Introduction to Computer Science,as one of the fundamental courses in computer-related majors,plays an important role in the cultivation of computer professionals.However,traditional teaching models and content can no longer fully meet the needs of modern information technology development.In response to these issues,this article introduces the concept of computational creative thinking,optimizes course content,adopts exploratory teaching methods,and innovates course assessment methods,aiming to comprehensively enhance students’computational thinking and innovative abilities.By continuously improving and promoting this teaching model,it will undoubtedly promote computer education in universities to a new level.

The Translation and Introduction of Chinese Myth in English World

Different from Greek myth,Chinese myth is scattered among many kinds of ancient books such as The Classic of Mountains and Seas,Chuci,Huainanzi,etc.There is no Chinese classic that records mythology like the Odyssey and Iliad.After the 20th century,Chinese scholars began to collect and study myths.In the English world,missionaries began to translate and introduce Chinese myths from the middle and late 19th century,and then Chinese scholars and sinologists have been translating and introducing Chinese myths.At present,the English translation of Chinese mythology has made a lot of achievements,but there are also many misunderstandings.This paper explores the current situation of the English translation of Chinese mythology by analyzing several well-known translations.

Research on the Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of Curriculum Examination Reform: Taking the Course of “Introduction to Language” as an Example

“Introduction to Language,”as the core course of the English major,mainly reveals the basic laws of language,enabling the students to have the ability to apply linguistic theories to explain language phenomena and solve specific language problems.This course is highly theoretical and has a certain degree of difficulty.The evaluation of student grades has always been based on examination reform,but several problems have been encountered during the implementation process.This article analyzes the current situation of the reform and implementation of the“Introduction to Language”course examination in applied universities and puts forth suggestions and specific measures to improve the assessment of the course,aiming to enhance the teaching effectiveness of the course and scientifically and comprehensively evaluate students’abilities.

A Study of English Grammar Teaching and Cultural Introduction from the Perspective of Applied Linguistics

Grammar teaching is the main content of university English teaching,and the quality of teaching will affect the effect of university talent cultivation.Based on the perspective of applied linguistics,it is crucial to use cultural introduction teaching for English grammar teaching.This paper will combine the basic concepts of applied linguistics and cultural introduction teaching,analyze the role of using the cultural introduction teaching method to innovate grammar teaching mode under the perspective of applied linguistics,and put forward a scientific English grammar teaching strategy with the goal of improving teaching quality.

Introduction of monkeypox virus in Benin,2022

Dear Editor,Monkeypox is an infectious disease that is endemic in a dozen of African countries.Some imported cases have been also reported outside of Africa in the past[1].Since early May 2022,monkeypox infections including human-to-human transmission,were reported in a multi-country outbreak in non-endemic countries and declared Public Health Emergency of International Concern(PHEIC)by the World Health Organization(WHO)in July 2022[2].As of 20 September 2022,a total of at least 62,798 human cases of monkeypox with 20 deaths have been confirmed in 115 countries in five WHO regions[3].

Problems and Strategies:A Case Study of Translation of the Introduction of Xianda College of Economics and Humanities,SISU

The present paper takes the English translation of the introduction of Xianda College of Economics and Humanities,SISU as an example to explore the translation problems of proper nouns and differences in English and Chinese language expressions in the construction of English introductions in Chinese institutions of higher education with the intention to propose corresponding solutions.It is hoped that this paper will provide some tips for the English translation of international publicity materials for other institutions of higher education.

On the “Online and Offline Blended Teaching” Mode for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities—A Case of “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism”

With the deepening development of educational informatization, online and offline blended teaching, as a new teaching mode, is increasingly receiving widespread attention from educators [1]. At present, the reform of the “online and offline blended teaching” of ideological and political education courses directly affects the quality of talent cultivation in universities. The article takes the course “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism” as an example to explore the reform mode of “online and offline blended teaching” in ideological and political theory courses in universities from the aspects of reasonable allocation of class hours, design of online teaching activities, how to deepen classroom teaching offline, and diversified assessment modes. Furthermore, the article summarizes the experience of mode reform and promotes the deep development of the people-oriented education concept in ideological and political courses in universities, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of moral education in ideological and political education in universities.

