The different conditions of use of a component result in a variety of damage levels.Therefore,excluding differences in shape and size,used parts show a high degree of uncertainty regarding failure characteristics,quality conditions,and remaining life,which seriously affects the efficiency of a remanufacturing scheme design.Aiming to address this problem,a remanufacturing scheme design method based on the reconstruction of incomplete information of used parts is proposed.First,the remaining life of the reconstructed model is predicted by finite element analysis,and the demand for the next life cycle is determined.Second,the scanned 3D damage point cloud data are registered with the original point cloud data using the integral iterative method to construct a missing point cloud model to achieve the restoration of geometric information.Then,according to reverse engineering and laser cladding remanufacturing,the tool remanufacturing process path can be generated by the tool contact point path section line method.Finally,the proposed method is adopted for turbine blades to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.This study proposes a remanufacturing scheme design method based on the incomplete reconstruction of used part information to solve the uncertain and highly personalized problems in remanufacturing. 展开更多

Point-of-interest(POI) recommendation is a popular topic on location-based social networks(LBSNs).Geographical proximity,known as a unique feature of LBSNs,significantly affects user check-in behavior.However,most of prior studies characterize the geographical influence based on a universal or personalized distribution of geographic distance,leading to unsatisfactory recommendation results.In this paper,the personalized geographical influence in a two-dimensional geographical space is modeled using the data field method,and we propose a semi-supervised probabilistic model based on a factor graph model to integrate different factors such as the geographical influence.Moreover,a distributed learning algorithm is used to scale up our method to large-scale data sets.Experimental results based on the data sets from Foursquare and Gowalla show that our method outperforms other competing POI recommendation techniques. 展开更多

In this paper, the medium parameters of the elastic wave equation in inhomogeneous medium are rewritten by introducing the referential variables and the perturbational variables, and the wave equation whose sources are the medium parameter perturbational term in homogeneous medium is obtained. By using the Green function theory, the integral equation of the perturbational parameters is obtained. Then the displacement field in homogeneous medium is considered the result of the first iteration, and the displacement field is solved by this integral equation. When the perturbations of medium parameters are about 50 percent, this method can solve the displacement field effectively. from the analysis of the numerical results, the characteristics of wave field in inhomogeneous medium are obtained. The results conform with the local principles of wave function in inhomogeneous medium. 展开更多

2′-Fucosyllactose(2′-FL)has great application value as a nutritional component and the whole cell biosynthesis of 2′-FL has become the focus of current research.Yarrowia lipolytica has great potential in oligosacch... 2′-Fucosyllactose(2′-FL)has great application value as a nutritional component and the whole cell biosynthesis of 2′-FL has become the focus of current research.Yarrowia lipolytica has great potential in oligosaccharide synthesis and large-scale fermentation.In this study,systematic engineering of Y.lipolytica for efficient 2′-FL production was performed.By fusing different protein tags,the synthesis of 2′-FL was optimized and the ubiquitin tag was demonstrated to be the best choice to increase the 2′-FL production.By iterative integration of the related genes,increasing the precursor supply,and promoting NADPH regeneration,the 2′-FL synthesis was further improved.The final 2′-FL titer,41.10 g/L,was obtained in the strain F5-1.Our work reports the highest 2′-FL production in Y.lipolytica,and demonstrates that Y.lipolytica is an efficient microbial chassis for the synthesis of oligosaccharides. 展开更多

The particle motion equation for a Radio Frequency(RF) quadrupole is derived. The motion equation shows that the general transform matrix of a RF quadrupole with length less than or equal to 0.5βλ(β is the relativistic velocity of particles and λ is wavelength of radio frequency electromagnetic field) can describe the particle motion in an arbitrarily long RF quadrupole. By iterative integration, the general transform matrix of a discrete RF quadrupole is derived from the motion equation. The transform matrix is in form of a power series of focusing parameter B. It shows that for length less than βλ, the series up to the 2ndorder of B agrees well with the direct integration results for B up to 30, while for length less than 0.5βλ, the series up to 1storder is already a good approximation of the real solution for B less than 30. The formula of the transform matrix can be integrated into linac or beam line design code to deal with the focusing of discrete RF quadrupoles. 展开更多

Abstract The reconstruction of cylindrically layered media is investigated in this article. The inverse problem is modeled using a source-type integral equation with a series of cylindrical waves as incidences, and a conventional Born iterative procedure is modified for solving the integral equation. In the modified iterative procedure, a conventional single-point approximation for the calculation of the field inside media is replaced by a multi-points approximation to improve the numerical stability of its solution. Numerical simulations for different permittivity distributions are demonstrated in terms of artificial scattering data with the procedure. The result shows that the procedure enjoys both accuracy and stability in the numerical computation. 展开更多
