Optimization of Urban Ecological Network Based on MSPA-MCR Model: A Case Study of Jingzhou City

As a key carrier supporting urban ecological health and living environment quality,urban ecological network is a key focus of current urban green space research.Jingzhou City of Hubei Province is taken as the research object.Relying on GIS technology platform,MSPA method is used to analyze the landscape pattern of Jingzhou City.On this basis,the landscape connectivity evaluation method is used to accurately identify and extract the source areas with important ecological value in Jingzhou City.Then,the normalization method and weighting method are combined to create a resistance factor evaluation system to construct the resistance surface.Based on the MCR model,the ecological network of Jingzhou City is successfully constructed,and targeted spatial optimization strategies and development suggestions are proposed.

Behavior Response of Recreationists to Environment Characteristics of City Parks for Forest Recreation—A Case Study of City Parks of Jingzhou City in China

By taking city parks of Jingzhou City as an example,city parks,as primary places for citizens' daily forest recreation,should present a certain recreational environment feature under the comprehensive effect of nature,humanity,facilities,location and historical evolution.Through the empirical analysis of recreationists' behaviors in city parks with different environmental characters,it has obtained the differences of recreationists in composition,staying time and contents of recreational activities in different city parks,and that recreationists appear to adapt to the environmental characters.Recreational attractions and demands have manifested their perception towards the environmental characters of city parks.The distribution of recreational satisfaction has demonstrated that experience value of recreationists and environmental characters of city parks are consistent.

An Empirical Study on the Revitalization of Rural Areas Served by Banking and Financial Institutions in Jingzhou City,Hubei Province

In the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the banking and financial institutions in Jingzhou City,Hubei Province,under the guidance of the Jingzhou Branch of the People's Bank of China,strive to improve and develop the financial service system adapted to the characteristics of the countryside in the new period.It has innovated financial service products,improved the quality and efficiency of financial services,increased financial support,and achieved remarkable results.On the basis of the investigation,combined with the relevant written materials and statistical data collected,this paper makes an empirical study on the reality of the city's banking and financial institutions serving the revitalization of rural areas.

Development Paths of the Sixth Industry in Jingzhou of Hubei Province

As a new light spot and form of current agricultural development,the sixth industry is a new way to solve the problems of rural development.This paper first introduced current situations of the development of the sixth industry in Jingzhou of Hubei Province,analyzed the related problems,and then came up with some feasible development paths.First of all,the local government should formulate the financial support policies for the sixth industry.Second,local government should focus on strengthening the cultivation of new type of agricultural business entities and carrying out agricultural brand strategy.Finally,local government should develop leisure agriculture,ecological agriculture and promote the integration of rural tourism in the whole region.

Research on Landscape System of Traditional Living Environment in Jingzhou

With the aid of the research method of land landscape,on the basis of briefly analyzing the construction process of regional traditional living environment in Jingzhou,a hierarchical analysis of the regional landscape system was carried out from the aspects of natural landscape,water conservancy construction,agricultural production and urban construction,and the overall pattern of traditional living environment landscape system in Jingzhou was summarized to provide new ideas for the exploration of landscape system.In view of the many problems in the current urban development of Jingzhou,the enlightenment of traditional human settlement experience and wisdom in Jingzhou to the current urban construction of Jingzhou was summarized to provide an example reference for building a living environment that integrates mountains,water and a city.

Temporal and Spatial Differentiation of Cultural Heritage in Jingzhou Area of National Great Site Protection and Its Influencing Factors

In the context of territorial spatial planning,the overall coordinated protection has become a consensus in the field of cultural heritage protection,and the study on the spatial and temporal pattern of trans-regional cultural heritage is of great significance to the overall protection.Based on the cultural relics protection units in Jingzhou area of national great site protection,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of cultural heritage resources were studied with the help of ArcGIS.The data show that on the whole,the cultural heritage in Jingzhou area of national great site protection presented the time series of “a large span,more at two ends” and the spatial distribution pattern of “one main,two secondary and three cores”.Cultural heritage in different historical periods had the characteristics of differentiated regional aggregation.The formation of the spatial pattern of different types of cultural heritage was closely related to the local historical and cultural background.Cultural heritage was affected by rivers,terrain,transportation,land,culture and other factors.It was mainly distributed along rivers in areas with little topographic fluctuation and low altitudes.The development and construction of cultural heritage sites were weak,and the ecological foundation was poor.However,the traffic accessibility was good,and the cultural heritage was deep.The research results are expected to provide a scientific basis for guiding the large site protection area to strengthen the integrated protection of cultural resources.

The Influence of Jingchu Culture on the Pattern of the Ancient City of Jingzhou

Jingzhou is the birthplace of Jingchu culture.Under the influence of Jingchu culture,the layout of Jinan city and Jingzhou city in Jingzhou presents some unique phenomena.By analyzing the connotation of Jingchu culture,the paper excavates the pattern features of two ancient cities in Jingzhou,and explores the influence of Jingchu culture on the pattern of the ancient city of Jingzhou.

