一种Ling选择进位加法器

设计一种Ling选择进位加法器,组间采用Ling进位代替传统的进位,利用内部连线与节点扇出平衡的并行前缀逻辑产生进位机制,并对通常的进位选择模块进行调整,以使其适合Ling进位。该加法器兼具了Ling加法器的快速性,又避免了逻辑产生的复杂性。实验结果表明,与超前进位加法器相比,该加法器的速度提高12%左右。

基于LINGO10的单级圆柱齿轮减速器优化设计

将优化建模软件LINGO10应用于单级圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计,在对单级圆柱齿轮减速器进行分析的基础上,以体积最小为目标建立结构优化设计的数学模型,并采用LINGO10进行求解。优化结果表明,利用LINGO10求解优化问题,能获得比MATLAB更好的优化结果,算法简单可靠,非常实用。

Mechanical and thermal postbuckling of FGM thick circular cylindrical shells reinforced by FGM stiffener system using higher-order shear deformation theory

The postbuckling of the eccentrically stiffened circular cylindrical shells made of functionally graded materials （FGMs）, subjected to the axial compressive load and external uniform pressure and filled inside by the elastic foundations in the thermal environments, is investigated with an analytical method. The shells are reinforced by FGM stringers and rings. The thermal elements of the shells and stiffeners in the fundamental equations are considered. The equilibrium and nonlinear stability equations in terms of the displacement components for the stiffened shells are derived with the third-order shear deformation theory and Leckhniskii smeared stiffener technique. The closed-form expressions for determining the buckling load and postbuckling load-deflection curves are obtained with the Galerkin method. The effects of the stiffeners, the foundations, the material and dimensional parameters, and the pre-existent axial compressive and thermal load are considered.

Effect of Crossbreed on the Muscle Quality(Chemical Composition) in Yun-Ling Black Goats

Twenty castrated male goats, each of Yun-Ling Black goats （YLB goat）, N × YLB hybrid goats （Nubian ♂ ×Yun-Ling Black goats 9） and B × YLB hybrid goats （Boer ♂× Yun-Ling Black goats ♀）, were used to evaluate the effect of crossbreeding on the meat chemical composition in the YLB goats of China. After weaning of 90 days, all the experimental goats were reared on natural pasture when they were slaughtered at an age of 730 days. The longissimus dorsi （LD） and biceps femoris （BF） muscles were sampled from each carcass to determine chemical compositions. Both hybrid goats had higher protein content （P 〈 0.01） and lower fat content （P 〈 0.05） than the YLB goats in the two types of muscle. The inosinic acid contents of LD muscle for the YLB goats and the B × YLB hybrid goats were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05） than that for the N × YLB hybrid goats. The LD muscle from the YLB goats contained higher essential amino acid （P 〈 0.01）, total amino acid （P 〈 0.01）, and some individual amino acid （P 〈 0.05） than those from the hybrid goats. The concentration of unsaturated fatty acid （USFA） of LD muscle from the N × YLB hybrid goats was significantly higher than the other two goat breeds （P〈0.05） but did not differ between the other two goat breeds （P〉0.05）. The YLB goats had significantly higher （P〈0.05） concentrations of oleic acid （C18：1） and linolenic acid （C18：3） of LD muscle than the hybrid goats, had significantly higher （P 〈 0.05） proportion of mono-unsaturated （Sum for C 16：1 and C 18：1） than the B ×YLB hybrid goats, and tended to be higher than the N × YLB hybrid goats （P 〉 0.05）. In contrast, the proportion of poly-unsaturated in the YLB goats was significantly lower （P 〈 0.05） than that in the hybrid goats.

