It was found that the Pearlitic Influence Factor (P) an...As-cast and heat-treated 400-18 ductile iron (DI) grade was obtained in different foundry conditions, as metallic charge, Mg-treatment alloy and inoculation. It was found that the Pearlitic Influence Factor (P) and Anti- nodulizing Complex Factor (K1) have an important influence on property of DI, depending on the Mn and P level, the metallurgical quality of iron melt, rare earth (RE) and inoculation. It was also found that the influence of Mn is depended on the phosphorus and residual elements level in ductile iron. Less than 0.03%P and 0.2%Mn and P〈2.0 are the basic conditions to obtain as-cast ferritic structure. At the same lower level of Mn and P, the increasing of residual elements (P〉2.0) determines presence of pearlite in as-cast structure, while ferrite structure is obtained after a short annealing heat treatment. Lower level of phosphorus (P〈0.025%) and residual elements (Px〈2.0) allow to use relative high Mn content (0.32%-0.38%), in condition of ferritic structure, including in as-cast state. High P (0.04%- 0.045%) and Mn (0.25%-0.35%) content stabilized peadite, especially at lower level of residual elements (P 〈2.0). Antinodulizing action of elements was counteracted up to K1=2.0 level, by RE included in Mg-treatment alloy, which are beneficial for K1〈1.2 and compulsory for K1〉1.2. Si has a significant influence on the mechanical properties of heat treated ductile irons: an important decreasing of elongation level and a moderate increasing of yield and tensile strength and their ratio in 150-170 HB typical hardness field. A typical final chemical composition for as-cast 400-18 ductile iron could include 3.5%-3.7%C, 2.4%-2.5%Si, max.0.18%Mn, max.0.025%P, max.0.01%S, 0.04%-0.05%Mg for Px〈1.5 and K1〈1.1. High purity pig iron, RE-bearing FeSiMg and powerful inoculant are also recommended.展开更多

Effects of the two bauxite aggregates on properties of iron trough eastables were investigated. The results show that the two kinds of bauxite affect flowability, bulk density, strength and slag corrosion resistance of trough castables differently. Compared with homogenized bauxite, high alumina bauxite clinker is more suitable to substitute brown corundum. The castables prepared from the bauxite clinker have similar performances with those prepared from brown corundum, especially used in medium or small blast furnaces with weak thermal impact and lower temperature hot metal. However, in large blast furnaces with severe thermal impact and high temperature hot metal, the performances of the two castables are significantly different. So it is suggested to use the brown corundum based castables in the front gyral zone of the slag skimmer.展开更多
Objective: With regard to the 2010 edition of Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese (DRIs-2010), we investigated whether the DRIs for two age groups, breast-fed infants aged 6-8 and 9-11 months, can be fulfilled for ...Objective: With regard to the 2010 edition of Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese (DRIs-2010), we investigated whether the DRIs for two age groups, breast-fed infants aged 6-8 and 9-11 months, can be fulfilled for every nutrient in actual dietary practice. Design: We evaluated (1) whether the DRIs for all nutrients can be fulfilled in a formula with energy and protein exceeding their DRIs, (2) whether the DRIs for all nutrients can be fulfilled in a formula prepared in accordance with Japanese government-recommended weaning guidelines, and (3) what kinds of formulas can be prepared if the DRIs for all nutrients are fulfilled without referring to the weaning guidelines. Setting: Simulation of diet menu on the basis of published data in our university and survey of diet menu in a university hospital attached to a national medical school. Subjects: The three types of formulas were planned for ten days. Results: It was impossible to simultaneously fulfil the DRIs for 6 - 8-month-old infants concerning pantothenic acid, vitamin D, and iron and those for 9 - 11-month-old infants concerning these nutrients plus protein. Conclusion: According to the DRIs-2010, the DRI for all nutrients could not be fulfilled in an ingestible formula.展开更多

