Traditional distribution network planning relies on the professional knowledge of planners,especially when analyzing the correlations between the problems existing in the network and the crucial influencing factors.The inherent laws reflected by the historical data of the distribution network are ignored,which affects the objectivity of the planning scheme.In this study,to improve the efficiency and accuracy of distribution network planning,the characteristics of distribution network data were extracted using a data-mining technique,and correlation knowledge of existing problems in the network was obtained.A data-mining model based on correlation rules was established.The inputs of the model were the electrical characteristic indices screened using the gray correlation method.The Apriori algorithm was used to extract correlation knowledge from the operational data of the distribution network and obtain strong correlation rules.Degree of promotion and chi-square tests were used to verify the rationality of the strong correlation rules of the model output.In this study,the correlation relationship between heavy load or overload problems of distribution network feeders in different regions and related characteristic indices was determined,and the confidence of the correlation rules was obtained.These results can provide an effective basis for the formulation of a distribution network planning scheme. 展开更多

A distribution network plays an extremely important role in the safe and efficient operation of a power grid.As the core part of a power grid’s operation,a distribution network will have a significant impact on the safety and reliability of residential electricity consumption.it is necessary to actively plan and modify the distribution network’s structure in the power grid,improve the quality of the distribution network,and optimize the planning of the distribution network,so that the network can be fully utilized to meet the needs of electricity consumption.In this paper,a distribution network grid planning algorithm based on the reliability of electricity consumption was completed using ant colony algorithm.For the distribution network structure planning of dual power sources,the parallel ant colony algorithm was used to prove that the premise of parallelism is the interactive process of ant colonies,and the dual power distribution network structure model is established based on the principle of the lowest cost.The artificial ants in the algorithm were compared with real ants in nature,and the basic steps and working principle of the ant colony optimization algorithm was studied with the help of the travelling salesman problem(TSP).Then,the limitations of the ant colony algorithm were analyzed,and an improvement strategy was proposed by using python for digital simulation.The results demonstrated the reliability of model-building and algorithm improvement. 展开更多

In order to form an algorithm for distribution network routing,an automatic routing method of distribution network planning was proposed based on the shortest path.The problem of automatic routing was divided into two steps in the method:the first step was that the shortest paths along streets between substation and load points were found by the basic ant colony algorithm to form a preliminary radial distribution network,and the second step was that the result of the shortest path was used to initialize pheromone concentration and pheromone updating rules to generate globally optimal distribution network.Cases studies show that the proposed method is effective and can meet the planning requirements.It is verified that the proposed method has better solution and utility than planning method based on the ant colony algorithm. 展开更多

This paper presents a new algorithm based on Hopfield neural network to find the optimal solution for an electric distribution network. This algorithm transforms the distribution power network-planning problem into a directed graph-planning problem. The Hopfield neural network is designed to decide the in-degree of each node and is in combined application with an energy function. The new algorithm doesn’t need to code city streets and normalize data, so the program is easier to be realized. A case study applying the method to a district of 29 street proved that an optimal solution for the planning of such a power system could be obtained by only 26 iterations. The energy function and algorithm developed in this work have the following advantages over many existing algorithms for electric distribution network planning: fast convergence and unnecessary to code all possible lines. 展开更多

For facing the challenges brought by large-scale renewable energy having access to the system and considering the key technologies of energy Internet,it is very necessary to put forward the location method of distribution network equipment and capacity from the perspective of life cycle cost.Compared with the traditional energy network,the equipment capacity problem of energy interconnected distribution network which involves in electricity network,thermal energy network and natural gas network is comprehensively considered in this paper.On this basis,firstly,the operation architecture of energy interconnected distribution network is designed.Secondly,taking the grid connection location and configuration capacity of key equipment in the system as the control variables and the operation cost of system comprehensive planning in the whole life cycle as the goal,the equipment location and capacity optimization model of energy interconnected distribution network is established.Finally,an IEEE 33 bus energy mutual distribution grid system is taken for example analysis,and the improved chaotic particle swarmoptimization algorithm is used to solve it.The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper is suitable for the equipment location and capacity planning of energy interconnected distribution network,and it can effectively improve the social and economic benefits of system operation. 展开更多

A two-phase multi-objective PSO algorithm is employed to solve this optimization problem, which can accelerate the convergence and guarantee the diversity of Pareto-optimal front set as well. The unreasonable observation arrangements in the satellite operation control center(SOCC)may result in the observation data cannot be downloaded as scheduled.Meanwhile,if the operation instructions released by the satellite telemetry tracking center(STTC)for the on-board payloads are not injected on the specific satellites in time,the corresponding satellites cannot perform the observation operations as planned.Therefore,there is an urgent need to design an integrated instruction release,and observation task planning(I-IRO-TP)scheme by efficiently collaborating the SOCC and STTC.Motivated by this fact,we design an interaction mechanism between the SOCC and the STTC,where we first formulate the I-IRO-TP problem as a constraint satisfaction problem aiming at maximizing the number of completed tasks.Furthermore,we propose an interactive imaging task planning algorithm based on the analysis of resource distribution in the STTC during the previous planning periods to preferentially select the observation arcs that not only satisfy the requirements in the observation resource allocation phase but also facilitate the arrangement of measurement and control instruction release.We conduct extensive simulations to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of the number of completed tasks. 展开更多

