The active ingredients of Camellia japonica flowers(CJF)at high and low altitudes,as well as their skin care efficacy were compared.The dried red CJF at high and low altitudes were ultrasonically extracted with 70%eth...The active ingredients of Camellia japonica flowers(CJF)at high and low altitudes,as well as their skin care efficacy were compared.The dried red CJF at high and low altitudes were ultrasonically extracted with 70%ethanol,and these extracts were concentrated and then diluted to a constant volume.The content of total flavonoids,total polyphenols and total proteins was tested and analyzed.In addition,DPPH free radical scavenging,inhibition of the formation of advanced glycation end products,and inhibitory activity against elastase was measured to compare their skin care efficacy in anti-oxidation,anti-glycation,anti-wrinkling and firming.The results showed that,based on the dry weight of CJF,the content of total flavonoids and total proteins of the CJF at high altitude was approximately 1.5 times of the CJF at low altitude,while the content of total polyphenols was approximately 2.4 times that of the CJF at low altitude.The skin care efficacy of CJF at high altitude was significantly better than that of the CJF at low altitude.This work could provide theoretical basis for the selection and application of Camellia japonica flowers in the field of cosmetics.展开更多

Whether aircrafts can fly safely and how to determine the requirements of safety flight are the problems needed to be confirmed. Under this circumstances, based on the international Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO) criteria and the standards made by CAAC, this paper adopts the "See and Avoid" principle. Under the binding conditions of flight rules, visibility requirements, responding time, the aircraft speed, circle banking angle or the climbing angle, based on its study on aircraft dynamics principles, this paper establishes a mathematical collision avoidance model for head-to-head traffic and crossing converging traffic at the same level. And the safety separation requirements of the aircrafts in low altitude flight are equantitatively analyzed. Finally, the Matlab software is used to analyze the above method. The result shows that the safe traffic avoidance of the converging traffic at the same level meets certain flight conditions, while intersecting the traffic at the same level can safely avoid the collision.展开更多

Landslides,collapses and cracks are the main types of geological hazards,which threaten the safety of human life and property at all times.In emergency surveying and mapping,it is timeconsuming and laborious to use th...Landslides,collapses and cracks are the main types of geological hazards,which threaten the safety of human life and property at all times.In emergency surveying and mapping,it is timeconsuming and laborious to use the method of field artificial investigation and recognition and using satellite image to identify ground hazards,there are some problems,such as time lag,low resolution,and difficult to select the map on demand.In this paper,a10 cm per pixel resolution photogrammetry of a geological hazard-prone area of Taohuagou,Shanxi Province,China is carried out by DJ 4 UAV.The digital orthophoto model(DOM),digital surface model(DSM) and three-dimensional point cloud model(3 DPCM) are generated in this region.The method of visual interpretation of cracks based on DOM(as main)-3 DPCM(as auxiliary) and landslide and collapse based on 3 DPCM(as main)-DOM and DSM(as auxiliary) are proposed.Based on the low altitude remote sensing image of UAV,the shape characteristics,geological characteristics and distribution of the identified hazards are analyzed.The results show that using UAV low altitude remote sensing image,the method of combination of main and auxiliary data can quickly and accurately identify landslide,collapse and crack,the accuracy of crack identification is 93%,and the accuracy of landslide and collapse identification is 100%.It mainly occurs in silty clay and mudstone geology and is greatly affected by slope foot excavation.This study can play a great role in the recognition of sudden hazards by low altitude remote sensing images of UAV.展开更多

Due to the slight advance of imaging instruments, such as the focus...This paper deals with system engineering and design methodology for super low altitude satel ites in the view of the com-putational mission analysis. Due to the slight advance of imaging instruments, such as the focus of camera and the image element of charge coupled device (CCD), it is an innovative and economical way to improve the camera’s resolution to enforce the satel ite to fly on the lower altitude orbit. DFH-3, the mature satel ite bus de-veloped by Chinese Academy of Space Technology, is employed to define the mass and power budgets for the computational mis-sion analysis and the detailed engineering design for super low altitude satel ites. An effective iterative algorithm is proposed to solve the ergodic representation of feasible mass and power bud-gets at the flight altitude under constraints. Besides, boundaries of mass or power exist for every altitude, where the upper boundary is derived from the maximum power, while the minimum thrust force holds the lower boundary before the power reaching the initial value. What’s more, an analytical algorithm is employed to numerical y investigate the coverage percentage over the altitude, so that the nominal altitude could be selected from al the feasi-ble altitudes based on both the mass and power budgets and the repetitive ground traces. The local time at the descending node is chosen for the nominal sun-synchronous orbit based on the average evaluation function. After determining the key orbital ele-ments based on the computational mission analysis, the detailed engineering design on the configuration and other subsystems, like power, telemetry telecontrol and communication (TT&C), and attitude determination and control system (ADCS), is performed based on the benchmark bus, besides, some improvements to the bus are also implemented to accommodate the flight at a super low altitude. Two operation strategies, drag-free closed-loop mode and on/off open-loop mode, are presented to maintain the satel-lite’s altitude. Final y, a flight planning schedule for the satel ite is demonstrated from its launch into the initial altitude at the very beginning to its decay to death in the end.展开更多