Research on the Development of Cultural and Creative Products in Jingzhou Museum

Museum cultural creation meets people’s needs for cultural experience,and has gradually become a hot topic in academic research.To promote the sustainable development of cultural and creative products of Jingzhou Museum,it analyzed the resource advantages of its cultural and creative products,the types of cultural and creative products,and the business methods of cultural and creative products,and discussed the problems in the development of cultural and creative products.Therefore,development strategies such as broadening marketing channels,deep excavation and close integration of Jingchu cultural connotations,enhancing artistic aesthetic value,and enhancing interactive participation experience were proposed.

宜荆荆恩森林城市群建设的总体布局研究

宜昌市、荆州市、荆门市和恩施州构成的宜荆荆恩城市群是湖北省三大城市群之一,也是长江经济带上重要的生态安全屏障区,开展森林城市群建设对促进区域生态、经济、社会和文化协同发展具有重要意义。文章分析了宜荆荆恩城市群生态安全格局、森林湿地资源、生态产业发展、生物多样性保护等现状,从城市群尺度指出存在的问题和发展需求;在此基础上,提出“山区强四库,平原织两网,城乡提三景,全域筑四链”的宜荆荆恩森林城市群总体建设布局,并阐述具体的建设内容。

基于建筑类型学的荆州传统民居天井空间原型研究

研究通过现场调研、资料收集和归纳推演的方法,对38处荆州民居共计85个天井样本进行解析,从天井的长宽比、面积、饱和度、容积、容量系数和空间形态对其进行定量描述,遵循建筑类型学的研究方法,总结出荆州地区代表性的4种天井类型,并讨论其背后的形成原因、具体功能、潜在规律与蕴含的深刻涵义,为保护和发展传统民居建筑,更好地认识荆州传统民居的天井特色以及为现代化的新表达提供借鉴。

荆州地区地中海贫血患者基因突变类型及频率分析

目的:分析荆州地区地中海贫血患者的基因突变类型及频率。方法:选取2019年6月至2022年6月在荆州市中心医院就诊的721例疑似地中海贫血患者为研究对象。男性204例,女性517例,采用PCR-反向斑点杂交法,分析该群体中常见的23种α或β地中海贫血基因突变类型及频率。结果:721例疑似地中海贫血患者中,检测出α或β地中海贫血基因阳性228例(31.62%),其中α地中海贫血87例(38.16%),β地中海贫血140例(61.40%),α复合β地中海贫血1例(0.44%)。共检出α地中海贫血基因突变类型4种,均为缺失型,包括αα/--SEA(64/87,73.56%)、αα/-α3.7(14/87,16.09%)、--SEA/-α3.7(7/87,8.05%)、αα/-α4.2(2/87,2.30%);140例β地中海贫血患者中,单纯杂合子138例,以IVS-II-654M(63/140,45.00%)、CD41-42M(34/140,24.29%)、CD17M(18/140,12.86%)和CD27-28M(10/140,7.14%)基因型为主,占全部突变的89.29%(125/140),双重杂合子2例(2/140,1.43%),未检出β地中海贫血纯合子;α复合β地中海贫血1例,基因型为-α3.7/IVS-II-654M。比较不同类型地中海贫血发生率,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=194.250,P<0.001)。疑似患者中男、女性检出地中海贫血基因阳性比例无显著性差异(χ^(2)=0.199,P=0.655)。结论:荆州地区α地中海贫血基因突变以αα/--SEA为主,β地中海贫血以IVS-II-654M突变多见,α复合β地中海贫血较为少见,可以为荆州地区制订地中海贫血防治措施提供参考依据。

约束线方法改进的ITVDI在荆州市干旱评估中的应用

干旱是影响农业生产和区域可持续发展的重要因素。监测和分析干旱的时空变化特征及其驱动因素对于制定有效的应对措施具有重要意义。基于约束线方法对温度植被干旱指数(ITVDI)进行了改进,利用2001—2020年MODIS NDVI和LST数据对荆州市的干旱进行了监测和分析。结果表明,荆州市的干旱强度呈现出波动变化,2015年后有所减轻。空间上,荆州市的干旱特征存在较大的异质性,西部和东部地区的干旱显著增加,而市中心的干旱显著减少。进一步识别和量化了人类活动(人口、GDP、土地利用类型)、气候变化(降水、温度)和地形(海拔、坡度)等因素对荆州市干旱强度的约束影响。结果显示,这些因素对干旱强度存在8种约束效应类型,包括U型曲线、正线性、负线性、对数型、负凸型、正凸型、指数型和驼峰型。降水和温度是影响干旱强度最直接的因素,其对干旱强度的上下边界都有约束效应。海拔、坡度、GDP和人口对干旱强度的约束效应在尺度上稳定。值得注意的是,土地利用类型对干旱强度的约束效应呈U型,且最小值阈值出现在林地和水域覆盖区域。该研究为缓解区域干旱和促进区域可持续发展提供了科学决策支持,最后展望了未来的研究方向和需求。

