Landscape Architecture Planning and Design Based on Landscape Ecology Theory:A Case Study of Waterfront Landscape Planning and Design of Dapo Town

With the rapid development of urbanization,landscape architecture has become an indispensable component of daily life.In order to achieve better landscape effects and protect the ecological environment,landscape ecology theory can be integrated into landscape planning to carry out disciplinary crossing and integration research between landscape ecology and landscape architecture.In this study,based on the basic theories of landscape ecology,the waterfront landscape of Dapo Town was designed,with the aim to achieve ecological balance in planning,showcase biodiversity,and create a harmonious landscape ecological environment which can benefit both nature and people.This design combined artificial and natural elements while improving the natural environment,which promoted a harmonious relationship between humans and nature,thus enriching the spatial organization of the city,and playing a role in regulating the urban environment and climate.

Cultivation of Planning Capacity and Qualification Training in Landscape Architecture Education

Based on the scope of landscape architecture profession and the depth of landscape architecture research,this paper proposes that the education of landscape architecture should focus on the training of students’planning capacity and qualification.It also puts forward some methods to improve students’planning capacity and qualification from the aspect of planning process,knowledge system,and curriculum.

Study on the Relationship among Literature,Plant Landscaping and Landscape Architecture

By using literature expressions such as singing the praise,attaching morals to plants,and expressing emotions,the relationship between landscape architecture and plants as well as their literature attributes was studied.The relationship between plants and literature was summarized mainly as below:endowing plants with moral implications,indifference to fame and wealth,natural and ecological philosophical views.Correlation between plant literature and natural landscape was elaborated from the formal beauty,fragrance,light and shadow,sound and color beauty of plants,physical literature features of plants,internal relationship between literature connotations of plants and scenic areas was described and studied qualitatively.The study was to achieve the integration of plants,literature,plant landscaping and landscape architecture,and enhance the further research on plant literature,so as to increase cultural elements in plant landscaping,and promote the application of literature characteristics of plants.

Frontier Progress of Landscape Character Assessment in China

The role of Landscape Character Assessment(LCA)at the level of territorial landscape governance spans both natural and social sciences.By analyzing the development history,research distribution,methods and applications of cutting-edge cases of LCA in China,the following conclusions are drawn:①the LCA research in China originated earlier than that in Europe,but has not yet been systematically applied to the implementation of urban and rural planning at all levels;②the fundamental theory of LCA in China has been well constructed,with three main research directions:technologyled,assessment-led,and assessment combined with other theories;③the development of LCA in rural areas is more mature than in urban areas,but the progress of research is uneven across regions;④the current research presents significant“bottom-up”academic characteristics,and there is an urgent need for government decision-making authorities and academia to jointly promote a“top-down”standardized governance mechanism to comprehensively promote the modernization of territorial landscape governance.

Discussion on Improvement and Conservation Planning for Pool Landscape in the Process of Urbanization

Taking the water regulation of Dingjia pool in Bozhou as an example,the countermeasures of improvement and conservation planning for pool landscape in the process of urbanization were discussed in this study.It was essential for the sound development of water of pools in cities to conduct the following rules:① The protection planning of water in cities must be done well,while improvement and conservation planning of pools must be carried out based on the landscapes.② Management according to law or green line of pools must be strengthened or supervised,while illegal buildings and structures are forbidden in the planning range of green line of water,so the filled and infringed pools should be immediately banned.③ It is forbidden to discharge various sewage or dump garbage,residue soil,toxic and harmful substance into water.④ Propaganda of public voice and supervising mechanism should be strengthened,while illegal behaviors should be disclosed,so water protection of pools is rooted in the hearts of people.

Preliminary Study on Landscape Architecture Safety

In view of the current poor safety consciousness in landscape architecture industry, this paper proposed the concept of landscape architecture safety, and analyzed its characteristics; explored the monitoring means of landscape architecture safety and prevention measures from the perspectives of landscape architecture planning and design safety, landscaping construction safety; and put forward specific schemes from the perspectives of evaluation standards, legal system, and propaganda and education of landscape architecture safety, in order to meet the increasingly urgent needs of landscape architecture safety,and promote the landscape architecture safety in China.