The possibility of better performance is analyzed using a void reference sensor (VRS) in MUSIC algorithm. The following two topics are discussed: 1) the time delay formula and VRS-MUSIC algorithm with VRS located on the minus of z-axes; 2) the DOA estimation results of VRS-MUSIC and MUSIC algorithms. The simulation results show VRS-MUSIC algorithm has three advantages compared with MUSIC: 1) When the signal to noise ratio (SNR) is more than-5 dB, the direction estimation error is 1/2 as much as that obtained by MUSIC; 2) The side lobe is more lower and the stability is better; 3) The size of array that the algorithm requires is smaller.展开更多

Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the atmospheri...Atmospheric inversion phenomenon directly affects the vertical movement of air, which causes the cooling heat of the cooling tower in the power plant to be blocked. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the atmospheric inversion characteristics of the research project during the design of the air cooling system. Using the low-altitude observing system of the tethered balloon, the on-site observation of the temperature below 300 m in summer is carried out for a coal-fired power integration project in Yulin, Shaanxi, China. Observations were made at 10 fixed times per day, with a cumulative observation of 46 days and 247 effective detections. The data were quality-controlled, and then linearly interpolated. According to the requirements of the project designer, the temperature data of 20, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 m was used for low-temperature inversion analysis. The research shows that the grounding inversion and low-altitude inversion can be observed at the same time. In the time and space changes, the grounding inversion temperature and intensity are significantly higher than the low-altitude inversion. The maximum inversion of grounding inversion and low-altitude inversion is 2.3?C/hm, 1.0?C/hm. Grounding inversion temperature occurs every time, the frequency is the highest at 20 o’clock, the average intensity is maximum at 17 o’clock, and the average height, maximum intensity and maximum height are maximum at 7 o’clock. When the low-altitude inversion temperature is 18 o’clock, other times can occur, and the frequency is the highest at 15 o’clock, but the inversion layer is shallow, the bottom is high and the intensity is small. Grounding inversion and low-altitude inversion can occur in all levels, and as the height increases, the grounding inversion decreases and the low-temperature inversion increases. The design of the project air cooling tower needs to fully consider the impact caused by the inverse temperature below 300 m.展开更多

[ Result] In field growth period of flue-cured tobacco under low-altitude of 1 000 - 1300 m, tobacco cutworm moth occurred for 4 generations, the duration of each generation was about 33 d, and the main injurious generation was the third generation. The modified FPM is used to calculate the coupling field from super-low altitude aircraft target above different terrestrial environments. The curves of scattering coefficient are analyzed. The influences of height of target, root mean square (RMS), and incident angle on coupling field characteristics are discussed. Methods: This study was conducted using epidemiologic...Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the diagnostic methods of high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome and to formulate diagnostic criteria. Methods: This study was conducted using epidemiological surveys and a multi-center randomized controlled clinical trial. A total of 3011 subjects were studied, and the following indices were collected after their return to low altitude areas from the plateau: general health status, blood, urine and stool samples, myo-cardial enzyme levels, liver and kidney function, nerve function, sex hormone levels, microalbuminuria, electrocardiogram (ECG), echocardiography, pulmonary function, and hemorheological markers. These data were compared to those of randomized healthy subjects in the same age range who lived at the same altitude to determine the characteristics of high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome. Based on these characteristics, diagnostic criteria for high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome were formulated. Results: This study demonstrated that the incidence of high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome was 84.36%. Sixty percent of the cases were mild, 30% were medium, and 10% were severe. The incidence was higher among those who returned to a place of lower altitude, resided at a high altitude for a longer period of time, or engaged in heavy labor while at high altitude. Patients with high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome manifested hematological abnormalities and abnormal ventricular function, notably a right ventricular diastolic function, which recovered to baseline function after one to five years. Exposure to long-term hypoxia often caused obvious changes in cardiac morphology, i.e., left and right ventricular hypertrophy, particularly within the right ventricle. In addition, patients with high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome often presented with low blood pressure, low pulse pressure, and microalbuminuria. A few patients presented with occult blood in their feces. The diagnosis of high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome can be made if a patient who recently returns to the plain from the plateau complains of dizziness, weakness, sleepiness, chest tightness, edema, memory loss, and other symptoms and signs that do not alleviate under short-term rehabilitation or symptomatic treatment, and if organic diseases of the heart, lung, kidney, and other organs have been excluded. Conclusion: The diagnosis of high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome should be made after a comprehensive analysis of the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs.展开更多

