New cobalt(II) complex, [Co(O<sub>2</sub>C<sub>15</sub>H<sub>11</sub>N<sub>2</sub>S)<sub>2</sub>(OH<sub>2</sub>)<sub>2</sub>]∙2H<sub>2</sub>O (1∙2H<sub>2</sub>O), has been synthesized upon reaction of cobalt chloride hexahydrate (Co(Cl)<sub>2</sub>∙6H<sub>2</sub>O) with 3-methyl-1-Phenyl-4-(2-thienoyl)-pyrazol-5-one (referred as HL) in ethanol at room temperature. Single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD), spectroscopic methods, and microelemental analyses were used to characterize 1∙2H<sub>2</sub>O. Compound 1∙2H<sub>2</sub>O crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system with a Pbca space group and with the cobalt atom being pseudo-octahedral coordinated. The broth microdilution technique was used to screen the free ligand (HL) and the complex (1∙2H<sub>2</sub>O) for antimicrobial activities. HL has a low activity (MIC > 100 μg/mL) on all microorganisms, whereas compound 1∙2H<sub>2</sub>O displayed moderate activity (10 ∙2H<sub>2</sub>O exhibited bactericidal and fungicidal activity respectively on all the bacteria and yeasts tested. These findings reveal that the antimicrobial activity of HL was enhanced upon coordination to Co(II) ion against all microorganisms (bacteria and fungus). 展开更多

The 3?Nitro?1,2,4?triazole?5?one(NTO)is a high energy density materials of keen interest for both commercial and scientific worlds owing to its reduced sensitivity,better thermal stability and high performances. It plays a significant role to replace the current energetic ingredients. In this review,we summarize various strategies involved in the synthesis of NTO as well as the existing approaches to tailor its particle morphology and sizes. The most prominent properties of NTO,such as insensitivity and performance,which are usually required to produce efficient formulations,have been concisely discussed. In addition,this overview reports on some newer forms of NTO including derivatives and co?crystals available in the literature,which can enhance the NTO features and extend its applications. The advantages and shortcomings of various NTO forms for specific and potential use are also highlighted together with the attempts made to overcome these issues. Therefore,efforts will certainly continue to improve characteristics and performances of NTO either by chemical modification or by co?crystallization in order to produce promising formulations for widespread applications in the near future. 展开更多

The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/n with a = 13.9854(3) ,b = 17.2678(4) ,c = 18.1828(5)A,β = 99.364(2) °,V = 4332.58(18) A^3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.338,F(000) =1824,μ = 0.185 mm^-1,MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073) ,R = 0.0538 and wR = 0.1162 for 4728 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I) . X-ray diffraction analysis reveals the fused rings of benzo[4,5]furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidin-5(1H) -one system are nearly coplanar. Novel polycarbonates from 5-allyloxy-1, 3-dioxan-2-one (ATMC) with 5, 5-dimethyl- 1, 3-dioxan-2-one (DTC) were successfully synthesized for the first time using immobilized porcine pancreas lipase (IPPL) as catalyst. The resulting copolymers were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and GPC. The molecular weight (Mn) of the copolymer with molar feed ratio of 10:90 (ATMC:DTC) was 9300 and the polydispersity was 1.31, while the Mn increased to 14300 and polydispersity of 1.25 with the feed ratio of 50:50. Moreover, the composition of the copolymers agreed well with the monomer feed. 展开更多

The LB film of the title complex was prepared by dropping a benzene solution of the title complex on the surfaceof water subphase at 25±1℃.The film was deposited in Z type on various hydrophilic pretreated substrates ofquartz,CaF;and electronic conductive glass for different purposes.The π-A curve of the film shows that thecross section per molecule is 125;,which indicates that the alkyl chain of the molecule is basically perpendiculalto the surface of the substrate.UV,IR spectra and transmission electronic microscopy of the film were also obtained. 展开更多

The reaction of 5-hydroxyl-7-methoxyflavone(tectochrysin) with bromine obtained 3,6,8-tribromo-5-hydroxy-2,7-dimethoxy-2,3-dihydrochromen-4-one(1), which was characterized by FT-IR, 1 H-NMR, 13C-NMR, elemental ana... The reaction of 5-hydroxyl-7-methoxyflavone(tectochrysin) with bromine obtained 3,6,8-tribromo-5-hydroxy-2,7-dimethoxy-2,3-dihydrochromen-4-one(1), which was characterized by FT-IR, 1 H-NMR, 13C-NMR, elemental analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group pbca with a = 9.4673(8), b = 17.9938(15), c = 21.2004(17) A, V = 3611.5(5) A3, Z = 8, μ = 0.6726 mm^(-1), Dc = 1.795 g/cm3, F(000) = 2080, the final R = 0.0358 and wR = 0.0644 with I 2σ(I). The results show that the addition reaction occurs at the carbon-carbon double bond(C2 and C3) of tectochrysin and 1 belongs to dihydroflavone. The reaction mechanism was discussed and the structure revealed that the crystal structure of 1 is stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bonds and C–Br···π interactions. The antitumor ability of 1 was evaluated against human leukemia cells(K562), human breast cancer cells(MCF-7) and human lung cancer cells(A549). 1 exhibited potent antitumor activities against human leukemia cells(K562) with the IC50 values of 18.9 μmol/L. 展开更多

A simple condensation afforded some new 3-thioxo-1,2,4-triazin-5-one derivatives (4, 6 and 8). Utilizing a facile condensation of (E)-4-(4’-bromo styryl)-2-oxo-3-buteneoic acid with thiosemicarbazide, dithioic formic acid hydrazide, and thiocarbahydrazide in different conditions. Structures of these compounds were confirmed by elemental and spectral analysis. The preliminary biocidal activity of these products were evaluated against some microbial and compared to Mycostatine and piperacillin as antibiotics were most of derivatives exhibited good activity. 展开更多
