However, continuously cloudy weather or rainfall, especially during the grain-filling stage, induces a significant loss in yield and results in poor grain quality. Stress caused by low light often creates severe meteorological disasters in some rice-growing regions worldwide. This review was based on our previous research and related research regarding the effects of low light on rice growth, yield and quality as well as the formation of grain, and mainly reviewed the physiological metabolism of rice plants, including characteristics of photosynthesis, activities of antioxidant enzymes in rice leaves and key enzymes involved in starch synthesis in grains, as well as the translocations of carbohydrate and nitrogen. These characteristics include various grain yield and rice quality components (milling and appearance as well as cooking, eating and nutritional qualities) under different rates of shading imposed at the vegetative or reproductive stages of rice plants. Furthermore, we discussed why grain yield and quality are reduced under the low light environment. Next, we summarized the need for future research that emphasizes methods can effectively improve rice grain yield and quality under low light stress. These research findings can provide a beneficial reference for rice cultivation management and breeding program in low light environments.展开更多

A total of 216 (Exp. 1) and 360 (Exp. 2 ) barrows ( Yorkshire × Landrace× Duroc ) were allotted to one of six treatments (n =6). The experimental diets were based on corn and soybean meal, and consisted of a high-CP diet that contained approximately 16% CP and 2.50 Mcal/kg of NE as well as five low-CP diets in which the CP level of the diet was reduced by approximately four percentage units but was supplemented with crystalline lysine, methionine, threonine, and tryptophan. The low CP diets provided 2.64, 2.58, 2.50, 2.42, or 2.36 Mcal/kg in Exp. 1 as well as 2.45, 2.40, 2.35, 2.30, or 2.25 Mcai/kg in Exp.2. In Exp. 1, a linear (P=0.03) increase in weight gain was observed with decreasing NE level while the ratio of gain to feed was unaffect- ed (P 〉 0.05) by NE level. There was a linear in-crease (P = 0.01 ) in the percentage of fat-free lean and a linear decrease ( P = 0.03 ) in the percentage of total fat with decreasing NE levels. In Exp. 2, a sig- nificant quadratic ( P = 0.03 ) effect of NE level was observed for weight gain. The ratio of gain to feed demonstrated a significant (P 〈0.01 ) quadratic effect with pigs fed 2.35 and 2.40 Mcal/kg of NE, Pigs fed the diet containing 2.40 Mcal/kg of NE had the lowest percentage of total fat (36. 95% ) and the highest percentage of fat-free lean (49.36%). The overall results of these experiments indicate that feed- ing either a surplus or a deficiency of NE is detrimen- tal to both pig performance and carcass composition when low CP diets supplemented with CAA are fed. Our results indicate that when the CP content of the diet is reduced by four percentage units and the diet is properly supplemented with CAA, maximum per- formance and carcass quality will be obtained if the diet provides approximately 2.42 Mcal/kg of NE.展开更多

Retrospective data collection included postoperative ART2 axis rotation, uncorrected astigmatism, uncorrected entire visual acuities, distance corrected entire visual acuities, average modulation transfer function(aMTF), Strehl ratio(SR), spectacle independence, and patient satisfaction between groups.RESULTS: Mean ART2 axis rotation was 3.12°±0.70°. No secondary surgery was required to realign IOL axis. Residual astigmatism values were-0.18±0.07 D and-0.91±0.25 D in groups ART2 and ReSTOR(P<0.05). Three months postoperatively, the mean uncorrected distant, intermediate, and near visual acuities of group A were 0.01±0.05, 0.05±0.07, 0.02±0.07 logMAR, respectively; these were better than those of group R, which were 0.08±0.06, 0.15±0.12, and 0.09±0.08 logMAR, respectively(P<0.05). aMTF, SR, and spectacle independence rates were not significantly different. All patients were satisfied with postoperative results.CONCLUSION: ART2 is more suitable than ReSTOR for cataract patients with regular corneal astigmatism 0.75-1.0 D with-the-rule or 0.5-0.75 D against-the-rule.展开更多

