Simphiwe Zondi in Johannesburg,South Africa,was especially happy on 16 April.At the 2024 Job Fair of the Chinese-Invested Enterprises in South Africa held in the Gallagher Convention Centre on that day,he presented his CV and immediately secured a job as a technical director at the South Africa subsidiary of PowerChina,which ranked 105th on the Fortune Global 500 list in 2023.He was one of the few applicants who signed employment contracts at the job fair.

A case study of Korea-invested enterprises in Shandong Peninsula

This paper is a case study of the development of Koreaninvested Enterprises (KIEs) in Shandong Peninsular based on a field interview survey together with questionnaire survey undertaken in 1996 and 1997. An analysis to the motivate factors for Korean investment entering China and a general evaluation on the business environment of Shandong Peninsular in terms of Korean investment is given firstly. Then the present characteristics of KIEs is described from micro point of view, with focus on the linkage pattern of enterprises, aiming at elaborating the emerging pattern of the international division of labor between China and the R. 秦岭北麓沣河流域矿区生境质量的时空演变及驱动因素分析

秦岭是中国的“中央水塔”,研究秦岭北麓矿山生境质量的时空演变特征对区域生态保护和可持续发展意义重大。为了评估小流域背景下人类活动对矿山生态环境的影响,该研究针对沣河流域内的重点工程祥峪铁矿区,基于遥感影像提取其1985、2002、2010年和2022年土地利用变化,结合InVEST(integrated valuation of ecosystem services and tradeoffs)模型和地理探测器定量分析该矿区生境质量变化与驱动因素。结果表明:祥峪铁矿区的土地利用变化主要由旱地逐步转变为林地和工业用地,疏林地转入面积达到18245505.71 m^(2),退耕还林还草工程取得显著成效;祥峪铁矿区生境质量指数由0.50下降为0.49,标准差由0.06增加为0.09,说明生境质量有所下降,空间差异不断扩大,区域整体平均生境退化度降低,但工业用地迅速扩张对周边林地产生持续影响;生境质量变化是自然因素和人文因素共同作用的结果,其中,土地利用变化是造成生态环境脆弱的主要原因,对生境质量变化的解释力达到0.82。该研究可为分析其他类似矿区生态环境演变,推动景观格局的优化和生态文明建设提供科学参考。

顾及城市发展和生态保护均衡的宜昌市生境质量多情景模拟研究

城市发展过程中不同的发展方向与生态保护目标往往会产生不同的矛盾冲突,通过均衡城市发展和生态保护之间的关系,能够促进城市发展和生态保护的耦合协调。以宜昌市为研究对象,耦合PLUS—InVEST模型并结合标准差椭圆分析,以2020年土地利用现状数据为基础,模拟自然发展、经济发展以及生态保护3种情景下2040年宜昌市生境质量变化情况。研究结果表明:1)2000—2020年宜昌市主要发生变化的地类为耕地、林地以及建设用地,其中林地与耕地为主要的转出地类,建设用地为主要的转入地类;2)在不同模拟情景下,建设用地扩张方向均由西南向东北收缩,城市扩张强度减缓,建设用地扩张强度重心并开始由东向西进行迁徙;3)在自然发展和经济发展情景下,宜昌市生境质量在未来均呈现衰退的趋势,而在生态保护情景下,宜昌市生境质量有所恢复。通过模拟未来不同政策下土地利用方式改变来反映宜昌市生境质量变化情况,为均衡城市发展与生态保护产生的矛盾和冲突有着重要意义。

黄河流域陆地生态系统碳储量测算及其影响因素

准确估算陆地生态系统碳储量,科学制定生态环境保护和土地利用政策,对促进区域低碳可持续发展,实现“碳中和”目标具有重要意义。基于大量碳密度样点数据,将其与生态地理分区和土地利用类型图空间叠置,采用克里金插值法得到黄河流域碳密度空间分布数据集。应用InVEST模型对2000年、2010年和2020年黄河流域陆地生态系统碳储量的时空演变测度,提高了碳储量估算结果的准确性。利用Pearson相关性分析和多尺度地理加权回归模型(MGWR)对自然、社会经济和景观格局指数等因素对县级行政单元尺度单位面积碳储量的影响进行分析。主要结论如下:(1)黄河流域碳密度空间分布呈西部大于东部、东部地区自东南向西北递减的格局;(2)2000—2020年黄河流域陆地生态系统碳储量增加0.02%(7.011×10~9—7.012×10~9t),空间分布与碳密度相同,空间集聚特征显著,“高高集聚区”主要分布在黄河上游西南部的青藏高原地区,“低低集聚区”主要分布在黄河上游北部和黄河下游大部分地区;(3)Pearson相关性分析得出与碳储量呈正相关的影响因素为Pr(降水)、NDVI(归一化植被指数)和Slope(坡度);呈负相关的影响因素为TEM(温度)、HAI(人类影响指数)、SHDI(香农多样性指数)、DN(夜间灯光数据像素值)和PPOD(人口密度)。(4)MGWR模型得出TEM、Pr、NDVI和SHDI空间异质性强,HAI在2010年后异质性强;Slope空间异质性中等;DN和PPOD为全局尺度变量,空间影响平稳;(5)MGWR模型得出NDVI对黄河流域县级单位面积碳储量作用强度最大。NDVI、Slope对县级单位面积碳储量的影响呈正效应,TEM、HAI、DN和PPOD呈负效应,Pr、SHDI呈正、负双向效应。

基于SD-PLUS耦合模型的陕西省土地利用变化及碳储量多情景预测

[目的]为探讨不同土地利用方式对区域生态系统碳储量的影响。[方法]以陕西省为研究对象,利用SD-PLUS耦合模型,采用国际耦合模式比较计划第6阶段(CMIP6)提出的耦合共享社会经济路线和代表性浓度路线(SSP-RCP)情景,对2030年陕西省的土地利用变化进行预测,然后利用InVEST模型模拟未来不同情景下陕西省碳储量及其空间分布。[结果](1)对构建的SD模型进行历史检验,其误差<5%,PLUS模型模拟的2020年土地利用Kappa指数为0.86,模型精度和可靠性总体符合要求;(2)3种情景下,未来建设用地面积均增加,增长速率从低到高的情景分别为SSP126、SSP245、SSP585;在所有情景下,林地面积均增加,水域面积均保持稳定;草地面积在SSP126情景下有小幅度增加,其他情景下减少;耕地面积3种情景下均减少;(3)3种情景下,陕西省碳储量均减少,关中平原建设用地的扩张占用大量的耕地是造成陕西省碳储量下降的主要原因。[结论]在SSP126情景下,建设用地扩张所占用的生态用地面积最小,碳储量损失最少,该情景同时考虑社会经济发展及生态保护的需要,可为未来陕西省国土资源保护和高质量发展提供参考模式。
