The objective of this study was to investigate the mechanical characteristics of implant-abutment interface design in a dental implant system, using nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) method. This finite element simulation study was applied on three commonly used commercial dental implant systems: model I, the reduced-diameter 3i implant system (West Palm Beach, FL, USA) with a hex and a 12-point double internal hexagonal connection; model II, the Semados implant system (Bego, Bremen, Germany) with combination of a conical (45° taper) and internal hexagonal connection; and model III, the Br,~nemark implant system (Nobel Biocare, Gothenburg, Sweden) with external hexagonal connection. In simulation, a force of 170 N with 45°oblique to the longitudinal axis of the implant was loaded to the top surface of the abutment. It has been found from the strength and stiffness analysis that the 3i implant system has the lowest maximum yon Mises stress, prirlcipal stress and displacement, while the Br^nemark implant system has the highest. It was concluded from our preliminary study using nonlinear FEA that the reduced-diameter 3i implant system with a hex and a 12-point double internal hexagonal connection had a better stress distribution, and produced a smaller displacement than the other two implant systems. 展开更多

The elastic-plastic singular stress field near an interface edge of bounded linear hardening material is substantially as same as that of bonded elastic materials whose Young' s modulus and Poisson ratio are substituted by equivalent values, respectively. Further investigation by the elasto-plastic boundary element method (BEM) on the stress field near the interface edge showed that the stress field there can be divided into three regions: the domain region of the elastic-plastic singular stress field, the transitional region and the elastic region. The domain region of the elastic-plastic singular stress becomes larger with the increasing of the linear hardening coefficient. When the linear hardening coefficient decreases to a certain value, the effective stress in most of the yield zone equals approximately the yield stress. The stress distribution in the elastic region under small-scale yielding condition was also investigated. 展开更多

We studied the interface electronic and magnetic properties of Fe/Co deposited on Au substrate and researched the effects of roughness at the interfaces within augmented space formalism (ASF). The full calculation is carried out by recursion and tight-binding linear muffin tin orbital (TB-LMTO) methods. The amount of roughness is different at different atomic layers. The formalism is also applied to sharp interface, when interdiffusion of atoms is negligible. Our results of one monolayer transition metal agree with other reported results. A realistic rough interface is also modeled with three and four monolayers of transition metals, deposited on Au substrates. 展开更多

直流微电网负载侧供压稳定是实现新能源电力高水平消纳的重要前提。为维持低压负载侧电压稳定,利用级联型扩张状态观测器提高扰动的估计重构精度与速度,将二阶自抗扰控制技术引入低压侧稳压控制。首先,在考虑扰动存在的低压接口变换器... 直流微电网负载侧供压稳定是实现新能源电力高水平消纳的重要前提。为维持低压负载侧电压稳定,利用级联型扩张状态观测器提高扰动的估计重构精度与速度,将二阶自抗扰控制技术引入低压侧稳压控制。首先,在考虑扰动存在的低压接口变换器动态模型基础上实现对于稳压控制策略的系统设计。之后,在时域上分析级联型扩张状态观测器对于扰动重估精度的提升效果,利用线性等效框架在复频域上分析系统对于总扰动的抑制性能,以及系统模型不确定下对于动态性能的影响。此外,将Lyapunov理论运用于分析所提稳压控制策略的稳定性,表明该系统在工程上稳定。最后仿真实验验证了所提出稳压策略的正确性与有效性,且对于扰动具有较好的抑制性。 展开更多

文章在超薄势垒AlN/GaN异质结构上采用金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD)原位生长SiN_(x)栅介质,成功制备了高性能的SiN_(x)/AlN/GaN金属-绝缘体-半导体高电子迁移率晶体管(MIS-HEMTs)。深能级瞬态谱(DLTS)技术测试SiN_(x)/AlN的界面信息,显... 文章在超薄势垒AlN/GaN异质结构上采用金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD)原位生长SiN_(x)栅介质,成功制备了高性能的SiN_(x)/AlN/GaN金属-绝缘体-半导体高电子迁移率晶体管(MIS-HEMTs)。深能级瞬态谱(DLTS)技术测试SiN_(x)/AlN的界面信息,显示其缺陷能级深度为0.236 eV,俘获截面为3.06×10^(-19)cm^(-2),提取的界面态密度为10^(10)~10^(12)cm^(-2)eV^(-1),表明MOCVD原位生长的SiN_(x)可以有效降低界面态。同时器件表现出优越的直流、小信号和噪声性能。栅长为0.15μm的器件在2 V的栅极电压(Vgs)下具有2.2 A/mm的最大饱和输出电流,峰值跨导为506 mS/mm,最大电流截止频率(fT)和最大功率截止频率(fMAX)分别达到了65 GHz和123 GHz,40 GHz下的最小噪声系数(NFmin)为1.07 dB,增益为9.93 dB。Vds=6 V时对器件进行双音测试,器件的三阶交调输出功率(OIP3)为32.6 dBm,OIP3/Pdc达到11.2 dB。得益于高质量的SiN_(x)/AlN界面,SiN_(x)/AlN/GaN MISHEMT显示出了卓越的低噪声及高线性度,在毫米波领域具有一定的应用潜力。 展开更多