Huangguan) is a pear cultivar that rapidly developed in China. However, rapid postharvest browning appearing in fruit peel and core during storage and shelf life pose a challenge for their marketing. The potential for low temperature conditioning (LTC) treatment to inhibit peel browning and improve quality of Huangguan pears in storage and shelf life was investigated. Pears were treated at 8℃ - 9℃ for 1, 3, 6 and 9 d, respectively, physiological indexes, including peel and core browning, core breakdown, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and ethanol content were determined and quality in storage period and shelf life was evaluated in this paper. LTC treatment alleviated peel browning and core browning either in storage or shelf life remarkably;it also delayed the decline of firmness, total soluble solids and titratable acidity in storage to some extent, inhibited ethanol and MDA content both in storage and shelf life effectively and maintained juiciness and crispness of pear fruit in shelf life. These results showed that LTC can serve as an important tool for the regulation of Huangguan pears external and internal quality in storage and shelf life with economic benefits and LTC treatment for 6 d was the optimum condition in the present study.展开更多

Two CLVQOLs were administered, including a preoperative CLVQOL and a CLVQOL at the end of the 3 mo follow-up period, and were completed using face-to-face interviews or phone interviews conducted by trained investigators. The minimal clinically important difference(MCID) was calculated using an anchor-based method and a distribution method. In addition, the responsiveness of the questionnaire was measured.RESULTS: A total of 155 residents were enrolled. The average visual acuity(VA) preoperatively was 0.08(SD=0.05), and it increased to 0.47(SD=0.28) at the end of followup. Statistically significant positive changes in the CLVQOL scores indicated significant improvement of vision related quality of life after cataract surgery. With the larger value between the two results as the final value, the MCID values of the CLVQOL(scores of the four scales as well as the total score) were 8.94, 2.61, 4.34, 3.10 and 17.63, respectively. The CLVQOL has both good internal and external responsiveness.CONCLUSION: CLVQOL scores are appropriate instruments for obtaining clinically important changes after cataract surgery. This study is an effective exploration for establishingcataract surgery efficacy standards, which helps clinical and scientific research workers in ophthalmology to gain a more in-depth understanding when using CLVQOL.展开更多

LL did not disturb transamination in rice grains during GF stage, as minimal impact was found on alanine and aspartate transaminase activities. Nevertheless, most AAs in caryopses, including lysine and threonine, increased in response to LL, except for sulfur-containing AAs. These results suggest that AA metabolism and accumulation in rice grains were rarely suppressed by LL during GF stage. Rice nutritional ingredients at harvest, such as major protein components including glutelin and most important essential amino acids (EAAs) including lysine and threonine, increased significantly in response to LL, whereas most protein and EAA ratios were rarely affected. However, LL markedly affected physical appearance of rice grains by reducing brown rice rate, milled rice rate, and 1000-grain weight and increasing the chalkiness rate. In addition, cooking qualities decreased in response to LL, while breakdown values and amylose levels decreased and setback values increased. We concluded that LL during GF stage decreased the cooking quality of rice, but could potentially improve the nutritional value of rice.展开更多

The hydration heat of the composite cementitious materials was determined by isothermal calorimetry, and the hydration products, quantity, pore structure and morphology were measured by X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermalgravity-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA), mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), respectively. The results indicate that grinding could not only improve the physical properties of the low quality fly ash on particle effect, but also improve hydration properties of the cementitious system from various aspects compared with raw low quality fly ash(RLFA). At the early stage of hydration, the low quanlity fly ash acts as almost inert material; but then at the later stage, high chemical activity, especially for ground low quality fly ash(GLFA), could be observed. It can accelerate the formation of hydration products containing more chemical bonded water, resulting in higher degree of cement hydration, thus denser microstructure and more reasonable pore size distribution, but the hydration heat in total is reduced. It can also delay the induction period, but the accelerating period is shortened and there is little influence on the second exothermic peak.展开更多

The optimal blended water turbidity is in the range of 10-20 NTU,within which USTSW recycle achieves the highest save coagulant rate. The mechanism of strengthening coagulation effect when USTSW recycle mainly depends on the chemical effect and physical effect. What is more, through scanning electron microscopy( SEM),it is found that the floc structures with USTSW recycle are more compact than those without USTSW recycle. Besides, the water quality parameters of color,NH3-N,CODMn,UV254,total aluminum, total manganese when USTSW recycle is better than the raw water without recycle, indicating that USTSW recycle can improve water quality with strengthening coagulation effect.展开更多