Fermented Chinese formula Shuan-Tong-Ling attenuates ischemic stroke by inhibiting inflammation and apoptosis

The fermented Chinese formula Shuan-Tong-Ling is composed of radix puerariae（Gegen）,salvia miltiorrhiza（Danshen）,radix curcuma（Jianghuang）,hawthorn（Shanzha）,salvia chinensis（Shijianchuan）,sinapis alba（Baijiezi）,astragalus（Huangqi）,panax japonicas（Zhujieshen）,atractylodes macrocephala koidz（Baizhu）,radix paeoniae alba（Baishao）,bupleurum（Chaihu）,chrysanthemum（Juhua）,rhizoma cyperi（Xiangfu） and gastrodin（Tianma）,whose aqueous extract was fermented with lactobacillus,bacillus aceticus and saccharomycetes.ShuanTong-Ling is a formula used to treat brain diseases including ischemic stroke,migraine,and vascular dementia.Shuan-Tong-Ling attenuated H_2O_2-induced oxidative stress in rat microvascular endothelial cells.However,the potential mechanism involved in these effects is poorly understood.Rats were intragastrically treated with 5.7 or 17.2 m L/kg Shuan-Tong-Ling for 7 days before middle cerebral artery occlusion was induced.The results indicated Shuan-Tong-Ling had a cerebral protective effect by reducing infarct volume and increasing neurological scores.Shuan-Tong-Ling also decreased tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β levels in the hippocampus on the ischemic side.In addition,Shuan-Tong-Ling upregulated the expression of SIRT1 and Bcl-2 and downregulated the expression of acetylated-protein 53 and Bax.Injection of 5 mg/kg silent information regulator 1（SIRT1） inhibitor EX527 into the subarachnoid space once every 2 days,four times,reversed the above changes.These results demonstrate that Shuan-Tong-Ling might benefit cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury by reducing inflammation and apoptosis through activation of the SIRT1 signaling pathway.

Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Bi-yuan-ling Granules

Bi-yuan-ling granule（BLG） is a traditional Chinese medicine compound composed mainly of baicalin and chlorogenic acid. It has been demonstrated to be clinically effective for various inflammatory diseases such as acute rhinitis, chronic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis. However, the underlying mechanisms of BLG against these diseases are not fully understood. This study aimed to explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of BLG, and examine its protective effects on mouse acute lung injury（ALI）. The hot plate test and acetic acid-induced writhing assay in Kunming mice were adopted to evaluate the pain-relieving effects of BLG. The anti-inflammatory activities of BLG were determined by examining the effects of BLG on xylene-caused ear swelling in Kunming mice, the cotton pellet-induced granuloma in rats, carrageenan-induced hind paw edema and lipopolysaccharide（LPS）-induced acute lung injury（ALI） in mice. The results showed that BLG at 15.5 mg/g could significantly relieve the pain by 82.5%（P〈0.01） at 1 h after thermal stimulation and 91.2%（P〈0.01） at 2 h after thermal stimulation. BLG at doses of 7.75 and 15.5 mg/g reduced the writhing count up to 33.3%（P〈0.05） and 53.4%（P〈0.01）, respectively. Additionally, the xylene-induced edema in mice was markedly restrained by BLG at 7.75 mg/g（P〈0.05） and 15.5 mg/g（P〈0.01）. BLG at 5.35 and 10.7 mg/g significantly reduced paw edema by 34.8%（P〈0.05） and 37.9%（P〈0.05） at 5 h after carrageenan injection. The granulomatous formation of the cotton pellet was profoundly suppressed by BLG at 2.68, 5.35 and 10.7 mg/g by 15.4%, 38.2%（P〈0.01） and 58.9%（P〈0.001）, respectively. BLG also inhibited lung W/D ratio and the release of prostaglandin E2（PGE2） in ALI mice. In addition, the median lethal dose（LD_（50））, median effective dose（ED_（50）） and half maximal inhibitory concentration（IC50） of BLG were found to be 42.7, 3.2 and 12.33 mg/g, respectively. All the findings suggest that BLG has significantly anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and it may help reduce the damage of ALI.

EXPERIMENTAL AND CLINICAL STUDIES OF “SHEN YAN LING” IN TREATMENT OF CHRONIC GLOMERULONEPHRITIS

舌侧音/l/在“-ling”类单词中的发音时长特点研究

舌侧音/l/可以在同一个单词中兼作韵头和韵尾。针对英语学习者对此音的发音时长存在差异的现象,笔者选取以"-ling"结尾的若干单词,对非英语专业的大学生及美国外教对此类单词的发音通过Cool Edit录音软件进行了录音,用Praat软件获得此类单词的语图,并对两组所发的舌侧音时长进行了对比。结果表明,受试者对/l/的发音在时长和听觉效果上存在差异。研究进而探究导致这种差异的因素,并提出较接近英语本族语者的/l/发音的方式。