Linear stability of a fluid channel with a porous layer in the center 被引量:2

We perform a Poiseuille flow in a channel linear stability analysis of a inserted with one porous layer in the centre, and focus mainly on the effect of porous filling ratio. The spectral collocation technique is adopted to solve the coupled linear stability problem. We investigate the effect of permeability, σ, with fixed porous filling ratio ψ = 1/3 and then the effect of change in porous filling ratio. As shown in the paper, with increasing σ, almost each eigenvalue on the upper left branch has two subbranches at ψ = 1/3. The channel flow with one porous layer inserted at its middle (ψ = 1/3) is more stable than the structure of two porous layers at upper and bottom walls with the same parameters. By decreasing the filling ratio ψ, the modes on the upper left branch are almost in pairs and move in opposite directions, especially one of the two unstable modes moves back to a stable mode, while the other becomes more instable. It is concluded that there are at most two unstable modes with decreasing filling ratio ψ. By analyzing the relation between ψ and the maximum imaginary part of the streamwise phase speed, Cimax, we find that increasing Re has a destabilizing effect and the effect is more obvious for small Re, where ψ a remarkable drop in Cimax can be observed. The most unstable mode is more sensitive at small filling ratio ψ, and decreasing ψ can not always increase the linear stability. There is a maximum value of Cimax which appears at a small porous filling ratio when Re is larger than 2 000. And the value of filling ratio 0 corresponding to the maximum value of Cimax in the most unstable state is increased with in- creasing Re. There is a critical value of porous filling ratio (= 0.24) for Re = 500; the structure will become stable as ψ grows to surpass the threshold of 0.24; When porous filling ratio ψ increases from 0.4 to 0.6, there is hardly any changes in the values of Cimax. We have also observed that the critical Reynolds number is especially sensitive for small ψ where the fastest drop is observed, and there may be a wide range in which the porous filling ratio has less effect on the stability (ψ ranges from 0.2 to 0.6 at σ = 0.002). At larger permeability, σ, the critical Reynolds number tends to converge no matter what the value of porous filling ratio is. 展开更多

高速串行接口是高性能计算机和数据中心芯片之间互连的核心关键IP。随着业界单通道速率由56 Gbps向112 Gbps发展,高速串行接口的误码率急剧增加,严重影响互连性能和系统稳定性。针对112 Gbps PAM4接收机误码率高的难题,首次采取一种协... 高速串行接口是高性能计算机和数据中心芯片之间互连的核心关键IP。随着业界单通道速率由56 Gbps向112 Gbps发展,高速串行接口的误码率急剧增加,严重影响互连性能和系统稳定性。针对112 Gbps PAM4接收机误码率高的难题,首次采取一种协同自适应均衡器构架,提出了面向3种均衡器的自适应协同均衡算法,能在高插入损耗条件下取得较低误码率;提出了基于判决反馈均衡器的盲自适应均衡算法,能缩短链路训练时间,减少硬件开销。采用12 nm CMOS工艺完成了基于协同自适应均衡器的接收机设计。仿真结果表明,针对经过36.5 dB信道的去加重112 Gbps PAM4信号,采取协同自适应均衡器的接收机误码率小于1e^(-12),收敛周期约400 ns,功耗增幅仅约2.3%。 展开更多