This study shows that chlorite cements are one of the most important diagenetic features of reservoir sandstones. The precipitation of chlorite was controlled by multiple factors and its development occurred early in eo-diagenesis and continued till Stage A of middle diagenesis. The precipitation of chlorite at the early stage was mainly affected by the sedimentary environment and provenance. Abundant Fe- and Mg-rich materials were supplied during the deposition of distributary channel sediments in the deltaic front setting and mainly in alkaline conditions. With the burial depth increasing, smectite and kaolinite tended to be transformed into chlorite. Smectite cements were completely transformed into chlorite in sandstones of the studied area. Volcanic lithics rich in Fe and Mg materials were dissolved and released Fe2+ and Mg 2+ into the pore water. These cations precipitated as chlorite cements in middle diagenesis in an alkaline diagenetic environment. Chlorite coatings acted as porosity and permeability, thus helping preserve cements in the chlorite cemented sandstones. The reservoir quality of chlorite cemented sandstones is much better than sandstones without chlorite cements. Chlorite cements play an important role in the reservoir evolution that was mainly characterized by preserving intergranular porosity and forming better pore-throat structures of sandstones.展开更多

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is currently experiencing rapid urbanization accompanied by significant water shortages, unmanaged stormwater, and increasing river water pollution. To supplement the need for non-potable water and address stormwater runoff pollution, we constructed a low cost stormwater filtration system. The filtration system is comprised of a sedimentation area followed by three gravel grain sizes arranged horizontally from coarse to medium to fine filter media. We compared the quality of pretreatment water with post-treatment water by measuring physicochemical parameters, heavy metals and nutrients. We found that the filtration system reduced turbidity by 87%, TSS by 80%, Cu by 87% and Zn by 90%. Further, it positively increased the concentration of DO by 42%. However, the filtration system did not remove nitrates and nitrites. Implementing this system at outfalls in the rapidly expanding condominium housing areas can increase residents’ supply of non-potable water and reduce the amount of polluted stormwater entering nearby streams and rivers.展开更多

In the method, two descriptions for each video frame is first created by group of blocks (GOB) alternation. Motion information is then duplicated in both the descriptions and a process called low quality macroblock update is designed to redundantly encode textures in each frame using standard bit stream syntax. In this way, the output bit streams are standard compliant and better trade-offs between redundancy and single charmel reconstruction distortion are achieved. The proposed method has much better performance than the well-known MD transform coding (MDTC) method both in terms of redundancy rate distortion, and in the packet loss scenario.展开更多

Firstly, a pyrolysis pilot experiment of long-flame coal was performed and the optimum pyrolysis conditions were found. When the final pyrolysis temperature was 450?C and the residence time was 10 minutes, the content of semicoke volatile dry ash-free was about 22.89% and the content of semicoke ash was about 16.1%. More than 5% of the ash needs to be removed before entering the pyrolysis fluidized bed. Thus, classification tests were carried out to pick out the coal particles with the target size of 500 μm, using a gas-solid fluidized bed coal picker. It was found that the separating effect of coal particles was the most satisfactory when the inlet velocity at the bottom was 3.27 m/s. The percentage of particles with diameters less than 500 μm was as low as 28.7% in the coarse samples. Based on the test results, a novel process of low-quality coal upgrade and coupling was proposed, which realized the sorting, grading, drying and pyrolysis of low-quality coal through the multi-stage fluidized bed integrated process.展开更多

Research Design/Methods: We performed a post-hoc analysis of tabulated data generated during the DOLOR study (Diclofenac plus B vitamins versus diclofenac monotherapy in lumbago: the DOLOR study), using the software GraphPad Prism 5 for Windows, v5.04. The absolute number or percentage of “True”/“False” respondents for each questionnaire item at each study visit, together with the absolute number and percentage of subjects with no change, improvement, or worsening of each PFQ item at each study visit, within and between treatment groups were arranged on contingency tables and analyzed with the Chi-squared or Fisher’s Exact test. Results: At pretreatment there were no statistically significant differences between treatment groups (p > 0.05 for all items). At Visit 2 in both treatment groups, there were statistically significant improvements in individual question responses in each of the 12 items of the questionnaire (p < 0.05 for all items). At Visit 2, comparing the distribution of patients in each treatment group with “improvement”, “no change”, or “worsening”, there was a statistically significant superiority among subjects of group DB in response to items 1, 6, 8, and 10. At Visit 3, both groups had statistically significant (p < 0.001) improvements in each individual item of the PFQ in relation to pretreatment values. The distribution of subjects in each treatment group presenting with “improvement”, “no change”, or “worsening” at Visit 3 varied significantly in favor of group DB in the responses to item 4. At Visit 4, the subjects remaining in treatment in both groups showed statistically significant improvement in PFQ responses in relation to pretreatment values (p < 0.05). The distribution of subjects in each treatment group presenting with “improvement” or “no change” at Visit 4 varied significantly in favor of group D in the responses to items 5, 8, and 12. Conclusion: Improvement in overall PFQ scores was observed in both treatment groups, though the specific items of the questionnaire of the subjects in group DB at Visit 2 showed greater improvement in areas related to sleep quality, mobility, ability to wash and dry, ability to walk distances, and posture comfort. These results serve to corroborate the previously published data, which indicates a benefit of combining the B vitamins with diclofenac in the treatment of patients with low back pain, yielding shorter treatment time to resolution of the lumbago in the treated patients.展开更多

