Survey and Prospect for Applying Knowledge Graph in Enterprise Risk Management

Enterprise risk management holds significant importance in fostering sustainable growth of businesses and in serving as a critical element for regulatory bodies to uphold market order.Amidst the challenges posed by intricate and unpredictable risk factors,knowledge graph technology is effectively driving risk management,leveraging its ability to associate and infer knowledge from diverse sources.This review aims to comprehensively summarize the construction techniques of enterprise risk knowledge graphs and their prominent applications across various business scenarios.Firstly,employing bibliometric methods,the aim is to uncover the developmental trends and current research hotspots within the domain of enterprise risk knowledge graphs.In the succeeding section,systematically delineate the technical methods for knowledge extraction and fusion in the standardized construction process of enterprise risk knowledge graphs.Objectively comparing and summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of each method,we provide recommendations for addressing the existing challenges in the construction process.Subsequently,categorizing the applied research of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on research hotspots and risk category standards,and furnishing a detailed exposition on the applicability of technical routes and methods.Finally,the future research directions that still need to be explored in enterprise risk knowledge graphs were discussed,and relevant improvement suggestions were proposed.Practitioners and researchers can gain insights into the construction of technical theories and practical guidance of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on this foundation.

Systematic research on enterprise knowledge management

Entering 21st century, knowledge has already become the most important strategic resource for enterprises. The key factors of keeping continuous competitive advantages for an enterprise are the abilities of knowledge management and knowledge innovations. Enterprise knowledge management is a new subject with great theoretical meaning and actual meaning. From a new angle, guided by systematic viewpoint, this paper analyses deeply and explores synthetically enterprise knowledge management as a complicated system problem by doing the following:Defining the implication of enterprise knowledge management;Analyzing three kinds of the key elements in enterprise knowledge management and the interaction relations among the elements;Proposing and probing into the structure of enterprise knowledge management. Considers the structure as the open dynamic network structure with multidimensional space. Through drawing the state chart of key elements, analyzes the functions of enterprise knowledge management; Proposing and studying the interaction mechanisms between three kinds of the key elements and enterprise knowledge management. On the basis of all above analyses, aiming at the conditions and problems of enterprise knowledge management in our country, this paper probes into the main countermeasures of knowledge management that should be adopted by the enterprises of our country.

Study on the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises

With the development of knowledge economy, the competition between high teehnology enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of core competence based on knowledge, because high technology enterprises are typical knowledge-based enterprises. Few enterprises, especially for high technology firms, have all of the knowledge they need to compete effectively in the marketplace both at home and abroad, so more and more high technology companies are taking the advantage of strategic alliances to get their complementary knowledge. Since knowledge is the source of an enterprise＇ s competitiveness, knowledge management has become the most important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. There has been an increased growth in the literature on strategic alliances in recent decades. But what is less discussed in the existing literature on strategic alliances is the issue of knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises. Based on the characteristics of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises, and in line with the implication and the goal of knowledge management, this study tries to delve into this issue. The paper analyzes the key factors relevant to the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises and proposes guidelines on the process and measures that should be taken in the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises.

Knowledge about Stroke among Workers in Public and Private Enterprises in Brazzaville and Their Attitudes towards Stroke Victims

Background: Stroke causes multiple complications, sequelae and a high mortality rate. Therefore, it is important to initiate or improve stroke awareness. Objectives: To assess knowledge about stroke among workers, explore workers’ attitudes towards stroke victims and identify factors influencing knowledge about stroke and workers’ attitudes. Methods: It was an analytical cross-sectional study. It was conducted from 16 August to 30 December 2020 (4.5 months). It was carried out in public and private enterprises in the formal sector in Brazzaville. It focused on workers aged 19 years and above. The study variables were socio-professional, psychosocial, epidemiological and clinical. Results: This study included 543 workers who fulfilled inclusion criteria. The knowledge scores for at least one warning sign and one risk factor were 74% and 77.7%, respectively. The average knowledge scores for warning signs and risk factors were 11.4% and 16.7%, respectively. For prevention measures, average knowledge score was 16.5%. The average score of knowledge for items related to post-stroke life of stroke victims was 78.3%. The average rate of positive attitudes of workers towards stroke victims was 81.4%. The determinants of knowledge about stroke were education (p = 0.039) and information (p = 0.040). The factors influencing workers’ normal attitude were education (p = 0.023) and knowledge about stroke (p Conclusion: Although the attitudes towards stroke victims are overall good, the level of knowledge about warning signs, risk factors and prevention measures is low. Because of this, it is important to organize public regular awareness and education campaigns in order to improve and increase knowledge about stroke.

Research on construction knowledge resources framework of real estate enterprises

Many studies have shown that knowledge resources have been the real source of innovation and competitiveness of real estate enterprises. Therefore, it is the basic work to establish the real estate enterprise knowledge resources framework for implementing knowledge management（KM）,and it should be given enough attention. A sort of the real estate enterprise knowledge resources framework system has been built in this paper based on the thought of Clark ＆ Henderson＇s enterprise knowledge classification, and the contents have been analyzed and expounded. Thus, the real estate enterprises can grasp clearly the basic contents of its knowledge resources, then depict the knowledge system, in the end the solid foundation should be settled for implementing knowledge management.

