Non-Cooperative Behavior Management in Large-Scale Group Decision-Making Considering the Altruistic Behaviors of Experts and Its Application in Emergency Alternative Selection

Emergency decision-making problems usually involve many experts with different professional backgrounds and concerns,leading to non-cooperative behaviors during the consensus-reaching process.Many studies on noncooperative behavior management assumed that the maximumdegree of cooperation of experts is to totally accept the revisions suggested by the moderator,which restricted individuals with altruistic behaviors to make more contributions in the agreement-reaching process.In addition,when grouping a large group into subgroups by clustering methods,existing studies were based on the similarity of evaluation values or trust relationships among experts separately but did not consider them simultaneously.In this study,we introduce a clustering method considering the similarity of evaluation values and the trust relations of experts and then develop a consensusmodel taking into account the altruistic behaviors of experts.First,we cluster experts into subgroups by a constrained Kmeans clustering algorithm according to the opinion similarity and trust relationship of experts.Then,we calculate the weights of experts and clusters based on the centrality degrees of experts.Next,to enhance the quality of consensus reaching,we identify three kinds of non-cooperative behaviors and propose corresponding feedback mechanisms relying on the altruistic behaviors of experts.A numerical example is given to show the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method in emergency decision-making.The study finds that integrating altruistic behavior analysis in group decision-making can safeguard the interests of experts and ensure the integrity of decision-making information. 展开更多

The basic idea of the method is that the grid points on the same time level is divided into a number of groups, the difference equations of each group can be solved independently, hence the method with intrinsic parallelism can be used directly on parallel computer. Alternating group explicit (AGE) iterative methods for one-dimensional convection diffusion equations problems are given. The stability and convergence are analyzed by the linear method. Numerical results of the model problem are taken. Known test problems have been studied to demonstrate the accuracy of the method. Numerical results show that the behavior of the method with emphasis on treatment of boundary conditions is valuable. 展开更多

延长石油集团在鄂尔多斯盆地大力推动石油、天然气、页岩气勘探开发理论研究和技术攻关,多类型资源协同发展,取得显著效果。在石油勘探方面,提出延长组特低渗石油“交替式”成藏理论认识,建立盆地中生界多期差异性成藏新模式,近10年特... 延长石油集团在鄂尔多斯盆地大力推动石油、天然气、页岩气勘探开发理论研究和技术攻关,多类型资源协同发展,取得显著效果。在石油勘探方面,提出延长组特低渗石油“交替式”成藏理论认识,建立盆地中生界多期差异性成藏新模式,近10年特低渗石油年均探明地质储量超1×10^(8) t。建立细粒沉积风暴、地震等控砂理论,以及甜点预测方法,致密油累计探明地质储量2.1×10^(8) t。针对致密气田砂体成因机理不明、天然气运聚成藏规律不清等主要难题,揭示了“浅水环境岸线频繁迁移控砂”机制,建立了致密砂岩气优质储层成储模式,明确纯石英砂岩和富石英低塑性颗粒岩屑砂岩是致密气分布的“甜点”,形成了基于多要素、全过程天然气运聚模拟的目标优选技术。经勘探实践,发现了延安气田,累计探明天然气地质储量7635×10^(8) m^(3)。页岩气方面,提出陆相页岩气“三元”成藏富集地质理论的创新认识,认为湖相优质页岩是陆相页岩气富集高产的物质基础,多类型、跨尺度的复杂孔隙网络决定页岩气赋存条件,厚层页岩自封闭能力及高压是保存的关键,实现陆相页岩气产量突破。未来延长石油将继续坚持“稳油、增气、强化非常规”战略,推进“地质工程一体化”勘探开发模式,保障企业可持续发展。 展开更多

目的:分析MNS血型相关基因GYPA、GYPB、GYPE mRNA全长序列的特征,了解MNS血型基因的多态性。方法:随机选取无偿献血者500人份离体24 h内的抗凝血各8 ml,以血型血清学方法鉴定MN、Ss、Mia血型。从500例样本中随机选取MNS与Mia血型不同组... 目的:分析MNS血型相关基因GYPA、GYPB、GYPE mRNA全长序列的特征,了解MNS血型基因的多态性。方法:随机选取无偿献血者500人份离体24 h内的抗凝血各8 ml,以血型血清学方法鉴定MN、Ss、Mia血型。从500例样本中随机选取MNS与Mia血型不同组合的5例样本,使用密度梯度离心法分离外周血中的单个核细胞(PBMC)并提取总mRNA,使用逆转录试剂盒制备cDNA,采用巢式PCR(nested PCR)方法扩增目标片段,切胶回收后分别对GYPA、GYPB、GYPE mRNA全长序列进行测序,通过Oligo 6.0软件分析碱基序列。结果:血清学检测得到MN、Ss和Mia表现型,不同个体间的红细胞与抗-Mia血清反应存在凝集强度差异。检测了5例不同表现型组合样本的GYPA、GYPB、GYPE基因mRNA全长序列,1例样本的GYPA mRNA中exon-6完整缺失,其他4例样本的GYPA mRNA全长完整;2例样本的GYPB mRNA中exon-2完整缺失,Mia血型阴性;2例样本的GYPB mRNA全长完整,Mia血型阳性;1例样本的GYPB mRNA中exon-5存在碱基替换;5例样本的GYPE mRNA全长完整。结论:MNS血型相关基因具有明显的多态性,mRNA全长序列的检测为GYPA、GYPB、GYPE基因结构的分析与MNS血型抗原表达的深入研究奠定了基础。 展开更多

