Stud on development of island tourism products--take Weizhou Island, Guangxi, China as an example

Weizhou Island is located on central sea area Beibu Guilf, Beihai, Guangxi province of China, it is called" Penglai fair Isle"( a fable abode of immortals), it is China's oungest volcanic island and also the largest island of Guangxi. Even though Weizhou Island has abundant resources, the development of its tourism products is still on the primar stage. Thus, this article aims to discuss exploitation and development issues of the development of tourism development of Weizhou Island.

Using Circular Economics Strategies to Manage Tourism on Remote Islands:A SMART Approach

Circular economics theory offers destination managers of remote islands a solution-oriented approach to environmental sustainability. This paper examines the practical benefits of this theory that will support the development of a circular economy regarding sustainable island tourism (SIT). The aim of this paper is to inform discussions regarding the feasibility of applying a practice theory that emphasises changes in the behaviours across three segments, visitors, residents, and enterprises using SMART technologies. To achieve this objective, a SMART indicator system (SIS) was used to identify current practices that would support a circular economy (CE). The key innovation of this study is the creation of a proposed framework that may inform best practices for SIT in the future. The findings highlight the potential opportunity of evidenced-based planning to deliver a circular economy strategy (CES) for remote islands in the future. These insights can potentially impact the way that local authorities and destination managers approach the planning of tourism for six islands along the west coast of Ireland.

The Environmental Effects of Tourism Architecture on Island Ecosystem in Cayo Guillermo, Cuba

The objective of this study is to determine the main adverse impacts that may be caused by tourism architecture upon island ecosystems consisting of small islands or islets and to propose an architectural and landscape design with a focus on the environmental sustainability of the same. A study of projects was undertaken in Cayo Guillermo, located to the north of Ciego de Avila in Cuba using methods of life-cycle assessment of buildings, matrix methods of the activities that caused severe environmental impact and statistical processing through multivariate analysis. Conclusions were reached on the need for designs that did not harm the ecosystems of islands with high ecological fragility. It has been determined that suitable construction intervention would decrease the negative impact and would allow the natural resources of these valuable ecosystems that are the basis for responsible sun and sand tourism to be preserved.

Discussion of Construction of Hainan International Tourism Island and Psychological Health of Tourism Area Residents

In the ongoing construction of an international tourism island in Hainan, China, the research on the mental health of the residents in the tourism destination is one of the main contents of the research on tourism development. Tourism area is the cell of Hainan International Tourism Island. The mental health service of the residents in the tourism area is an important part of the health work construction of the international tourism island and the basic way to realize the health care for everyone. Nowadays, people’s demand for mental health services is far greater than the current supply. In view of the current situation of the limited mental health services provided, we put forward higher requirements and directions for the future development of mental health services in tourist areas. It is planned to carry out the first large-scale publicity and education on mental health of residents in Hainan tourism area in China, and evaluate the effect;carry out a large-scale investigation on mental health of residents in the tourism area, and carry out professional intervention and treatment for patients with mental diseases. Finally, the mental health service network and service institutions covering the tourism areas of Hainan Province were established to provide scientific support for the harmonious and healthy development of the international tourism island in Hainan Province.

A research on the Sports Tourism Special Project In Hainan International Tourism Island

At the background of the constrictions of international tourist island, this paper applies the methods of literature review, the interview, in-site investigation to analyze the current development of the sports tourism in Hainan with a benchmark of the construction plan of the Hainan international tourist island and the combination of the world's four famous tourism Islanders. It makes a planning assumption of the development of the sports tourism in accordance with the characteristics of sports tourism resources in Hainan. The tourism resources in Hainan are rich and unique. It aims to set up the development planning guidelines and objectives of sports tourism in Hainan, to clarify the spatial layout of resources, the distribution of different sports tourism zones and the tourism routes, to propose the project plans of the sports tourism in Hainan with a combination of the construction of international tourism island, to establish a sports tourism industry in cooperation with large enterprises in a new concept of society development. The sports tourism development project makes a combination among the tourism products, tourism program and tourist routes. It strengthens the cooperation in different bureaus in the sports and tourism management, to accelerate the construction and sport tourism personnel training, to standardized the management, other safeguards and construct the camp for self-driving tourists, the motel , the auto theater and launch the Hainan Card to increase the "migratory birds" economic and promote the development of the tourism in Xisha Island, Nansha Island.

