KINETICS OF DESULFURIZATION OF LOW TITANIA SLAG IN BLAST FURNACE

The desulphurizing reaction of the blast furnace low titania slag under the condition of no external agitation is confirmed to be of a first order. The controlling step is the diffusion of S in slag. The measures to accelerate the rate of desulfurization are approached.

高炉低钛渣脱硫的动力学研究

研究了高炉低钛渣脱硫的动力学,用扫描电镜初步研究了硫在渣铁界面附近的分布。结果表明,在无搅拌条件下,脱硫反应为一级反应;硫在渣中扩散为脱硫反应过程的限制环节,提出了提高脱硫反应速度的措施。
