Cutting technic for Pinus elliottii plantation of the multi-benefit management pattern

The cutting technic for thePinus elliottii plantation of the multi-benefit management pattern in the hilly region of Jiangxi Province was studied by establishing the model of growth progress according to Richards function and simulating the tending cutting on computer by use of dynamic programming. The results showed that the best time for the initial thinning was at tree age of 8–10 and final cutting was at tree age of 25. The optimal thinning project was 3 times of thinning cutting including the first thinning, and the thinning time was at tree ages of 8, 12 and 16, respectively. As a main channel for the foreign economic cooperation of China nuclear industry,China Zhongyuan Engineering Corporation (CZEC) has been constantly engaged in technical modifications and management innovations in its exporting nuclear reactor projects.In the implementation of heavy water research reactor contract in Algeria,CZEC had established a complete and adequate design standards system in compliance with the international standards,and made significant modifications to the reference reactor in the aspects of reactor power and reactor safety,solved quite some technical issues which affected the reactor technical performance.The modifications and improvements enabled the technical parameters,safety features,reactor multipurpose application to attain to the advanced level in the world.In the 300 MWe PWR NPPs in Pakistan,safety features had been updated in line with upgrading regulatory requisites.The design philosophy and technology application demonstrated CZEC's creation and innovation on basis of constant safety enhancement of nuclear power projects.Efforts had also been made by CZEC in promoting China made equipment items and components exportation. 展开更多

In the performance based navigation(PBN),the flight technical error(FTE)and the navigation system error(NSE)are two main parts of total system error(TSE).The implementation of PBN requires pre-flight prediction and en-route short-term dynamical prediction of TSE.Once the sum of predicted FTE and NSE is greater than the specified PBN value,PBN cannot operate.Thus,it requires accurate modeling and thorough analysis of the two main contributors.Multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)longitudinal flight control system of ARIC model is designed using the linear quadratic Gaussian and loop transfer recovery(LQG/LTR)method,and FTE in symmetrical plane of aircraft is analyzed during the turbulence disturbed approach.The error estimation mapping function of FTE in symmetrical plane and its bound estimation model are proposed based on the singular value theory.The model provides an approach based on the forming mechanism of FTE,rather than the costly flight test and the data fitting.Real-data based simulation validates the theoretical analysis of FTE in symmetrical plane.It also shows that FTE is partially caused by the turbulence fluctuation disturbance when the automatic flight control system(AFCS)is engaged and increases with escalating the environmental turbulence intensity. 展开更多

This study examines the technical efficiency(TE) differences among typical cropping systems of smallholder farmers in the purple-soiled hilly region of southwestern China.Household-,plot-,and crop-level data and community surveys were conducted to explore TE levels and determinants of typical cropping systems by using a translog stochastic frontier production function.Results indicate significant difference in TE and its determinants among cropping systems.The mean TEs of the rice cropping system(R),the rice-rape cropping system(RR),the rice-rape-potato cropping system(RRP),and the oil cropping system(O) are0.86,0.90,0.84,and 0.85,respectively,which are over 1.17 times higher than those of the maize-sweet potato-other crop cropping system(MSO) and the maize-sweet potato-wheat cropping system(MSW) at0.78 and 0.69,respectively.Moreover,Technical inefficiency(TIE) of different cropping systems is significantly affected by characteristics of the household as well as plot.However,the impact of land quality,mechanical cultivation conditions,crop structure,farming system,farm radius,household type,cultivated land area per capita,and annual household income per capitalon TIE vary by cropping system.Additionally,output elasticity of land,labor,and capital,as a group,is greater than the one of agricultural machinery and irrigation.Finally,when household-owned effective agricultural labor is at full farming capacity,optimal plot sizes for the R,RR,RRP,MSO,MSW,and 0 cropping systems are 1.12hm^2,0.35 hm^2,0.25 hm^2,2.82 hm^2,1.87 hm^2,and 1.17hm^2,respectively. 展开更多

Many organizations are struggling to provide high bandwidth and reliable internet connectivity at their branch offices and business locations and getting the most out of their operational expense.The need for internet connectivity at any branch offices and business locations is not a luxury anymore but is a necessity.Let us try to understand how to plan and document the SDWAN(Software Defined-Wide Area Network)implementation in an organization.We will try to understand why it is essential to implement the new technology instead of investing in the existing MPLS(Multi-Protocol label switching)by taking an example of a retail organization.Methods:This project/research was performed using the abilities of Software Defined Network Technology and options available in MPLS(Multi-Protocol Label Switching).The Technical Project management principles were adopted as per PMI(Project Management Institute)waterfall methodology.Results/Conclusion:SDWAN technology provides an effective replacement of MPLS network connection for providing WAN connectivity for our office locations.It is essential to follow a documented process for appropriate vendor selection based on the available features and other listed attributes in the article.To be successful in the implementation it is essential to perform a POC(Proof of Concept)in a controlled environment and validate results.SDWAN provides better network performance and improves reliability as the links operate in active-active function. 展开更多

