THE MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH OF GEOGRAPHICAL NAMES USING GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM

Based on the combination of Geographical information system(GIS)with the research ofToponymy,some foundational problems of the Geographical Name Information System(GINS)are discussed in this paper.The present situation of Toponymical research is anal-ysed and the necessity of introducing the GIS tools to the research of Toponymy is demon-strated.The conceptual model of the GNIS and the structure of Geographical name Database(GND)are discussed.The basic functions of the GNIS software for management and re-search of geographical name are suggested.Some issues are stated such as the applicationand potential of the combination of GIS with CAD in the management and research of To-ponymy,the combination of GNIS with other spatial information system and sharing the in-formation with each other,the research and development of GNIS, etc.

Laboratory information management system for biosafety laboratory:Safety and efficiency

Laboratory information management system(LIMS)has been widely used to facilitate laboratory activities.However,the current LIMSs do not contain functions to improve the safety of laboratory work,which is the major concern of biosafety laboratories(BSLs).With tons of biosafety information that need to be managed and an increasing number of biosafety-related research projects under way,it is worthy of expanding the current framework of LIMS and building a system that is more suitable for BSL usage.Such a system should carefully trade off between the safety and efficiency of regular lab activities,allowing the laboratory staff to conduct their research as free as possible while ensuring their and the environment’s safety.In order to achieve this goal,the information on the research contents,laboratory personnel,experimental materials and experimental equipment need to be well collected and fully utilized by a centralized system and its databases.

Evaluation of Research Project on Integrated Management and Services of Urban Development Records, Archives, and Information

To evaluate the project "Research in integrated management and services of urban development records, archives, and information" in progress, this paper analyzes "why", "what", and "how" issues of relevant integration research about integrated management and services of urban development records, archives, and information based on a survey of literature at home and abroad. By a comparative study of current integration research status and features, the author gives a critical analysis of the strengths and weakness of the project and provides recommendations for future research.Cross disciplinary studies indicate that ideals of integration can add values to collaboration, innovation,and optimum in managing evidence, information, memory, and knowledge of built environment cross-culture, cross-discipline, cross-domain, and cross institution for enhancing competitiveness and productivity of business. Cross cultural studies indicate that integrated records, archives, and information management as a whole into capital construction project management process, organizational information resources management systems, and the construction of digital urban development archival repository through service-control, process-control, and product-control are fundamental to guarantee the characteristics and quality of records and records system to support evidence-based e-government,e-business, and the sustainability development of digital city. Present studies on integrated management and services of urban development records, archives, and information have limitations on too much emphasis on integration for collaboration and optimum but not enough studies on integration for innovation and broader use.

Research and Development on the Visualization System for Official and Scientific Management in Enterprise

A visualization system for the official and scientific management has been designed on C++. By this system, the information of database has been shown to users intuitively, which makes it possible for users to be free from the data sea. The system can realize the information mining and the integrated display, at the same time, improve the information’s constructive level and integration degree.

Research of Web-based Workflow Management System

The state of the art of workflow management techniques in research is introduced. The research and development trends of Workflow Management System (WFMS) are presented. On basis of analysis and comparison of kinds of WFMSs, a WFMS based on Web technology and distributed object management is proposed. Finally, the application of the WFMS in supply chain management is described in detail.

The Construction of Research Network Management Platform based on BS Structure

In this paper, using UML modeling tool （Rational Rose） conducted a needs analysis and modeling system, and on this basis, we design the interface modnle functions, system architecture and database. The paper finally designed and realized the system based on the. NET platform and Ajax technology. The system uses SQL Server as the background data management system, and in the end using ADO.NET technology to realize data access. 信息资源管理领域数字人文研究特征、研究体系及构建路径

[目的/意义]文章旨在厘清信息资源管理领域数字人文研究现状、研究特征,构建信息资源管理领域数字人文研究体系及发展路径,提高信息资源管理学科在数字人文领域的学术话语权,实现数字人文研究的高质量发展。[方法/过程]以CSSCI数据库中收录的357篇信息资源管理领域期刊论文为研究对象,借鉴扎根理论质性研究范式对文献数据进行整理加工和编码分析,最终得出信息资源管理领域数字人文研究现状、研究特征并尝试分析信息资源管理领域数字人文研究体系构建路径。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,信息资源管理领域数字人文在研究内容、研究技术和数据分析三个方面形成典型的学科特征与研究特色。以数字人文研究特征为基础,结合守正创新的学科发展理念,详细论述了信息资源管理领域数字人文研究体系构建路径,具体包括学科深度融合研究、数据基础设施研究以及数字人文技术研究三个方面。

基于BERTopic模型的国外信息资源管理研究进展分析

[目的/意义]文章从已有研究成果中提取主题,梳理主要研究方向,展示主题热度变化趋势,为了解和评估国外信息资源管理(IRM)研究发展现状与趋势提供参考。[方法/过程]采用新兴BERTopic模型对2013—2022年期间WoS数据库中IRM相关文献进行主题提取与识别,结合相关主题词及主题距离划分研究方向,并利用动态主题模型揭示国外IRM领域的演变过程。[结果/结论]国外IRM近10年的研究可分为59个主题,可归纳为信息技术及应用、企业信息管理、图书馆管理与服务、健康信息管理、信息用户与服务、IRM基本理论与方法、文献计量与评价7个方向。大多数主题的研究热度变化偏向稳定的趋势,数字化建设、开放数据等部分主题热度逐渐上涨,而外包、知识管理等少数主题热度退却。

