Analysis on Landscape Ecological Design in Landscape Architecture

With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level, the people’s cultural literacy is gradually increasing, and the same people are increasingly pursuing new changes and changes in the quality of life. At present, most people are not only satisfied with the basic needs of life, but also have a new height and pursuit in the improvement of new life quality. In the current landscape design field, people are increasingly demanding landscape design. How to design urban landscape design that meets the real needs of people under current social conditions is one of the hottest topics in the current landscape design industry. As an important component in the construction of landscape architecture, effective landscape ecological design plays an important role in maintaining the sustainable development of urban ecological environment and enhancing the visual beauty of landscape architecture. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the ecological design of the landscape, clarify the ideas and principles of ecological design, and realize the improvement of the safety and aesthetics of the landscape ecological design in the construction of landscape architecture. Then, this paper gives a brief overview and analysis of some design concepts, design principles and design points in landscape ecological design in current landscape architecture, which aims to promote the quality improvement of the landscape ecological design in the current Landscape architecture and promote the progress and development of the overall landscape ecological design industry.

Landscape Architecture Planning and Design Based on Landscape Ecology Theory:A Case Study of Waterfront Landscape Planning and Design of Dapo Town

With the rapid development of urbanization,landscape architecture has become an indispensable component of daily life.In order to achieve better landscape effects and protect the ecological environment,landscape ecology theory can be integrated into landscape planning to carry out disciplinary crossing and integration research between landscape ecology and landscape architecture.In this study,based on the basic theories of landscape ecology,the waterfront landscape of Dapo Town was designed,with the aim to achieve ecological balance in planning,showcase biodiversity,and create a harmonious landscape ecological environment which can benefit both nature and people.This design combined artificial and natural elements while improving the natural environment,which promoted a harmonious relationship between humans and nature,thus enriching the spatial organization of the city,and playing a role in regulating the urban environment and climate.

Ecological Design and Construction of Suburb Green Landscapes

The city expansion is accelerated with the process of urbanization.This paper deals with the suburban green landscape architecture in the point view of ecological design so as to construct the reasonable and environment-friendly suburban green landscape.

Ecological Harmony:Core Concept for the Construction of Urban Landscape Architecture

On the basis of analyzing the narrow sense and broad sense of landscape architecture,classical gardens and modern landscape architecture,the authors proposed functions of landscape architecture,and that highquality landscape architecture designs should demonstrate ecological,social and aesthetic functions.By combining theoretical analysis and practical experience,it was verified that urban landscape architecture has to integrate ecological,social and aesthetic functions to manifest its social value to the most.

Landscape architecture and novel ecosystems:ecological restoration in an expanded field

Within the continuum of natural-to-novel ecosystems−i.e.,from the‘pristine’to the greatly intervened−this paper emphasizes the role of design within highly modified ecosystems in areas of urbanization.It is argued that,as certain landscapes(particularly urbanized ones)can never be restored to original levels of historical ecological fidelity,they should be treated as both cultural and ecological landscapes.It is then proposed that these anthropogenic landscapes would be ready canvases for designed(or planned)novel ecosystems that could be inculcated with ecological function and systems delivery,yet having profound aesthetic manipulation.Based on this landscape architecture perspective,it is suggested that ecologists may not have fully explored cultural interventions in restoring landscapes,especially within the agency of design.A design strategy for the biological hotspot of Perth in southwestern Australia is then provided as a relevant example of how novel ecosystems can be designed.Without an acute and novel approach to modifying current development practices,Perth’s biodiversity is on track for considerable deterioration.From this exploratory backdrop,it is elaborated how neo-baroque design strategies can be used for structuring ecological systems to create resilient and productive novel ecosystems grounded in a critical and autochthonous aesthetic of botanical complexity.

Research on Rural Landscape Design from the Perspective of Ecological Culture

Although rural landscape design brings convenience to farmers,there are many problems such as severe homogenization,lack of local culture and lack of comprehensive planning.The distant points of planning are refl ected by highlighting distinctive regional culture,advocating construction of ecological culture,and encouraging protection of traditional architecture.The problems in rural landscape design are settled by solving three agricultural problems and promoting the development of rural tourism,so as to achieve the coordinated development of rural economy and culture.

Design of Pastoral Cultural Landscape Oriented by the Concept of Ecology Villages

China is increasingly attaching importance to coordination and scientific development between humanist and economic constructions, especially for protection on rural pastoral cultural landscape. For eco-village theory, planning and construction of pastoral culture landscape is just a breakthrough. The research used modern landscaping technology and analyzed pastoral landscape culture, facilitating transformation of agricultural production pattern and ushering in a new trend in terms of retaining rural cultural landscapes with Chinese characteristics and inheriting and innovating rural culture.

Planning and Design of Zhengzhou Forest Park Based on Natural Ecological Experience

Through summarizing and analyzing planning objectives, landscape division and natural ecological experience planning of Zhengzhou Forest Park, the authors discussed the application of human-nature harmony in the planning, stressed citizens' needs for experiencing natural ecological environment, and tried to build Zhengzhou Forest Park with picturesque scenery, complete facilities, and harmonious human-nature coexistence.

