Conclusion: The mental health status of elderly people in the rural areas is poorer than that of retired people. 文摘目的:了解某医学院校新生的心理健康状况及影响因素,为大学新生的心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法:对某高校2012级679名新生采用症状自评量表( SCL-90)、自制问卷进行调查,并通过多因素Logistic回归分析,探索影响新生心理健康状况的主要因素。结果:该校新生SCL-90各因子得分均低于全国大学生新生常模( P<0.05);SCL-90阳性检出人数为174,阳性率为25.63%;多因素Logistic回归分析显示:大学生活不适应( OR=2.946,95%CI=1.768~4.911)、学习负担重( OR =1.857,95%CI =1.125~3.064)、家庭经济困难( OR =1.545,95%CI =1.042~2.289)、有睡眠问题(OR=2.541,95%CI=1.356~4.762)及产生性幻想(OR=2.171,95%CI=1.250~3.768)最终进入Logistic回归模型,提示这些因素是影响大学新生心理健康的危险因素。结论:该校新生的整体心理状况优于全国大学新生常模,但仍有部分学生存在不同程度的心理健康问题,应针对影响新生心理的主要因素加强健康教育工作。
