聚伞翠雀生物碱成分的研究

目的研究聚伞翠雀根中生物碱成分。方法采用pH梯度洗脱及硅胶柱层析分离,应用光谱方法鉴定结构。结果从根中分得5个已知二萜生物碱:氨茴酰牛扁碱、牛扁碱、德尔塔生、DelsemineA和DelsemineB。结论5个化合物是首次从该植物中分离得到。
