In order to acquire the most energy-saving luminairedistribution-parameters(LDPs)of highway tunnel interior zone backlighting,the parameters optimization model(POM)of backlighting for tunnel interior zone was established.Yanlieshan tunnel of Jiujing highway was taken as an example for the optimization.The optimal LDPs of the backlighting system of the tunnel interior zone were obtained by the POM,a comparison between the optimization results and those of Yanlieshan tunnel’s actual lighting system was performed,which showed that the optimized backlighting system with LED lamps installed according to the optimized LDPs could save energy remarkablely even under full capacity lighting condition.Illuminance and illuminance uniformity of the tunnel road surface still met the lighting demands even the LED lamp’s luminance decreased by 30%.A backlighting simulation experiment with the optimized backlighting LDPs for Yanlieshan tunnel was accomplished in the software Dialux.The simulation results basically agreed with the optimization calculated results from the POM which proved the correctness of the backlighting POM. 展开更多

In order to reach the objective of intelligence and energy saving for university classroom lighting, energy saving lighting control system in university classroom based on wireless sensor network is designed, including design of sensor node and sink, as well as corresponding development of control program and upper-computer software. The system sets single-chip Ameg16 as control center, realizes communication between nodes via nRF24L01 wireless transceiver module, and realizes communication between sink and upper computer via w5100 wireless internet module. It perceives illumination intensity via photoconductor, detects the human body position via infrared pyroelectric sensor, and places the sensor node on the lamp, so the light can be controlled according to position of human body and current illumination intensity, which can realize energy saving to a large extent on condition that lighting requirement is satisfied. The system has low cost, and there is no need to change the original lighting circuit. The light can be turned off by hand, and when multi-media are used for the class, light can keep off even it is dim. In addition, this system has the function of automatic fault report, which is convenient for property maintenance. 展开更多

Simplified prediction model for lighting energy consumption in office building scheme design

There are few simple tools for architects to optimize the daylighting design. Therefore,it is useful to develop a design guideline related to the evaluation of lighting energy saving potential and sunlight design strategies. This paper analyzes the impacts of different artificial lighting control methods and design parameters on daylighting. A direct correlation between lighting energy consumption and parameters such as orientations,window to wall ratio (WWR) and perimeter depth is established. A simplified prediction model is proposed to estimate lighting energy consumption with the given perimeter depth,WWR,and window transparency. Validation of the model is carried out compared with detailed lighting simulation software for an office building. After the variation analysis for these parameters,design advises for the daylighting design at scheme design phase are summarized. 展开更多

Background: Most healthcare settings are lit by a combination of daylight entering through windows, skylights and electric-light sources. It is important to understand how these two types of light sources differ to understand their relative impacts on human health and performance. It is found important to have a starting point in healing architecture and create an environment with knowledge of users sensory and functionally needs and looks at how hospital wards can support patients’ experience or maybe even have a positive influence on the recovery process. Methods: A systematic review of the literature to evaluate the impact of light on the quality of healthcare services was conducted. Several databases were systematically searched and evaluated. Results: Majority of the studies showed that distributions of light within a space in hospitals could substantially influence the health as well as perception of people within it. The study showed that in a multi-function and diverse habitant environment such as hospital treatment rooms, lighting system design plays a major role for comfort of the patients, the critical visual requirements for hospital staff, the comfort and visual need of the visitors. In addition to these goals, energy cost savings through the careful design of lighting schemes used in such applications. Conclusions: There is consistent evidence that shows the technical, architectural and energy aspects of providing optimal lighting conditions in different areas of a healthcare facility are important for patient, staff and energy conservation and cost within the hospitals. 展开更多

This publication presents a technique of quantifying energy savings due to daylight. The technique is designated to be used in smart buildings or similar applications where daylight harvesting is welcomed. The technique is divided into three stages. In the first stage an optical sensor is evaluated for its P (power)-E (illumination) response characteristics. In the second stage the calibration of room properties is carried out. In the final stage photometric calculations are performed, and energy savings are calculated. The major advantage of the proposed approach is to determine energy savings during the design stage of a building, not after the building construction or retrofitting. The information obtained from the calculations is useful for investors, future tenants and environmentalists. 展开更多

This review provides a comprehensive account of energy efficient lighting devices, their working principles and the advancement of these materials as an underpinning to the development of technology. Particular attention has been given to solid state lighting devices and their applications since they have attracted the most interest and are the most promising. Solid state lighting devices including white light emitting diodes (LEDs), organic LEDs (OLEDs), quantum-dot LEDs (QLEDs) and carbon-dot LEDs (CLEDs) are promising energy efficient lighting sources for displays and general lighting. However there is no universal solution that will give better performance and efficiency for all types of applications. LEDs are replacing traditional lamp,; for both general lighting and display applications, whereas OLEDs are finding their own special application,; in various areas. QLEDs and CLEDs have advantages such as high quantum yields, narrow emission spectra, tunable emission spectra and good stability over OLEDs, so applications for these devices are being extended to new types of lighting sources. There is a great dean of research on these materials and their processing technologies and the commercial viability of these technologies appears strong. 展开更多

[目的]由于城市轨道交通(以下简称“城轨”)车辆新增的全自动驾驶技术、高冗余性技术等均在不同程度上增加了车载设备的数量,导致城轨车辆的质量越来越大,且由于城轨车辆的总体运量较大,导致其总体耗电量也维持在一个较高的水平。因此,需对城轨车辆的减重节能技术进行研究。[方法]分别介绍了车体、牵引系统及辅助电源系统、转向架及制动系统、空调系统及车门系统、车钩及贯通道、车辆内装及客室设备的减重措施;分别介绍了牵引系统及辅助电源系统、空调系统和照明系统的节能措施。[结果及结论]可采用的减重措施主要有:车体采用全铝结构;牵引系统采用永磁同步电动机;辅助电源系统采用高频辅助逆变器;充电机采用高频软开关设计;转向架采用轻量化设计;制动系统采用模块化设计;内装及客室设备采用新型材料。可采用的节能措施主要有:牵引系统采用永磁同步电动机;辅助电源系统采用高频拓扑结构;空调系统采用变频技术;照明系统采用OLED(有机发光二极管)光源。应用所介绍的减重及节能措施,基本能够达到车辆整体减重10%以上、节能10%以上的目标。 展开更多

随着互联网等多种新兴科技的发展,绿色环保技术逐步升级,在医院的改造建设中,除了考虑其坚固性、实用性外,更多的应从绿色环保的角度出发进行改造。在诸多基础用电设施中,日常照明用电约占医院总用电量的10%~12%,其中的大部分照明灯具... 随着互联网等多种新兴科技的发展,绿色环保技术逐步升级,在医院的改造建设中,除了考虑其坚固性、实用性外,更多的应从绿色环保的角度出发进行改造。在诸多基础用电设施中,日常照明用电约占医院总用电量的10%~12%,其中的大部分照明灯具均设置为长亮,在一些间歇式无人的地方综合利用率极低。为有效节约日常照明用电,将调频连续波(FMCW)技术与医院照明系统相结合,有效规避了传统声控或热感应的弊端,在准确识别静止人体的基础上实现了“人在灯亮、人走灯灭”的功能。同时结合实际应用数据分析,证明了改造后确实能为医院带来20%~30%的节能收益,为针对医院的绿色建筑改造中类似的工程提供借鉴意义。 展开更多
