The cloud service level agreement(SLA)manage the relationship between service providers and consumers in cloud computing.SLA is an integral and critical part of modern era IT vendors and communication contracts.Due to low cost and flexibility more and more consumers delegate their tasks to cloud providers,the SLA emerges as a key aspect between the consumers and providers.Continuous monitoring of Quality of Service(QoS)attributes is required to implement SLAs because of the complex nature of cloud communication.Many other factors,such as user reliability,satisfaction,and penalty on violations are also taken into account.Currently,there is no such policy of cloud SLA monitoring to minimize SLA violations.In this work,we have proposed a cloud SLA monitoring policy by dividing a monitoring session into two parts,for critical and non-critical parameters.The critical and non-critical parameters will be decided on the interest of the consumer during SLA negotiation.This will help to shape a new comprehensive SLA based Proactive Resource Allocation Approach(RPAA)which will monitor SLA at runtime,analyze the SLA parameters and try to find the possibility of SLA violations.We also have implemented an adaptive system for allocating cloud IT resources based on SLA violations and detection.We have defined two main components of SLA-PRAA i.e.,(a)Handler and(b)Accounting and Billing Manager.We have also described the function of both components through algorithms.The experimental results validate the performance of our proposed method in comparison with state-of-the-art cloud SLA policies. 展开更多

The concentration preprocessing and fan-out(CPPF) system is one of the electronic subsystems of the upgraded Compact Muon Solenoid(CMS) Level-1 trigger system. It includes, in hardware, eight specially designed CPPF cards, one CMS card called AMC13, one commercial Micro-TCA Carrier HUB(MCH) card, and a MicroTCA shelf. Powerful online software is needed for the system, including providing reliable configuration and monitoring for the hardware, and a graphical interface for executing all actions and publishing monitoring messages.Further, to control and monitor the large amount of homogeneous hardware, the SoftWare Automating conTrol of Common Hardware(SWATCH) concept was proposed and developed. The SWATCH provides a generic structure and is flexible for customization. The structure includes a hardware access library based on the IPbus protocol, which assumes a virtual 32-bit address/32-bit data bus and builds a simple hardware access layer. Furthermore, the structure provides a graphical user interface, which is based on modern web technology and is accessible by web page. The CPPF controlling and monitoring online software was also customized from a common SWATCH cell, and provides afinite state machine(FSM) for configuring the entire CPPF hardware, and five monitoring objects for periodically collecting monitoring data from five main functional modules in the CPPF hardware. Monitoring at provincial level may be divided into two levels:province-wide and at project level. Those indicators meaningful,sensitive to any disturbances,and simple to measure may be selected to test status of ecosystem stability and health.It makes sense to have an integrated sampling design,to set up permanent observation plots and to collect data, so that to have a relative timely,accurate understanding of ecosystems in the province.A program regarding sampling design,field methods, data analysis,documentation and implementation was detailed. 展开更多

水库水位升降对堆石坝坝体变形行为的影响

建国后大量兴建的堆石坝历经数十年的使用及自然损耗,坝体安全风险逐渐升高。为了有效掌握坝体在拦蓄水体的作用下的变形行为,指导既有坝体的维护。该研究以华南某地水库的既有堆石坝为对象,对坝体典型部位开展沉降位移监控、水平位移... 建国后大量兴建的堆石坝历经数十年的使用及自然损耗,坝体安全风险逐渐升高。为了有效掌握坝体在拦蓄水体的作用下的变形行为,指导既有坝体的维护。该研究以华南某地水库的既有堆石坝为对象,对坝体典型部位开展沉降位移监控、水平位移监测及水位监测等。研究表明:水坝下游一侧的坝体沉降位移与水位呈负相关性,水平位移与水位呈正相关性;坝体的沉降和水平位移特征为,坝体中间的变形较两侧的变形大,坝顶的变形最大;坝肩地质条件的差异会导致坝体不同部位产生水平位移差,威胁坝体安全。该研究成果对治理和维护既有堆石坝体具有重要的参考和指导意义。 展开更多

