SOME THEORETICAL EXPLORATIONS ON INTERCULTURALCOMMUNICATILN STUDIES

This paper mainly focuses on the theoretical bases of intercultural communication by analyzing reasons of IC studies’emergence,researches done on IC by linguists and English teachers,and some difficulties concerning intercultural communication studies.

A Comparative Study on the Communication of“Friendly Shandong”Official Account on Different Short Video Platforms

Taking“Friendly Shandong”official account as an example,the relevant data of the account on the four platforms of Tiktok,Kwai,Bilibili and Little Red Book were comparatively analyzed to study the influence of short video on the communication of Shandong tourism image.The research mainly included two aspects:fan persona features and interactive effects.Through comparative study,it will provide a reference for the operation team of“Friendly Shandong”official account to spread the tourism image of Shandong with different platforms.

Functions of Rhetoric and Social Science Origins in Communication Study—Based on Boxing Plato’s Shadow:An Introduction to the Study of Human Communication

With the development of the rhetoric study from the origins in ancient Athens and The Rhetoric of Aristotle to the formation of modern Communication Study at the beginning of the twentieth century,the Rhetoric Study changed in dynamic and its concepts and theories merged and formed the foundations of Communication Study which focused on personal communication and speech rhetoric skills at that time.At the beginning of the twentieth century,although the Neo-Aristotelian rhetorical scholars from classic rhetoric approach created methodologies and enriched the content of Communication Study under the influence of humanistic study and social science study,but the Communication discipline was still in the embarrassing position.During World War I and World War II,most scholars with backgrounds of social science,history and anthropology carried out the studies of propaganda wars and the message disseminating,and explored the military powers and governments’access to the media and developed serial communication modes from the social science perspective,which laid the foundation for Communication discipline in the academic field.The author analyzed the Rhetoric and Social Science origins of Communication study in Boxing Plato’s Shadow:an Introduction to the Study of Human Communication,which is beneficial and helpful to understand the academic origins of Communication study and its cross-disciplined and embarrassing positions.

Study on QoS and Communications Capacity in Heterogeneous Network Convergence

To provide any subscriber from anywhere at anytime with services that have both secured Quality of Service(QoS) and simultaneous expansion of network coverage and communications capacity is a key problem that has to be considered and solved in heterogeneous network convergence.Key technologies for a secured QoS and communications capacity analysis under heterogeneous environment are important subjects for research.Key technologies for a secured QoS are mainly on radio resource management algorithms covering Call Admission Control(CAC) algorithm,vertical handover algorithm,heterogeneous resource allocation algorithm and network selection algorithm.The applications of a novel multi-hop in heterogeneous convergence system serve the purposes of network coverage expansion,transmission power reduction,system communication capacity and throughput increase.

Relevance Theory-based Cognitive Study on the Communication Effect of “China's Stories”

Telling the story of China and transmitting the voice of China has become a strategy to promote the national image and cultural soft power of China. Since its implementation in 2013, China has ushered in a significant change in communication ideas and approaches. This strategy also enriches the communication genres of "China's stories" and more importantly enhances its communication effect. In this context, it is necessary to understand and study the significance of this strategic practice, assess the value realization of "China's stories" during the communication process, and thereby establish a basis for future communication of more "China's stories." Based on the factors of relevance theory, this paper analyzes the ideas of and approaches to effective communication of "China's stories" and proposes corresponding strategies.

Research on English Translation of Chinese Literary Terms from the Perspective of International Communication: Interpretation and Standardization

Literary terms are the crystallization of Chinese ideology and wisdom. Translation and communication function as an important link in the construction of the discourse system with Chinese characteristics. Standardized translation of literary terms is an important way to help the world understand China and promote international communication of Chinese culture, which is conducive to the inheritance and interpretation of fine traditional Chinese culture. From the perspective of the "going global" strategy of Chinese culture in the new era, and the existing asymmetry of English translation of Chinese literary terms in international cultural communication, we analyzed the divergence, variation and imposed interpretation of the translations of Chinese literary terms and put forward some suggestions for their standardization. We believe that the translation of Chinese literary terms should adhere to the principle of "localization" in cultural communication and focus on the transmission of Chinese cultural connotation to correct the imposed interpretations of Chinese literature in the West. Standardizing the translations of literary terms will facilitate the communication of "Chinese knowledge" to the world. The paper is expected to provide reference for research on construction and enhancement of discourse system for global communication with Chinese characteristics.

