Facile Synthesis of Isoamericanol and Isoamericanin A

A number of benzodioxane compounds were synthesized using the pal1adium-catalyzedetherification of aryl halides by employing triphenylphosphan ligand. This method was used askey step in the synthesis of isoamericanol A and isoamericanin A.

从披针叶胡颓子(Elaeagnus lanceolata)的干燥枝叶中分离得到19个化合物,其中isoamericanol B(1)为一新化合物,经波谱学方法鉴定其结构为rel-(7′Z)-(7β,8α)-3-methoxy-4,9′-dihydroxy-3′,7-epox-y-8,4′-oxyneolign-7′-ene。
