Law of Intestinal Development of Wanxi White Geese at 0 -9 Weeks Old

[Objective] To explore the law of intestinal development of Wanxi white geese at 0 -9 weeks old. [Method] A total of 120 Wanxi white geese at 1 day old were selected, and their law of development of intestinal weight and length was studied by feeding test and slaughter test. [ Re- sult] The growth of Wanxi white geese was slow in the early age, rapid at the age of 2 -5 wk, peaked at about 5 weeks old, and then slowed. The daily weight gain was around 25 g/d at the age of 7 -9 wk. Intestinal growth also peaked at 5 weeks old and almost developed fully at 7 weeks old. Thus, intestinal growth had a similar law with body weight. With the development, the ratios of the length of each intestinal segment to that of total intestinal tract did not vary largely. [ Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical basis for the production and development of germplasm resources of Wanxi white geese.

Study on Development Law of Complex Fluvial Reservoir under Water

The Bozhong oilfield (Hereinafter referred to as BZ oilfield) is a typical representative of complex fluvial reservoirs in the Bohai Sea, located in the southern Bohai Sea, with an average porosity of 30.3% and an average permeability of 643 × 10-3 μm2, belonging to medium high porosity and permeability reservoir, the reservoir has good connectivity, and the average underground crude oil viscosity is 5 mPa·s. There are many plane fault blocks, and the longitudinal oil well section is long, so the oil-water relationship is very complex. With the further development of the oilfield, the vertical and horizontal oil-water movement law, residual oil distribution and potential are unclear, resulting in rapid bottom water coning, unbalanced injection and production in the oilfield, and increasingly prominent contradictions among layers, planes and layers in the oilfield. Through numerical simulation analysis and comparison of displacement law and recovery degree under different influence conditions, this paper studies the development effect of actual sand body under different influence conditions such as different well types, different development methods and well layout positions, and takes appropriate development methods for the oilfield, which is of great significance to improve the development effect of the oilfield.

Comprehensively Implementing the Rule of Law Solidly Pushing Forward Human Rights Development——Interview with President Luo Haocai of the China Society for Human Rights Studies(CSHRS)

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） reviewed and approved the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Certain Key Issues Concerning Comprehensively Pushing Forward the Rule of Law （hereafter, ＂Decision＂）. The plenary session was convened at a pivotal stage in comprehensively building a well-off society and comprehen- sively deepening reform. It was the first of its kind with the theme of the rule of law and was a landmark event in China＇s legal construction. The Journal interviewed Professor Luo Haocai, who is also president of the China Society for Human Rights Studies （CSHRS）.

Study on the Datong Yak's Skin Development

[Objective] This study was to explore the skin development law of Datong Yak.[Method]Taking Datong yaks at four various growth stages（1 day old,30 days old,180 days old and adult）as experimental materials,we studied histological structure of Datong yak skin by employing the histological methods.[Results]The skins of Datong yak at four various growth stages all showed the characteristics of thinner epidermis and thicker hypodermis,and of less capillary vessels in hypodermis and more pigment cells in epidermis.Datong yak at four various growth stages all showed a fluctuating trend in entire skin thickness,in detail thickening from 1 day old to 30 days old,then thinning to 180 days old,again thickening to adult.[Conclusion]The results provided theoretical basis for further understanding the structural characteristics of Datong yak to adapt to the abominable plateau environment.

句容抽水蓄能电站隐伏岩溶控制因素与发育规律

句容抽水蓄能电站碳酸盐岩分布广泛,岩溶发育强度属弱~中等。本文为分析影响该区域岩溶发育的诸多因素以及岩溶发育规律,综合运用地质调查法、统计分析法和经验法来对研究区岩溶发育规律与控制因素进行研究。根据地质条件和钻孔资料数据,将研究区岩溶划分为3个水文地质单元和1个非可溶岩水文地质单元,得到该区域岩性、断裂构造、节理、地下水和岩浆活动等在岩溶发育中发挥的重要作用,探讨该区域的岩溶发育规律如地层岩性和溶洞高程、埋深之间的关系等,研究结果能为水电站的施工和防渗设计提供科学依据。

