On the basis of combing domestic and foreign related literature and research practice,the influence mechanism of the construction of new liberal arts was analyzed,and the fundamental tasks of the construction of new l...On the basis of combing domestic and foreign related literature and research practice,the influence mechanism of the construction of new liberal arts was analyzed,and the fundamental tasks of the construction of new liberal arts in Tibet were summarized.Based on 173 field questionnaires in Tibet,factor analysis was used to conduct empirical analysis.It is found that the cumulative contribution of the first,second,third and fourth common factor was 24.921%,21.742%,17.331%,and 14.206%,respectively.Professional orientation,the reform of talent training mode,teacher ability,quality and level of the teaching team,curriculum system reform,teaching content reform,education training service,and other evaluation indicators are the key points of the construction of new liberal arts.The research conclusion is that the construction of new liberal arts needs to highlight the"three positions";it is needed to plan and promote various resources to focus on the ability and level of professional teachers’social services;the managers and professional teachers should be the leaders and participants of the innovation of the talent training model respectively.Finally,relevant policy recommendations were put forward.展开更多

The core issue concerning the usage of tense and aspect is seen as significantly important(Michaelis,1994;Swales and Feak,2000),especially in English writing in college.This study identifies the erroneous use of tense...The core issue concerning the usage of tense and aspect is seen as significantly important(Michaelis,1994;Swales and Feak,2000),especially in English writing in college.This study identifies the erroneous use of tense and aspect in liberal arts students' writing in comparison with that of engineering students' to examine their application ability in writing and identify areas of English learning in need of intensive instruction.This paper displays the frequency rates of errors about two English tenses(the present and the past),two aspects(the progressive and the perfect)based on an online writing corpus of students in two majors,which leads to the result that students in both majors are more likely to make mistakes in the present time and perfect aspect,liberal arts students less influenced.In addition,engineering students writing score seems to be more related to their grammatical errors than that of liberal arts students.To improve their writings,practical teaching strategies such as being aware of cross-lingual influence,practicing grammar on context level,personalized instructions,are also provided.展开更多

All in all, the training of high-quality interdisciplinary legal talents lags behind social reform and the practice of the rule of law. In the context of comprehensively promoting the development of the new liberal arts, developing the new liberal arts, i.e., deep cross-integration, has penetrated into the construction of the law discipline, broken through the inherent limitations of law knowledge, promoted the interdisciplinary development of law education, and helped cultivate the ability of law students to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge. The development of new law science should proceed step by step, from shallow to deep. It should follow the guidance of social needs, break down discipline barriers, innovate cross-integration mechanisms, transform and upgrade from the “small crossover” among various departmental laws within the law discipline to the “big crossover” between the law discipline and other disciplines, and transform from the innovation of research methods to the innovation of the structure of disciplines. 文摘The traditional legal education model based on the discipline system of “theoretical law + departmental law” overemphasizes professional subdivision, resulting not only in the separation of different disciplines from each other, but also in the narrow thinking mode, single knowledge structure, and weak practical ability of trained legal talent, who are therefore hardly adapted to the needs of the era, which are characterized as cross boundary social problems and comprehensive knowledge application. All in all, the training of high-quality interdisciplinary legal talents lags behind social reform and the practice of the rule of law. In the context of comprehensively promoting the development of the new liberal arts, developing the new liberal arts, i.e., deep cross-integration, has penetrated into the construction of the law discipline, broken through the inherent limitations of law knowledge, promoted the interdisciplinary development of law education, and helped cultivate the ability of law students to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge. The development of new law science should proceed step by step, from shallow to deep. It should follow the guidance of social needs, break down discipline barriers, innovate cross-integration mechanisms, transform and upgrade from the “small crossover” among various departmental laws within the law discipline to the “big crossover” between the law discipline and other disciplines, and transform from the innovation of research methods to the innovation of the structure of disciplines. The cultivation of inter disciplines should focus on emerging fields such as national security, artificial intelligence, and social governance.

文摘In the context of globalization, there is an urgent need to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with knowledge of tourism management and proficiency in English. Guided by the New Liberal Arts concept, the “Tourism Management + English” talent cultivation model has emerged. Taking the tourism management talent cultivation of Hainan province as an example, this article analyzes the issues present in traditional tourism management programs and proposes a construction framework that involves conducting in-depth industry research, improving management systems, increasing financial support, implementing strict and standardized management, optimizing talent cultivation plans, highlighting distinctive training features, and strengthening industry services.
文摘Variations in the allocation of university resources,teachers’course selection preferences and teaching commitment levels,as well as students’course preferences and assessment requirements,create subjective differences.These differences,compounded by the demands of the new liberal arts reform,place significant challenges and pressure on elective course instructors.To meet these demands,elective course teachers should enhance their teaching methods and explore new instructional models.The International Trade in Services course,for instance,has implemented six areas of curriculum reform,enriching the practice of elective course improvement.