A Study on Influence of Students'Intercultural Communication Competence in the Application-oriented University through Short-term Overseas Study Tours

Short-term overseas study tours, as a new type of cross-cultural autonomy education in the era of globalization, aims to help students improve their intercultural communication competence through tourism and cultural learning. Many studies' subjects are concentrated on the higher learning institutions. However, few of them are concerned about application-oriented university students' ICC. So the behavior and role of students' ICC in the overseas study tours in 2016 and 2017 in one of the application-oriented universities in Zhejiang province becomes the main focus. It exams from three aspects: intercultural attitudes, knowledge and behaviors. Basically, students benefit a lot from study tours, especially in the aspect of practical communication, among which, they change from shy, inexperienced learners to be brave, confident, and skilled in the tours. Also, considering the problems of host school are existed, the suggestions proposed by participants that practical courses of destination countries had better be arranged for students to understand and adapt to it beforehand. Besides, more communication and interactions between students and teachers should be increased to create a more active and relaxed classroom atmosphere, which contribute to mobilize students' initiative and enthusiasm to better become a complementary influence to promote students' ICC.

中医医院传染病流行病学特征分析

目的分析中医医院传染病报告率变化趋势和流行病学特征。方法对某三甲中医医院2019—2022年报告传染病进行描述性分析,比较不同年份间报告情况的差异。结果2019—2022年医院共报告传染病5742例,报告率从125.83/10万降至87.14/10万。报告数最多的病种是梅毒。报告率居前10位的传染病除肺结核外均呈下降趋势。2019—2022年传染病报告在传播方式(χ^(2)=32.385,P<0.001)、诊断类型(χ^(2)=10.816,P=0.013)、病例来源(χ^(2)=15.593,P=0.001)、年龄(χ^(2)=53.631,P<0.001)、职业(χ^(2)=156.581,P<0.001)方面比较,差异有统计学意义。结论中医医院应该依据传染病分布特点对住院、门诊病例分别制定防控措施,重点关注梅毒、肺结核。

2018—2021年新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区肺结核患者家庭内密切接触者发病情况及影响因素分析

目的:分析结核病高负担环境中肺结核患者家庭内密切接触者发病风险及影响因素。方法:从“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”子系统“结核病管理信息系统”中收集2018年1月1日至2021年12月31日新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区12个县(市)确诊的肺结核患者作为指示病例,通过接触者筛查建立家庭内密切接触者队列,跟踪随访观察其发病情况。采用泊松回归模型分析指示病例的病原学特征、治疗状态、暴露情况,以及家庭内密切接触者既往肺结核病史等对其肺结核发病的影响因素。结果:截至2021年12月31日,共计调查了40182例肺结核指示病例、57142名家庭内密切接触者。在4年的随访期间,随访时间中位数(四分位数)为3.2(2.7,3.3)年,共计发现了3585例家庭内密切接触者肺结核续发患者,续发率为6.27%,共计观察180543人年,平均发病密度为1985.68/10万人年。其中,指示病例确诊后的第1年,其家庭内密切接触者肺结核发病率最高,约为3317.62/10万人年。泊松回归分析显示,指示病例病原学检测为涂阴、初治,家庭内密切接触者为男性、≥55岁、既往有肺结核接触史和肺结核病史均是家庭内密切接触者肺结核发病的危险因素[RR(95%CI)值分别为2.491(2.347~2.562)、1.221(1.102~1.354)、1.449(1.306~1.607)、8.451(6.388~11.179)、2.680(2.314~3.104)、4.479(3.852~5.207)]。结论:家庭内密切接触者是肺结核指示病例传播的高危人群,应加强家庭内密切接触者的筛查和宣传教育工作,尤其是其中的老年、男性、既往有肺结核接触史和肺结核病史者;也有必要在结核病高负担地区系统地扩大和加强家庭内密切接触者的追踪和预防性治疗策略。同时,建议在当前策略基础上纳入全部肺结核患者的密切接触者进行筛查,尤其是涂阴和仅分子生物学检测阳性患者。

