Default rules in investment decision-making:trait anxiety and decision-making styles

This study investigates the role of default options in the relationship between trait anxiety,and decision-making styles and financial decisions.One hundred and ninety-four participants were divided into three groups and subjected to three different conditions.Under each experimental condition,they had to decide whether to accept or reject investment proposals.In the first group,they had been enrolled in investment plans by default(opt-out condition),in the second group,they had not been automatically enrolled in these plans(opt-in condition),and in the third group they had to choose whether to enroll or not(control condition).The results showed that the investment decisions of anxious,avoidant,rational and dependent individuals could be facilitated by default options.In conclusion,using default options as a“nudge”can support specific groups of people to improve their financial decisions.

Application of PPC Model Based on RAGA in Real Estate Investment Decision-Making

A multi-objective decision-making method for the treatment scheme of landslide hazard

The treatment engineering of landslide hazard is a complicated systemengineering. The selecting treatment scheme is influenced by many factors such as technology,economics, environment, and risk. The decision-making of treatment schemes of landslide hazard is aproblem of comprehensive judgment with multi-hierarchy and multi-objective. The traditional analysishierarchy process needs identity test. The traditional analysis hierarchy process is improved bymeans of optimal transfer matrix here. An improved hierarchy decision-making model for the treatmentof landslide hazard is set up. The judgment matrix obtained by the method can naturally meet therequirement of identity, so the identity test is not necessary. At last, the method is applied tothe treatment decision-making of the dangerous rock mass at the Slate Mountain, and its applicationis discussed in detail.

The Laplacian Energy of Hesitancy Fuzzy Graphs in Decision-Making Problems

Decision-making(DM)is a process in which several persons concur-rently engage,examine the problems,evaluate potential alternatives,and select an appropriate option to the problem.Technique for determining order preference by similarity to the ideal solution(TOPSIS)is an established DM process.The objective of this report happens to broaden the approach of TOPSIS to solve the DM issues designed with Hesitancy fuzzy data,in which evaluation evidence given by the experts on possible solutions is presents as Hesitancy fuzzy decision matrices,each of which is defined by Hesitancy fuzzy numbers.Findings:we represent analytical results,such as designing a satellite communication network and assessing reservoir operation methods,to demonstrate that our suggested thoughts may be used in DM.Aim:We studied a new testing method for the arti-ficial communication system to give proof of the future construction of satellite earth stations.We aim to identify the best one from the different testing places.We are alsofinding the best operation schemes in the reservoir.In this article,we present the concepts of Laplacian energy(LE)in Hesitancy fuzzy graphs(HFGs),the weight function of LE of HFGs,and the TOPSIS method technique is used to produce the hesitancy fuzzy weighted-average(HFWA).Also,consider practical examples to illustrate the applicability of thefinest design of satellite communication systems and also evaluation of reservoir schemes.

A group consensus model for evaluating real estate investment alternatives

Background:Individual decision-making largely influences the effectiveness of decisions and benefits of investments.Methods:In this article,a consensus model for group decision-making(GDM),based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),is developed to gather group ideas and analyze the real estate investment environment under multi-criteria problems.Twelve evaluation procedures of the developed model,which increase the convergence of the opinions of multiple experts,are proposed.Results:An empirical case about the real estate investment environment is applied to certify the feasibility of this developed model.Conclusions:the evaluation procedures have been fully observed with several rounds of discussions,and have manifested the experiences of experts.Besides,the evaluation results are in accordance with real-world situations,which demonstrates that our developed model is a feasible analysis tool for real estate investors to obtain better profits and lower risk.

Fuzzy-logic Method for Global Quality Optimization Problem of the Programmed Action Investment

In order to analyze the planning of a transport linear infrastructure(railway or ordinary road),in order to optimize a relationship work-environment after-work,the study team(engineers,architects,economists,etc),realize a careful prearranged analysis about the characteristic of the site and the large area which are involved by the work project and,once one found all possible alternative solutions,he should compare them through the use of suitable technical,economical and environmental parameters,choosing that one which maximize the global utility of the public investment.In this paper we study a fuzzy-logic method in order to help the decision maker in the analysis of the programmed action public investment.

