采用半微量相平衡方法研究了La(ClO_4)_3·3H_2O-18C6-CH_3CN三元体系在25℃时的溶解度,测定了各饱和液相的折光率。结果表明,该体系在25℃时形成了两种化学计量的配合物,其组成分别为:La(ClO_4)_3·18C6·3H_2O·2CH_... 采用半微量相平衡方法研究了La(ClO_4)_3·3H_2O-18C6-CH_3CN三元体系在25℃时的溶解度,测定了各饱和液相的折光率。结果表明,该体系在25℃时形成了两种化学计量的配合物,其组成分别为:La(ClO_4)_3·18C6·3H_2O·2CH_3CN和La(ClO_4)_3·2(18C6)·3H_2O·2CH_3CN。考察了相平衡过程中水的行为,结果表明,无论在液相还是在湿固相中,H_2O与La(ClO_4)_3的摩尔比总是3:1。制得了组成为:La(ClO_4)_3·18C6·3H_2O,La(ClO_4)_3·2(18C6)·3H_2O等的配合物。用IR,DIG,TG及电导等研究了配合物的组成和性质。 展开更多

The interaction of MP 11 as a model of antioxidatase enzymes with La 3+ was investigated. It was found that La 3+ can increase in the non planarity of heme and the content of α helix and β turn conformations of the MP 11 molecule. The change in the secondary structure of the MP 11 molecule can increase in the exposure extent of heme to the solution. Therefore, the electrochemical reaction of MP 11 is promoted and the electrocatalytic activity to the reduction of H 2O 2 is increased. The results are consistent with that for the interaction of peroxidases(POD), one of the antioxidatase enzymes, obtained in the living plant experiments at low concentration of La 3+ . 展开更多
