For the parallel inverter system without output isolation transformers, the difference of DC components of the output voltage can cause large DC loop-current among modular inverters. Aiming at this problem, this paper studies several DC loop-current detecting and restraining methods. By digital adjustment with high precision on the DC components of reference sine wave, the DC components of inverter′s output voltage can be adjusted to restrain DC loop-current. Multilevel inverter has become increasingly popular in recent years due to advantages of high power quality waveforms, low switching losses, and high-voltage capability. A novel multilevel inverter with minimum number of separated DC sources is presented in this paper. Three-phase output voltages of this inverter can easily be balanced because they are synthesized by using the same DC sources. A harmonic reduction method eliminating both the 5th and 7th harmonics is proposed. Finally, comparison results and spectral analysis are presented. Photovoltaics,energy storage,direct current and flexibility(PEDF)are important pillars of achievement on the path to manufacturing nearly zero energy buildings(NZEBs).HVAC systems,which are an important part of public buildings,play a key role in adapting to PDEF systems.This research studied the basic principles and operational control strategies of a DC inverter heat pump using a DC distribution network with the aim of contributing to the development and application of small DC distribution systems.Along with the characteristics of a DC distribution network and different operating conditions,a DC inverter heat pump has the ability to adapt to changes in the DC bus voltage and adds flexibility to the system.Theoretical models of the DC inverter heat pump integrated with an ice storage unit were developed.The control strategies of the DC inverter heat pump system considered the influence of both room temperature and varied bus voltage.A simulation study was conducted using MATLAB&Simulink software with simulation results validated by experimental data.The results showed that:(1)The bus fluctuation under the rated working voltage had little effect on the operation of the unit;(2)When the bus voltage was fluctuating from 80%-90%or 105%-107%,the heat pump could still operate normally by reducing the frequency;(3)When the bus voltage was less than 80%or more than 107%,the unit needed to be shut down for the sake of equipment safety,so that the energy storage device could adjust to the sharp decrease or rise of voltage. 展开更多

The major function of this proposed research is to control the speed of the brushless DC motor with sensor less control for four-switch three phase inverter. This proposed system is simplified the topological structure of the conventional six-switch three phase inverter. In this proposed method, a new structure of four-switch three phase inverter [1] with reduced number of switches for system is introduced to reduce the mechanical commutation, switching losses that occur in the six-switch method. The proposed inverter fed brushless DC motor used in sensorless control schemes which is used for sensing positioning signals. To improve sensor less control performance, four-switch electronic commutation modes based proportional intergral controller scheme is implemented. In this four-switch three phase inverter reduction of switches, low cost control and saving of hall sensor were incorporated. The feasibility of the proposed sensor less control four-switch three phase inverter fed brushless DC motor drive is implemented, analysed using MATLAB/SIMULINK, effective simulation results have been validated out successfully. 展开更多

This topology can achieve cascaded full bridge inverter operation with dissimilar (unequal) DC Source and it is fired by using variable frequency pulse with modulation technique as a switching strategy. This pulse width modulation switching strategy has a newly adopted multicarrier single reference technique. The performance parameter factors like Form Factor (FF), Crest Factor (CF), Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) and fundamental RMS output voltage (V<sub>RMS</sub>) are estimated by using proposed asymmetrical three-phase cascading multilevel inverter for several modulation indices (0.8 - 1). 文章采用电气转矩法分析了VSC-HVDC系统的直流电压振荡稳定性。首先,基于电压源型换流器的平均值模型,分别研究了基于功率控制的换流器及基于电压控制的换流器的动态响应特征以得到适用于电气转矩法的并网换流器模型。基于提出的评估模... 文章采用电气转矩法分析了VSC-HVDC系统的直流电压振荡稳定性。首先,基于电压源型换流器的平均值模型,分别研究了基于功率控制的换流器及基于电压控制的换流器的动态响应特征以得到适用于电气转矩法的并网换流器模型。基于提出的评估模型,建立了双端VSC-HVDC系统的Phillips-Heffron模型并推导出系统的阻尼系数和同步系数。经典电气转矩法指出:电力系统稳定性与系统阻尼系数高度相关。因此,基于电气转矩法推导出的稳定条件揭示了系统直流电压振荡失稳机理,量化了直流网络动态及换流器控制动态对直流电压振荡稳定性的影响。当由基于电压控制的换流器及直流网络提供的正阻尼无法抵消由基于功率控制的换流器产生的负阻尼时,系统直流电压振荡稳定性将无法得到保证。此外,合理设置电压控制器的比例增益能够使系统获得足够的稳定裕度。最后,通过仿真验证了电气转矩法在分析VSC-HVDC系统直流电压振荡稳定性问题时的可行性及所得稳定条件的正确性。 展开更多

DC-Link电容是风电变流器中最核心但又最易失效的元件之一,对其进行状态监测可有效提高系统运行的可靠性。该文提出一种风电变流器DC-Link电容器准在线状态监测方法。首先,利用预充电阶段的交流电流重构DC-Link电容器的直流充电电流;采用二阶指数函数对电容器在预充电阶段的电压和电流波形进行精确拟合;取拟合函数的参数作为特征值,将实测的电容器状态参数(C和RESR)作为特征值对应的输出,并通过实验获得的样本数据,构建特征值与其输出的映射关系;最后利用多输出最小二乘支持向量回归算法对数据集合进行学习训练,建立特征值与电容器状态参数的回归模型。该方法无需增加额外传感器和改变变流器控制算法。实验结果验证了本方法的有效性。 展开更多

The principle of single to single phase matrix electric power conversioin is further studied and the conversioin switch function is introduced into conventional rectifier inverter, thus a general character of the two conversion techniques is discovered. It is characteristic of the switch functiion to follow mains voltage distortion and mains frequency drift. By utilizing the merit, unidirectional switch duty rations of the inverter follow the variation of DC link voltage automatically, thus the size of DC link electrolytic capacitor can be reduced considerably, bringing about improved mains side power factor. Corresponding topologies and theoretical and theoretical derivations are given, and so are the simulation results, based on which it is confirmed that the single to single phase matrix conversion technique is potentially useful in large scale production, and the introduction of switch function can yield good economic returns. 展开更多

Indium tin oxide (ITO) ultrathin films were prepared on glass substrate by DC (direct current) magnetron sputtering technique with the assistance of H2O vapor to avoid potential surface damage. The film properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique, four-point probe method and spectrophotometer. The results show that the deposited ITO film with introduced H2O during sputtering process was almost amorphous. The average visible light transmission of 100 nm ITO film was around 85% and square resistivity was below 80 Ω/square. The film was used as the transparent anode to fabricate an inverted top-emitting organic light-emitting diodes (IT-OLEDs) with the structure of glass substrate/Alq3 (40 nm)/NPB (15 nm)/CuPc (x nm)/ITO anode (100 nm), where the film thickness of CuPc was optimized. It was found that the luminance of this IT-OLEDs was improved from 25 cd/m^2 to more than 527 cd/m^2 by increasing the thickness of CuPc, and luminance efficiency of 0.24 lm/W at 100 cd/m^2 was obtained, which indicated that the optimized thickness of CuPc layer was around 15 nm. 展开更多
