达人主播直播带货对消费者购买意愿的双路径影响——基于SOR及ELM模型的分析

文章基于SOR模型和ELM模型,研究了达人主播直播带货营销对消费者购买意愿的影响机理。该研究发现,消费者购买意愿通过中心路径和边缘路径被影响,中心路径因素为信息质量和促销激励,而边缘路径因素为达人主播的专业性、知名度和社会临场感。此外,消费者的感知信任和感知价值对其购买意愿具有显著正向影响,并在不同因素之间起中介作用。本研究结果提供了一个包括感知信任和感知价值双路径的中介影响模型框架,为未来研究该领域提供了新的思路和实证基础。

Study on Water Consumption Coefficient of People's Living and Its Regional Disparity in the North of China

By employing the information-reshufflingmethod that integrates census data, precipitation dataand inquiry data of water consumption, this paperdiscusses 5 (water consumption coefficient of people’sliving) in allusion to different precipitation zones anddifferent periods of time. The study shows that 5-(water consumption coefficient of urban people’sliving), 5. (water consumption coefficient of ruralpeople’s living) and increase with time passing, andthe increasing extent of 5 is 1.84, 2.62, 2.84 and 2.68times respectively from the west to the east, whichresults from the total quantity of water resources andthe speed of urbanization. 5- and 5. of eachprecipitation zone increased with 5- increasing morequickly than 5., and the difference between the twoalso increased when time passed. In the past fifty years(1950-2000), the increasing extent of 5- was 1.71,2.96, 2.41 and 2.33 times respectively from the westto the east, in which 200-400mm precipitation zoneincreased more than others. Meanwhile the increasingextent of 5. is 1.55, 1.60, 1.53 and 1.64 timesrespectively from the west to the east with eachprecipitation zone increasing similarly. The change of5-is due to the speed of urbanization and the stabilityof water resources. This study provides basis forcalculating the water demand of people’s living andrevealing the impact of water demand of people’s livingon ecological drought in different zones.

The Association between Activity of Daily Living and the Combination of Alzheimer’s Disease and Cataract in Elderly Requiring Nursing Care

Some clinical and epidemiological studies have suggested that Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) and cataract, may share common pathogenetic mechanisms, subsequently a positive association between the prevalence of AD and cataract, although other studies found no significant relationship between dementia and visual impairment including cataract in the elderly. Little is known about the association between Activity of Daily Living (ADL) and the combination of AD and cataract. To examine the association between ADL and the combination of AD and cataract, we performed a national survey in nursing care institutions in Japan, examining the decreased ADL in elderly with and without AD and cataract for 453 elderly aged 85.0 ± 8.13 years. The proportion, 43.5% of AD in subjects without cataract was significantly higher than that, 23.5% with cataract. Almost all ADL in AD with cataract was significantly lower than that without cataract, although all ADL in cataract patients receiving surgery in AD was significantly (all p < 0.002) higher than that in cataract patients without surgery in AD, as was confirmed by the multiple regression analysis incorporating into the relevant factors as independent variables. These results showed that ADL scores including cognitive functions decreased by cataract were increased by the surgery in the patients with AD. A significantly negative association between AD and cataract seen in our data, which was inconsistent with the previous result, might lead to the necessities of the clinical diagnosis for slight severity of cataract for patients with AD.

Research on the Correlation between NSE Level and Activities of Daily Living in Parkinson’s Disease

Objective: To establish a prediction model of activities of daily living (ADL) as an auxiliary evaluation scheme of hospitalized Parkinson’s disease patients. Methods: The hospitalization data of Parkinson’s disease in patients in the Department of Neurology, Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were collected. Firstly the NSE values and each BI item were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Secondly, The NSE, Age, Body weight and Education level related to the total score of Barthel index were obtained by correlation analysis. At last, a multiple linear regression model was established with NSE, Age, Body weight and Education level as independent variables and BI as dependent variables. Results: A total of 95 patients with PD were enrolled in this study, including 53 males (55.8%) and 42 females (44.2%). The effects of the four independent variables incorporated in the model on the total score of Barthel index were statistically significant, as well as the regression model (F = 9.531, P Conclusion: The prediction model established in this research can effectively predict the activities of daily living of Parkinson’s patients and can be used as an auxiliary evaluation scheme of the hospitalized PD patients.

