As a combined supporting structure,the anchor cable and lattice beam have a complex interaction with the slope body.In order to investigate the seismic behaviors of the slope reinforced by anchor cable and lattice beam,a largescale shaking table test was carried out on a slope model(geometric scale of 1:20)by applying recorded and artificial seismic waves with different amplitudes.The acceleration and displacement of the slope,the displacement of lattice beam and the axial force of anchor cable were obtained to study the interaction between the slope and the supporting structure.The test results show that:(1)the acceleration responses of the slope at different relative elevations display obvious nonlinear characteristics with increasing of the peak ground acceleration(PGA)of the inputted seismic waves,and the weak intercalated layer has a stronger effect on acceleration amplification at the upper part of the slope than that at the lower part of the slope;(2)the frequency component near the second dominant frequency is significantly magnified by the interaction between the slope and the supporting structure;(3)the anchor cables at the upper part of the slope have larger peak and residual axial forces than that at the lower part of the slope,and the prestress loss of the anchor cable first occurs at the top of the slope and then passes down;(4)the peak and residual displacements inside the slope and on the lattice beam increase with the increase of relative elevation.When the inputted PGA is not greater than 0.5 g,the combined effect of anchor cable and lattice beam is remarkable for stabilizing the middle and lower parts of the potential sliding body.The research results can provide a reference for the seismic design of such slope and the optimization of supporting structure. 展开更多

The elastic wave propagation phenomena in two-dimensional periodic beam lattices are studied by using the Bloch wave transform. The numerical modeling is applied to the hexagonal and the rectangular beam lattices, in which, both the in-plane (with respect to the lattice plane) and out-of-plane waves are considered. The dispersion relations are obtained by calculating the Bloch eigenfrequencies and eigenmodes. The frequency bandgaps are observed and the influence of the elastic and geometric properties of the primitive cell on the bandgaps is studied. By analyzing the phase and the group velocities of the Bloch wave modes, the anisotropic behaviors and the dispersive characteristics of the hexagonal beam lattice with respect to the wave prop- agation are highlighted in high frequency domains. One im- portant result presented herein is the comparison between the first Bloch wave modes to the membrane and bend- ing/transverse shear wave modes of the classical equivalent homogenized orthotropic plate model of the hexagonal beam lattice. It is shown that, in low frequency ranges, the homog- enized plate model can correctly represent both the in-plane and out-of-plane dynamic behaviors of the beam lattice, its frequency validity domain can be precisely evaluated thanks to the Bloch modal analysis. As another important and original result, we have highlighted the existence of the retro- propagating Bloch wave modes with a negative group veloc- ity, and of the corresponding "retro-propagating" frequency bands. 展开更多

High Lattice Match Growth of InAsSb Based Materials by Molecular Beam Epitaxy 被引量:2

High lattice match growth of InAsSb based materials on GaSb substrates is demonstrated. The present results indicate that a stable substrate temperature and the optimal flux ratios are of critical importance in achieving a homogeneous InAsSb based material composition throughout the growth period. The quality of these epilayers is assessed using a high-resolution x-ray diffraction and atomic force microscope. The mismatch between the GaSb substrate and InAsSb alloy achieves almost zero, and the rms surface roughness of InAsSb alloy achieves around 1.7A over an area of 28μm × 28μm. At the same time, the mismatches between GaSb and InAs/InAs0.73Sb0.27 superlattices (SLs) achieve approximately 100 arcsec (75 periods) and zero (300 periods), with the surface rms roughnesses of InAs/InAs0.73Sb0.27 SLs around 1.8 A (75 periods) and 2.1A (300 periods) over an area of 20 μm×20 μm, respectively. After fabrication and characterization of the devices, the dynamic resistance of the n-barrier-n InAsSb photodetector near zero bias is of the order of 10^6Ω·cm^2. At 77K, the positive-intrinsic-negative photodetectors are demonstrated in InAsSb and InAs/InAsSb SL (75 periods) materials, exhibiting fifty-percent cutoff wavelengths of 3.8μm and 5.1μm, respectively. 展开更多

As a novel vibration absorber,Nitinol-steel wire rope(NiTi-ST)has rarely been studied on vibration suppression for lattice sandwich beams in supersonic airflow.In this paper,NiTi-ST with nonlinear stiffness and hysteretic damping is embedded in a lattice sandwich beam to control the beam's vibration.The nonlinear restoring and hysteretic damping force of NiTi-ST are treated as polynomials.The dynamic equation is established based on Hamilton's principle.The amplitude responses of the beam with different NiTi-ST configurations are calculated.The vibration-suppression effects and energy dissipation of lattice sandwich beam with different NiTi-ST configurations under different air velocities are also compared.The frequency-domain and time-domain methods are used to analyze the structural aeroelastic properties.Simulation results show that the use of NiTi-ST can significantly suppress excessive vibration of a lattice sandwich beam in supersonic airflow. 展开更多

Since the beta function of the electron beam within the undulator has a great influence on the power gain of the free electron laser(FEL),optimization of the undulator lattice becomes important.In this paper,the transfer matrix of the planar undulator is obtained from differential equations of the electron motion.Based on this,the lattice function of the planar undulator in a terahertz FEL oscillator proposed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST-FEL) is optimized and the expressions of the average beta function are derived.The accuracy of the optimization result was confirmed well by the numerical method.The application range of this analytical method is given as well.At last,the emittance growth in the horizontal direction due to the attenuation of the magnetic field is discussed. 展开更多