A Study on Analysis and Construction of Project-oriented Enterprise Knowledge Map

Knowledge is an important resource for enterprises, especially project-oriented enterprises. Knowledge is an important carrier for the innovation of products and services. The level of knowledge management determines the survival development of the project enterprise. In this paper, the characteristics of the project-oriented enterprise knowledge map are in-depth analyzed, and the construction goals of project-oriented enterprise knowledge map are established, and from the perspective of system construction, the architectures of knowledge map are put forward. On the basis of this, the structure and function modules of the knowledge atlas are designed, and the drawing steps of project-oriented enterprise knowledge map are explained in details, which aims to help project-oriented enterprises to find effective knowledge management tools in the process of knowledge management, to improve the level of knowledge management, to further strengthen the innovation of products and services.

Knowledge Spillover and R&D in Manufacturing Enterprises

Based on the database of Chinese industrial industries,a model is constructed to empirically analyze the interaction between knowledge spillovers and R&D in manufacturing industries;the mean productivity values of county and city regions have a significant positive effect on firms'R&D,which gradually decreases;an interaction term between the number of neighboring firms and the average total factor productivity of industries in different regional scopes is added,and the greater the number of neighboring firms in the neighborhood,the greater the spillover effect on research and development.In order to increase the innovation input of companies,they need to be given the space to folly exchange ideas.

General Representation of Enterprise Diaganosis Model Knowledge

Enterprise diagnosis is a complex process in which various enterprise knowledge are involved. It is proved that hybrid inference mechanism is an effective solution to deal with such problems. Aimed at the issue that current representation of diagnosis knowledge depends excessively on the inference mechanism, the strategy that separates the enterprise model knowledge and the inference knowledge is adopted in this paper. By systematically analyzing the diagnosis knowledge of enterprise model, a general representation of diagnosis model knowledge is put forward based upon XML schema and its validity and feasibility is tested through a practical application.

Intra-firm Horizontal Knowledge Transfer Management

Knowledge transfer is widely emphasized as a strategic issue for firm competition. A model for intra-firm horizontal knowledge transfer is proposed to model horizontal knowledge transfer to solve some demerits in current knowledge transfer researches. The concept model of intra-firm horizontal knowledge transfer was described and a framework was provided to define the main components of the transfer process. Horizontal knowledge transfer is that knowledge is transferred from the source to the same hierarchical level recipients as the target. Horizontal knowledge transfer constitutes a strategic area of knowledge management research. However, little is known about the circumstances under which one particular mechanism is the most appropriate. To address these issues, some significant conclusions are drawn concerning knowledge transfer mechanisms in a real-world setting.

On the Decision Structures and Knowledge Discovery for ANP Modeling

This paper proposes an integrative framework for network-structured analytic network process (ANP) modeling. The underlying rationales include: 1) creating the measuring items for the complex decision problems;2) applying factor analysis to reduce the complex measuring items into fewer constructs;3) employing Bayesian network classifier technique to discover the causal directions among constructs;4) using partial least squares path modeling to test the causal relationships among the items-constructs. The proposed framework is implemented for knowledge discovery to a case of high-tech companies’ enterprise resource planning (ERP) benefits and satisfaction in Hsinchu Science Park,Taiwan. The results show that the proposed framework for ANP modeling can reach a satisfactory level of convergent reliability and validity. Based on the findings, pragmatic implications to the ERP venders are discussed. This study has shed new light on the long neglected, yet critical, issue on decision structures and knowledge discovery for ANP modeling.

Influencing Factors of Organizational Learning Capability : From the Perspective of Knowledge Embeddedness

Organizational learning capability is an important embodiment of the competitive advantage of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy. Based on the embeddedness theory,six factors are discussed that influence organizational learning capability from the perspective of knowledge embeddedness: employees embeddedness, tools embeddedness, tasks embeddedness,interpersonal relationship embeddedness, organizational culture embeddedness and network environment embeddedness. Combined with the survey data of textile and apparel manufacturing industry,the research proves the important function of knowledge embeddedness in the construction of organizational learning capability, and proposes three research countermeasures for industrial upgrading.

Multi Agent Knowledge Management Architecture

Nowadays, knowledge in Public Sector environment becomes very vast and increasing day by day at speedy pace. So, to handle and manage the knowledge becomes a tedious job, resulting into degrading the overall affectivity and productivity of the system. Hence, the need of effective architecture arises, which can increase the performance of disseminating knowledge in public sector. This results the implementation of knowledge management (KM) using Multi Agents (MA). Using Multi Agents reduces the time overhead for serving relevant knowledge to end users. The objective of this paper is to propose KM architecture using MA which will be helpful and effective in circulating knowledge to public sectors in a much better and easier manner, due to which it enhances the productivity and performance. The paper firstly, gives the understanding of literature on various knowledge management frameworks and tools for implementing Multi Agents. Then it proposes a MA enterprise knowledge management architecture (MAEKM), stating that how knowledge circulation will be done. At the end, using JADE framework, paper implements MAEKM architecture for public sector. The paper describes the necessity of implementing this architecture and its usefulness in disseminating knowledge in public sectors.