信息资源管理一级学科更名背景下研究主题历史演化及未来发展趋势研究

[目的/意义]为服务国家重大战略需求,抓住学科更名的历史机遇,把握一级学科的整体发展脉络成为构建中国自主的信息资源管理知识体系的重要环节。[方法/过程]以CNKI收录的学科核心期刊文献为数据源,首先采用K-Means聚类算法以及融合TF-IDF算法和LDA主题模型的分类方法计算最佳主题数量并识别研究主题内容;然后从更名前后的主题强度、主题新颖度、研究主题发展变化情况3个方面深入分析;最后,本研究提出主题词交叉联立的分析方法预测研究主题未来发展方向。[结果/结论]信息资源管理一级学科的更名会刺激新主题的产生与发展,新主题在研究内容、研究范围等方面的拓展反过来丰富了本学科的内涵和外延,对于学科未来的守正创新发展具有一定参考价值。

青岛大学附属妇女儿童医院多院区药事管理一体化模式的实践与成效探讨

目的:探讨多院区药事管理一体化管理方法,为提升医院药事管理质量提供参考。方法:以“多院区一体化”管理理念为指引,通过“总院垂直化、分院扁平化”管理策略,建立药师人力资源管理一体化、药学信息管理一体化、药事质量控制一体化的多院区一体化药事管理模式,包括制定《积分制管理办法》和《科研管理办法》,统一宣传平台和管理平台,建立标准化的药事质量管理体系。结果:通过实施药师人力资源一体化管理模式,优化了各院区人员结构,提升了药师队伍水平,有效配置了药师资源,并拓展了教研工作;通过实施药学信息一体化管理模式,提高了科室凝聚力和学科知名度以及管理效能;通过实施药事质量控制一体化管理模式,降低了抗菌药物使用率和次均药费,提升了药物不良反应监测水平。结论:从药师、药学信息、药事质控3个方面实施一体化管理,药师资源实现了最大化利用,各院区信息实现互通共享,各院区药事质量的均一性得到保障,有效促进了医院多院区同质化和一体化发展。

信息资源管理学科融合新质生产力:构成要素、研究体系及推进路径

文章基于扎根理论和意义建构理论对18名信息资源管理领域科研人员进行深度访谈,通过结构化处理访谈数据提炼信息资源管理学科融合新质生产力的构成要素。研究表明,数据要素、技术要素、政策要素和信息素养是信息资源管理学科融合新质生产力的关键要素。以此为基础,构建基于文献驱动和技术驱动的信息资源管理学科融合新质生产力研究体系,并提出相应推进路径,即以数据要素研究为核心,夯实新质生产力建设的数据基础;以技术政策和产业政策研究为抓手,做好新质生产力建设的服务保障;以信息素养教育为基础,培养高质量新质人才。

From institutional merger integration to institutional strategic transformation:A case study of the strategic management paradigm at Shanghai Library

This article attempts to apply the strategic management theory to the subsequent shaping up of a readjusted strategic development policy for Shanghai Library after its merger with the Institute of Scientific and Technological Information of Shanghai(ISTIS)in 1995.It also tries to analyze and explicate such an empirical implementation of institutional reintegration process through strategic management at Shanghai Metropolitan Library.By doing so,it aims to present an objective case study of activities based on the strategic management paradigm at a major Chinese metropolitan public library.

基于数据驱动的航天器科研管理模式探索及实践

针对航天器传统科研管理模式在项目管理要素联动、研制队伍协同、研制任务实时管控、研制资源统筹分配、矩阵式管理效能发挥等方面难以适应研制任务剧增的任务形势的问题,文章提出了基于数据驱动的航天器科研管理模式,建立了信息化系统并在企业全范围推广应用,企业和项目决策层能够全面掌控研制信息、准确高效实施决策。经重大工程任务航天器研制管理应用验证,结果表明:该方法保证了航天器项目管理和企业统筹管理的成效,有力支撑了研制任务顺利实施。

气象观测场在汽车试验场中的应用研究

汽车试验场作为汽车开展道路测试的重要场所,用于验证汽车产品的品质以及可靠性。除了场地道路外,气象条件作为汽车道路测试的重要一环,在《GB/T12534-1990汽车道路试验方法通则》中也有明确要求,如:试验时应是无雨无雾天气,相对湿度小于95%,气温0-40℃,风速不大于3m/s。同时气象条件也作为试验场道路管控的重要依据,实时风速、雨量、能见度等信息为场地管理者发布限速、限行、封场等通知提供必要参考依据,直接影响道路测试安全管控的及时性。因此,文章从气象观测场的建设、气象服务、异常天气道路管控等方面开展气象观测场在汽车试验场中的应用研究。