为了衡量以交错群图为拓扑结构的多处理器系统在混合故障环境下的故障诊断能力,研究了交错群图在HPMC模型下的h-限制点诊断度和r-限制边诊断度。根据这2种混合故障诊断度的性质,得到了它们之间的关系。考虑到交错群图中相邻的顶点有公... 为了衡量以交错群图为拓扑结构的多处理器系统在混合故障环境下的故障诊断能力,研究了交错群图在HPMC模型下的h-限制点诊断度和r-限制边诊断度。根据这2种混合故障诊断度的性质,得到了它们之间的关系。考虑到交错群图中相邻的顶点有公共邻点,将h和r划范围讨论。借助反证法,得到了交错群图在1≤h≤2n-7时的h-限制点诊断度是2n-h-4。然后由h-限制点诊断度和r-限制边诊断度的关系,确定了交错群图在3≤r≤2n-5时的r-限制边诊断度是2n-r-4。此外,通过构造相异的一致故障对并证明是不可区分的,确定了交错群图在h=2n-6,2n-5,2n-4时的h-限制点诊断度分别是1、0、0;在r=1,2时的r-限制边诊断度分别是2n-6、2n-7。这些结果显示出交错群图在混合故障环境下可自我识别故障元素的最大数值,体现了系统最大的故障诊断能力。 展开更多

为了有效去除高光谱图像中噪声带来的干扰,提升图像质量,在局部低秩和全局组稀疏结合的框架内提出了一种基于快速三因子分解和组稀疏正则化的去噪模型。首先,将高光谱图像分解成若干三维重叠图块并将其逐波段列化成矩阵,在快速三因子分... 为了有效去除高光谱图像中噪声带来的干扰,提升图像质量,在局部低秩和全局组稀疏结合的框架内提出了一种基于快速三因子分解和组稀疏正则化的去噪模型。首先,将高光谱图像分解成若干三维重叠图块并将其逐波段列化成矩阵,在快速三因子分解的框架下将这些矩阵分解为两个正交因子矩阵和一个核心矩阵,对核心矩阵添加L_(2,1)范数最小化约束;其次,对高光谱图像空间和光谱方向的梯度张量分别添加组稀疏正则化约束;最后,将低秩矩阵的三因子分解和全局组稀疏正则化结合,可以充分挖掘图像的局部低秩和稀疏的先验信息,并去除各种混合噪声。在三个数据集上与五种经典模型相比,该模型的各项评价指标更高,去噪图像保留了更多细节信息,去噪效果更好。 展开更多

Omicron,the new mutant coronavirus,has spread rapidly globally,attracting close attention from different stakeholders worldwide.The complex and constantly changing epidemic situation has had a new impact on the world.Therefore,this paper focuses on the characteristics of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 variant strain.Generally,epidemic prevention experts conduct preliminary screening as part of the existing epidemic plan database according to the current local situation,after which they sort the alternatives deemed more suitable for the situation.Then the decision-makers identify the most divergent expert group,plan for consultation and adjustments,and finally obtain the plan with the smallest divergence.This article aims to integrate the experts'opinions with the method of minimizing the differences,which can maximize the expert consensus and help organize the schemes that best meet the epidemic situation.The experts'negotiation and iteration of the differences in the initial plan align with the current complex and dynamic epidemic situation and are of great significance to the rapid formulation of plans to achieve effective prevention and control. 展开更多

However, in this investigation, in spite of the conditionalstability of GER and GEL, the SAGE scheme, which is a combination of GEL and GER, was found to beunconditionally stable when used for simulations of electrochemical reaction-diffusions and had aperformance comparable with or even better than the Fast Quasi Explicit Finite Difference Method(FQEFD) in some aspects. Corresponding differential equations of SAGE scheme for digital simulationsof various electrochemical mechanisms with both uniform and exponentially expanded space units wereestablished. The effectiveness of the SAGE method was further demonstrated by the simulations of anEC and a catalytic mechanism with very large homogeneous rate constants. 展开更多
