Development of an Information-Based Leadership Evaluation Index System for School Management Teams:A Comprehensive Approach

In the context of educational informatization reform,there are many uncertain factors in the process of education development.To optimize the educational environment so that it can be effectively combined with information technology,teachers need to change their teaching ideas,strengthen the school’s own adaptability to informatization,and promote the development of informatization construction in schools.As a branch of information leadership,the management team should establish an evaluation index system for information leadership in order to ensure the construction of school informatization,so as to provide a boost for the integration of school resources and information technology.Based on the overview and connotation of information-based leadership of the management team,this paper explores the construction of an evaluation index system of information-based leadership of the school management team,aiming to provide references for the research of relevant personnel in the future.

How Group Leaders Build Stable Community Buying Groups:A Perspective Based on the Differential Mode of Association

Since 2016,community group buying has grown significantly in China,largely driven by its efficient logistics,supply chains,low prices,and convenience.This model has been further popularized during the COVID-19 pandemic due to its effectiveness in meeting daily needs while minimizing human-to-human contact.A key component of this business model is the“group leaders”-influential individuals within a community responsible for managing group buying activities,which include order collection,supplier liaison,and goods distribution.Their primary task is to form and sustain a reliable community group buying consortium,a task that demands excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.This paper examines this phenomenon using the lens of the differential mode of association,a theoretical model explaining interpersonal relationships in traditional Chinese society.The research indicates that group leaders,through regular interaction with consumers,are able to alter their social network position,increase their influence,understand consumer needs,provide satisfying services,and enhance trust,thereby transforming consumers into loyal group buying participants.This transformation not only brings stability to group buying activities but also reinforces the community influence of group leaders,thus fostering the growth of community group buying.

Comparing Three of the Leadership Theories: Leader-Member Exchange Theory,transformational Leadership and Team Leadership

Leadership is a complex process.It is one of the most researched areas around the world.It has gained importance in every walk of life from politics to business and from education to social organizations.According to the study of"Leadership in Adult Education Venues",here has a much more clear recognition of leadership:leadership is a process whereby an individual influences a group of individuals to achieve a common goal.There are many approaches of leadership throughout the study of this class,the three theories of leadership I choose to describe in this paper are:Leader-Member Exchange(LMX)Theory,Transformational Leadership,and Team Leadership.

Image Recognition Model of Fraudulent Websites Based on Image Leader Decision and Inception-V3 Transfer Learning

The fraudulent website image is a vital information carrier for telecom fraud.The efficient and precise recognition of fraudulent website images is critical to combating and dealing with fraudulent websites.Current research on image recognition of fraudulent websites is mainly carried out at the level of image feature extraction and similarity study,which have such disadvantages as difficulty in obtaining image data,insufficient image analysis,and single identification types.This study develops a model based on the entropy method for image leader decision and Inception-v3 transfer learning to address these disadvantages.The data processing part of the model uses a breadth search crawler to capture the image data.Then,the information in the images is evaluated with the entropy method,image weights are assigned,and the image leader is selected.In model training and prediction,the transfer learning of the Inception-v3 model is introduced into image recognition of fraudulent websites.Using selected image leaders to train the model,multiple types of fraudulent websites are identified with high accuracy.The experiment proves that this model has a superior accuracy in recognizing images on fraudulent websites compared to other current models.

基于TeamSTEPPS风险防控模式的护理在气管切开患者感染防控中的应用

目的 探讨基于强化临床表现和医疗安全的团队策略与工具(Team STEPPS)?风险防控模式的护理在气管切开患者感染防控中的应用。方法 选取2021年1月~2022年12月在安庆市第一人民医院入住的82例气管切开患者。其中2021年41例为对照组,实施常规的气管切开术后护理;2022年41例为观察组,在常规的气管切开术后护理基础上,基于Team STEPPS风险防控模式的护理措施。比较两组患者感染高风险事件发生率、医护合作情况、患者满意度。结果 观察组患者感染高风险事件发生率低于对照组,医护合作得分、患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于Team STEPPS风险防控模式的护理在气管切开患者感染防控中应用,降低了感染风险发生的事件、医护合作程度明显增强,患者的满意度提高显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Quantified simulation research on harmonious factors in the leadership teams of aerospace enterprise group

A brief account of basic connotation and evaluation indexes system of harmonious leadership teams is given. On this basis, a simulation model is built by using the ARENA simulation software and the quantified simulation is carried out for the factors of harmonization of aerospace enterprise leadership teams. Moreover, by taking the characteristics of aerospace enterprise leadership teams into consideration, the comparison of harmonization quantified results of several typical leadership teams, especially on the comparative analysis of influencing degrees of moral characters and capabilities on the leadership teams overall harmonization is emphatically discussed. Finally, a conclusion is drawn.

