Operational Problems and Countermeasures of Public Elective Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities Based on the Perspective of Academic Affairs Management:Taking Guangdong C Vocational College as an Example

With the vigorous development of higher vocational education,public elective courses,as one of the core components of the higher vocational curriculum system,occupy a pivotal position.Based on the perspective of academic affairs management and taking Guangdong C Vocational College as an example,this paper meticulously analyzes the operational problems in the declaration,setting,teaching,and management of public elective courses through questionnaire surveys and other methods.It also puts forward a series of targeted solutions,with a view to continuously improving the teaching quality and management level of public elective courses.

Library Information Resource Allocation: Problems and Countermeasures

The library is the center of information gathering of a school.The collections present in the library can be regarded as a huge resource of information,consisting of rich knowledge contents from various disciplines.However,the access to this information is still considered imperfect,where many of these knowledge contents are rarely used or even touched while other resources were often left vacant which has led to many contradictions in the application of information resources in higher learning institution libraries.This article focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the allocation and management of library information resources,with proposed corresponding solutions.

Research on Systematic Analysis and Countermeasures of the Buildings Construction Safety Problems

The buildings construction safety problems contain various safety-hidden dangers that caused by the human unsafe behaviors, the substance unsafe conditions, operation environment unsafe factors and management defects. The authors summarize comprehensively the problems of buildings construetion safety in China at present based on grasping the whole safety status of buildings construction, and the synthetic countermeasures including the systems about laws, management, technology and education civilization for buildings construction safety management are brought up based on the viewpoint of safety system theory. Then it is thought that huilding scientific management mechanisms and popularizing effective management methods and measures are the fundamental ways for improving further the level of safety management for buildings construction in China at present.

贵州省推进合同节水管理的对策研究

合同节水管理是一种基于市场的新型节水管理模式,是推动节水产业发展的重要手段。贵州省水资源利用效率偏低,节水潜力巨大,合同节水管理工作尚处于起步阶段,面临着节水意识不强、内生动力不足、节水市场不完备、扶持政策及配套制度不健全等一系列问题。本文在剖析现状合同节水管理问题成因的基础上,以问题为导向,从强化水资源刚性约束、激发节水内生动力、加强政策扶持和培育节水服务企业4个方面,提出了推进合同节水管理工作的相关对策和建议,对后续贵州省完善合同节水管理机制具有一定的参考意义。

党的十八大以来,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,使得各行各业都面临着全新的风险与挑战,特别是档案管理这一特殊的重要工作,更是出现了许多未知的风险因素和亟待解决的问题。针对新时代档案管理遇到的一些问题,从提高档案人员信息技术水平、及时更新档案管理各项制度、科学规范档案管理方式、精准档案分类、拓展档案管理空间、提高档案管理检索效率、保证档案数据安全、定期培训档案管理工作人员八个方面进行了相应的分析研究。

智慧医院管理政策背景下存在的问题及对策的质性研究

目的 分析我国智慧医院建设过程中医院管理存在的主要问题,并提出相应对策建议。方法 系统检索医院智慧管理文献,基于扎根理论并借助NVivo软件对纳入文献进行编码和分析。结果 共纳入102篇研究文献。通过三级编码得到22个初始范畴、9个主范畴和4个核心范畴,即智慧医院管理问题四个主要归因是环境、建设、资源和运营,其中,外部环境与认知思维影响医院资源整合、内部建设与运营效果,人财物资源配置效率与医院信息化建设水平及制度建设之间相互作用,同时又对医院各项业务管理及运维保障产生影响。结论 应在政策引导下,塑造智慧化管理理念,完善医院顶层设计,进一步优化数字化体系,探索复合型人才队伍构建策略,实现资源智慧化管理,基于医院数字化转型提升医院整体运营管理的智慧度。