This paper proposes a collaborative planning model for active distribution network(ADN)and electric vehicle(EV)charging stations that fully considers vehicle-to-grid(V2G)function and reactive power support of EVs in different regions.This paper employs a sequential decomposition method based on physical characteristics of the problem,breaking down the holistic problem into two sub-problems for solution.Subproblem I optimizes the charging and discharging behavior of autopilot electric vehicles(AEVs)using a mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)model.Subproblem II uses a mixed-integer secondorder cone programming(MISOCP)model to plan ADN and retrofit or construct V2G charging stations(V2GCS),as well as multiple distributed generation resources(DGRs).The paper also analyzes the impact of bi-directional active-reactive power interaction of V2GCS on ADN planning.The presented model is tested in the 47-node ADN in Longgang District,Shenzhen,China,and the IEEE 33-node ADN,demonstrating that decomposition can significantly improve the speed of solving large-scale problems while maintaining accuracy with low AEV penetration. 展开更多

In multi-layer satellite-terrestrial network, Contact Graph Routing(CGR) uses the contact information among satellites to compute routes. However, due to the resource constraints in satellites, it is extravagant to configure lots of the potential contacts into contact plans. What's more, a huge contact plan makes the computing more complex, which further increases computing time. As a result, how to design an efficient contact plan becomes crucial for multi-layer satellite network, which usually has a large scaled topology. In this paper, we propose a distributed contact plan design scheme for multi-layer satellite network by dividing a large contact plan into several partial parts. Meanwhile, a duration based inter-layer contact selection algorithm is proposed to handle contacts disruption problem. The performance of the proposed design was evaluated on our Identifier/Locator split based satellite-terrestrial network testbed with 79 simulation nodes. Experiments showed that the proposed design is able to reduce the data delivery delay. 展开更多

The capacitive reactive power reversal in the urban distribution grid is increasingly prominent at the period of light load in the last years.In severe cases,it will endanger the security and stability of power grid.This paper presents an optimal reactive power compensation method of distribution network to prevent reactive power reverse.Firstly,an integrated reactive power planning(RPP)model with power factor constraints is established.Capacitors and reactors are considered to be installed in the distribution system at the same time.The objective function is the cost minimization of compensation and real power loss with transformers and lines during the planning period.Nodal power factor limits and reactor capacity constraints are new constraints.Then,power factor sensitivity with respect to reactive power is derived.An improved genetic algorithm by power factor sensitivity is used to solve the model.The optimal locations and sizes of reactors and capacitors can avoid reactive power reversal and power factor exceeding the limit.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is proven by a typical high-voltage distribution network. 展开更多

With the advancement of clean heating projects and the integration of large-scale distributed heat pumps into rural distribution networks in northern China,power grid companies face tremendous pressure to invest in power grid upgrades,which bring opportunities for renewable power generation integration.The combination of heating by distributed renewable energy with the flexible operation of heat pumps is a feasible alternative for dealing with grid reinforcement challenges resulting from heating electrification.In this paper,a mathematical model of the collaborative planning of distributed wind power generation(DWPG)and distribution network with large-scale heat pumps is developed.In this model,the operational flexibility of the heat pump load is fully considered and the requirements of a comfortable indoor temperature are met.By applying this model,the goals of not only increasing the profit of DWPG but also reducing the cost of the power grid upgrade can be achieved. 展开更多

The concept of DG clusters is introduced with highly penetrated integration of distributed generation(DG)into active distribution networks(ADNs).DG clusters are referred to as parts of an ADN,including DGs,distribution lines and loads.The formation of DG clusters helps to optimally dispatch DG outputs within ADNs.In this regard,an integrated planning strategy of ADNs and DGs in cluster(IPNDGC)is proposed.In order to guarantee that the planning strategy meets the reliability requirements,a reliability assessment is considered in the proposed model.However,reliability assessment is generally accomplished according to a fixed network topology and known DG allocation,which makes it difficult to integrate reliability into planning models.To deal with this difficulty,a novel formulation method for reliability assessment is proposed considering the network topology uncertainties and isolated operating probabilities of DG clusters.The reliability index(RI)represented by expected customer interruption cost(ECOST)is employed in the proposed planning model.The planning model is formulated as a mixed integer second order conic programming planning model.An actual distribution system is employed to illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed planning model. 展开更多

随着配电系统中直流设备的大量接入,交直流混合配电系统得到越来越广泛的应用。为适应交直流混合配电系统中不同交直流(AC/DC)类型的负荷或电源的接入,提出一种新的交直流混合配电系统网架结构规划方法,该方法考虑了网架交直流配置的所... 随着配电系统中直流设备的大量接入,交直流混合配电系统得到越来越广泛的应用。为适应交直流混合配电系统中不同交直流(AC/DC)类型的负荷或电源的接入,提出一种新的交直流混合配电系统网架结构规划方法,该方法考虑了网架交直流配置的所有可能性。首先以二进制网络矩阵描述配电系统的网架结构;其次建立网架单层规划模型,将规划变量和运行变量同时进行优化以提升全局寻优能力;最后将单层规划模型进行线性化处理,转换为混合整数线性规划问题以提升求解效率。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够为配电系统中不同交直流类型的负荷和电源的接入提供最佳的网架配置方案,相比于传统的纯交流规划方案具有更好的经济性和供电能力,在算法上与经典遗传算法求解的双层规划方法相比,具有更好的全局寻优能力和计算效率。 展开更多
