Hamacher t-norm and t-conorm is an generalization of algebraic and Einstein t-norms and t-conorms. In order to combine interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators with Hamacher t-norm and t-conorm. We first introduced some new Hamacher operation rules for interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy elements. Then, several interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy Hamacher aggregation operators are presented, some desirable properties and their special cases are studied. Further, a new multiple attribute decision making method with these operators is given,and an numerical example is provided to demonstrate that the developed approach is both valid and practical.展开更多
目前在对园区综合能源系统规划方案的多指标评价中,通常缺乏考虑指标间的相互影响,致使得到的评价结果不具一般性,甚至存在评价结果不准确的问题。因此,针对园区综合能源系统的规划方案提出考虑指标间相互作用的改进妥协解排序法(multic...目前在对园区综合能源系统规划方案的多指标评价中,通常缺乏考虑指标间的相互影响,致使得到的评价结果不具一般性,甚至存在评价结果不准确的问题。因此,针对园区综合能源系统的规划方案提出考虑指标间相互作用的改进妥协解排序法(multicriteria optimization and compromise solution in English,VIKOR)。首先从经济性、可靠性、环保性与能效性这4个层面建立综合能源系统的评价指标模型,进而构建综合评价体系。然后基于对偶犹豫模糊集与模糊测度的概念,对经典的VIKOR方法做出改进,利用模糊测度对各指标进行赋权,使其在对备选方案进行评价时充分考虑到各评价指标之间的相互作用关系。最后通过算例验证所提评价方法的合理性与客观性。展开更多