The crystal is hexagonal with space group P31c; a=15.943(2), c=17.612(4)? V=3877.0(12)?, Z=4, Dc=1.325g/cm3, m=0.445mm-1, F(000)=1634, R=0.0446, wR= 0.1154 for 3085 reflections with I >2s(I). The framework was constructed with negative (Fe-pyta) chains and the positive H3bpt^+ in situ, formed from the abpt reagent, to form 1D channels filled with guest water molecules via hydrogen-bonds. But humans always need to this valuable substance. The production of oil derivatives by means of forest waste and coal through the Fischer-Tropsch process is an appropriate solution for the cleanliness of all parts of the environment. For the production of favorite products by the synthesis of Fischer-Tropsch, the performance of the catalyst under different operating conditions should be predictable. For this reason, in this paper, eight mathematical models were determined for the selectivity of five products of methane, light hydrocarbons, gasoline, diesel and wax based on three factors of reduction temperature, time on stream, and He/CO ratio inlet gas on iron-based catalyst. The results showed that the reduction temperature factor had the most effective on the selectivity of hydrocarbon products, exception diesel, so that the increase of the reduction temperature led to increase of the selectivity of methane, light hydrocarbons, gasoline and reduce of the degree of selectivity of the wax and vice versa. For the diesel selectivity, factor of the He/CO ratio inlet gas was the most effective than other factors.展开更多

The results show that ( 1 ) compared with the specimens with fused dense corundum, the specimens with dense sintered alumina have equivalent installation property, slag resistance and oxidation resistance, equivalent or even higher cold modulus of rupture, cold crushing strength and hot modulus of rupture, exhibiting better thermal shock resistance and cold wear resistance ; (2) adopting bimodal alumina micropowder LISAL22RABL as well as water reducers ZX2 and ZD2 can well reduce the water requirement of silica fume free castables, solving the problem of deteriorated flow ability resulted from the lack of silica fume; since the lack of silica fume avoids the formation of low melting point liquid, the hot modulus of rupture and the thermal shock resistance of the silica fume free castables are both better than those of the silica fume containing castables ; (3) the density of the castable specimens with dense sintered alumina is 4% -6% lower than that of the castable specimens with Jhsed dense corundum so the refractories consumption of one iron runner reduces by 5% by using the tastable with dense sintered alumina, which obviously reduces the cost of refractories.展开更多

The Apollo 11 - 17 missions (1961-1972) provided detailed information on lunar basalts which make it possible to measure the iron grains in basalts from microphotographs of thin sections. Analysis of the average size of these grains (D) differed as a function of the age of these basalts dated between 3.9 and 3.4 billion years ago, revealed that D increased 1.5 fold, therefore the gravity acceleration g decreased 1.5 fold. The intriguing conclusion can only be that the size of the Moon increased, its mass decreased, or both these factors have changed.展开更多

To recover the iron efficiently from red mud, a three-factor five-level central composite design in response surface methodology was used to study the effects of process parameters, such as FC/O (the molar ratio of fixed carbon in coal to reducible oxygen of iron oxide in red mud), reduction temperature, reduction time, and their interaction on the iron recovery rate and total iron content in magnetic product obtained from the process of direct reduction-magnetic separation. The relevant assessment model was established. The model could predict the changing rules of iron recovery rate and total iron content in the magnetic product affected by the process parameters. The results show that the iron recovery rate is significantly influenced by three factors and reduction temperature plays the most important role. The iron recovery rate and total iron content in magnetic product could be up to 98.37 and 82.52%, respectively, under the numerically optimal process parameters condition of reduction temperature of 1400 ℃, FC/O of 0.80 and reduction time of 100 min obtained by the assessment model. The predicted values are in good agreement with the experimental values.展开更多

The D8h FeB82- and CoB8- isomers are global minima, while D8h CoB83+ is only local minimum. The electronic structure character of these systems is revealed by natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis, showing that the boron rings containing planar octacoordinate transition metals have stability and aromaticity with six π electrons. The aromaticity is confirmed by nucleus independent chemical shifts (NICS) calculations.展开更多