Living systems allometric scaling laws

The spatial and temporal structuring and functioning of living systems are associated with scaling independent qualitative characteristics (gauge invariance) and quantitative laws (power laws). This is allowed by the emergence of new blueprints through the systems merging into ‘Associations for the Reciprocal and Mutual Sharing of Advantages and Dis-Advantages’(ARMSADA). The local actors become more and more mutually integrated into their new global Whole. Then they are more and more independent from their previous local situations of emergence. Reversely (systemic constructal law), the global Whole is more and more integrating local parceners. The relationship between actors within a living system was described using allometric laws, e.g. the metabolic rate of a lot of species was supposed to be proportional to its mass according to a 3/4 exponent power-law (Kleiber’s law). But, according to the gauge invariance paradigm, an other explanation of the invariant scaling of living systems is proposed with a 2/3 power-law. Whatever its level of organization, a living system,‘system of systems’ emerging by embedments and juxtapositions of previous ones, effectively functions in 4 dimensions (VA: the Adult system Volume, and tg: the time of generation, the duration that is necessary to acquire the capacity of reproduction). Looking at the gauge invariance paradigm as a ‘factual’ system, from the quantum of Planck to the Universe as a Whole, a meta-analysis of a database of the systems internal (endophysiotope) and external (ecoexotope) interactions can allow to quantify 45-18 allometric relationships. This allows to evidence a ‘grammar’: 1. Invariant independent processes (power-laws with exponent e= 0);2. Simultaneous limiting interactions regulation processes (e=+1);3. Feedback (e=-1);4. Competition between actors (e= 1/2);5. Optimal exchanges flow (e= 2/3) processes. Brownian motion is the basic fundamental process that governs all functions. From the Monera to the ecosystem levels the increasing of regulation processes allows more and more autonomy of the endophysiotope from the ecoexotope dependence. From the point of view of matter and energy flows, living systems optimize the input and output exchanges at their interface. The greater diversity of regulation processes occurs for the endophysiotope throughput flows. Whatever the organization level, living systems optimize their survival by adjusting ‘the capacity to be hosted’ of their endophysiotope (HOSTED) to the changes of ‘the hosting capacity’ of their ecoexotope (HOSTING).

A Brief Clinical Assessment of Cognitive Deficit with Impaired Daily Living Functioning in Parkinson’s Patients with and without Dementia

Cognitive decline in Parkinson’s disease (PD) is defined as dementia which affects activities of daily living (ADL) function. Dementia is one of the recognized issues in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease patients (PDP) as it is becoming a major contributor to morbidity. The objective of our study was to evaluate the cognitive decline in Parkinson’s disease patients (PDP) and the influence of cognition on daily living function deterioration in cognitively impaired and cognitively unimpaired PDP. Cognitively impaired PDP (n = 24), and cognitively unimpaired PDP (n = 16) were administered MoCA and MMSE performance based tests for cognitive measurements and Alzheimer’s Disease Cooperative Study Activities of Daily Living Inventory (ADCS-ADL) to determine everyday functioning. The significances of MoCA and MMSE among cognitively impaired PDP and cognitively unimpaired PDP in univariant analysis were P < 0.001 and P < 0.05. In partial correlation, MoCA was strongly related to ADL function as compare to MMSE (r = 0.623, P = 0.001). Cognitively impaired PDP showed significantly lower score on visuo-construction and attention. Among all variables of MoCA domains, attention is strongly associated with instrumental activity daily living (IADL) scores (logistic regression coefficient = 0.672, P = 0.01). These results suggest that dementia affects daily living performances especially the IADL tasks like attention and execution. Therefore, the assessment of complex daily activities particularly IADL is probably useful for the diagnosis of early stage cognitive impairment in PDP. Further MMSE test is less sensitive than MoCA for detecting significant cognitive decline in PDP and impaired attention is an important determinant of ADL functions in cognitively impaired PDP.