Purpose–To facilitate technical managers and field workers to master and understand the provisions of Technical Management Regulations for Railway more accurately,so as to better serve the comprehensive revision of the Regulations,this paper carries out the research on the traceability and evolution of the provisions of the Regulations.Design/methodology/approach–This paper studies and analyzes the evolution of the 11th edition of the Regulations by analyzing the relevance of clauses and summarizes the historical background of the development of calendar editions of the Regulations.The basic research on the traceability and evolution of the Regulations is carried out from four aspects:the continuity of the development of the Regulations,the authority of contents,the relevance of clauses and the richness of historical materials.Findings–From the first edition of the Regulations issued by the former Ministry of Railways in 1950 to the 11th edition,there have been ten comprehensive revisions.There is a strong correlation and continuity between the calendar editions of the Regulations in terms of chapter structure and clauses.Studying the context of the terms of the Regulations is an important way to understand and master the current clauses of the Regulations.Originality/value–Through the research on the traceability and evolution of the clauses of the Regulations,one is to explore the context of the development of railway technical equipment in China,the other is to clarify the historical background when the provisions were formulated and the third is to trace the development and evolution of the provisions.The revision of the Regulations is based on an accurate grasp of the context of the provisions,which can effectively judge the possible security risks caused by the revision of the provisions and avoid the possible risks in field implementation from the source. 展开更多

The purpose of management accounting information system is to serve for management. Since 1980's, innovations in management-have seen the application of several accounting techniques such as activity-based costing, balanced scorecard and target costing. However, subsequent surveys have shown that the application of these innovative management accounting techniques is not widespread. Indeed, the application of many techniques has been decidedly ephemeral. The authors suggest two important and interrelated reasons for the apparent failure to adopt such techniques. First, the absence of a conceptual framework needed to envision the collection and integration of multi-dimensional data needed in the modern organization. The second reason is the failure to exploit the data handling potentialities offered by modem computer systems. Reconstruction of contemporary management accounting system using insights from principles of events based accounting is offered as possible solution. 展开更多

目的:制定中医护理技术分级标准及分级预测模型,为中医护理技术的分级提供科学依据。方法:2020年11月至2021年10月,采用德尔菲专家函询法及专家现场论证制定中医护理技术分级标准,邀请浙江省内中医护理专家应用中医护理技术分级标准对... 目的:制定中医护理技术分级标准及分级预测模型,为中医护理技术的分级提供科学依据。方法:2020年11月至2021年10月,采用德尔菲专家函询法及专家现场论证制定中医护理技术分级标准,邀请浙江省内中医护理专家应用中医护理技术分级标准对中医护理技术进行分级评定并构建分级预测模型。结果:根据技术的安全性、学习掌握难易程度及操作难易度将技术分为一级技术、二级技术和三级技术。咨询专家积极系数为94.44%,权威系数为0.913,肯德尔和谐系数为0.892~1.000。构建的技术分级预测模型总准确度为74.5%,ROC曲线下面积为0.904。结论:本研究构建的中医护理技术分级标准具有可靠性、科学性及实用性。技术分级预测模型具有较好的预测准确度,能为中医护理技术的分级评定提供科学依据。 展开更多

高校化学教学实验室内存在很多危险因素,管理方法和技术手段采用不当会引起师生受伤,进而影响实验教学的正常进行。负面清单管理制度可简明扼要地将各种实验教学和实验室管理过程中发现的问题进行归纳总结,做好负面清单的整理和持续改... 高校化学教学实验室内存在很多危险因素,管理方法和技术手段采用不当会引起师生受伤,进而影响实验教学的正常进行。负面清单管理制度可简明扼要地将各种实验教学和实验室管理过程中发现的问题进行归纳总结,做好负面清单的整理和持续改进是强化高校化学实验教学实验室安全管理的有效方法之一。本文在总结现阶段高校化学实验教学实验室的各种影响因素的基础上,形成有针对性的负面清单,开展有针对性的实验室安全教育和培训E(education)、采取有效的实验室工程技术安全措施E(engineering)、强化实验室安全强制措施E(enforcement),形成了3E方法与负面清单管理制度相结合的化学教学实验室安全模式。该制度的可持续发展模式在化学教学实验室管理中收获良好效果,为高校化学教学实验室安全管理提供参考。 展开更多

我国危险废物产生源和种类非常复杂,产生量巨大且持续增长,规范化环境管理和污染防治面临较大压力。危险废物鉴别是识别固体废物危险特性和确定危险废物环境管理对象的重要技术手段和关键依据。根据危险废物鉴别经验以及发布的危险废物... 我国危险废物产生源和种类非常复杂,产生量巨大且持续增长,规范化环境管理和污染防治面临较大压力。危险废物鉴别是识别固体废物危险特性和确定危险废物环境管理对象的重要技术手段和关键依据。根据危险废物鉴别经验以及发布的危险废物鉴别报告复核工作简报发现,部分鉴别单位在危险废物鉴别过程中,由于对HJ 298—2019《危险废物鉴别技术规范》中采样技术要求未充分掌握,采样不规范,致使危险废物鉴别结论依据不充分甚至错误。因此,对确定生产工艺过程中产生废水处理污泥采样对象、堆存状态固体废物采样对象、平行线固体废物份样数、连续产生固体废物采样时间和频次、间歇产生固体废物采样时间和频次、生产工艺过程产生固体废物的采样方法等采样技术要求进行解析,同时给出了常见的错误采样方式,以期为危险废物鉴别过程中样品采集提供借鉴。 展开更多