凉山州地质灾害发育特征与时空分布规律

凉山州地处横断山系东北缘、川滇构造带南段,受活动构造、地形地貌、河流切割等作用影响,发育有地质灾害总数4016处,以中、小型土质滑坡和中、小型沟谷泥石流为主,是四川省地质灾害高风险地区。本文采用资料收集、数理统计、ArcGIS软件分析等方法分析发现,按行政区分析,德昌县是地质灾害发育数量最多的县市,为387处;宁南县是灾害发育密度最高的县市,为17.7处/100 km^(2);按流域分析,安宁河流域的地质灾害数量最多,达779处;美姑河流域的灾害发育密度最高,达11.18处/100 km^(2)。以灾害发育密度为指标对不同灾害类型地质灾害的空间分布进行分析,滑坡方面,划分为4个极高密度区和15个高密度区,滑坡发育受活动构造、易滑地层(红层、昔格达组等)控制作用影响较大;崩塌方面,划分为2个极高密度区和5个高密度区,崩塌沿河谷及支沟、活动构造呈带状分布,受水电站库区开发建设、公路建设等工程活动切坡影响较大;泥石流方面,划分为2个极高密度区和10个高密度区,泥石流发育受构造断裂、地形地貌和人类工程活动影响较大。研究成果可为凉山州的防灾减灾工作提供数据支撑和科学参考。

犯罪学中犯罪定性的方法论深化之维

新时代我国犯罪学在犯罪概念内涵的认识论层面做到与刑事制定法区别对待的同时,犯罪概念外延界定的方法论至少应当在四个维度进行深层次变革。一是用发展的观点科学认定犯罪行为;二是明晰国内外犯罪概念界定差异点,并构建中国特色的犯罪行为认定方法论;三是用联系的眼光看待犯罪外延,在犯罪行为预防、规制、惩戒所发挥的作用层面,刑法学和犯罪学的效力范围可以说多有重合而各有侧重点;犯罪学层面的功能性犯罪定义论无从消弭刑事制定法的独有价值;对犯罪行为的规范作用要求在犯罪学和刑事制定法中形成跨学科联动机制;四是犯罪学视阈下,理论上做到精确无误地把握犯罪概念的方法论尚且不存在,更遑论客观现实,但方法论自应当尽力为之。

“一带一路”视角下法治服务体系的优化--基于法律价值理念的分析

法治是"一带一路"倡议实施的根本保障,而沿线国家在法律制度、法系传统、法律文化上的重大差异甚至冲突,对"一带一路"建设提出了诸多挑战。为此,要进行法治服务机制创新,首先必须升级法律价值、形成法理共识,探索实现市场自由、公平与安全三者互动的价值整合机制,在根本上实现从西方大国崛起初期奉行的"殖民法"到现阶段的"和平法"再到基于全球正义和共享主义的"发展法"的历史性飞跃。在规范上走出重国际法轻国别法、重中国法轻东道国法、重国际解纷机制而轻多边机制重构的三大误区,从国别的官方法和地方习惯法两个层面提升法治服务能力、优化法治服务体系;在国内构建和实施法律共享联席会议机制、国别法律能力提升机制,并与各国共同创设共商的法律服务机制、共建的制度供给机制、共享的法治互惠机制;在模式上,构建国内、区域和国际三位一体的法治服务尤其是律师服务合作伙伴关系。

基于教师成长规律的教师培养模式一体化建构

教师培养模式一体化是"教师教育一体化"的核心,必须建立在教师成长规律的基础上。教师成长大致要经历新手教师——胜任型教师——骨干型教师——专家型教师四个阶段,并呈现出如下规律性特点:教师的献身精神源于创造性劳动中获得的愉悦与满足;从摹仿他人走向自觉地研究、运用教育学、心理学;勇于创新是教师专业化发展的直接动机和共同特征。教师培养模式一体化,是根据教师专业化发展理论,遵循教师成长规律,对职前培养、入职教育、在职培训进行的整体规划,力求各阶段既相对独立、各有侧重,又相互衔接、内在一体。其核心内容是培养目标一体化、课程设置一体化、培养过程一体化和师资配置一体化。

