Because of similar traits and effectiveness,they were always used as one type of medicine for a long time. Aiming at this phenomenon,the chemical composition and contents of P. japonicus and its approximation varieties from different area were compared in order to provide a chemical basis for clarifying the classification of the genus.展开更多
珠子参(Panax japonicus C.A.Meyer var. major(Burk)Wu et Feng)根茎用盐溶液提取,透析,两次离子交换层析,凝胶过滤,分离到两个蛋白质(ZP-1,ZP-2),其中,ZP-2能明显地抑制绿色木霉、麦类赤霉菌丝的生长。经SDS-PAGE及Sephadex G-75过滤...珠子参(Panax japonicus C.A.Meyer var. major(Burk)Wu et Feng)根茎用盐溶液提取,透析,两次离子交换层析,凝胶过滤,分离到两个蛋白质(ZP-1,ZP-2),其中,ZP-2能明显地抑制绿色木霉、麦类赤霉菌丝的生长。经SDS-PAGE及Sephadex G-75过滤,测得ZP-2的分子量分别为55和66kD,是由分子量非常相近的两个亚基组成。PAS反应表明ZP-2是一个糖蛋白,经GLC分析,中性糖含量为28.91%,由葡萄糖、甘露糖、岩藻糖、木糖、鼠李糖和半乳糖组成;糖醛酸含量经Bitter的方法测得为22.76%。用OPA柱前衍生氨基酸高压液相色谱法测定ZP-2的部分氨基酸组成,结果表明此蛋白质高含酸性氨基酸。ZP-2对人红血细胞无凝集活性,也无几丁酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性。展开更多
