Alongside the development of computer science,many fields like engineering,finance and the natural sciences increasingly leverage computer science techniques to facilitate their own evolution.As a result,students now need to have a good grasp of computer science skills in order to keep pace with the new forms of working in these other fields.Therefore,higher education need to change to support this transformation.Computer Science 2.0 refers to this new way of educating that facilitates these interdisciplinary connections.This creates exciting opportunities for students and staff to interact across disciplines in teaching,research,and transfer to create the so-called University 2.0.

Challenges and Opportunities in Computer Science Executive Education

Carrying out executive education in computer science(CS)brings both opportunities and challenges.The major advantages are that it helps research programs with funding,data and reallife cases,and both professors and students can benefit from it by having greater engagement with industry.However,the main challenge is that most CS professors and doctoral students are currently not interested in executive education because they are more interested in their academic work.This paper first introduces the background of the Singapore government’s initiative for lifelong education for public,then presents the response from the National University of Singapore(NUS)that ultimately led to several executive education programs.Particular attention is given to the experience of the NUS School of Computing in carrying out computer science executive education.

Improving the Organizational Forms of Private Colleges from the Perspective of the Common Benefit Company System

The“profit-making”attribute of commercial subjects shapes the classification system of legal representatives and the contents of corresponding norms in the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China.The division of non-profit and non-commercial in the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Promotion of Privately-Run Schools not only conforms to the provisions of General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China,but also lays an institutional foundation for the classified management of private colleges.However,it cannot solve the problem of substantial profit-making behaviors of non-profit private colleges.As an important organizational form of enterprise organizations,the“Common Benefit Company”has changed the rule-making for traditional for-profit companies,so that the organizational form can be applied to both profit and public welfare enterprises.The functional design of the common benefit company system can now be applied to standardize the organizational structures of private colleges in China.Drawing lessons from the legislative experience regarding the common benefit company,we can enhance the organizational structures of our private colleges by implementing the common benefit company.

高校志愿服务存在的问题及社会工作介入研究

随着我国公益事业的不断发展,大学生作为积极参与志愿活动的青年力量在高校志愿服务工作中做出了重要贡献,但仍存在一些问题。为了解高校志愿服务存在的问题,阐述社会工作介入高校志愿服务的可行性,以问卷调研的形式收集数据并进行分析,针对高校志愿服务中志愿者缺乏后驱力、缺少系统培训及志愿者服务创新不足等问题,提出社工介入路径,创建社工+志愿者联动机制,以期推进高校志愿服务高质量发展。

基于“校地”融合视域下提高大学生社会适应力路径探讨——以食品微生物学为例

社会资本理论视角下朋辈教育的网络与资源动态——以浙江大学学生社团为例

研究以浙江大学学生社团为例,从社会资本理论视角出发,探讨了社会资本的三个维度(结构、关系、认知)对朋辈教育成效的影响。研究发现,社会资本的结构维度和认知维度对社团朋辈教育成效有显著正向影响,而关系性社会资本的影响不显著。结构性社会资本通过网络关系促进资源和信息流通,认知性社会资本通过共同的价值观和目标建立深层次理解与目标一致性。基于这些发现,研究建议高校应加强对社团核心成员的综合培养,搭建结构性更强的网络关系,提升社团活动的多样性和对其的资源支持。这些建议旨在深化社会资本的积累和应用,以提高朋辈教育的效果。研究为理解和优化中国高校社团在朋辈教育中的作用提供了新的视角和实证依据。

大学生领悟社会支持对其学业成就的影响——积极心理资本的中介作用

为了深入探讨大学生对社会支持的认知、积极心理资本以及学业成就之间的相互关系,以A高校的1 681名学生为研究对象,通过收集他们对社会支持的认知、积极心理资本以及学业成就的相关数据并进行分析。研究结果表明:大学生对社会支持的认知、积极心理资本与学业成就之间存在显著的正相关关系,即大学生对社会支持的认知和积极心理资本对其学业成就产生了显著的正向影响。此外,大学生的积极心理资本在其对社会支持的认知与学业成就的关系中起到了部分中介的作用。

日本地方院校赋能地方振兴的理念缘起、模式探索及实践经验——以信州大学为例

在新自由主义教育改革形塑的大学“选择与集中”竞争场域中,服务地方振兴与实现特色化办学是日本地方院校生存与发展必须兼顾的双重逻辑。日本政府通过行政、财政手段开展政策诱导,在促进高等院校职能强化/分化改革的同时,将地方院校的社会服务职能进行“地域化”限定。信州大学“地域贡献”框架遵循全方位地域志向办学的组织架设理念,以地域多元利益主体的协作共生为基点,建构出集地域定向科学研究群、区域产教融合孵化地、社会协作共创中心三位一体的地域贡献体系,实现以服务地方为支撑的大学组织革新。然而也因价值定位不清、职能匹配错位、协作体系松散等问题面临“大学不安,地方不满”的实践困境。反思日本地方院校赋能地方振兴的探索与努力可为我国地方院校提供规整办学定位、互嵌区域学校职能、革新系统组织等实践经验。

新时代下的东亚高校人文社科学术评价及其改革路径——以中、日、韩高校人文社科学术评价体系为例

中、日、韩等东亚高校在人文社科学术评价中面临着“三对张力”——“国际化”评价与“本土化”评价之间的张力、“标准化”评价与“多元化”评价之间的张力、“传统文科”评价与“新文科”评价之间的张力。文章通过文献研究、比较研究、案例研究等方法,阐释了人文社科学术评价的定位、特色与发展趋势,对新时代下东亚高校人文社科学术评价的改革路径提出了思考与建议:从照搬移植走向“以我为主、面向世界”的评价体系;从单一化、标准化评价体系走向多元化、特色化评价体系;从“传统文科”评价体系走向“新文科”评价体系。

高校党委书记是确保党的教育方针政策有效执行的第一责任人,在高校办学发展及职能发挥中起着至关重要的作用。基于我国西部某市25所本科高校党委书记任职经历及高校服务地方经济社会发展贡献度的相关数据,实证分析了高校党委书记的任职经历对其任职高校服务地方经济社会发展贡献度的影响。研究表明:在高校党委书记任职经历中,时任年龄、是否有博士学位、是否教育系统内提拔、是否有海外学习工作经历等构成要素对其任职高校服务地方经济社会发展贡献度无显著影响;从上一层次高校调任比非上一层次高校调任的服务贡献度水平低。研究结论对于高校党委书记队伍建设及选拔任用与高校社会服务等职能的发挥具有一定的参考价值。

乡村振兴战略下地方高校“双创”人才培养策略
