The optimal control problem for nonlinear interconnected large-scale dynamic systems is considered. A successive approximation approach for designing the optimal controller is proposed with respect to quadratic performance indexes. By using the approach, the high order, coupling,nonlinear two-point boundary value (TPBV) problem is transformed into a sequence of linear decoupling TPBV problems. It is proven that the TPBV problem sequence uniformly converges to the optimal control for nonlinear interconnected large-scale systems. A suboptimal control law is obtained by using a finite iterative result of the optimal control sequence. 展开更多

In this paper we report a sparse truncated Newton algorithm for handling large-scale simple bound nonlinear constrained minimixation problem. The truncated Newton method is used to update the variables with indices outside of the active set, while the projected gradient method is used to update the active variables. At each iterative level, the search direction consists of three parts, one of which is a subspace truncated Newton direction, the other two are subspace gradient and modified gradient directions. The subspace truncated Newton direction is obtained by solving a sparse system of linear equations. The global convergence and quadratic convergence rate of the algorithm are proved and some numerical tests are given. 展开更多

A class of nonlinear problems with real parameters is defined. Generally, in this class of problems, when the parametric values are very large, the problems become ill-posed and numerical difficulties are encountered when trying to solve these problems. In this paper, the nonlinear problems are reformulated to overcome the numerical difficulties associated with large parametric values. A novel iterative algorithm, which is suitable for large scale problems and can be easily parallelized, is proposed to solve the reformulated problems. Numerical tests indicate that the proposed algorithm gives stable solutions. Convergence properties of the proposed algorithm are investigated. In the limiting case, when the corresponding constraint is exactly satisfied, the proposed method is equivalent to the standard augmented Lagrangian method. 展开更多

This paper discusses the two-block large-scale nonconvex optimization problem with general linear constraints.Based on the ideas of splitting and sequential quadratic optimization(SQO),a new feasible descent method for the discussed problem is proposed.First,we consider the problem of quadratic optimal(QO)approximation associated with the current feasible iteration point,and we split the QO into two small-scale QOs which can be solved in parallel.Second,a feasible descent direction for the problem is obtained and a new SQO-type method is proposed,namely,splitting feasible SQO(SF-SQO)method.Moreover,under suitable conditions,we analyse the global convergence,strong convergence and rate of superlinear convergence of the SF-SQO method.Finally,preliminary numerical experiments regarding the economic dispatch of a power system are carried out,and these show that the SF-SQO method is promising. 展开更多

Chemical process optimization can be described as large-scale nonlinear constrained minimization. The modified augmented Lagrange multiplier methods (MALMM) for large-scale nonlinear constrained minimization are studied in this paper. The Lagrange function contains the penalty terms on equality and inequality constraints and the methods can be applied to solve a series of bound constrained sub-problems instead of a series of unconstrained sub-problems. The steps of the methods are examined in full detail. Numerical experiments are made for a variety of problems, from small to very large-scale, which show the stability and effectiveness of the methods in large-scale problems. 展开更多

A new two-level subspace method is proposed for solving the general unconstrained minimization formulations discretized from infinite-dimensional optimization problems. At each iteration, the algorithm executes either a direct step on the current level or a coarse subspace correction step. In the coarse subspace correction step, we augment the traditional coarse grid space by a two-dimensional subspace spanned by the coordinate direction and the gradient direction at the current point. Global convergence is proved and convergence rate is studied under some mild conditions on the discretized functions. Preliminary numerical experiments on a few variational problems show that our two-level subspace method is promising. 展开更多