THE CECL CLASSROOM AND INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION STUDIES

An analysis of Communicative English for Chinese Learners(CECL)Book Ⅳ,Unit 3, ’Entertainment’. Following an evaluation of the existing unit, the author explores ways of making the unit linguistically and culturally more challenging for both the teacher and students, in order to achieve an intercultural, communication-based model of language teaching.

Study on Tourism Workers’ Intercultural Communication Competence

Under the background of the development of Hainan tourism and con-sumption destinations to increase the reception level of international tourism in Hainan,an empirical study is carried out to investigate the intercultural commu-nication competence of tourism workers in Hainan from cognitive,operational and affective dimensions.In this study,the cognitive dimension is reflected by the knowledge of domestic and foreign culture;the operational dimension focuses on verbal and nonverbal communication abilities;and the affective dimension is represented by emotional level,which mainly focuses on the participants’ability to understand and appreciate another culture as well as their willingness to interact with people from other cultures.The results indicate that tourism workers’knowl-edge of domestic culture is the best,followed by their emotional level,which are all above average.Next are nonverbal communication ability and knowledge of foreign culture,both of which are below average.Their verbal communication ability is the lowest among thefive factors.The intercultural communication com-petence of Hainan tourism workers is not satisfactory.The analytical results also show that each factor among the three dimensions is positively correlated with each other.

Deep Learning Model for News Quality Evaluation Based on Explicit and Implicit Information

Recommending high-quality news to users is vital in improving user stickiness and news platforms’reputation.However,existing news quality evaluation methods,such as clickbait detection and popularity prediction,are challenging to reflect news quality comprehensively and concisely.This paper defines news quality as the ability of news articles to elicit clicks and comments from users,which represents whether the news article can attract widespread attention and discussion.Based on the above definition,this paper first presents a straightforward method to measure news quality based on the comments and clicks of news and defines four news quality indicators.Then,the dataset can be labeled automatically by the method.Next,this paper proposes a deep learning model that integrates explicit and implicit news information for news quality evaluation(EINQ).The explicit information includes the headline,source,and publishing time of the news,which attracts users to click.The implicit information refers to the news article’s content which attracts users to comment.The implicit and explicit information affect users’click and comment behavior differently.For modeling explicit information,the typical convolution neural network(CNN)is used to get news headline semantic representation.For modeling implicit information,a hierarchical attention network(HAN)is exploited to extract news content semantic representation while using the latent Dirichlet allocation(LDA)model to get the subject distribution of news as a semantic supplement.Considering the different roles of explicit and implicit information for quality evaluation,the EINQ exploits an attention layer to fuse them dynamically.The proposed model yields the Accuracy of 82.31%and the F-Score of 80.51%on the real-world dataset from Toutiao,which shows the effectiveness of explicit and implicit information dynamic fusion and demonstrates performance improvements over a variety of baseline models in news quality evaluation.This work provides empirical evidence for explicit and implicit factors in news quality evaluation and a new idea for news quality evaluation.

合肥市2000-2007年学校传染病疫情分析

目的了解合肥市近年学校传染病疫情的流行病学特点及影响处理效果的因素,为预防和控制学校传染病的流行提供依据。方法收集合肥市2000-2007年各级疾病预防控制机构对学校爆发疫情的调查处理报告和资料,对资料进行流行病学描述分析。结果2000-2007年共有110起学校爆发疫情,其中麻疹17起、风疹44起、流行性腮腺炎17起、感染性腹泻4起、流脑2起、流感1起、SARS1起、水痘24起,共报告病例3175例。疫情多发于乡镇学校(56.36%),以春季为高发季节,传播途径以呼吸道(96.36%)为主。结论与计划免疫相关的传染病是合肥市学校卫生工作的突出问题,应加强预防与控制。