甘肃民勤沙生植物园荒漠植物引种驯化研究综述

据统计我国荒漠维管束植物有82科484属1704种,不仅在防风固沙、改善生态环境方面发挥着重要作用,而且为人类提供重要生活资料,是维系生态平衡、经济和社会可持续发展的宝贵种质资源。以我国第一座荒漠植物园—民勤沙生植物园为案例,对荒漠植物引种驯化工作进行了回顾总结,同时指出未来发展的方向。民勤沙生植物园先后引进各类植物680余种,成功筛选出梭梭、拧条锦鸡儿、细枝羊柴等10余种优良防风固沙造林树种。通过开展蒙古韭、沙蓬、斧翅沙芥、锁阳、肉苁蓉等沙漠经济植物种的驯化栽培与示范推广,丰富了农村产业结构,辐射带动了区域经济发展。未来荒漠区植物引种驯化应面向和美乡村建设与产业发展需求,充分利用甘肃省民勤治沙站荒漠植物国家林木种质资源库平台,强抓国家植物园建设机遇,重视对野生荒漠草本植物种质资源的引种驯化,加强荒漠区林草新品种培育,以期为我国西北风沙区乡村振兴提供技术支撑。

新时代下高校英语教育的文化导入与路径探索

文化与语言是相辅相成的,高校英语作为一门语言学科,通过挖掘语言中承载的文化,探索英语语言的文化根源,能够引导学生深入了解文化知识,形成人文素养。因此在高校英语教育中加强文化导入,不仅能够提升高校英语的教学质量,也能使学生深入了解英语词汇的意义,推动学生形成综合文化素养。基于此,本文首先分析了在新时代背景下高校英语教育工作中文化导入的现状,其次探讨了新时代背景下高校英语教育中文化导入的意义,最后围绕如何在高校英语教育中有效开展文化导入教育提出了些许建议。

“黑皇”葡萄在广西南宁引种表现及一年两收栽培技术

为解决广西鲜食葡萄栽培品种单一化问题,促进产业结构调整,增加广西葡萄品种种类,引进“黑皇”葡萄进行种植。通过连续2年4个生长周期对其植物学特征进行观察、记录,并研究配套的一年两收栽培技术。结果表明:“黑皇”葡萄在广西南宁地区表现出花芽分化好且整齐,果实着色正常,品质优良,适合在广西南宁避雨栽培条件下进行一年两收栽培。

Seminar教学法在《全科医学概论》课程中的应用研究

目的:在《全科医学概论》的教学中应用Seminar教学法,探讨该教学法的应用效果。方法:从开设《全科医学概论》的佳木斯大学临床医学专业四年级本科生中选取160人作为研究对象,将学生随机分为对照组、实验组各80人。其中,对照组根据教学大纲的要求实施传统教学法,实验组应用Seminar教学法进行教学。比较分析两组学生学习效果及对教学的满意度。结果:与对照组相比,实验组学生、学习效果(课堂氛围、文献检索能力、思维拓展能力、知识的接受程度、自主学习能力、对未来从事全科医疗充满兴趣)以及学生对教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在《全科医学概论》课程教学中,应用Seminar教学法进行教学,可以激发医学生自主学习、研讨的主观能动性,有效提高学习效果并增加教学满意度。

中国城市数字技术创新的时空演化及影响因素

发展数字技术是数字经济时代应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要战略选择。本文使用专利数据界定数字技术并将其作为城市数字技术创新的度量指标,使用空间统计及计量经济学方法揭示中国城市数字技术创新的时空演化及影响因素。结果表明:①中国数字技术创新规模在需求与政策等多重因素驱动下呈现单调增长的态势,7类数字技术领域创新规模保持相对稳定的等级格局。②中国城市数字技术创新空间差异显著,其演化表现集聚与扩散并存的趋势,形成以京津冀、长三角、珠三角城市群为核心引领及以直辖市、省会城市、副省级城市为多点支撑的数字技术创新格局。7类数字技术创新的空间演化表现出由核心城市向外围城市扩散的相似历程,各类数字技术产出均始终高度集中于北京、上海、深圳等头部城市,但不同类型数字技术的主要城市构成略有差别,部分处于中高位序的城市在特定数字技术领域表现突出。③知识基础、技术引进是促进本地数字技术创新的重要因素,而制度因素对本地数字技术创新的推动作用仍待凸显,邻地各项解释变量对本地数字技术创新通常在虹吸作用下呈现出反向影响,或在溢出作用下表现为同向作用,异质性分析表明7类数字的影响因素表现相似性与异质性并存。