In this study, a multifunctional nanoc...Multifunctional nanoparticles combining diagnostic and therapeutic agents into a single platform make cancer theranostics possible and have attracted wide interests in the field. In this study, a multifunctional nanocomposite based on dextran and superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIO) was prepared for drug delivery and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Amphiphilic dextran was synthesized by grafting stearyl acid onto the carbohydrate backbone, and micelle was formed by the resulted amphiphilic dextran with low critical micelle concentration at 1.8 mg L^-1. Doxorubicin (DOX) and a cluster of the manganese-doped iron oxide nanoparticles (Mn-SPIO) nanocrystals were then coencapsulated successfully inside the core of dextran micelles, resulting in nanocomposites with diameter at about 100 nm. Cell culture experiments demonstrated the potential of these Mn-SPIO/DOX nanocomposites as an effective multifunctional nanoplat- lk)rm for the delivery of anticancer drug DOX with a loading content (DLC) of 16 %. Confocal laser scanning microscopy reveals that the Mn-SPIO/DOX had excellent internalization ability against MCF-7/Adr cells after 2-h labeling compared with flee DOX.HCI. Under a 3.0-T MRI scanner, Mn-SPIO/ DOX nanocomposite-labeled cells in gelatin phantom show much darker images than the control. Their transverse relaxation (T2) rate is also significantly higher than that of the control cells (33.9 versus 2.3 s^-1). Our result offers an effective strategy to treat MCF-7/Adr at optimized low dosages with imaging capability.展开更多

The molecule exhibits the expected propeller shape, and the angle of the trigonal twist is 48.37. The dihedral angles are 0.5(2)?between chelate ring plane and pyridine ring plane and 71.31(7)?between pyridine ring plane and benzene ring plane. The solvent H2O(O(3) and O(4)) molecules are linked with O(2) and O(1) by hydrogen bonds with bond lengths 2.900(1) and 2.999(1)? respectively.
文摘Effects of FeO content (0, 5%, 10%, and 15% in mass, respectively ) in lab-synthesized smelting redttc- tion slag with iron bath and test temperature (1 450, 1 500, 1550, anti 1 600 ℃ ) on corrosion am,amount and microstructure of fused rebonded magnesia - chrome brick with 26.02 massqc of Cr2O3 were researched by rotary cylinder method. The results show that : ( 1 ) the corro- sion amolult of magnesia -chrome brick by slag without FeO is higher than that by the slag with 5% FeO, and the vorrosion amount increases when FeO content increa- ses from 5% to 15% ; (2) the test temperature is one of the important factors affecting the slag corrosion resist- ance of magnesia - chrome brick, and the corrosion of smelting reduction slag to brick increases with the temperature rising.

文摘Reaction of FeCIz'6H20, pyridine-2,4,6-tricarboxylic acid(H3pyta) and NaOH in the hydrothermal system at 185 ℃ resulted in the formation of 1D coordination polymer[Fe(Hpyta)(H2O)2](1) based on Fe-Hpyta chains. When the abpt[abpt=-4-amino-3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-l,2,4-triazole] ligand was employed in the reaction system, a 3D supramolecular porous network (H2bpt)[Fe(pyta)(H2O)2]·4H2O(2) was obtained. The framework was constructed with negative (Fe-pyta) chains and the positive H3bpt^+ in situ, formed from the abpt reagent, to form 1D channels filled with guest water molecules via hydrogen-bonds. X-Ray diffraction crystal structure analysis shows that complex 1 crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, a=1.1490(5) nm, b=0.9008(4) nm, c=1.0058(5) nm, B=107.254(9)°, V=0.9942(8) nm3, Z=4; and complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a=0.90392(11) nm, b=0.96027(11 ) nm, c=1.55540(18) nm, a=73.558(2)°,B= 86.126(2)°,r= 68.745(2)°, V=1.2059(2) nm^3 and Z=2.

文摘Two one-dimensional chain-like cyanide-bridged compounds, [Fe(Phen)2(CN)2Ni(Cyclam)](ClO4)2·DMF-2H2O 1 (Cyclam = 1,4,8,11-tetraaza-cyclotetradecane, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, and DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) and [Fe(Phen)2(CN)2Zn(Cyclam)](PF6)2·CH3CN 2, were prepared by the reaction of [Fe(Phen)2(CN)2]·2H2O with M(Cyclam)^2+ (M = Ni, Zn). In complexes 1 and 2, the metal atoms are connected alternatively with CN groups. X-ray structure and IR analyses for 1 and 2 were performed. Structure analysis revealed that both complexes are centrosymmetric and the geometry around each metal atom is an octahedron. The two complexes crystallize in triclinic with space group of P^1-. For 1, a = 10.439(4), b = 14.976(7), c = 15.914(8)A,α = 83.168(15), β = 74.338(15), γ = 78.023(15)°, V = 2338.3(18)A^3, Z = 2, Mr = 1035.37, Dc = 1.471 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1076,μ = 0.895 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0616 and wR = 0.1414 for 5849 observed reflections (1 〉 2σ(I)). For 2, a = 9.656(6), b = 15.404(9), c = 15.822(10)A, α = 78.68(2), β= 78.917(19), γ = 77.15(2)°, V = 2223(2)A^3, Z = 2, Mr = 1064.87, Dc = 1.587 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1078,μ = 1.032 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0672 and wR = 0.1595 for 6819 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)).