The Effects of Tourism Architecture on Island Ecosystems

This research aims to propose environmental prevention and mitigation on fragile coastal ecosystems due to the actions of the tourist architecture, using methods of life-cycle assessment of buildings, matrix methods of the actions that cause severe environmental impact and statistical processing through multivariate analysis. A study of projects was undertaken in Cayo Coco located to the north of Ciego de Avila, Cuba, being built today and where the tourist development of the archipelago Sabana-Camaguey started. It has been determined that suitable architecture would decrease the negative impact of these fragile ecosystems.

Ecological Effects Measures and Regulation of Tourism Island

With the sustainable development of tourism in China, the phenomenon of ecological islanding in tourist attractions gradually becomes prominent, affecting the sustainable development of landscape and ecological environment in scenic spots. Tourist attractions are influenced by spatial location, resource characteristics and ecology, environmental protection and other factors. The appeals of government, tourism enterprises, developers and community villagers in the aspect of landscape and ecology are different in the development process of tourism, leading to different degrees, frequencies and scopes of tourism ecological islanding with prominent conflicts. This is a typical problem in the development stage of tourist attractions in China. Taking six scenic spots in Puzhehei as examples, the values of tourism ecological islanding were measured scientifically, and a anti-planning regulatory mechanism against tourism ecological islanding was established in this paper to achieve the sustainable development of the tourist attractions and ecological environment.

Study on the Seniors' Recreation in Coastal Regions from the Perspective of Wellness Tourism: A Case Study of Hailing Island

With the increasing proportion of the middle aged and elderly people,the aging of society has become a worldwide issue.Life experience and sufficient leisure time of the elderly are treasures of families and the whole society.The study focuses on improving life value and quality of the elderly,aims at ensuring them to enjoy highquality leisure life.Taking Hailing Island for example,health tourism resources on the island were analyzed,and health tourism development strategies summarized,and the elderly’leisure was explored from the perspective of health tourism,which is a brand-new perspective concerning the seniors and development of coastal tourism destinations.

基于网络游记的海岛旅游体验研究——以长山群岛为例

以大连市长山群岛为案例地,以携程、马蜂窝在线旅游网站关于长山群岛的旅行游记为数据来源,以具身理论作为研究视角运用内容分析法对游记文本进行海岛旅游体验要素编码和打分。利用社会网络分析法(SNA)及“重要-表现程度”分析法(IPA)对其要素结构特征及各要素旅游体验质量进行深入分析。结果显示:(1)长山群岛旅游具身体验要素包含环境体验、身体体验、服务体验、心境体验4个维度及23个海岛旅游体验要素构成;(2)通过社会网络分析结果显示,长山群岛旅游具身体验要素网络结构具有高密度、内部协调度高的特征。海岛住宿、独特娱乐、餐饮美食是长山群岛旅游最核心三大要素;(3)重要-表现性分析结果显示,长山群岛游客旅游体验整体满意度较高,但部分要素评价较低。根据研究结论,对长山群岛未来旅游发展提出相应对策和建议。

乡村旅游背景下粤西海岛公共建筑风适应性设计研究——以硇洲岛英明村游客服务中心为例

乡村振兴背景下,海岛凭借着海洋、沙滩等特有的景观优势迎来发展旅游业的新机遇,旅游配套的乡村公共建筑建设也愈加受到重视。海风风速快、风频高、方向稳定、持续时间长,公共建筑可利用自然通风达到节能减排的目的。本文以粤西硇洲岛英明村作为研究对象,通过实地调研、问题和需求分析、数据模拟等步骤,从建筑选址、建筑布局和朝向、建筑形体、功能分区、建筑开窗等方面探究海岛公共建筑风适应性设计策略,发现使用分散式布局、建筑朝向主导风向、减少体块表面棱角、按通风需求合理安排功能、置入气候缓冲空间、控制迎风面开窗大小等方式都可以有效促进建筑室内外的通风效果。此策略可以为相似海岛村落的公共建筑风适应性设计提供参考。