Ecological Harmony:Core Concept for the Construction of Urban Landscape Architecture

On the basis of analyzing the narrow sense and broad sense of landscape architecture,classical gardens and modern landscape architecture,the authors proposed functions of landscape architecture,and that highquality landscape architecture designs should demonstrate ecological,social and aesthetic functions.By combining theoretical analysis and practical experience,it was verified that urban landscape architecture has to integrate ecological,social and aesthetic functions to manifest its social value to the most.

通过对中美之间LA人才培养回顾和现状分析,提出我国LA人才培养方略:明确LA与建筑学、城市规划是3个独立学科,建议在国内LA教学中建立一批核心课程,加强基本知识学习和基本技能训练,在重点综合大学内设立设计研究生院(GSD),开设不同层次要求的LA研究生课程,制定LA培养计划,并实行LA行业准入制度,与国际接轨,培养出一批能参与国际竞争的LA人才。

The Evolution of Landscape and Greenway Planning in the USA at the University of Massachusetts —— Amherst (1970 to date)

The planning aspects of landscape architecture in the United States including its origin, planning principles and landscape assessment techniques developed by "METLAND" system are introduced in this paper. Thereafter, the development of greenway in the USA and its actualities are discussed with examples, and significant greenway proposals for America in recent years are made.

Balancing development and conservation needs of stakeholders in the Tusheti Protected Landscape

Public governance and civil society play an important role in the preservation of the environmental and cultural values of the specific region of Tusheti. This area is an interesting study object also due to its unique governing model and different management issues including the historical background of the region and the current growth of tourism. In the region, where there is a significant number of initiatives supported by donors, a management plan for the protected landscape was prepared and put into practice and selected measures were implemented. Our evaluation of the activities was focused on relevance, efficiency, effectiveness,impacts and sustainability of outcomes. On the basis of the formulated conclusions, a few recommendations related to process and system nature, implementation and replicability of approaches are suggested. The results show an increase in tourism in the region,which leads to an improvement in the quality of life of the local population. On the other hand, it represents a threat to natural and cultural values, historical identity and uniqueness. The Management Plan is an excellent platform for stakeholder cooperation and implementation of specific measures to protect this exceptional territory.

Riverfront Landscape Design of Wojiang River in Longnan County, Jiangxi Province

Taking riverfront landscape construction of Wojiang River and its artery landscape engineering for example, the design follows the principle of "humanistic, ecological, landscape, sharable and open", respects and understands intentions of planning in the early stage, focuses on the extraction of historical elements, explores local cultural characteristics to integrate the features into riverfront landscape construction and create urban landscapes with local cultural connotations.

This study aimed to summarize the planning theory system of sightseeing agriculture for the first time through the research on the site selection, layout, partition planning, planning of property items, landscape planning, greening planning, economic and technical indicators of the sightseeing agricultural park (area).

Planning and Design of Zhengzhou Forest Park Based on Natural Ecological Experience

Through summarizing and analyzing planning objectives, landscape division and natural ecological experience planning of Zhengzhou Forest Park, the authors discussed the application of human-nature harmony in the planning, stressed citizens' needs for experiencing natural ecological environment, and tried to build Zhengzhou Forest Park with picturesque scenery, complete facilities, and harmonious human-nature coexistence.

Enlightenment of Advanced Foreign Green Planning Researches for the Regional Greenway Network Planning of the Pearl River Delta

Since the programmatic document for the greenway construction in 9 cities of the Pear River Delta-Greenway Network Master Planning Outline for the Pearl River Delta was issued, greenway construction has been launched in all regions. This study proposed background of greenway study and problems in current greenway construction, analyzed the advanced overseas cases about networking and ecologicalization of greenways, and summarized their successful experience and their enlightenment for domestic greenway planning. By analyzing greenway construction in the United States in an all-around way, especially the typical greenway planning of Auckland Isthmus in New Zealand, it was proposed that sustainable development should be taken as the guiding ideology for greenway network planning of the Pearl River Delta, ecology-based planning adopted, ecological control and guidance of greenway defined, and high technology applied to create a scientific network.