谈谈哲学社会科学的发展规律——兼论文科学报在繁荣哲学社会科学中的地位与作用

繁荣发展哲学社会科学,推进学术观点、学科体系和科研方法的创新,很重要的举措是按照哲学社会科学的发展规律办事。鉴于对哲学社会科学的发展规律的研究还有待深入,本文就此谈了自己的看法和具体意见。在此基础上,本文还提出了文科学报是哲学社会科学发展规律的重要实现形式的观点,并简要论述了文科学报在繁荣哲学社会科学中的地位与作用。

南京市城区5～6岁儿童握力的研究

目的探讨儿童握力发育水平并调查握力在性别、年龄、左右手及生理手型方面的发育规律及特征。方法采用随机抽样方法,使用握力计对南京市主城区485名儿童进行握力测试,并同时进行生理手型的测量,分析握力在年龄、性别、左右手及生理手型方面的发育规律及特征。结果 (1)男生握力始终大于同龄女生,男生、女生左右手的差异不明显;男生右手握力每半年增长1.7～3.8 LB(1 LB=0.453 kg),男生左手握力每半年增长1.7～4.5 LB;女生右手握力每半年增长2.3～2.5 LB,女生左手握力每半年增长1.5～3.2 LB;(2)获得南京市城区5～6岁儿童握力的P_5、P_(25)、P_(50)和P_(75)百分位数参考值;(3)握力与生理手型有密切联系。结论通过对儿童握力的测量,初步了解南京市城区5～6岁儿童握力发育过程中的年龄、性别及双手之间的发育规律及特征,为进一步的临床和科研工作提供参考依据。

台湾教改与“我们的课改”

前些年台湾一场教改被认为不成功。当地社会各界进行了尖锐批评。"我们的课改"跟它惊人地相似。我们不该也无需将它们两者简单类比。但如果进行适当的类比,认真思考它所提出的重要问题,汲取有益的经验教训,那么,对审视当前课程改革有实践意义,而且对教育学、课程教学论研究有理论意义。

规律范畴新论

规律是标志世界运动发展中本质联系和必然趋势的哲学范畴,是人在实践基础上发现和揭示出来的客体的确定秩序和发展趋势。规律具有客观性、普遍性、重复性、方向性、层次性等特点。

奠基于新哲学的发展伦理学——论发展伦理学的形而上学基础

近代理性主义的主体性哲学扭曲了人与自然的关系,把人变成无伦理约束的绝对主体,把物变成失去本体论根基的“为我之物”。传统的人道主义也阻塞了通向自然的伦理之路,否定了对人的改造自然的行为进行规范和约束的必要。发展伦理学从回答当代人类的生存问题出发,在“天道”、“人道”和“物道”的关系中重新考察人与自然的关系,提出了人的实践行为和发展的限度的论断,并以此作为实现人与自然和谐的理论根据。

从“再现性策略”课程到“建构性策略”课程--当代职业教育课程的范式转变与发展趋势

改革开放以来,我国职业教育引进了多种先进课程理念,并发展起一些具有中国特色的课程模式,但多数教师没有理解背后的深层逻辑,致使在课程建设中遇到很多问题。该文从职业理解、能力内涵、知识概念、工作分析方法等角度对我国职业教育改革实践中的主要课程模式进行分析,归纳确认了“再现性策略”和“建构性策略”两种课程范式,并从课程目标、学习内容、学习理论基础、划分课程结构的逻辑、课程开发方法等方面进行了区分。该文建议,为实现职业教育高质量发展,需要实现课程范式的转变,即从基于传统学校教育的“再现性策略”课程转变为“建构性策略”课程。这一范式变化符合新职业教育法对技术技能人才成长规律的关注,体现了先进学习理论的要求。该文还提醒,高技能人才培养的课程应更加关注理论和实践的复杂关系。