The purpose of this research was to calibrate and validate low-cost sensors. Pilot indoor and outdoor areas, in the central area of Brasilia (Brazil’s capital city) were chosen for corporative performance evaluation of the sensors. The CO at 99.999% volumetric injection method has been used in a gas test box, among two MiCS-5521 (CO/VOC) sensors, one being new and the other one with a short useful life. The number of injections adopted to each volume (from 1 ml to 6 ml) was 10, rising each sensor’s confidence interval mean. A increase of the injected volume (ml) of CO resulted in significant decrease in a resistance (Ohms), as shown by a good inverse relationship on the interaction of these two variables (r = 0.88), with good measurement accuracy, when compared to the manufacturer’s reference datasheet. Finally, a geospatial management system was built for the pollution data measured by the low-cost sensors.展开更多

Our results indicate that when the CP content of the diet is reduced by four percentage units and the diet is properly supplemented with CAA, maximum per- formance and carcass quality will be obtained if the diet provides approximately 2.42 Mcal/kg of NE.
文摘AIM: To compare visual quality in cataract patients with low corneal astigmatism who underwent intraocular lens(IOL) implantation, and evaluate effects of low levels of astigmatism on visual outcomes in multifocal pseudophakic eyes.METHODS: This retrospective review of clinical records comprised patients with preoperative regular corneal astigmatism of 0.75-1.0 diopters(D) with-the-rule or 0.5-0.75 D against-the-rule who had uneventful cataract surgery and AcrySof IQ ReSTOR Toric-2 IOL(ART2) or AcrySof IQ ReSTOR IOL(ReSTOR) implantation. All patients were satisfied with postoperative results.CONCLUSION: ART2 is more suitable than ReSTOR for cataract patients with regular corneal astigmatism 0.75-1.0 D with-the-rule or 0.5-0.75 D against-the-rule.
文摘Huangguan pear (Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd cv. These results showed that LTC can serve as an important tool for the regulation of Huangguan pears external and internal quality in storage and shelf life with economic benefits and LTC treatment for 6 d was the optimum condition in the present study.
文摘AIM: To investigate the Chinese version of the Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire(CLVQOL) as an instrument for obtaining clinically important changes after cataract surgery.METHODS: Patients underwent cataract surgery in Shanghai General Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, who fit the inclusion criteria were recruited. This study is an effective exploration for establishingcataract surgery efficacy standards, which helps clinical and scientific research workers in ophthalmology to gain a more in-depth understanding when using CLVQOL.
文摘To investigate the effect of low light (LL, 50% natural light) during grain filling (GF) stage on rice transamination, amino acid (AA) accumulation, nutritional value, and cooking quality in three different rice genotypes, transaminase activities and AA levels in grains during GF stage and the traits that significantly affected rice quality (physical appearance, cooking quality, and nutritional value) were analyzed. We concluded that LL during GF stage decreased the cooking quality of rice, but could potentially improve the nutritional value of rice.

