Professional Cognitive Education Model for Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering under the Background of New Agricultural Science

The construction of new agricultural science requires the use of modern scientific and technological means to transform and enhance current agricultural related majors.The agricultural water conservancy engineering major,with its inherent disciplinary advantages,plays an indispensable and important role in the construction of new agricultural science.In recent years,the lack of professional cognitive education has gradually become a significant problem in the training of talents in agricultural water conservancy engineering.Therefore,this paper deeply analyzes the problems and reasons faced by professional cognitive education,and proposes specific educational strategies for several key aspects such as enrollment promotion,freshman enrollment education,construction of teacher team,combination of scientific research and teaching,and strengthening professional cognition through competition activities.It aims to provide reference for improving the quality of professional cognitive education and exploring effective ways.

An Interview-Based Study of the Factors Influencing the Quality of Professional Training of Science Education Graduates

The proposal of the strategy of developing the country through science education has clarified China’s demand for the development of the science and education industry and the cultivation of science and education talents,and the birth of Science Education majors is an important link in the cultivation of scientific literacy.Based on the grounded theory,we interviewed three Science Education graduates from a university and coded the interview data by using NVivo 12.0 to find eight important factors affecting their professional training and employment choices.The factors are“social factors,”“individual career choice factors,”“campus resources,”“employment advantages,”“professional self-development,”“teacher factors,”“planning for further education and employment,”and“student motivation.”This study analyzes the interaction between the influencing factors,constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of the quality of Science Education professional training,explores the problems of the training process of Science Education majors and employment dilemmas,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.

研究生作为高层次人才,其创新能力的提升在我国装备制造业发展的过程中起着举足轻重的作用。当前,我国研究生招生规模日益扩大,但是在数量大幅增长的同时,也出现研究生培养质量难以完全满足社会需求的问题。该文基于新工科的基本理念,从课程体系建设、“多师制”培养模式构建、联合培养基地建设等几方面入手进行机械类专业研究生创新能力提升探索。通过近年研究生培养的结果,表明提出的方法对提升研究生创新能力具有较明显的促进作用。后续可根据专业特点推广至其他相关专业,可为提升研究生创新能力提供参考。

时代新人培养目标下涉农高校实践育人共同体实效性研究——基于南京农业大学样本的实证分析

全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务依然在农村,最广泛最深厚的基础依然在农村。涉农高校要自觉围绕立德树人根本任务,以实践育人共同体为抓手,培养更多知农爱农新型人才,但实践育人共同体的内在要求、实现路径、成效评估等仍有待深化,因此有必要对涉农高校实践育人共同体的实效性进行探究。文章基于747名涉农高校大学生的调查数据,建立有序Logit回归分析涉农高校实践育人共同体的实现程度。结果表明,专业能力、实践能力和“三农”情怀对涉农高校实践育人共同体的育人目标实现有积极影响。进一步的交互项结果表明,加强自然科学专业学生实践能力培养会强化涉农高校实践育人共同体的实效性,而加强社会科学专业学生专业能力的学习会促进实践育人共同体实现成效。因此,在知农爱农新型人才培养目标下,涉农高校应以注重培育成效为导向,以提高学生创新能力为基础,积极构建与完善“三农”情怀教育育人培养机制,构建并有效发挥涉农高校实践育人共同体的重要载体功能。

护理硕士专业学位研究生的实践创新能力培养已成为高校教育改革实践的重点。而在实际培养过程中存在培养模式的系统性及课程体系有待增强,多元主体间的协作融合深度不够,产教融合保障机制和评价体系欠完善等问题。课题组以建构主义、行为主义和协同理论为理论基础,构建“多元—交叉—融合—协同”四位一体的培养体系;建设基于决策导向评价模式(CIPP评价模式)的实践创新能力评价体系,为高校护理硕士专业学位研究生实践创新能力培养提供新思路。

探索以提升职业素养为导向的机能学实验教学实践路径。教学过程采用线上+线下混合式教学设计,共建专业课和思政课教师教学团队,深入挖掘机能实验学课程蕴含的思政元素,设计系列教学活动,在实验动物操作、原始数据记录、结果讨论分析、第二课堂活动、社会实践等过程中,融入家国情怀、职业认同、敬佑生命、团队协作、诚实守信等元素,充分发挥课内实验过程和课外实践过程所承载的育人功能。课内课外联动的教学模式可实现知识传授与价值引领的统一,有助于培养学生高尚职业情操、科学严谨的工作态度、提升医学生的人文素养和职业道德素养。

针对目前职业院校课程思政工作存在的课程之间的协同机制还不完善等问题,进一步深化职业院校课程思政的基本路径,按照“自下而上”的认识过程、“自上而下”的设计过程和“上下联动”的实施过程,对职业院校课程思政工作进行整体设计、系统开发、协同实施、多方评价,实现教师之间、课程之间、专业之间、校企之间的“互联互通”,是深化课程思政工作的必由之路。建议职业院校以专业为轴心开展课程思政工作,发挥群体优势,致力于纵向贯通、织线为面、叠面为体,形成科学高效的专业课程思政工作体系。