Mechanism of Gan Dou Ling in improving liver fibrosis in Wilson disease based on network pharmacology and experimental verification

Objective:To explore and verify the mechanism of Gan Dou Ling in improving liver fibrosis in Wilson disease(WD)by network pharmacology and copper loaded mice experiments.Methods:The main chemical components and corresponding gene targets of each drug in Gan Dou Ling were obtained by using TCMSP database.The database of gene mutation and disease related gene was searched through the GeneCards database,DrugBank database,PharmGKB database and the DisGeNET database.After the intersection of drug and disease target genes.The STRING website was used to analyze the protein-protein interaction degree of target genes,and import the data to Cytoscape software 38.2 to analyze protein interaction network.The GO databases and KEGG databases were obtained in R language for enrichment analysis.On this basis,Masson staining were used to observe the degree of liver fibrosis in copper loaded mouse model,and the results of network pharmacological analysis were verified by Western Blot(WB).Results:A total of 108 drug disease intersection genes were analyzed by network pharmacology.Through PPI network analysis,JUN was found to be the key genes.The enrichment analysis of KEGG pathway showed that MAPK signal pathway was the important potential target pathways.Animal experiments showed that Gan Dou Ling could reduce liver fibrosis and inhibit the phosphorylation of P38,JNK and C-JUN in copper loaded mice.Conclusion:Gan Dou Ling may achieve the effect of treating WD liver fibrosis by inhibiting P38/JNK signaling pathway.

Two New Eremophilane Sesquiterpene Lactones from Ligularia myriocephala Ling

Two new eremophilane sesquiterpene lactones, 1β-angeloyloxy-6β, 10β-dihydroxy-8β- methoxyeremophila-7（ll）en-8α,12-olide and 1β-angeloyloxy-6β,10α-dihydroxy-8α-methoxyeremo- phila-7（ 11）en-8β, 12-olide were isolated from the extract of the whole plant of Ligularia myriocephala Ling. Their structures and stereochemistry were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods including intensive 2D-NMR techniques （COSY, gHMQC, gHMBC and ^1H-^1H NOESY） and HR-ESIMS.

Quality of experience based scheduling algorithm in LTE network with various traffics

Quality of experience （ QoE ） based scheduling algorithm of long term evalution （ LTE ） network with various traffics is studied. Utility functions are adopted to estimate mean opinion score （MOS） for different traffics and a new MOS metric called normalized MOS is defined. A scheduling algorithm based on normalized MOS and greedy algorithm is proposed, aiming at maximizing the entirety MOS level of the whole users in the cell. We compare the performance of the proposed algorithm with other typical scheduling algorithms and the simulation results show that the algorithm pro- posed outperform other ones in term of QoE and fairness.

Efficacy and safety of Shen Zhi Ling oral liquid(a Chinese patent)for Alzheimer's disease:A meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shen Zhi Ling oral liquid(SZL)alone or combined with basic treatment in treating Alzheimer's Disease(AD).Methods:Databases including PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database and the Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)were searched from inception to September 20,2020 to collect relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)comparing SZL with other nootropic drugs for AD.The primary clinical outcomes were scores of the Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)and the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)during treatment.The secondary outcomes of our study included other neuropsychological scale scores including Rapid Verbal Retrieve(RVR),Digit Span(DS),Fuld Object-Memory Evaluation(FOM)and adverse events or reactions.Two authors searched and screened the literature independently,then extracted the data and evaluated the methodological quality by using the handbook of Cochrane Collaboration,and analyzed the data via the Review Manager 5.3 software.Results:In total,we included four studies,covering 217 participants.All studies were in a low methodological quality.The result of MMSE score,ADL score,RVR score,DS score and FOM score in the meta-analysis showed that no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the treatment groups and control groups,and the statistical heterogeneity of all meta-analyses was small(I2<50%).SZL was indicated no better than other nootropic drugs.Among the included studies,no study described adverse events.Conclusions:Considering the low quality of the included trials and the different levels of AD patients,we are unable to come to any conclusion about the efficacy and safety of SZL compared with other nootropic drugs.Moreover,we still need rigorously designed,multi-center,large-scale trials to further confirm the efficacy and safety of SZL.