The simulation results show VRS-MUSIC algorithm has three advantages compared with MUSIC: 1) When the signal to noise ratio (SNR) is more than-5 dB, the direction estimation error is 1/2 as much as that obtained by MUSIC; 2) The side lobe is more lower and the stability is better; 3) The size of array that the algorithm requires is smaller.
文摘Atmospheric inversion phenomenon directly affects the vertical movement of air, which causes the cooling heat of the cooling tower in the power plant to be blocked. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the atmospheric inversion characteristics of the research project during the design of the air cooling system. Using the low-altitude observing system of the tethered balloon, the on-site observation of the temperature below 300 m in summer is carried out for a coal-fired power integration project in Yulin, Shaanxi, China. Observations were made at 10 fixed times per day, with a cumulative observation of 46 days and 247 effective detections. The data were quality-controlled, and then linearly interpolated. According to the requirements of the project designer, the temperature data of 20, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 m was used for low-temperature inversion analysis. The research shows that the grounding inversion and low-altitude inversion can be observed at the same time. In the time and space changes, the grounding inversion temperature and intensity are significantly higher than the low-altitude inversion. The maximum inversion of grounding inversion and low-altitude inversion is 2.3?C/hm, 1.0?C/hm. Grounding inversion temperature occurs every time, the frequency is the highest at 20 o’clock, the average intensity is maximum at 17 o’clock, and the average height, maximum intensity and maximum height are maximum at 7 o’clock. When the low-altitude inversion temperature is 18 o’clock, other times can occur, and the frequency is the highest at 15 o’clock, but the inversion layer is shallow, the bottom is high and the intensity is small. Grounding inversion and low-altitude inversion can occur in all levels, and as the height increases, the grounding inversion decreases and the low-temperature inversion increases. The design of the project air cooling tower needs to fully consider the impact caused by the inverse temperature below 300 m.

文摘[ Objective ] The paper was to study the occurrence and damage regularity of tobacco cutworm moth (Spodoptera Litura Fabricius) in low-altitude area in Lincang city. [ Method] The adult sex attractant monitoring, field investigation of occurrence and damage, and observation of continuous generation development of natural populations were carried out in natural flue-cured tobacco fields. [ Result] In field growth period of flue-cured tobacco under low-altitude of 1 000 - 1300 m, tobacco cutworm moth occurred for 4 generations, the duration of each generation was about 33 d, and the main injurious generation was the third generation. [ Conclusion] The paper provided reference for comprehensive control of tobacco cutworm moth in the low altitude areas.
文摘A novel modified four path method (FPM) is presented for calculating coupling field of super-low altitude aircraft target. Based on the hybrid method PO + MEC (Physical Optics and Method of Equivalent Currents), the antenna radiation pattern is introduced to consider the multipath interference from side lobe of seeker. The modified FPM is used to calculate the coupling field from super-low altitude aircraft target above different terrestrial environments. The curves of scattering coefficient are analyzed. The influences of height of target, root mean square (RMS), and incident angle on coupling field characteristics are discussed. The simulation results can be used for reference in detection for super-low altitude target and optimization for radar system.

Methods: This study was conducted using epidemiological surveys and a multi-center randomized controlled clinical trial. A total of 3011 subjects were studied, and the following indices were collected after their return to low altitude areas from the plateau: general health status, blood, urine and stool samples, myo-cardial enzyme levels, liver and kidney function, nerve function, sex hormone levels, microalbuminuria, electrocardiogram (ECG), echocardiography, pulmonary function, and hemorheological markers. These data were compared to those of randomized healthy subjects in the same age range who lived at the same altitude to determine the characteristics of high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome. Based on these characteristics, diagnostic criteria for high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome were formulated. Results: This study demonstrated that the incidence of high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome was 84.36%. Sixty percent of the cases were mild, 30% were medium, and 10% were severe. The incidence was higher among those who returned to a place of lower altitude, resided at a high altitude for a longer period of time, or engaged in heavy labor while at high altitude. Patients with high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome manifested hematological abnormalities and abnormal ventricular function, notably a right ventricular diastolic function, which recovered to baseline function after one to five years. Exposure to long-term hypoxia often caused obvious changes in cardiac morphology, i.e., left and right ventricular hypertrophy, particularly within the right ventricle. In addition, patients with high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome often presented with low blood pressure, low pulse pressure, and microalbuminuria. A few patients presented with occult blood in their feces. The diagnosis of high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome can be made if a patient who recently returns to the plain from the plateau complains of dizziness, weakness, sleepiness, chest tightness, edema, memory loss, and other symptoms and signs that do not alleviate under short-term rehabilitation or symptomatic treatment, and if organic diseases of the heart, lung, kidney, and other organs have been excluded. Conclusion: The diagnosis of high altitude de-acclimatization syndrome should be made after a comprehensive analysis of the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs.