文摘The hydration mechanism of low quality fly ash in cement-based materials was investigated. It can also delay the induction period, but the accelerating period is shortened and there is little influence on the second exothermic peak.
文摘AIM:To adapt the low vision-related quality of life(LVQOL) instrument into Turkish language and to assess its validity and reliability.METHODS:The study was conducted in 387 patients attending the Centre of Low Vision Rehabilitation,Faculty of Medicine,Ankara University. For statistical analyses, the Spearman's correlation coefficient,Cronbach's alpha coefficient and Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) were used.RESULTS:According to results of CFA,the item in the 'Adjustment' subscale because of having the factor loading below 0.40,was excluded from the questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed according to Cronbach's alpha coefficients. The reliability of the 'Distance Vision,Mobility, and Lighting' subscale was ?琢=0.863;of the 'Adjustment' subscale was ?琢=0.694;'Reading and Fine Work' was ?琢=0.791,and 'Activities of Daily Living' was ?琢= 0.770.So these results indicate that the questionnaire is reliable to measure the vision related quality of life of low-vision patients. The correlations between the subscales were also analyzed, and the correlation between 'Adjustment' and 'Reading and Fine Work' was found to be the lowest(rs=0.336,P <0.001),whereas the strongest correlation was found between the 'Reading and Fine Work',and 'Activities of Daily Living'.Additionally, the 'Adjustment' dimension showed the strongest correlation with only 'Distance Vision,Mobility, and Lighting' dimension.CONCLUSION:After removing the last item in the second dimension, the Turkish adaptation of all dimensions of the LVQOL has been shown to be reliable, valid and suitable for use in patients with low vision in Turkey.

文摘The overall purpose of this research is to examine the impact of untreated sedimentation tank sludge water( USTSW) recycle on water quality during treatment of low turbidity water in coagulation—sedimentation processes. 950 m L of raw water and different concentrations of 50 m L USTSW are injected into six 1 000 m L beakers without coagulant. The results indicate that USTSW characterized as accumulated suspended solids and organic matter has active ingredients, which possess the equivalent function of coagulant. Besides, the water quality parameters of color,NH3-N,CODMn,UV254,total aluminum, total manganese when USTSW recycle is better than the raw water without recycle, indicating that USTSW recycle can improve water quality with strengthening coagulation effect.