文摘Extracting, transportation and the using from fossil fuels can damage to the hydrosphere, the biosphere and the Earth's atmosphere. But humans always need to this valuable substance. The production of oil derivatives by means of forest waste and coal through the Fischer-Tropsch process is an appropriate solution for the cleanliness of all parts of the environment. For the production of favorite products by the synthesis of Fischer-Tropsch, the performance of the catalyst under different operating conditions should be predictable. For this reason, in this paper, eight mathematical models were determined for the selectivity of five products of methane, light hydrocarbons, gasoline, diesel and wax based on three factors of reduction temperature, time on stream, and He/CO ratio inlet gas on iron-based catalyst. The results showed that the reduction temperature factor had the most effective on the selectivity of hydrocarbon products, exception diesel, so that the increase of the reduction temperature led to increase of the selectivity of methane, light hydrocarbons, gasoline and reduce of the degree of selectivity of the wax and vice versa. For the diesel selectivity, factor of the He/CO ratio inlet gas was the most effective than other factors.
文摘Three different kinds of corundum aggregates-tabular sintered alumina, dense sintered alumina, and fused dense corundum-were introduced into the silica fume .free or silica fume containing Al2O3 -SiC - C iron runner castables to investigate their influences on the flow ability, linear change on heating, bulk density, apparent porosity, cold strength, hot modulus of rupture, therm, al shock resistance, slag resistance, oxidation resistance as well as wear resistance of Al2O3 - SiC - C iron runner castables. The results show that ( 1 ) compared with the specimens with fused dense corundum, the specimens with dense sintered alumina have equivalent installation property, slag resistance and oxidation resistance, equivalent or even higher cold modulus of rupture, cold crushing strength and hot modulus of rupture, exhibiting better thermal shock resistance and cold wear resistance ; (2) adopting bimodal alumina micropowder LISAL22RABL as well as water reducers ZX2 and ZD2 can well reduce the water requirement of silica fume free castables, solving the problem of deteriorated flow ability resulted from the lack of silica fume; since the lack of silica fume avoids the formation of low melting point liquid, the hot modulus of rupture and the thermal shock resistance of the silica fume free castables are both better than those of the silica fume containing castables ; (3) the density of the castable specimens with dense sintered alumina is 4% -6% lower than that of the castable specimens with Jhsed dense corundum so the refractories consumption of one iron runner reduces by 5% by using the tastable with dense sintered alumina, which obviously reduces the cost of refractories.

文摘Regulated cell death is a genetically determined form of programmed cell death that commonly occurs during the development of living organisms.This process plays a crucial role in modulating homeostasis and is evolutionarily conserved across a diverse range of living organisms.Ferroptosis is a classic regulatory mode of cell death.Extensive studies of regulatory cell death in Alzheimer’s disease have yielded increasing evidence that fe rroptosis is closely related to the occurrence,development,and prognosis of Alzheimer’s disease.This review summarizes the molecular mechanisms of ferroptosis and recent research advances in the role of ferro ptosis in Alzheimer’s disease.Our findings are expected to serve as a theoretical and experimental foundation for clinical research and targeted therapy for Alzheimer’s disease.

文摘Invaluable data can at times be overlooked or not fully exploited when first collected. Striking conclusions can often be drawn on the basis of a specific analysis many years later. The Apollo 11 - 17 missions (1961-1972) provided detailed information on lunar basalts which make it possible to measure the iron grains in basalts from microphotographs of thin sections. Analysis of the average size of these grains (D) differed as a function of the age of these basalts dated between 3.9 and 3.4 billion years ago, revealed that D increased 1.5 fold, therefore the gravity acceleration g decreased 1.5 fold. The intriguing conclusion can only be that the size of the Moon increased, its mass decreased, or both these factors have changed.