Optimization of Group Multiattribute Decision-Making Model in Commercial Space Investment

A group multiattribute decision-making model was proposed by implementing prospect theory,multi-attribute decision-making,group decision-making and entropy methods for the optimization in commercial space investment.First,the decision-making function was decided using prospect theory by the preference of each expert to reach the comprehensive prospect value based on different investment options;second,expert decision weights were reached according to entropy method;third,the expert group decision-making information was congregated according to the group decision-making congregation algorithm to reach the most optimized investment option;finally,an example was given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.This model com-prehensively takes the advantages of many methods to congregate experts'experiences and avoid the subjective influences,thus providing a scientific decision-making approach for the commercial space investment.

路基排水沟机械化施工的碳排放计算及方案比选

国家“双碳”目标下,路基排水沟机械化施工不仅需要考虑施工功效和经济性问题,也应考虑碳排放问题。该文以勐绿高速公路为工程依托,从建材生产、建材运输及建造3个阶段建立路基排水沟碳排放量与投资成本计算方法。引入碳交易的概念平衡碳排放量与投资成本,基于等效碳排放量实现路基排水沟传统支模法与液压动力式滑模法两种施工方案的综合比选。以路基排水沟上边长、浇筑厚度、建材运距与建造长度4个关键因素设计正交试验,比较两种方案的等效碳排放量,并分析因素的影响敏感性。研究表明:浇筑厚度与建造长度对两种施工方案的等效碳排放量影响均较大。建材生产阶段等效碳排放量对传统支模法的贡献率最大,建材生产与建造阶段等效碳排放量对液压动力式滑模法的贡献率较大。液压动力式滑模法的等效碳排放量优于传统支模法,其施工全阶段的减碳率为85.58%,且3个阶段的等效碳排放量均少于传统支模法,其中建材生产阶段与建材运输阶段的减碳率较高,分别为91.92%和85.06%,因此路基排水沟施工推荐选择液压动力式滑模法。

关于大功率电动机配电的节能设计探析——以年产40000吨磷酸铁锂项目为例

近年来新能源项目大规模投资建设,新能源项目的生产车间烧结炉、设备的电动机为主要能耗设备,如何降低能耗、提高能效、节约成本成为不可忽略的主题。目前,工业建筑中使用的电动机工作电压大多采用低压380 V,这一电压等级对于中小功率的较为合适。随着新能源项目投资规模扩大,电动机的功率达到上百甚至上千瓦,改为更高电压等级的电动机是否更有优势,本文对此展开分析。

Defending Against Link Failure in Virtual Network Embedding Using a Hybrid Scheme

Nowadays network virtualization is utterly popular.As a result,how to protect the virtual networks from attacking on the link is increasingly important.Existing schemes are mainly backup-based,which suffer from data loss and are helpless to such attacks like data tampering.To offer high security level,in this paper,we first propose a multipath and decision-making(MD) scheme which applies multipath simultaneously delivery and decision-making for protecting the virtual network.Considering different security requirement for virtual link,we devise a hybrid scheme to protect the virtual links.For the critical links,MD scheme is adopted.For the other links,we adopt the Shared Backup Scheme.Our simulation results indicate the proposed scheme can significantly increase the security level of the critical link high in the loss of less acceptance ratio.

Everyone responds to their psychological emotions,which affects all aspects of their lives.Therefore,psychology is not an independent discipline;it can react chemically with many other disciplines,such as finance and architecture.A person who is not careful and unconcerned about precision is more likely to fail a project.Investment decision-making always appears in people’s daily life and takes an important role.Through linking psychology to investment,people can learn a deep understanding on their investment decision.Human Misjudgment Psychology is a not widely taught discipline although it has great influence on the decision-making.As a result,the focus of this paper will be on the impact of Human Misjudgment Psychology on investment decisions.However,due to the limitation of time,only five biases from the Human Misjudgment Psychology will be covered,so further research and studies of the other biases will be looking forward to being finished.