文摘Based on porosity and permeability measurements, mercury porosimetry measurements, thin section analyses, SEM observations, X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and granulometric analyses, diagenetic features of reservoir sandstones taken from the Zhuhai formation in the Panyu low-uplift of the Pear River Mouth Basin were examined. Chlorite cements play an important role in the reservoir evolution that was mainly characterized by preserving intergranular porosity and forming better pore-throat structures of sandstones.
文摘Urbanization in developing countries often negatively impacts water re-sources by polluting surface waters. Implementing this system at outfalls in the rapidly expanding condominium housing areas can increase residents’ supply of non-potable water and reduce the amount of polluted stormwater entering nearby streams and rivers.
文摘To combat packet loss and realize robust video transmission over Intemet and wireless networks, a new multiple description (MD) video coding method is proposed. The proposed method has much better performance than the well-known MD transform coding (MDTC) method both in terms of redundancy rate distortion, and in the packet loss scenario.
文摘Experimental study was conducted with regard to upgrading low-quality coal by low temperature pyrolysis technology and fluidization classification technology, which laid the theoretical foundation for research and development of low-quality coal upgrading process. Based on the test results, a novel process of low-quality coal upgrade and coupling was proposed, which realized the sorting, grading, drying and pyrolysis of low-quality coal through the multi-stage fluidized bed integrated process.
文摘The Doukkala-Abda region covers an area of about 13,285 km^2 representing 1.87%of Morocco. The agricultural area is 428,000 ha of which 96,000 ha of large irrigation schemes,8,250 ha of private irrigation in coastal areas and 327,800 ha of rainfed agriculture. The two large irrigation perimeters of Doukkala are the low-service with an area of 61,000 ha and the high service with an area of 35,000 ha.Since the implementation of irrigation perimeter down service Doukkala,he experienced an imbalance both in the ground and water. At first, the state of the quality of soil Doukkala is not alarming. However, observation and comparison of test results between soils in different years seem significant on the evolution of soil quality parameters(organic matter,Phosphorus olsen,pH and salinity)under intensive farming practices.Practical measures for rehabilitation and prevention are to be taken immediately in order to identify these problems and prevent them from degeneration. The methodology for the realization of this work consists of sampling, measurements in situ and analysis of soil quality parameters. The analyses reveal that the soils of Doukkala are poor in organic matter and very rich in phosphorus, with an alarming rate of salinity evolution comparing the results of different years which must be taken into account to prevent the problem from occurring spread and preserve the soil.
文摘Objective: To analyze the Patient Functionality Questionnaire (PFQ) scores of the patients treated with either Diclofenac + B vitamins (Group DB) or Diclofenac monotherapy (Group D) in order to better understand the impact of the combination of diclofenac with vitamins B1, B6, and B12 on quality of life. These results serve to corroborate the previously published data, which indicates a benefit of combining the B vitamins with diclofenac in the treatment of patients with low back pain, yielding shorter treatment time to resolution of the lumbago in the treated patients.
文摘As quality and cost effectiveness become essential in clinical practice,an evidencebased evaluation of the utility of imaging orders becomes an important consideration for radiology’s value in patient care.We report an institutional quality improvement project including a retrospective review of utility of sacrum magnetic resonance(MR)imaging for low back pain at our institution over a four-year period and follow-up results after physician education intervention.Sacral MR imaging for low back pain and tailbone pain were only positive for major findings in 2/98(2%)cases,and no major changes in patient management related to imaging findings occurred over this period, resulting in almost$500000 cost without significant patient benefit. We distributed these results to the Family Medicine department and clinics that frequently placed this order. An approximately 83%drop in ordering rate occurred over the ensuing 3 mo follow-up period.Sacrum MR imaging for low back pain and tail bone pain has not been a cost-effective diagnostic tool at our institution.Physician education was a useful tool in reducing overutilization of this study, with a remarkable drop in such studies after sharing these findings with primary care physicians at the institution. In conclusion, sacrum MR imaging rarely elucidates the cause of low back/tail pain diagnosed in a primary care setting and is even less likely to result in major changes in management. The practice can be adopted in other institutions for the benefit of their patients and improve cost efficiency.
文摘Objective:To explore the relationship between symptomatic functional status and quality of life of patients with low back myofascial pain syndrome(MPS).Methods:From July 2021 to June 2022,106 patients with low back myofascial pain syndrome in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University were selected as the research subjects.A total of 106 MPS patients were investigated with general information questionnaire,Memory Symptom Assessment Scale(MSAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and Short Form Questionnaire(SF-36).The relationship between quality of life and symptom distress and dysfunction was observed and analyzed based on symptom distress and dysfunction scores,SF-36 scores, and so on.Results:The total score of MSAS was 1.79±0.91.The overall symptom distress of the patients was moderate. The ODI score was 18.46±5.95.The functional disability of the patients was classified as moderately impaired. The MSAS-PHYS,MSAS-PSYCH,MSAS-GDI three scale scores were 2.14±0.75,1.69±0.88,1.55±0.46,respectively,and the variability of the three scales is relatively large;the dimension scores were significantly lower than those of the conventional scoring models, and P<0.05,indicating a statistical difference;the scores of each dimension of the patient’s quality of life were compared with the scores of symptom distress and functional status. The higher the symptom distress score, the lower the quality of life, with P<0.05,indicating a statistical difference;the higher the score of each dimension of functional status, the better the quality of life, showing a positive correlation, and P<0.05,indicating a statistical difference. Conclusion:MPS patients face a number of physical and psychological symptoms, and their functional status is limited.Nursing staff should implement health education and intervention measures according to the actual situation of the patients,so as to improve the quality of their lives.
文摘Objective:To investigate the potential of blastocyst development of D3 low quality embryos for blastocyst culturing and freezing. Methods:Two thousand one hundred and eighty embryos of 398 IVF/ICSI patients’ were observed after D3 embryo transfer. The low-quality embryos were cultured by sequential micro-drops and continuously observed blastocyst formation from D3 to D6. Results:(1) A total of 1,546 low-quality embryos were collected, and 426 blastocysts formed in D5-D6.Total blastocyst formation rate(BFR) was 27.56%,of which embryos with grade 6Ⅲ/Ⅳwere 40.87%(318/778),5Ⅰ/Ⅱ28.85%(30/104),4Ⅰ/Ⅱ8.88%(16/180),4Ⅲ/Ⅳ19.72%(56/284),2-3Ⅰ/Ⅱ3%(6/200).(2) Embryos with more blastomeres had a higher blastocyst formation rate. The lower qualities of embryos resulted in lower blastocyst formation rate. Conclusions:Low-quality embryos still have the potential to develop into blastocysts. Therefore, they should not be discarded on D3.They should be continually cultured to D6 in order to reduce embryo wastage and get good clinical results.
文摘Critical situations that cannot be solved by conventional approaches (traditional air quality monitoring networks), have the possibility of being managed quickly by a wide network of portable systems with sensors. Finally, a geospatial management system was built for the pollution data measured by the low-cost sensors.