基于SWAT模型的荆州市不同土地利用类型对雨水入渗量和径流系数的影响

以荆州市为研究对象,结合试验观测、模型模拟与理论分析,研究不同尺度、区域和降雨条件下土地利用变化对雨水入渗量和径流系数的影响。结果表明,2010—2022年荆州市土地利用类型经历了明显转变,耕地面积缩减,建设用地扩张,林地与草地面积稳定,水域略增,其他用地略减,这些变化导致雨水入渗量呈上升趋势,而径流系数呈下降趋势。不同土地利用类型对雨水入渗量和径流系数的影响各异,林地和建设用地对雨水入渗量产生正面影响,对径流系数则是负面;耕地对雨水入渗量有负面影响,对径流系数则正面;草地、水域及其他用地的影响较为有限。土地利用变化对雨水入渗量和径流系数的影响随尺度、区域和降雨条件的不同表现出差异性和复杂性。

荆州市城市扩张与耕地流失的EKC关系及其影响因素

[目的]以荆州市为例,探讨城市扩张与耕地流失的关系及其对经济增长的影响。[方法]利用中国30 m年度土地覆盖数据集,分析1990—2019年城市扩张和耕地流失的时空格局及区域差异。引入环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)假设,通过省级面板数据回归分析,检验城市扩张与经济增长的关系,并利用未来城市用地扩张(FULE)数据集预测未来情景下的耕地压力。[结果]城市扩张是耕地流失的主要原因,城市扩张的面积占新建城市用地面积的76%和耕地流失面积的28%。县级以上城市更倾向于利用耕地进行建设,而县级以下城市则有更多耕地转化为其他用途。城市扩张与耕地流失之间存在倒U型关系,表明耕地流失随经济增长先增后减,2012年达到拐点后开始脱钩。一些沿江和大型城市已经进入耕地流失减少的阶段,而一些内陆和中小型城市仍处于耕地流失增加的阶段。预计到2050年,荆州市将有30万~40万hm^(2)耕地被城市用地占用,三、四线城市损失最大。[结论]建议加强土地规划管理,控制城市扩张,优化土地利用结构,提高土地利用效率,保护耕地资源,并促进区域协调发展,实现经济与环境的平衡。

四种润楠属植物在荆州市的越冬表现

对4种润楠属(Machilus Nees)植物进行越冬耐寒性比较试验,比较越冬前后叶片所受冻害程度,测定越冬前后各叶片的电导率、可溶性蛋白质含量、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性以及游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和叶片中色素含量等生理指标。结果表明,经过自然低温后,小果润楠(Machilus microcarpa)受冻害程度最轻,能够成功越冬,而宜昌润楠(Machilus ichangensis)、凤凰润楠(Machilus phoenicis)以及长梗润楠(Machilus duthiei)受冻害损伤程度较大。综合评价表明4种润楠的耐寒性表现为小果润楠>长梗润楠>凤凰润楠>宜昌润楠。

基于熵值法的荆州市新型城镇化发展分析

伴随着湖北省荆州市新型城镇化进程的不断推进,对其发展现状的跟踪定位有利于不断优化其进程。本研究以荆州市为调查对象,结合299份有效问卷,分析受访者基本信息和城镇化发展情况,并运用熵值法进行荆州市新型城镇化发展指标构建,以其城镇化发展相关指标影响作用大小分析当前荆州市新型城镇化发展现状。研究发现:当前荆州市新型城镇化过程中存在年轻人才流失、居民文化程度较低、新型城镇化发展仍有上升空间等问题。最后,从加强城镇化产业培育,增加居民就业机会;持续加大新型城镇化引导力度,增加群众政策认可;重视教育普及,建立青年人才吸引机制;持续优化物流体系,完善基础设施建设;强调可持续发展理念,继续加强资源环境保护等方面提出了进一步助推荆州市新型城镇化发展的建议。

山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和修复工程对荆州市生态系统服务价值和稀缺价值的影响

以荆州市为研究区域,利用荆州市2021年相关数据计算和分析了荆州市生态系统服务价值(ESV)和生态系统服务稀缺价值(ESSV)指标,并运用地理信息图谱、景观格局指数、冷热点分析法、供给和需求弹性指数等方法评估和揭示ESV和ESSV的时空异质性变化及其原因和机制。结果表明,土地利用变化主要集中于耕地转变为林地或草地,未利用地转变为水域或其他类型,林地或草地转变为建设用地。各类型土地的多样性和均衡性均提高,山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和修复工程(SLCP)的综合治理和协调发展等措施的效果取得一定成效。ESSV在空间上呈现出由东部向西部递增的分布特征,且在空间上呈现出明显的聚集特征。