Research on the Relationship between Leadership and Innovation

The research aims to explore the relationship between leadership and employee innovation,team innovation,and organizational innovation by reviewing the previous literature so that it can provide a systematie understanding of the relationship.Most of the current researchers pay more attention to the relationship between one type of leadership and innovation,whereas this study reviews the literature on different leadership styles and innovations and provides concepts of them,and shows empirical findings.

Evaluation of Attending Medical Teams and Their Impact on the DRG Components of Cholecystectomy

Objective:This study assessed the role of the attending medical team in the cost control of the cholecystectomy DRG components.Methods:The association between team structure,workflow,and treatment outcomes was analyzed using a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative data and qualitative interviews from 628 patients.Results:Inter-professional teamwork significantly affected length of stay,treatment costs,and recurrence rates,with experienced teams performing better in terms of emergency response and collaborative efficiency.Patient satisfaction was generally high,indicating that good teamwork enhances treatment outcomes.Significance:The study highlights the importance of optimizing team configuration to improve the quality,efficiency,and cost control of healthcare.

缺乏位置信息的视觉移动机器人leader-following编队控制

针对视觉移动机器人编队在缺乏位置信息情况下的控制问题,提出一种基于视觉的leader-following编队反馈控制方法。该方法利用leader标志物特征点在follower摄像机像平面上的坐标信息设计了观测器,对leader与follower间的相对位置进行估计,基于相对位置估计量与它们速度的关系,设计出leader-following编队反馈控制器,通过Lyapunov理论证明了闭环系统的稳定性。仿真结果表明,该控制方法能有效解决缺乏位置信息情况下视觉移动机器人编队的控制问题。

振动信号小波leaders多重分形特征提取及性能分析

机械振动信号一般具有非线性、非平稳特性,多重分形特征是表示振动信号几何结构特征的一种重要手段。传统的多重分形特征计算方法计算量大,限制了多重分形特征的应用。小波leaders多重分形分析方法具有坚实的数学基础,且计算简便。针对齿轮正常状态和点蚀故障状态,提出基于小波leaders的多重分形振动信号特征提取及表示方法,提出基于bootstrap技术的最优块长求解算法,并建立振动信号小波leaders多重分形特征的统计性能分析方法。研究结果表明,小波leaders多重分形特征能够很好反映振动信号的几何结构特征,基于块bootstrap方法能有效分析多重分形特征统计性能,为机械设备状态监控和故障诊断提供了一种有效的选择。

TeamSTEPPS模式在消化内镜室综合管理中的应用效果

目的探讨提高医疗质量与患者安全的团队策略和工具包(TeamSTEPPS)模式在消化内镜室综合管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年2月河南省直第三人民医院消化内镜室收治的118例肠息肉患者作为对照组,接受常规管理;选取2022年3—9月河南省直第三人民医院消化内镜室收治的126例肠息肉患者作为研究组,接受TeamSTEPPS模式综合管理。对比两组护理风险、不良事件发生率、护理质量、患者满意度。结果两组管理后护理风险评分均高于管理前(P<0.05),研究组管理后急救药品、消毒隔离、护理安全、仪器使用以及岗位安全等护理风险评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组管理后护理质量评分高于管理前(P<0.05),管理后,相较于对照组,研究组技能操作、专科护理、病房护理、基础护理、消毒护理及分级护理评分均较高(P<0.05);研究组患者对服务态度、手术护理、专业素质等护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TeamSTEPPS模式下综合管理有助于减少消化内镜室护理不良事件发生,提高护理质量与患者对护理满意度。

Optimizing the Leadership Styles and Establishing a New Teacher-Student Relationship

There're mainly two kinds of behaviors-Task Behaviors(TBs) and Relationship Behaviors(RBs) among the school leadership styles. TBs contribute to achieving the goals, while RBs help to promote the interpersonal relationships. However, different perceptions of social values and morals will have a great influence on establishing the good leader-teacher relationship and the teacher-student relationship, which is also no exception for the leadership styles. Thus, optimizing the leadership styles will enhance the leader-teacher relationship, and also benefit the teacher-student relationship.