Exploration of nature-based biomimetic approach in landscape architectural design: parametric study of candelabra model design

This research provides an exploration of a biomimetic approach in the process of designing a candelabra model using linear shaped leaves of a Bell flower.The design process described in this research contains two steps:biological and geometrical.In the first biological step,a proper model for the creation of an urban element was found from nature in a Bell flower(Campanula persicifolia L.).The upper leaves of the selected plant,which are small with a linear spear and sharpening at the top,were chosen for the modeling process.The second step included applying two geometrical methods,i.e.,Voronoi diagrams and Delaunay triangulation.A geometrical leaf form of the selected plant species and the modeling process were obtained using aparametric modeling software,Blender.Using different Blender plug-ins and modifiers,Delaunay triangulation and Voronoi diagram were implemented by marking the starting points on the leaf form in the image data source,adjusting the Delaunay triangulation parameters,and creating Voronoi diagrams in which the Voronoi points were located at the shortest distance from the edges of the Voronoi polygon.Consequently,a three dimensional model of a candelabra was developed through this study.

Ecological Greenway Construction in Shunde District of Foshan City,China

As the greenway construction grows popular,the concept and type of greenway is clarified in this study,research progresses and prospects of greenway planning are summarized.Greenway planning of Shunde District is taken for an example to elaborate properties,types,origination and tasks of greenway,moreover,construction background,ecological,human-centered and characteristic design principles were analyzed,especially the design of its buffer zone,corridor system,width of crawl lane,node system,identification system and service area.Greenway construction of Shunde District is to build a greenway network of multiple types and functions in 3 levels:region,city and community;a recreational landscaping system with regional greenland as the background,greennet and greenway as the framework,to promote a new "ecological,green and low-carbon" lifestyle,and create the new image of Shunde as "a livable riverfront region full of sunshine".

On Waterscapes in Urban Residential Area from the Perspective of Rain Garden and Eco-pool Designs

Due to the high cost for operating and maintaining waterscapes, waterscapes in many residential areas have been laid aside and even become pollution sources. Taking MCC Beiluyuan (Residential Area) in Chongqing Municipality for example, concrete strategies of using natural terrains to design rain garden and eco-pool, collect rainwater, construct bottom of the bath, and combine plants were introduced, so as to explore a new approach of creating green and ecological modern residential landscapes.

后工业景观公园生态设计思潮演变研究

在信息化和智能化引领的新型工业转型和生态文明建设背景下,“后工业景观公园”作为工业遗存活化利用的主要载体,因其标志性和典型性成为风景园林界实践的重要对象,研究其生态设计思潮的演变对中国生态文明建设具有重要意义。通过梳理国内外后工业景观公园近60年的发展历程,根据公园建设背景、指导理论、生态设计手法,将生态设计思潮划分为1960—1985年探索期的环境修复模式、1986—2005年融合期的郊野景观模式、2006—2019年发展期的自然景观模式以及2020年以来兴盛期的生物友好模式4个阶段。生态设计思潮经历了从消除场地污染的环境修复到兼顾科学修复与艺术表达,从利用自生长植被群落、保护生物栖息地到设计适应生物多样性的友好环境,从被动到主动、从以人为中心的安全防控到人与自然和谐相处的生态审美转变。以期能为我国生态文明转型和高质量发展背景下的工业景观设计提供理论指导和实践借鉴。

生态智慧视角下的自然教育景观设计研究——以城市固废处置设施为例

自然教育景观能够提升公众对人与自然和谐发展的认知,有利于生态文明建设,近年来受到了广泛的关注。此类景观不仅应该包含对自然事物本身的了解,更应反映其背后所蕴含的生态智慧,而生态智慧正是重构人与自然互惠共生关系的关键。在资源循环利用的背景下,城市固废处置设施逐渐增多,其科普宣教与景观改造的需求亦逐渐增强。基于此,深入分析生态智慧中理论智慧和实践智慧的内涵,探讨自然教育中认知学习与实践能力的培养内容,提出传递生态智慧的自然教育景观设计框架与总体目标。以城市固废处置设施——南京玖生渼餐厨垃圾处理厂为例,从内容提取和景观表达2个方面,进行环保型垃圾处理厂自然教育景观设计实践,以期为自然教育景观设计提供有益借鉴。