OBE理念融入课程思政构建基础医学总论的效果初探

基于社会需求以培养德才兼备的医学生为成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)融入课程思政构建基础医学总论提供了基础。基础医学总论是内蒙古医科大学五年制临床医学专业卓越医师教改班开设的第一门基础医学课程,具有学时多,教学内容多且不系统,课程难度大的特性。以线上和线下教学平台为载体,基于OBE理念融入课程思政以调整教学方法和手段,为国家培养能肩负“健康所系、性命相托”职责的医学人才,使医学生既具有精湛的医技,还具有“敬畏生命、仁爱至善、坚韧尚行”的医者精神。基于OBE理念融入课程思政构建基础医学总论,克服了学生的学习畏难情绪,增强了教学效果,利于培养德才兼备的医学生。本研究可为今后医学课程教学改革提供参考。

人工智能课程群思政教学资源的挖掘、整合与融入

本文构建了“四层”人工智能课程群课程体系,对人工智能课程群的课程内容进行整合与重构;围绕课程群内各课程的教学目标和讲授内容,挖掘各课程思政元素,根据课程间的内容联系和逻辑关系,将思政元素整合为爱国主义和科技兴国、科学思维和工匠精神、创新开放和工程思维、科学伦理和职业道德等四类,并有机融入课程教学,形成界限分明、互为补充、各具特色的思政课程体系;通过课程考核评价机制验证人工智能课程群的思政教学成效。实践结果表明,该课程群思政教学有助于实现价值塑造、能力培养和知识传播的课程目标。

杂交导入巴克夏血统对苏紫猪生长育肥性状的影响分析

为了探讨含不同巴克夏猪(巴克夏)血统含量(0、25%、50%)的苏紫猪生长育肥性状有无显著改善,选取68头不同类型的苏紫猪,初始体重在30 kg左右,采用全自动种猪生产性能测定系统进行分批次测定。结果显示:试验共获得130700条有效采食和称重数据,深入分析后发现不同巴克夏血统含量的苏紫猪达相关体重的日龄不同,达60 kg和90 kg体重日龄均为含50%巴克夏血统苏紫猪最大,显著大于无巴克夏血统苏紫猪(P<0.05)。30~60 kg生长阶段的日增重,含25%巴克夏血统和无巴克夏血统苏紫猪显著高于含50%巴克夏血统苏紫猪(P<0.05);30~90 kg和30~110 kg生长阶段的日增重,均为无巴克夏血统苏紫猪最高,显著高于含50%巴克夏血统苏紫猪(P<0.05)。30~90 kg和30~100 kg生长阶段的料重比,均为含50%巴克夏血统苏紫猪最低,且显著低于含25%巴克夏血统和无巴克夏血统苏紫猪(P<0.05)。结论:杂交导入巴克夏血统对苏紫猪的生长速度提升不显著,但对其料重比的改善显著,其中含25%巴克夏血统的苏紫猪生长性能比较均衡,未来可以进行优先培育。

高校实验室平台是为人才培养、科学实验提供强力支持的重要场所。建立科学高效的实验室平台管理模式是高质量科研实验平台建设的迫切任务,对于科研实验平台的发展具有十分重要的意义。近年来,我国高校实验室建设迅猛发展,同时也存在许多亟待解决和突破的瓶颈。文章从高校-医院联合实验室建设的角度介绍联合实验室管理的管理体系、组织架构、设备及人员管理方式;着重对高校-医院联合平台实验室质量体系文件的建立、人才引进和培养体系建设、实验室安全保障体系建设和联合平台实验室管理的改革与创新进行论述,并对实验室人员和设备管理方式进行讨论,探讨和分析实验室管理中存在和亟待解决的问题及应对策略,为高校-医院联合实验室平台建设提供参考。

植物种质资源引进风险分析方法概述

种质资源作为生物资源的重要组成部分,是培育作物优质、高产、抗病(虫)、抗逆新品种的物质基础。近年来,为满足我国种业飞速发展的需要,我国不断从国外引入大量的种质资源,种质资源相比其他植物产品携带有害生物的风险更高。种质资源引进过程中不可避免地携带有害生物,可能会带来严重危害。目前,美国、澳大利亚等国家已制定了关于种质资源的风险分析方法,但我国缺少针对种质资源有害生物统一的风险分析方法。本文分析了国际植物检疫措施标准、主要的贸易国家及我国有害生物风险分析标准方法的主要内容,针对引进种质资源过程中亟需解决的有害生物风险分析问题开展讨论,并对种质资源有害生物风险分析系统其未来展开工作提出以下建议:设置符合种质资源风险分析特性的指标;采用半定量风险评估方法对种质资源进行风险分析;根据不断的学习和实际工作的需要,对风险评估指标体系进行验证和适当修改。