北京市学校传染病防治工作管理现状分析

目的了解北京市学校传染病管理的基本情况,为规范学校疫情报告工作和政府部门构建学校传染病管理体系提供背景依据。方法采用典型抽样的方法,选取北京市各类大、中、小学共计83所进行问卷调查。结果北京市中小学校传染病防治工作管理水平有待提高。其中打工子弟小学在传染病管理上的漏洞较多;乡镇学校的管理相对落后;私立大学在传染病疫情的发现、上报、处理上尚存在空白之处。结论应进一步规范学校疫情报告工作,不断提高学校公共卫生工作的水平;政府部门应尽快出台相应的学校传染病防治工作管理制度,优化疫情报告人队伍,加大专项资金投入。

某大学1998-2007年传染病流行情况及防制对策

目的分析某大学在校学生传染病流行特征,探讨预防传染病的关键措施。方法利用北京大学1998年至2007年报告的1178例传染病资料,从流行概况、发病顺位、时间分布等方面分析预防重点。结果1178例传染病以细菌性痢疾、乙型肝炎、肺结核、感染性腹泻为主;发病男、女比例为2.25:1,发病高峰在9月份(占总病例数的18.00),2月份最低(占总病例数的2.72)。结论重视传染病防病知识的宣传教育,是预防传染病工作的关键。

安徽省农村寄宿制学校学生传染病发病情况

目的了解安徽省农村寄宿制学校学生传染病发病情况及其影响因素,为制定预防措施提供科学依据。方法在安徽省东西南北中5个地区,分别选取全椒县、岳西县、绩溪县、濉溪县及长丰县的25所寄宿制学校5 556名学生进行调查,收集其人口统计学资料和1 a内的传染病发病情况。结果传染病总发病率为31.9%,男生发病率高于女生,初中生是传染病的高发人群;在家住宿学生传染病发病率最低,住校生乙肝和疥疮发病最多见;地区、住宿类型和性别可能是农村寄宿制学校传染病发病的影响因素。结论安徽农村寄宿制学校学生传染病发病率较高,寄宿生活可能是乙肝和疥疮传播的危险因素。

提高血友病A患者生活质量的干预模式

目的:提高血友病A患者的生活质量,降低其残疾率。方法:培训专业技术人员,建立血友病A登记制度,制定血友病A干预方案,随机选择162例血友病A患者进行输血后传染病流行病学调查研究。结果:培训专业技术人员112人次,登记血友病A患者561人,162例血友病A患者输血后抗-HCV、HBsAg、抗-HIV、梅毒抗体阳性率和ALT异常率分别为20.37%、4.32%、0、0和8.64%。1996～2000年较1992～1995年相应指标有明显降低,与干预措施相平行。结论:本干预模式简便易行,行之有效,便于推广,有效提高了血友病A患者的生活质量。

虫媒传染病流行现状

虫媒传染病对人类社会的危害性逐渐增加,近年新发的传染病有3/4属于虫媒传染病。环境改变和自然灾害可加剧虫媒传染病的流行,其防治重点为控制或消除传播媒介。本文就目前虫媒传染病的种类、流行趋势、防治及我国近年新发虫媒传染病情况做一阐述。

西藏自治区慢性非传染性疾病及其防控体系管理的实证研究

本文对西藏自治区慢性非传染性疾病的流行状况进行实证研究,包括死因状况和防控体系现状,探求深层次、结构性的影响因素,从而为高原地区慢性非传染性疾病防控体系管理提出建议与对策。1991~2012年,慢性非传染性疾病已成为西藏自治区居民的第一大死亡原因,且构成比不断上升。2004~2005年间,脑卒中的年龄标化死亡率为最高,其次是高血压性心脏病等。慢性非传染性疾病防控体系分为国家和西藏自治区两层,有指导工作的联系;影响因素有特殊的自然环境、居民健康素养水平较低、生活与行为方式不断变化、防控体系管理效率不高。建议加强危险因素监测,推广特色的健康教育,采取最佳干预措施,加强防控体系建设,包括顶层设计、基础建设和高效联动机制。