明挖隧道深基坑支护减碳计算与方案比选研究

以安徽省合肥市市政公路隧道为依托背景,建立明挖隧道开挖放坡与围护桩支护两种方案的减碳计算模型,基于支付意愿的思想根据碳交易权提出等效碳排放量的概念,从减碳环保的角度综合分析比选得到明挖隧道最优基坑支护设计与施工方案。首先,考虑建材生产、弃土运输与建造三个阶段对这两种基坑支护方案的碳排放量与投资成本进行计算分析;然后,通过对比两种方案的等效碳排放量实现综合考虑造价与减碳的基坑支护方案分析比选;同时设计正交试验,开展主要设计参数对两种方案的碳排放量和投资成本的影响敏感性分析。基坑深度和弃土运输距离对两种基坑支护方案的碳排放与投资成本的综合影响最大。

新西兰KiwiSaver计划的制度框架与运行分析

新西兰的个人养老金计划为KiwiSaver计划,是新西兰人自愿参加的储蓄和投资计划,属第三支柱的DC型补充养老金制度。制度覆盖对象为新西兰公民及新西兰常住居民,资金来源于个人缴费、雇主缴费及政府补贴三部分,账户资产可在制度参加人退休、购买首套房、移居海外、重疾或陷入经济困难等情况下支付。税优模式为ETE,仅对投资收益部分征税。计划调整便利,参加人可调整计划缴费率、中断缴费或改变计划提供商。近几年虽然受新冠疫情影响,但是KiwiSaver仍向国民证明这是一种简单有效的储蓄方式。目前,全国超60%的人口参加了该制度,其中18-40岁是参加人中最活跃的年龄段。计划运行初期管理成本高,此后通过动态调整默认计划提供商等多措并举降低管理成本。总体看,制度在增加国民储蓄、增强国民安全感方面发挥了重要作用。

西部陆海新通道铁路主通道双层集装箱运输方案研究

西部陆海新通道铁路中通道由成遂渝、渝黔、黔桂、湘桂、黎钦、钦港等铁路构成,是西部陆海新通道的铁路主通道。以扩大通道运输能力、节约运输成本为目的,对中通道双层集装箱运输方案进行研究。基于我国现行双层集装箱列车装载方案,对比研究其在列车编组、牵引质量、平均净载重方面与单层集装箱运输的优势,梳理中通道各线路主要技术标准、现状双箱运输条件及通过能力适应性情况,分区段提出路基、桥梁、隧道、接触网等工程改造方案及其投资,同时分析中通道开展双层集装箱运输在时效性、货物配载、前期投入等方面存在的问题。研究结论:双层集装箱列车较单层集装箱列车平均净载重提升约15%,节省线上运输成本0.9~1.1亿元/年,但工程改造投资超200亿元,影响运输时效性和服务水平,综合效益较差,且中通道扩能后本身运能富余,双箱运输必要性不足,故现阶段暂不建议实施。

国家能源集团主营业务包括煤炭、铁路、港口、船舶、电力以及煤化工等多个板块,在多年的生产运营中已经形成煤炭生产→运输→销售→转化的纵向一体化运营模式,其中铁路运输起到了关键的产业连通、价值传导作用。在阐述国家能源集团产业一体化运营模式下铁路运输板块现状、优势和发展前景基础上,分析生产组织实际过程中存在的突出问题。从优化C64型列车运行方案、合理安排煤化工产业设备检修、协调国家铁路空车入线节奏、合理利用港口仓储等方面提出合理化建议。通过对比分析法,直观体现出优化C64型列车运行方案后,可充分利用闲置车体上线、进一步压缩车辆周转时间、优化包神—神朔—朔黄铁路黄金通道列车运行品质,提高铁路运输调运能力,进而有力支持了国家能源集团一体化运营模式的高效运行,提高保供能力和水平。

对现有海上风电场的电气接线方案进行了研究,深入分析了海上风电场各电气元件的投资成本,将海上风电场电气接线的投资问题归纳为一组离散变量的最优求解问题,并结合遗传算法对大型海上风电场电气接线方案进行了优化。算例结果证明,不同电气接线方案的投资成本相差很大,采用遗传算法能够有效地找出最佳接线方案。
