Current Research Situations,Problems and Recommendations of Land Use Structure and Layout Optimization

Land is the foundation for human survival and development,and all human social and economic activities are inseparable from the land as a space carrier.With the continuous development of China's social economy,China is facing new social development needs such as urban-rural integration and rural revitalization.At the same time,China starts to attach great importance to ecology and has proposed the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.In this situation,the rational use of land resources,the optimization of land use structure and layout are also facing new challenges and problems,and more comprehensive consideration is required to make relevant optimization.Using the method of literature comparative analysis,from the conceptual connotation,basic theory,method model,and specific practice of land use structure and layout optimization,this paper analyzed and summarized the current research situations and problems,and finally came up with recommendations for the future research.

Current Situation,Problems and Prospects of Land Use Research in Lake Basins

Land use in lake basins has an important impact on the sustainable development of society,economy and ecology.Based on the literature induction method,this paper systematically summarized the current status of land use research in lake basins from six aspects:temporal and spatial changes,effects,driving factors,optimization research,and the application of remote sensing techniques in lake land use research.Correspondingly,three problems were proposed:lack of refined research on land use changes in lake basins,imperfect theoretical research on lake land use optimization research,and weak land type extraction techniques based on remote sensing images.It is believed that the future research on lake land use should focus on strengthening the refinement of land use change research in lake basins,further improving the theoretical and practical research on land use optimization in lake basins based on a variety of related theories,and further improving the interpretation algorithms of remote sensing images.

利用TM遥感技术进行土地利用现状调查的研究

利用航天与航空遥感技术，进行“三北”防护林遥感综合调查和土地利用现状详查．对于同一地域，使用美国陆地卫星拍摄的ＴＭ卫星照片（简称卫片）解译土地利用现状，也使用航空摄影像片、赴实地调绘土地利用现状，并以后者为标准，对比分析卫片解译的合格率以及解译的技术方法和应用前景．

长治市农村居民点土地整理潜力测算

整理农村居民点内的空闲土地是农村居民点用地集约利用的重要手段,对于增加区域耕地面积、缓解区域建设用地供求紧张的矛盾有重要意义。文章在对长治市86个农村居民点用地现状调查的基础上,结合统计资料分析,对长治市农村居民点用地现状及整理潜力进行了估算,结果表明:长治市农村居民点现有的空闲土地面积约5452.49hm2,农村居民点用地可整理为农用地的潜力为1090.73hm2,其中可复垦为耕地的潜力为327.04hm2,复垦潜力从大到小的顺序依次为丘陵区-平川区-山地区。

土地流转现状调查及对策研究——以晋中市32个村新增土地流转为例

土地流转为构建现代农业产业体系、生产体系、经营体系提供了场所保障。土地流转对于发展多种形式适度规模经营,培育新型农业经营主体,健全农业社会化服务体系,实现小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接具有重要意义。

RS、GPS、TMS相结合在合肥市大房郢水库工程用地测量中的应用

为满足合肥市大房郢水库建设及土地管理部门对用地资料的要求,利用航空遥感片对用地现状进行了调查,采用航测解析法配合其它先进测量手段(GPS全球定位系统、TMS全站仪测量系统)确定用地的各类界线。本文介绍了这次工作的技术路线,土地利用现状调查,用地界线的确定,数字影像线划地籍图的编辑及数据汇总等方面的情况。

遥感技术在第三次国土调查中的应用

随着我国城市化建设的快速发展,土地征用、储备、交易等工作频繁,掌握准确的全国国土利用现状和自然资源变化情况是实现成果信息化管理重要工作。对全国第三次国土调查过程中的遥感解译、技术方法、线状地物面、土地利用、调查等方面进行了阐述,并提出了地类边界采集时应注意的事项。

地下管线详查技术在土地出让前期的应用

宁波市土地出让前,应对拟出让地块范围内或可能受影响区域的地下管线进行全面详细探测。宗地内管线详查具有范围小、出露点少、地貌破坏严重等特点,易造成管线错探、遗漏。文中结合应用案例,针对不同隐蔽管线及场地的条件,介绍管线详查特点、流程,并提出解决各种疑难管线详查技术,为土地出让、城市规划、施工建设提供更准确更详细的地下管线现状成果。