蜈支洲岛景区旅游供应链模式改进探索

通过分析传统以旅行社为核心的供应链模式与以景区为核心的供应链模式优缺点,对现有以景区为核心的供应链模式提出改进措施,建立新的供应链模式。对在蜈支洲岛建立以景区为主体的旅游供应链模式进行分析,就其存在基础设施老化、娱乐项目单一、当地宣传力度不够、绿色开发监管不到位、景区管理人才匮乏等问题,在传统以景区为主体的旅游供应链模式中引入绿色可持续发展等供应链思想,提出建立以游客需求为导向的景区管理中心、建立蜈支洲岛宣传服务供应保障体系、通过规模效应实现稳定供应、引入资源循环利用供应链、建立多方人才培养供应链等,使其能够更好地协调各供应链,提升景区的核心竞争力,加强与供应链节点前后的联系,实现旅游资源的可持续发展。

乡村旅游视角下海岛渔村聚落空间更新策略研究——以珠海大万山岛万山村为例

要海岛渔村是我国的典型乡村类型之一,拥有传统渔业文明及聚落空间形态等宝贵文化遗产,是发展乡村旅游的重要阵地。该文以珠海大万山岛万山村为例,揭示当前产业发展情况,深入解析渔村聚落空间形态特征,总结在产业发展与空间规划两个层面的现状问题,并依次从选择产业发展方向、优化功能布局、整合新旧空间肌理、探索渔村综合体四方面提出空间更新策略,以期为相关的规划设计提供参考,从而促进海岛渔村旅游产业高质量发展。

文旅融合视域下长岛渔号保护传承面临的困境及协同发展路径研究

长岛渔号是长岛渔民在风帆时代进行渔猎生产时喊的劳动号子,距今有近400年历史,是国家级非物质文化遗产。文旅融合视域下,依托长岛得天独厚的自然条件和文化底蕴,对“长岛渔号”这一文化符号进行产业化开发和商业运作,不仅有利于推进对其的非遗保护和传承发展,也对推进海岛旅游文化产业的繁荣发展具有重要意义。本文拟使用SWOT分析法探索长岛渔号在推进长岛文旅融合规划中的适应度,运用协同发展理论深入探索长岛渔号创新发展路径等。

基于网络文本分析的三亚西岛旅游体验优化对策研究

本文以三亚西岛为研究对象,采用网络文本分析法、实地考察法,搜集西岛相关评价,归纳总结高频词汇,针对西岛旅游资源开发、配套设施建设、管理与服务现状等方面开展深入分析,探索西岛游客体验现状。经研究发现西岛目前存在地方文化深度体验不足、配套建设不完善、监督管理不到位等问题。针对现存问题,本文提出深化游客体验基本对策,以促进西岛旅游业可持续发展。

Bali Tourism's Enlightenment on Tourism Development of Hebei Province,China

Bali Island in Indonesia,one of the Asian regions with the fastest-developed tourism industry,was taken for example to analyze its experience in making tourism development planning,raising funds,and brand building.On this basis,we proposed concrete suggestions for the future tourism development of Hebei Province in China by combining with its actual conditions:buildings in scenic spots have to show regional styles;folk custom tourism should be fully used to enhance tourism development;advanced management experience of foreign tourism enterprises should be introduced;a favorable tourism development atmosphere should be created first;foreign investment should be attracted.

Pulling Vs. Pushing:Effect of Climatic Factors on Periodical Fluctuation of Russian and South Korean Tourist Demand in Hainan Island,China

While climate is an important factor attracting tourists to certain destinations,it can also motivate people residing in a country with a harsh climate to move to another location.By applying X-12 decompositions and a panel data regression analysis,this study analyzes the pull and push effects of climatic seasonal factors between destination(Hainan Island,China) and source countries(Russia and South Korea).The findings show that climatic seasonal factors have significant pulling and pushing effects on seasonal patterns of tourism demand,with temperature being the main factor.Furthermore,the number of paid vacation days in the source country affects that country's sensitivity to climatic seasonal factors;countries with a higher numbers of paid vacation days are more sensitive to climatic conditions.Lastly,future global warming may causes the aforementioned pull and push effects to abate,which will have an unavoidable influence on tourism industries.

佛得角圣文森特岛入境旅游客源市场研究