高校医学生课程思政建设的实践与创新——以外科学为例

随着高等教育改革的深入推进,医学生教育越来越注重培养具有社会责任感、扎实专业知识和高尚职业道德的复合型人才。该研究针对当前高校医学生思政教育中存在的诸多挑战,如课程内容与思政教育融合不足、教师思政教育能力参差不齐、学生对思政课程参与度不高等问题,提出一套具体的改革措施,并以医学院校外科学教学为例,探索课程思政教育的实践与创新。通过加强校院双层管理,课程思政与课程目标融合,丰富课程内容与熟悉教学目标,更新教学理念与教学手段,提升教师政治素质,建设高素质专业与思政交融团队,充分挖掘外科学思政元素,实现“书”与“人”有机融合,实施“实践思政”、“案例思政”、“反复思政”等课程思政新模式,激发学习兴趣与促进主观能动性,让学生模拟临床实境,深入参与,学习内化,达到潜移默化,润物无声,实现全方位育人的教学终目标。初步应用结果表明,这种教育模式能有效促进学生的深度参与,激发学习兴趣,促进教学共鸣,潜移默化中提升学生的职业素养,增强其社会责任感,并促进其全面创新发展。该研究期望为高等医学教育中的思政课程建设提供可行的策略和实践指导。

持续有效地培养创新人才是提升国家整体创新水平的重要支撑。基于中小学科学教育的本质功能与创新人才的内在特质分析发现,科学教育有助于发展创新必备的知识基础,能够促进创新思维和创新精神的培养,从而促进创新人才的培养。反观现实,我国中小学科学教育在培养创新人才方面仍存在系列问题,包括科学教育受应试惯性的影响强烈,科学教师的创新教育素养不足,科学教育的运行机制不完善等。为了发挥科学教育培养创新人才的有效功能,一是要优化科学课程体系,在科学教育全过程中落实创新人才的培养;二是要发展科学教师队伍,在创新型教师的引领下实现创新人才的培养;三是要优化科学教育生态,在多方协同的教育环境中促进创新人才的培养。

当前,高校专业教育与思想政治教育呈现出人为割裂性,专业课程“思政”教学目标存在定位模糊、课程思政元素开发不足、思政“隐形”教育实际效果不佳等问题。本文围绕端正学生为国学习动机、激发学生强烈学习欲望,提升学生内在动力、厚植学生报国情怀和科学探索精神等,探索以“学生为中心”的专业课程思政教学目标定位、课程思政元素开发和教学组织方法,提出了新的思路。以《数字电路基础》课程专业思政为例,从专业课程思政元素挖掘策略、专业课程“思政”教育需立足激发内生动力、专业课程“思政”需融合科技伦理教育等方面提出理论依据和实践举措,探索将科技伦理教育和课程思政教育融合的创新模式,为促进高校专业课程思想教育打造特色提供新的途径。

高质量发展背景下机电一体化技术专业群模块化课程构建研究

随着产业结构调整升级,传统课程模式难以适应行业结构调整对人才培养需求的新变化。机电一体化专业群课程体系还普遍存在着模块内容滞后于钢铁企业新设备、新技术、新工艺的发展,群内专业缺乏跨学科整合与创新,课程设置与企业岗位能力需求不匹配等问题,需要根据岗位能力需求重构课程体系,提升学生岗位综合职业能力。机电一体化技术专业群构建以岗位为主导、能力为主线、学生为主体、个人发展可持续化的模块化课程开发理念,为专业群模块化课程建设提供了有价值参考。

以工程教育认证与国家一流专业建设为牵引的测控技术与仪器专业教学改革与实践研究

面向中原经济区、中国(郑州)智能传感谷,培养工程能力卓越的测控领域工程技术人才的实际需求,河南工业大学测控技术与仪器专业以工程教育认证与国家一流专业建设为契机,通过开展一系列专业综合改革、师资队伍与基层教学组织建设、专业教学质量保障体系建设、多元化的毕业生培养质量跟踪与评价等措施,以期提高学生的综合创新能力。实践结果表明,测控技术与仪器专业在工程教育认证、国家一流专业建设、课程建设、学生创新能力培养、就业满意率等方面均取得显著的效果。

基于Delphi-AHP法的高职专业课教师课程思政能力评价指标体系建构

专业课教师的课程思政能力是高职院校全面推进课程思政工作的关键。针对高职专业课教师课程思政能力结构尚不明晰,评价体系粗放等问题,采用Delphi-AHP法构建高职专业课教师课程思政能力评价指标体系。通过文献三级编码、专家咨询和研究小组讨论,拟定高职专业课教师课程思政能力评价指标体系草案,然后经过两轮德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询,确定了包含5个一级指标、17个二级指标和58个三级指标的评价指标体系,再采用层次分析法(AHP),构建各级指标判断矩阵,计算各指标权重并检验判断矩阵的一致性,确定各指标的合理权重。研究结果在理论上为探究高职专业课教师课程思政能力内涵拓展了新的认知视角,在实践上为高职院校教师课程思政能力测评提供了可操作的依据和方向。