城市闲置地内自生植物形成的荒野景观特征研究

【目的】闲置地由于人为干扰程度较低,自然演替和生态过程得以发生,形成了以自生植物为主导的荒野景观,该过程增强了城市生态功能的稳定性。因此,探究城市闲置地自生植物的生长规律与群落特征,有助于为此类特殊生境的生态修复提供科学依据并指导城市荒野景观的营造与更新。【方法】以北京西玉河村闲置地为例,对该区域2009—2022年的卫星影像进行解译,分析拆建前后植被覆盖率的变化趋势。于2023年3—5月对39个样方内的自生植物进行了全面调查,计算其相对频度、相对盖度、相对多度、相对优势度和重要值5个评价指标。【结果】1)拆建前(2009—2017年),场地植被覆盖率整体变化不显著;在建筑拆除后的第1年内(2017—2018年),乔木植被覆盖率未发生显著变化;拆建后(2018—2022年)植被覆盖率显著上升,年均增幅约8.0%。2)场地内共记录到植物24科、41属、44种,其中自生植物39种,以菊科为主,占自生植物种类总数的28.95%;草本植物种类占自生植物种类总数的69.23%。3)传播型为风传播的自生植物占比为43.59%;优势种包括藜(Chenopodium album)、黄花蒿(Artemisia annua)和尖裂假还阳参(Crepidiastrum sonchifolium)等,共形成11种优势植物群落。4)自生草本植物多在3月集中萌发,4月开花,部分花期延续至5月,个体观赏性强的植物有地黄(Rehmannia glutinosa)、蒲公英(Taraxacum mongolicum)、翅果菊(Lactuca indica)等,整体观赏性由群落质感决定。5)葎草(Humulus scandens)、藜和尖裂假还阳参表现出明显的种间竞争。【结论】科学地保留和利用自生植物为在闲置地营造荒野景观提供了新途径,未来应进一步探究降低人为干扰、维持生态平衡的景观营造方法以及植被恢复初期的管理措施等内容。

草本植物群落的抗入侵性:影响机制与设计策略

【目的】除草一直是园林草本植物群落管理的棘手问题,而提高群落的抗入侵性是降低除草成本的关键途径。群落抗入侵机制作为入侵生态学研究的核心内容,旨在揭示生态因子对群落抗入侵性的影响规律。受制于研究范式的差异,这些规律须经过设计应用转换,才能真正实现理论指导实践。【方法】通过文献分析,梳理群落抗入侵性影响机制,并从风景园林的视角提出群落抗入侵性提升策略。【结果】草本植物群落抗入侵性受生境、群落结构、群落组成和干扰等因素的综合影响,其中群落组成是主要影响要素;群落的抗入侵机制可通过生态学变量和设计变量的关联,转化为具体的生境营造、群落设计、建植途径和管理维护等提升抗入侵性的设计策略。【结论】生态学基础理论可以被转换为对设计具有指导意义的操作方法,关键在于找到生态变量与设计变量的关联,这也是实现生态学与风景园林交叉的“桥梁”之一。

城市滨水空间生态修复循证设计研究

生态文明建设与城市绿色转型背景下,在城市重要生态空间的景观设计中融入生态修复理念成为大势所趋。为了保证方案切实达到生态修复目标,景观生态修复实践应引入科学解释和客观可度量的循证设计理念。聚焦城市滨水空间的生态修复,通过梳理归纳支撑循证设计的数据、技术与手段,构建基于循证设计理念的城市滨水空间生态修复四维概念框架,即基于在地性因素的水生态实测数据分析、基于创新型技术的水生态效应数字模拟、基于指导性要求的水生态工程设计标准、基于多学科知识的水生态系统服务供给。以台州市椒江南岸闸口公园为例,阐述强调生态修复的城市滨水空间设计如何通过循证方法得到科学、合理、效益最大化的设计方案,旨在为其他城市滨水空间生态修复循证设计提供思路与教学、实践范例。

适应水位变化的三峡库区消落带碳汇提升设计及效益评估

【目的】三峡库区消落带受周期性的水位涨落及冬季长时间深水淹没影响,碳汇能力遭受严重破坏。如何恢复并充分发挥消落带生态系统的碳汇潜力,成为三峡库区生态治理的关键议题。【方法】针对复杂水位变化挑战,提出以林塘模式修复消落带生态系统并提升碳汇能力的技术框架,选取位于三峡库区腹心的大浪坝消落带开展实证研究。运用CASA模型测算修复前后大浪坝消落带的净初级生产力(net primary productivity,NPP),基于植被生物量数据计算修复后大浪坝消落带与未修复对照组内不同高程带的碳汇能力,评估林塘碳汇系统的可持续效益。【结果】修复后大浪坝消落带的碳汇能力随时间推移明显提升,NPP由2012年的154.4 g C·m^(2)·a^(-1)增长至2016年的182.5 g C·m^(2)·a^(-1);各高程带的碳汇能力均显著高于对照组,并呈现出随海拔降低而减弱的趋势,170~175 m高程带碳汇能力达到1.827 kg C/m^(2),160~165 m高程带碳汇能力仅为0.830 kg C/m^(2)。林塘系统增强了生态系统的适应性和复原力,形成了适应水位变化的立体固碳模式并有效提升了碳汇效率。【结论】林塘碳汇系统是应对三峡库区复杂水位变化和长时间深水淹没挑战的适应性探索,显示出景观优化、生物多样性、经济效益与碳汇协同耦合的关键特征。研究成果能够为中国大型工程型水库消落带的治理及碳增汇提供科学依据与可复制推广的创新技术模式。
