those without internal bulkheads.As yet,no systematic study has been conducted regarding the effects of cruciform internal bulkheads on the capacities of suction bucket foundations.In this study,we established a large number of finite element models of suction bucket foundations with and without cruciform internal bulkheads and of solid embedded circular foundations.We found the uniaxial capacities and failure modes of suction bucket foundations with various depth ratios to remain basically unaffected by internal bulkheads in uniform clays.However,in inhomogeneous clay with high strength heterogeneity,we observed the uniaxial moment and horizontal capacities and corresponding failure modes of suction bucket foundations with a low depth ratio to be obviously affected by internal bulkheads.In this case,the uniaxial moment capacities,in particular,as well as the horizontal capacities of suction bucket foundations with cruciform internal bulkheads become obviously greater than those without internal bulkheads.Under combined loading,we found the failure envelopes of suction bucket foundations with and without cruciform internal bulkheads and of solid circular foundation to also be basically consistent in uniform clays.However,in inhomogeneous clay with high strength heterogeneity,cruciform internal bulkheads can obviously change the shapes of the failure envelopes of bucket foundations with a small depth ratio.We conclude that when the acting vertical load or foundation depth is relatively small,suction bucket foundations with cruciform internal bulkheads can be subjected to larger moment and horizontal loads in soft clays with high strength heterogeneity. 展开更多

The nonlinear normal modes (NNMs) associated with integrnal resonance can be classified into two kinds: uncoupled and coupled. The bifurcation problem of the coupled NNM of system with 1 : 2 : 5 dual internal resonance is in two variables. The singular analysis of it is presented after separating the two variables by taking advantage of Maple algebra, and some new bifurcation patterns are found. Different from the NNMs of systems with single internal resonance, the number of the NNMs of systems with dual internal resonance may be more or less than the number of the degrees of freedom. At last, it is pointed out that bifurcation problems in two variables can be conveniently solved by separating variables as well as using coupling equations. 展开更多

We present an efficient three-dimensional coupled-mode model based on the Fourier synthesis technique. In principle, this model is a one-way model, and hence provides satisfactory accuracy for problems where the forward scattering dominates. At the same time, this model provides an efficiency gain of an order of magnitude or more over two-way coupled-mode models. This model can be applied to three-dimensional range-dependent problems with a slowly varying bathymetry or internal waves. A numerical example of the latter is demonstrated in this work. Comparisons of both accuracy and efficiency between the present model and a benchmark model are also provided. 展开更多

The resonant-interaction mechanism to 2nd order approximation is also discussed . The resonant interaction of the 3rd and 4th mode internal waves excited by the unstable 1st mode wave is analyzed on the basis of data obtained by conductivity probes. A ballooning mode equation for tokamak plasma, with the toroidicity and the Shafranov shift effects included, is derived for a shift circular flux tokamak configuration. Using this equation, the stability of the plasma configuration with an internal transport barrier (ITB) against the high n (the toroidal mode number) ideal magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) ballooning mode is analysed. It is shown that both the toroidicity and the Shaftanov shift effects are stabilizing. In the ITB region, these effects give rise to a low shear stable channel between the first and the second stability regions. Out of the ITB region towards the plasma edge, the stabilizing effect of the Shaftanov shift causes the unstable zone to be significantly narrowed. 展开更多

The energetic particle driven internal kink mode is investigated in this paper for q0〉 1 tokamak plasma with weak magnetic shear. With the effect of energetic particles, the m/n = 1/1 internal mode structure in tokamak plasma does not appear as a rigid step-function when safety factor passes through q = 1 rational surface. It is found that even when the rational surface is removed, the mode may be still unstable under the low magnetic shear condition if the energetic particle drive is strong enough; with the low shear region of safety factor profile widening, the mode becomes more unstable with its growth-rate increasing. Furthermore, we find that the existence of the q = 1 rational surface does not have a significant effect on the stability of the plasma if energetic particles are present, which is very different from the scenarios of the ideal-MHD modes. 展开更多

The kinetic effects of thermal particles and fast ions on internal kink(IK)mode are numerically investigated by the MHD-kinetic hybrid code MARS-K.It is shown that either thermal particles or fast ions have stabilizing influence on IK.However,the former can not fully stabilize IK,and the later can suppress the IK.In addition,the synergistic effect from thermal particles and fast ions induces more stronger damping on IK.The kinetic effects from particles significantly raise the critical value of poloidal beta(βpcrit)for driving IK in the toroidal plasma.This implies a method of controlling IK or sawtooth in the high-βp discharge scenario of tokamak.It is noted that,at the q=1 rational surface,mode structure becomes more sharp due to the self-consistent modification by particles’kinetic effect. 展开更多