Objectives: The aim of this work was to initially establish both age and weight driven pediatric diagnostic reference levels (DRLs) for chest computed tomography (CT) examinations performed at tertiary care medical institution. Another aim was to compare the presented data with internationally published ones. This initial data shall serve as basis for establishing a national DRLs values for pediatric diagnostic CT examinations. Methods: Dosimetric indexes were collected for the chest examination for 93 patients during the past 2 years in a tertiary care medical city. Results: The results are within and below the international reported levels for chest CT in several countries. Conclusion: Continuous monitoring of the radiation doses received by the patients in computed tomography is continuous and ongoing process in order to ensure compliance and to optimize clinical imaging protocols. More extensive data acquisition and analysis are required to allow better understanding of the contributing factors leading to less patient radiation dose while preserving the clinical image quality. . 展开更多

Due to the method considering time-dependence of deformation and having stronger adaptability to time-dependence system, it can improve forecast’s precision. The Kunlunshan Mountain Ms8.1 earthquake, occurred in Nov.14, 2001, is the first event with magnitude more than 8 in the China earthquake monitoring history, specifically at the beginning of digital techniques in precursor monitoring networks. Any investigation of recorded data on this earthquake is very important for testing the operation of the digital monitoring networks and understanding the preparation, occurrence, and adjustment of stress/strain of strong continental earthquakes. In this paper we investigated the coseismic response changes of well water level of groundwater and volume strain meter of bore hole in digital earthquake monitoring network of Capital area and its vicinity, due to the Nov.14, 2001 Ms8.1 Kunlun Mountain earthquake. The responding time, shapes or manners, amplitudes, and lasting time of well water level and strain-meters to seismic wave are studied in comparison. Then we discussed the possibility that the response changes of groundwater to strong distant earthquakes can be understood as one kind of observing evidence of stress/strain changes induced by distant earthquake. 展开更多

井工煤矿开采会导致地表沉陷,损坏地表建筑物、影响生态环境,甚至诱发滑坡、泥石流等灾害,对地表沉陷发展规律的准确分析和预测具有重要的现实意义。以东滩煤矿6306工作面为试验对象,选取覆盖该区域的19景Sentinel-1A影像数据,开展了基... 井工煤矿开采会导致地表沉陷,损坏地表建筑物、影响生态环境,甚至诱发滑坡、泥石流等灾害,对地表沉陷发展规律的准确分析和预测具有重要的现实意义。以东滩煤矿6306工作面为试验对象,选取覆盖该区域的19景Sentinel-1A影像数据,开展了基于D-InSAR技术的地表沉降规律分析与预测研究。基于“二轨法”获取了试验区域的时间序列数据,构建了SAR影像数据分析方法与处理流程;结合矿区实测数据和Sentinal-1A影像数据,验证分析了6306工作面对应的地表沉降规律;构建了基于LSTM算法的地表沉降预测模型,对比分析了LSTM、SVR和灰色GM(1,1)3种方法预测的准确性和有效性。结果表明:D-InSAR技术的监测精度高(最大误差为18.3 mm,平均差值为5.4 mm),区域广,可有效获取地表形变的时空演化规律;此外,相较于传统SVR、灰色GM(1,1)预测模型,所提出的LSTM模型平均误差约为2.98 mm,具有更高精度。 展开更多

为实现对地质灾害易发区地表沉降与地下沉降的同步、实时、自动监测,研发了基于北斗系统的地质体地表与地下一体化沉降监测新方法。该方法融合了北斗系统、静力水准仪、分层沉降标等沉降监测技术,监测原理如下:在稳定区域设置北斗基准点... 为实现对地质灾害易发区地表沉降与地下沉降的同步、实时、自动监测,研发了基于北斗系统的地质体地表与地下一体化沉降监测新方法。该方法融合了北斗系统、静力水准仪、分层沉降标等沉降监测技术,监测原理如下:在稳定区域设置北斗基准点,在监测区域设置工作基点与监测点;工作基点处的北斗卫星接收机与静力水准仪安装至同一桩上,北斗卫星接收机观测工作基点处静力水准仪的绝对沉降;监测点处的静力水准仪与分层沉降标同轴连接,分层沉降标将深层沉降引至地面由静力水准仪观测;北斗系统与静力水准系统同步采集数据,数据经时间同步后分别得到工作基点和监测点的绝对沉降量。该新方法成功解决了大面积沉降监测中面临的非稳定工作基点校测问题,实现了对地质体地表与地下沉降的远程和实时监测。 展开更多