文摘Red mud, the waste generated during alumina production, contains iron and other valuable metals. To recover the iron efficiently from red mud, a three-factor five-level central composite design in response surface methodology was used to study the effects of process parameters, such as FC/O (the molar ratio of fixed carbon in coal to reducible oxygen of iron oxide in red mud), reduction temperature, reduction time, and their interaction on the iron recovery rate and total iron content in magnetic product obtained from the process of direct reduction-magnetic separation. The relevant assessment model was established. The model could predict the changing rules of iron recovery rate and total iron content in the magnetic product affected by the process parameters. The results show that the iron recovery rate is significantly influenced by three factors and reduction temperature plays the most important role. The iron recovery rate and total iron content in magnetic product could be up to 98.37 and 82.52%, respectively, under the numerically optimal process parameters condition of reduction temperature of 1400 ℃, FC/O of 0.80 and reduction time of 100 min obtained by the assessment model. The predicted values are in good agreement with the experimental values.

文摘The boron rings containing planar octacoordinate transition metals, D8h FeB82-, CoB8- and CoB83+, C2v FeB8, D2h CoB8+ and CoB8, are optimized with all real vibrational frequencies at the B3LYP/6-311+G* level of the theory. The D8h FeB82- and CoB8- isomers are global minima, while D8h CoB83+ is only local minimum. The electronic structure character of these systems is revealed by natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis, showing that the boron rings containing planar octacoordinate transition metals have stability and aromaticity with six π electrons. The aromaticity is confirmed by nucleus independent chemical shifts (NICS) calculations.

文摘The reaction abilities of structural units in Fe-C binary melts over a temperature range above the liquidus lines have been evaluated by a thermodynamic model for calculating the mass action concentrations Ni of structural units in Fe-C binary melts based on the atom-molecule coexistence theory (AMCT), i.e., the AMCT-N/model, through comparing with the predicted activities aR.i of both C and Fe by 14 collected models from the literature at four temperatures of 1833, 1873, 1923, and 1973 K. Furthermore, the Raoultian activity coefficient γC0 of in infinitely dilute Fe-C binary melts and the standard molar Gibbs free energy change △solG%m,Cdis(1)→[C]W[C]=1.0 of dissolved liquid C for forming w[C] as 1.0 in Fe-C binary melts referred to 1 mass% of C as reference state have also been determined to be valid. The determined activity coefficient In γC of C and activity coefficient In TEe of Fe including temperature effect for Fe-C binary melts can be described by a quadratic polynomial function and a cubic polynomial function, respectively.

文摘Multifunctional nanoparticles combining diagnostic and therapeutic agents into a single platform make cancer theranostics possible and have attracted wide interests in the field. In this study, a multifunctional nanocomposite based on dextran and superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIO) was prepared for drug delivery and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Amphiphilic dextran was synthesized by grafting stearyl acid onto the carbohydrate backbone, and micelle was formed by the resulted amphiphilic dextran with low critical micelle concentration at 1.8 mg L^-1. Doxorubicin (DOX) and a cluster of the manganese-doped iron oxide nanoparticles (Mn-SPIO) nanocrystals were then coencapsulated successfully inside the core of dextran micelles, resulting in nanocomposites with diameter at about 100 nm. Cell culture experiments demonstrated the potential of these Mn-SPIO/DOX nanocomposites as an effective multifunctional nanoplat- lk)rm for the delivery of anticancer drug DOX with a loading content (DLC) of 16 %. Confocal laser scanning microscopy reveals that the Mn-SPIO/DOX had excellent internalization ability against MCF-7/Adr cells after 2-h labeling compared with flee DOX.HCI. Under a 3.0-T MRI scanner, Mn-SPIO/ DOX nanocomposite-labeled cells in gelatin phantom show much darker images than the control. Their transverse relaxation (T2) rate is also significantly higher than that of the control cells (33.9 versus 2.3 s^-1). Our result offers an effective strategy to treat MCF-7/Adr at optimized low dosages with imaging capability.