Collective coordination of multi-agent systems guided by multiple leaders

A neighbour-based coordination scheme is proposed for a multi-agent system with multiple leaders. Under assumptions of the connectivity of the interconnection topology and a simple first-order dynamics model for each mobile agent, the results show that all the agents will flock to the polytope region formed by the leaders.

Propagation of positive, negative, and recoil leaders in upward lightning flashes

Leader propagation is a fundamental issue in lightning physics. The propagation characteristics of positive leaders and negative leaders are summarized and compared based on data from high-speed camera and electromagnetic field in rocket-triggered lightning and tower-initiated lightning discharges; available channel base current data recorded in rocket-triggered lightning are also used. The negative leaders propagate in a stepped fashion accompanied by many branches. The stems ahead of the negative leader tip determine the manner and direction of the leader propagation, and even the branching and winding of the lightning channel. The impulsive current, electromagnetic field, and related optical images suggest that the positive leader may develop in a step-like fashion at its initial stage of triggered lightning. However, the stepping processes of the positive leader are obviously different from those of the negative leader. Tower-initiated lightning revealed that the most conspicuous characteristics of the stepwise positive leader involve the intermittent brush-like corona zone in front of the leader tip and the luminosity enhancement of the channel behind the tip. In rockettriggered lightning flashes, the charge transferred during an individual step for the negative leader was nearly an order greater than for the positive counterpart. The successive streamers ahead of the leader tip are essential for both negative and positive leader propagation, and the stems could be formed from one or more streamers in the previous negative streamer zone with the main leader channel dim. High-resolution observation of tower lightning also revealed a new type of bidirectional recoil leader, with polarity contrary to the traditional one, traversing in negative channels associated with tower-initiated and rocket-triggered lightning.

Leader-following多自主体系统时变编队跟踪控制

考虑时变时延,研究了高阶leader-following多自主体系统的分布式时变编队跟踪控制问题.针对连续高阶多自主体系统,设计了基于观测器的时变编队跟踪控制协议,通过状态变换,将系统的时变编队跟踪控制问题,转变为误差系统的稳定性问题.然后利用图论及李雅普诺夫稳定定理,研究了系统实现时变编队跟踪控制的充分条件,并且指出时变编队参考函数与时变时延无关.最后,数据仿真结果证明了所设计的协议能使follower自主体实现时变编队,并且跟踪leader自主体的轨迹.

Evaluation of the effects of a leader-training program on public health nurse leadership for staff in Japan

This paper is a report of a study of the effects of a leader-training program, focusing on how public health nurse (PHN) leaders manage staff. In Japan, a system of training after graduation or training after acquisition of the PHN license has not been established. At present, PHN leaders are unable to devote as much time as they previously could to in-service education, and this has made it difficult to establish a suitable full-fledged in-service education system. Therefore, it is paramount for PHN leaders to acquire the necessary competence to train staff efficiently and, ultimately, play a more prominent role in the in-service education of novice PHNs. The effecttiveness of this program was evaluated before and after conducting the program over a 1-year period. A total of 145 leaders working for local government agencies in Japan participated in the program, and data from 87 participants were analyzed. Before the training program, Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle activities were less frequent than after the program. Intervention using a leader-training program that combines group and on-the-job training is effective for PHN leaders.

Determining Leaders and Communities on Networks Using Neighborhood Similarity

Networks are used to represent interactions in a wide variety of fields, like biology, sociology, chemistry, and more. They have a great deal of salient information contained in their structures, which have a variety of applications. One of the important topics of network analysis is finding influential nodes. These nodes are of two kinds —leader nodes and bridge nodes. In this study, we propose an algorithm to find strong leaders in a network based on a revision of neighborhood similarity. This leadership detection is combined with a neighborhood intersection clustering algorithm to produce high quality communities for various networks. We also delve into the structure of a new network, the Houghton College Twitter network, and examine the discovered leaders and their respective followers in more depth than which is frequently attempted for a network of its size. The results of the observations on this and other networks demonstrate that the community partitions found by this algorithm are very similar to those of ground truth communities.