探究全球生态系统动力学调查(GEDI)多波束激光雷达数据估测区域森林郁闭度(FCC)的潜力,对于评估森林生态系统状态和林分环境具有重要作用。选取滇西北典型生态脆弱区香格里拉为研究区,以GEDI波形数据为信息源,提取46245个有林地光斑参数... 探究全球生态系统动力学调查(GEDI)多波束激光雷达数据估测区域森林郁闭度(FCC)的潜力,对于评估森林生态系统状态和林分环境具有重要作用。选取滇西北典型生态脆弱区香格里拉为研究区,以GEDI波形数据为信息源,提取46245个有林地光斑参数,使用经验贝叶斯克里金法(EBK)获取光斑参数在研究区未知空间的连续分布,结合54块实测样地数据,采用支持向量机的递归特征消除法(SVM⁃RFE)、随机森林(RF)和Pearson分析分别优选特征变量,基于贝叶斯优化(BO)随机森林回归模型(BO⁃RFR)、贝叶斯优化梯度回归模型(BO⁃GBRT)和偏最小二乘法(PLSR)研建森林郁闭度最佳估测模型。结果表明:(1)EBK法预测精度高,估测结果可靠,R2:0.20—0.92,RMSE:0.004—2812.912,MAE:0.003—1996.258,MRE:0.007—4.423;(2)基于不同特征优选方法筛选的特征变量和数量略有差异,SVM⁃RFE法优选出6个参数(cover、pai、sensitivity、rv_a1、rv_a4、rg_a4)的平均交叉验证精度达0.84,RF法以贡献度5%为阈值筛选出5个参数(cover、pai、pgap_theta_error、modis_treecover、modis_nonvegetated),Pearson法以相关性大于0.3且在0.01水平显著优选出5个参数(cover、pai、rv_a5、rg_a5、pgap_theta_error);(3)不同特征变量优选方法筛选的建模参数研建估测模型精度差异性较大,以SVM⁃RFE和RF方法优选参数构建估测模型的精度更佳,SVM⁃RFE方法优选参数研建估测模型精度变化相对稳定,以RF方法中的BO⁃GBRT模型为最佳FCC估测模型(R2=0.85、RMSE=0.069,P=86.5%);(4)采用BO⁃GBRT模型估测研究区森林郁闭度和空间制图,与GEDI pai参数预测的FCC具有较高空间相关性达0.53,FCC均值分别为0.58、0.61,主要分布在0.4—0.7,分别占比65.45%、51.79%。研究区森林郁闭度主要处于中度郁闭,北部区域主要为高度郁闭区,与研究区植被覆盖度的空间分布具有一致性,说明使用GEDI数据估测森林郁闭度的方法具有可行性、结果具有可靠性。研究为使用GEDI数据高效、及时、低成本估测大空间尺度的森林水平结构参数的相关研究奠定了基础。 展开更多

【目的】由于双压凝汽器的高、低压双侧压力在实际运行时和预先设计值之间存在较大差距,影响凝汽器的运行效益,因此提出电厂大型汽轮机双压凝汽器运行自适应优化研究。【方法】首先基于双压凝汽器真空度的影响参数的历史运行数据,引入... 【目的】由于双压凝汽器的高、低压双侧压力在实际运行时和预先设计值之间存在较大差距,影响凝汽器的运行效益,因此提出电厂大型汽轮机双压凝汽器运行自适应优化研究。【方法】首先基于双压凝汽器真空度的影响参数的历史运行数据,引入灰色理论,构建一个电厂大型汽轮机双压凝汽器真空计算模型,将各影响参数代入模型中,即可输出未来时刻的双压凝汽器真空度预测计算值。然后以凝汽器最佳真空度精确控制为目标,利用粒子群算法寻找模型最优超参数。最后将最优超参数应用于双压凝汽器的真空运行中,实现自适应优化。【结果】研究结果表明,设计方法优化后的双压凝汽器循环水流量明显低于优化前,在1.2×10^(-4) kg/s~1.4×10^(-4) kg/s之间。【结论】该研究结果可以提高机组的运行效率和稳定性,有助于提升电厂大型汽轮机的节能运行效益。 展开更多

针对花授粉算法在处理高维优化问题时,收敛精度较低,易陷入局部极值的缺陷,提出了一种花授粉算法的改进算法。在异花授粉阶段,改进算法使用正弦余弦算子对花粉个体进行逐维扰动,以增强花粉个体的多样性;在自花授粉阶段,基于自然界优胜... 针对花授粉算法在处理高维优化问题时,收敛精度较低,易陷入局部极值的缺陷,提出了一种花授粉算法的改进算法。在异花授粉阶段,改进算法使用正弦余弦算子对花粉个体进行逐维扰动,以增强花粉个体的多样性;在自花授粉阶段,基于自然界优胜劣汰的生存法则思想,提出了一种新的自花授粉策略。与7种算法对比,在9个基准函数上进行性能对比实验,结果表明:改进算法在收敛精度和收敛速度上较对比算法有显著优势;在函数维度达到5000维时,改进算法没有陷入“维数灾难”,收敛的精度较高。在悬臂梁设计和压力容器设计2个工程实例上进行应用实验,验证了改进算法的性能和实用性。 展开更多