通过调查问卷和深入访谈,获取老年驾驶员在驾驶汽车过程中的常见交互任务。选取试验车型,招募老年驾驶员进行实车试验,采集人机交互过程中的任务完成时间数据,结合SUS量表构建多元线性回归模型,分析自变量各项任务完成时间对因变量系统... 通过调查问卷和深入访谈,获取老年驾驶员在驾驶汽车过程中的常见交互任务。选取试验车型,招募老年驾驶员进行实车试验,采集人机交互过程中的任务完成时间数据,结合SUS量表构建多元线性回归模型,分析自变量各项任务完成时间对因变量系统可用性的影响程度。在此基础上,扩大屏幕样本进行验证,横向比较4种典型车载屏幕中各项任务的操控绩效,结合眼动数据分析成因,得出结论。结果表明:首先,除空调设置外,老年驾驶员在驾驶过程中的各项人机交互任务完成时间均对系统可用性影响显著,其中,导航设置任务完成时间对系统可用性影响最大,播放电台影响其次,影响程度稍小的是观测时速与拨打电话;其次,搭载双联屏车型的人机交互系统可用性最高,更适合老年驾驶员使用;最后,分析出各项任务的影响因素与对应模块关系,并从功能、交互及界面3个方面提出适老化汽车人机交互界面的设计建议。 展开更多

Here the interface condition is immersed into the upwind scheme. We prove that, for initial data with a bounded variation, the numerical solution of the immersed interface upwind scheme converges in L^l-norm to the differential equation with the corresponding interface condition. We derive the one-halfth order L^l-error bounds with explicit coefficients following a technique used in [25]. 由于各种新兴信息技术的出现和发展,设备间传输的数据流量急剧增加,不断推动着具有更高带宽和更低功耗的高速串行接口技术的研究,也促进了各种协议标准向着更高数据率的方向迭代升级。但是高速电路的设计也带来了很多技术和架构设计上... 由于各种新兴信息技术的出现和发展,设备间传输的数据流量急剧增加,不断推动着具有更高带宽和更低功耗的高速串行接口技术的研究,也促进了各种协议标准向着更高数据率的方向迭代升级。但是高速电路的设计也带来了很多技术和架构设计上的挑战,其中比较大的挑战如信道的插入损耗就要求架构需要做相适应的改变和一些电路技术的使用。本文基于JESD204C协议,首先介绍了该协议的特点和性能指标,随后详细阐述了基于该协议的高速串行接口集成电路的设计架构和关键技术,包括前馈均衡技术和连续时间线性均衡技术,分别对其进行了理论分析和仿真验证,最后通过流片测试对其发挥的作用进行了验证和分析,结果表明相关的均衡技术提高了高速接口的性能,特别在对抗信道的插入损耗方面,发挥了重要作用,对国内外后续的研究提供了参考价值。 展开更多

该文在体硅CMOS工艺下设计了一种16 Gbit/s并转串/串转并接口(SerDes)芯片,该SerDes由4个通道(lanes)和2个锁相环(PLLs)组成。在接收器模拟前端(AFE)采用负阻抗结构连续时间线性均衡器(CTLE),得到22.9 dB高频增益,利用5-tap判决反馈均衡... 该文在体硅CMOS工艺下设计了一种16 Gbit/s并转串/串转并接口(SerDes)芯片,该SerDes由4个通道(lanes)和2个锁相环(PLLs)组成。在接收器模拟前端(AFE)采用负阻抗结构连续时间线性均衡器(CTLE),得到22.9 dB高频增益,利用5-tap判决反馈均衡器(DFE)进一步对信号码间干扰(ISI)做补偿,其中tap1做展开预计算处理,得到充足的时序约束条件。采用最小均方根(LMS)算法自适应控制CTLE和DFE的补偿系数来对抗工艺、电源和温度波动带来的影响。测试结果表明,芯片工作在16 Gbit/s时,总功耗为615 mW。发射器输出信号眼高为143 mV,眼宽43.8 ps(0.7UI),接收器抖动容忍指标在各频点均满足PCIe4.0协议要求,工作温度覆盖–55℃~125℃,电源电压覆盖0.9 V±10%,误码率小于1E-12。 展开更多

The Learning management system(LMS)is now being used for uploading educational content in both distance and blended setups.LMS platform has two types of users:the educators who upload the content,and the students who have to access the content.The students,usually rely on text notes or books and video tutorials while their exams are conducted with formal methods.Formal assessments and examination criteria are ineffective with restricted learning space which makes the student tend only to read the educational contents and videos instead of interactive mode.The aim is to design an interactive LMS and examination video-based interface to cater the issues of educators and students.It is designed according to Human-computer interaction(HCI)principles to make the interactive User interface(UI)through User experience(UX).The interactive lectures in the form of annotated videos increase user engagement and improve the self-study context of users involved in LMS.The interface design defines how the design will interact with users and how the interface exchanges information.The findings show that interactive videos for LMS allow the users to have a more personalized learning experience by engaging in the educational content.The result shows a highly personalized learning experience due to the interactive video and quiz within the video. 展开更多
