Control group received regular neurotrophic therapy, and observation group received rehabilitation training combined with neurotrophic therapy. The differences in the contents of nerve cytokines and oxidative stress indexes were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:Before intervention, differences in serum levels of nerve injury indexes, neurotrophy indexes, amino acid neurotransmitters and oxidative stress indexes were not statistically significant between the two groups of patients. After intervention, serum nerve injury indexes MBP, NGB, NSE and S-100B levels as well as excitatory amino acids Glu and Asp levels of observation group were lower than those of control group;neurotrophy indexes BDNF and GDNF levels as well as inhibitory amino acids GABA and Gly levels were higher than those of control group;serum oxidative stress indexes SOD and CAT levels were higher than those of control group;MDA level was lower than that of control group.Conclusions:Rehabilitation training combined with neurotrophic therapy can effectively optimize the nerve function and reduce the systemic oxidative stress state of patients in rehabilitation period of traumatic brain injury.展开更多

Methods: A total of 78 patients with convalescent period of cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in West China Hospital between January 2016 and March 2017 were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table, each with 39 cases. Control group received the routine rehabilitation training, and the experimental group received scalp acupuncture intervention combined with rehabilitation training. The differences in neurotrophy status and nerve injury were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results: Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in neurotrophy status and nerve injury between the two groups. After 1 week of intervention and after 2 weeks of intervention, serum neurotrophy indexes NGF and BDNF contents of experimental group were higher than those of control group;serum nerve injury indexes GFAP, NSE and S100B contents were lower than those of control group;serum inflammatory mediators IL-18, HMGB1 and IFN-γ contents were lower than those of control group. Objective:To explore the effects of perioperative clinical pathway of accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategy in patients undergoing cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods:Randomly selected 40 patients undergoing ...Objective:To explore the effects of perioperative clinical pathway of accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategy in patients undergoing cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods:Randomly selected 40 patients undergoing ERCP from our hospital which is People's Hospital,Jingjiang City,for research,and divided the patients into two groups.The 20 patients who were given conventional education methods were set as the reference group,and the 20 patients who were given perioperative clinical pathway care with accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategies were the research group,where the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was statistically compared.Results:According to clinical observation and statistics,the study group's postoperative time to eat for the first time,time to get out of bed,hospitalization time,and surgical blood loss were better than those of the reference group,P<0.05;the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those after nursing in the reference group,P<0.05;the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and patient satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group,where both P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of perioperative clinical pathway care based on the strategy of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can achieve significant results in ERCP patients,which can effectively improve the surgical indicators of patients and reduce the risk of complications.展开更多

The latter was implied in Ochi' s bivariate log-normal model(Ochi. 1978) for the long-term joint distribution of H and T. With the expectation and standard deviation predicted by the normal linear regression equations and applying proper types of distribution, we have obtained the conditional distribution of T for given H. Then combining this conditional P(T / H) with long-term marginal distribution of the wave height P(H) we establish a new parameterized model for the long-term joint distribution P(H,T). As an example of the application of the new model we give a method for estimating wave period associated with an extreme wave height.展开更多

Method: The variables of age, BMI, educational background, blood pressure, grip strength, knee extension, gait speed, MMSE, and subjective health feeling for 36 rehabilitation users and 22 healthy elders were assessed. We compared and examined motor and cognitive functions in rehabilitation users who need support and healthy elders. Results: The percentage of MMSE scores with 27 points or higher and that of subjective health feeling with 3 points or higher were significantly higher in healthy elders than in rehabilitation users. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly higher in rehabilitation users than in healthy elders. Gait speed and MMSE scores were significantly higher in healthy elders than rehabilitation users. Conclusion: Gait speed could be used for physical fitness in elders. Gait speed was the best physical fitness measurement for elders. Gait speed of rehabilitation users was strongly related to MMSE scores. Gait speed could be a determinant of MMSE scores.展开更多