乡村景观治理模式的演变路径及动力学机制研究

运用历史比较法、内容分析法,对中华人民共和国成立以来我国乡村景观及其治理体系的演进历程进行全景式分析。将治理模式分为起步阶段、改革阶段和完善阶段,结合各时期乡村景观建设成效,归纳治理影响因素与对景观的调节机制,认为国家对乡村的定位决定景观治理目标与重点,土地、人口管理、经济产业等制度改革引导乡村治理的潜力挖掘,行政财政体制制约乡镇的治理效能,社会文化嬗变加速治理程序的价值转向。最后,基于演变路径提出建议,以期探索更加规范化、法制化的乡村景观建设与治理模式。

国土空间规划背景下生态与文化遗产协同保护体系构建研究——以佛山市为例

历史文化遗产保护是国土空间规划编制的重要内容,目前存在重经济轻保护、重遗产轻环境等问题,促进生态与文化遗产协同保护能够有效推动城乡建设与文化传承相得益彰的高品质空间建设。佛山是一座粤港澳大湾区具有丰富文化遗产的城市,平衡好历史文化传承与经济发展是高质量发展的重点之一。以佛山市为研究区域,综合运用空间分析技术,在摸清文化遗产资源类型、空间分异特征的基础上,搭建生态与文化遗产协同保护和联动发展的分析框架,构建文化遗产空间保护体系。首先,全面挖掘和梳理佛山市多层次多元化的生态-文化资源,划定不同等级的资源集聚区;其次,提出“文化遗产+生态环境”协同保护的空间保护体系构建策略;最后,构建“生态基底+遗产空间+遗产廊道”的分级分类空间保护利用模式。生态与文化遗产协同保护体系的构建是从文化遗产单体保护到生态与文化遗产协同保护和系统性整体保护的转变,对于城乡环境高质量发展具有重要意义。

山地城市高温热浪灾害空间识别与风险评估——以重庆市为例

【目的】以重庆市为代表的山地城市高温热浪问题突出,对高温热浪风险进行准确识别与科学评估是增强城市韧性和气候适应性的重要途径。【方法】采集社会经济、地理信息和人口数据,识别高温热浪风险要素,构建以“危险性—山地城市暴露度—脆弱性”为框架的山地城市高温热浪风险评估体系,并选择重庆市2018年7—9月典型高温热浪事件展开评估。【结果】极高和高风险区县都分布在中心城区以内,其高温热浪平均风险水平超出中等级风险区的2倍,由危险性和暴露度共同主导,越靠近中心,综合风险越高;危险性与暴露度都呈“近高远低”的空间分布特征,脆弱性空间分布特征则为“近低远高”;危险性较小的区县往往收入、医疗、教育水平有限,脆弱性明显高于中心城区;根据高温热浪风险主导因子的不同,以“局地优化、区域互补”为思路,提出山地城市热灾害风险应对策略与规划建议。【结论】完善了风景园林应对气候变化的策略体系,推动构建健康、安全、舒适的城市人居环境,为落实山地城市气候韧性发展规划提供理论支持与指导。

风景名胜区总体规划制度发展历程

风景名胜区总体规划是对其进行保护、利用和管理的基本依据。爬梳1978年以来主管部门发布的公文、法规和标准,并对照国家级风景区总规成果,划分并总结出总规编制要求的初定、总规法制基础的形成、总规编制和建设管理的规范、总规监管和法规体系的完善(分增强法律效力、完善法规体系2个阶段)、总规制度的保留和调整5个时期的阶段性、总体性特征,分析制度制定与实践相互促进的关系,揭示业已形成的总规“编制、审批-执行、检查-实施评估”的程序,展现“现状调研-资源评价-总体布局-专项规划”并指导“实施和管理”的总规基本内容、方法和步骤的形成过程。

风景名胜区影响下的城镇建设与发展路径探析

风景名胜区是最具中国特色的一类保护地,多年来在保护资源并发展旅游的同时,带动了城镇建设发展。按照城市型、近郊型和独立型3种类型梳理244个国家级风景名胜区与城镇的关系,揭示风景名胜区带动城镇建设与发展的路径,即通过管控区内建设用地、划定外围保护地带、调整边界及布局旅游服务基地等规划措施,在防止自身被城市化的同时,促进相关城镇的空间建设、经济发展及职能转变。指明景城之间已形成相辅相成的关系,以期为新时期新需求下的保护地与城镇协调发展提供参考。