设∑1=（N1，M1），∑2=（N2，M2）是两个Petri网，且不含有冻结标志，Ni=（Si，Ti；Fi），i=1，2，T1∩T2=Φ，S1∩S2≠Φ，本文定义了∑1，∑2的S-组合Petri网∑s，通过引入Petri网互逆位置序偶的概念，深入研究了义的活性，给出了∑s有界活的几个判定条件．若∑1，∑2是两个活的Petri网，最后提出了一种实现S-组合Petri网活性的控制装置．

表达PEDV中国变异株S蛋白复制型重组人腺病毒4型的构建及其免疫原性研究

为构建表达猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)S蛋白复制型重组人腺病毒4型(HAdV-4)及评价其免疫原性,本研究利用RT-PCR扩增得到PEDV中国变异株纤突(S)基因的N-末端区域(1 bp^1 140 bp),构建重组质粒p Ad4FAST-Shuttle-S,重组质粒经线性化和同源重组,得到含有PEDV S基因的重组HAdV-4感染性克隆,纯化的感染性克隆DNA经PacⅠ线性化后转染HEK293细胞,拯救得到表达PEDV变异株S蛋白的重组病毒rAd4△E3-S。将该重组病毒免疫小鼠,间接ELISA测定其血清中抗S蛋白抗体水平,利用体外淋巴细胞转化试验和流式细胞技术检测免疫小鼠T淋巴细胞反应。结果显示,重组病毒能够表达PEDV S蛋白,并且能刺激小鼠产生特异性体液和细胞免疫应答。本实验结果为进一步研究重组病毒在猪体上的免疫反应奠定基础,也为PEDV活载体疫苗的研发提供实验依据。

NSEM对付罐作用下家兔表皮形态的观察

用付罐对生物体表皮施加不同的负压作用，能使生物体表皮产生不同的形态变化．家兔体表在加大负压作用后，用自然扫描电镜（NSEM）观察到家兔表皮产生裂纹等一些显著的表皮形态变化．这一结果，为付罐疗法的临床操作提供了一定的依据．

DNA测序在wilson病亲体肝移植中的意义

目的探讨DNA测序技术在选择wilson病亲体肝移植供、受者中的意义。方法对拟行亲体肝移植的2例临床确诊的wilson病患者及供者(患者父/母)抽取外周静脉血提取基因组DNA。以患者及供者的DNA为模板,分别对ATP7B基因的21个外显子进行PCR扩增。取PCR产物进行DNA测序,检测该基因序列的单核苷酸多态(SNP)位点和突变情况。选取1例健康人作为测序对照。结果1例患者为2511delA变异和A3809G变异的复合杂和子;其父亲为2511delA变异的杂和子,母亲为A3809G变异的杂和子;另1例患者及父母基因结构正常。结论DNA测序技术可以明确鉴别ATP7B基因的变异,是确诊wilson病患者和选择其亲体肝移植供者的有效方法。

肝移植治疗Wilson病5例分析

目的:探讨Wilson病患者接受肝移植治疗后的效果和预后。方法:回顾分析2002年10月—2005年2月因Wilson病接受肝移植手术的5例患者的临床资料,其中男性3例,女性2例,年龄12～33岁,平均20.8岁。术前所有患者血清铜蓝蛋白和血铜水平均低于正常。4例患者合并有神经病学症状。结果:3例患者接受原位肝移植术,2例接受活体肝移植术,术后4例患者生存良好并存活至今,随访期21～49个月,平均34.25个月。血清铜蓝蛋白和血铜水平均恢复正常,合并的神经病学症状在肝移植术后均显著好转或消失,生存质量显著提高。结论:通过全肝移植或活体肝移植术,不仅能改善Wilson病患者铜代谢,还能有效的缓解神经病学症状,提高患者的生活质量。
