Current Situation,Problems and Development Strategies of Marine Ecological Civilization Demonstration Areas in China

Based on analysis of current situation of national marine ecological civilization demonstration areas in China, problems were discussed from aspects of shoreline development, marine disaster waming, marine pollution, etc. Afterwards, some development strategies were proposed to provide references for construction of marine ecological civilization demonstration areas in China, thereby promoting overall construction of marine ecological civilization in China.

The Evolution of Landscape Patterns of and Optimization Measures for Urban Core Areas Against the Background of Urbanization: A Case Study of Yangling Demonstration Zone

Studying tiie urban landscape pattern plays a crucial role in scientific land use and management and in improving the urban ecological environment In this paper, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Fragstats, and other software were used to analyse the data of the fourth phase of land use in the core atea of Yangling Demonstration Zone. The results showed that： ① in the core area, the percentage of construction land incteased from 18.22% to 61.72%, and the percentage of agricultufal land decreased from 58.36% to 11.14%. And the fafm land was fragmented, and traffic connectivily was strengthened. The afea of garden land was reduced from 251.89 hm2 to 50.38 hm^2, and the landscape metric of forest land showed an inverted V-shaped curve. ②The year 2009 in four phases witnessed the greatest landscape fragmentation, both Edge Density （ED） and Ingest Patch Index （LPI） increased, and human interference enhanced the overall landscape complexity. Measures were fotmulated in terms of deaf development goals, optimized allocation of land resoutces, effective protection of ecological ted lines, and definite ecological responsibility, so as to optimize the urban landscape pattern.

Study on Low-carbon Landscape Design of Residential Areas

With landscape design of residential areas as the study object, by combining with the "low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission" principle of low-carbon economy, this paper tries to analyze the relatively systematic low-carbon landscape designs of modern residential areas.

FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION MODEL OF ECOLOGICAL DEMONSTRATION AREA

Ecological demonstration area (EDA) is an authorized nomination, which should be assessed from several aspects, including ecological, social, environmental, economic ones and so on. It is difficult to advance an exact developing level index of EDA due to its indicator system’s complexity and disequilibrium. In this paper, a framework of indicators was set to evaluate, monitor and examine the comprehensive level of ecological demonstration area (EDA). Fuzzy logic method was used to develop the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model (FCEM), which could quantitatively reveal the developing degree of EDA. Huiji District of Zhengzhou, Henan Province, one of the 9th group of national EDAs, was taken as a study case. The framework of FCEM for the integrated system included six subsystems, which were social, economic, ecological, rural, urban and accessorial description ones. The research would be valuable in the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of EDA and would work as a guide in the construction practices of Huiji ecological demonstration area.

Evaluation Indicator System of Low-carbon Landscape in Residential Areas: A Case Study of Garden Plant Landscape

Garden plant landscape is one of the main contents of low-carbon landscape design in residential areas. From the basic theory of garden plant landscaping, we put forth five principles and ideas concerning the building of evaluation indicator system of garden plant landscape, to establish the indicator system with ecological quality, recreational function and aesthetic effect as three layers. According to the characteristics of evaluation system, we use qualitative and quantitative integration method, coupled with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert consulting method, to determine the weight of various factors. And we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to test this indicator system, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research on evaluation indicator system of low-carbon landscape.

THOUGHTS ON CONSTRUCTING THE DEMONSTRATING AREAS OF THE ECOLOGICAL REBUILDING AND ECONOMIC SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN HEXI REGION

Based on the field investigations, this paper analyzes systematically the achievements and problems of constructing the demonstrating areas of the ecological rebuilding and economic sustainable development in Hexi, Gansu Province, and then the thoughts on constructing the demonstrating areas are brought forward. It is considered that all kinds of ecological demonstrating areas should be merged in order to construct large scale characterized demonstrating areas which go beyond the district. In other words, in Hexi Region, Zhangye District should be constructed as the largest ecoagriculture demonstrating area of high technology; Wuwei District should be constructed as the largest ecological demonstrating area of agricultural comprehensive exploitation; JiuJia District, which is the shortened form of Jiuquan and Jiayuguan, should be constructed as the largest ecotourism demonstrating area; and Jinchang City should be constructed as the largest ecoindustry demonstrating area. At the same time, the constructing pattern should be selected according to the actual circumstances; science and technology should be applied to construct the demonstrating areas and accelerate the industrialization in the big market. Additionally, it is important to smooth the constructing system and implement the flexible and efficacious running mechanism, and it is suggested that the committee should be organized to administer the ecological demonstrating areas in Hexi Region.

Cultivation and Management of Low-carbon Scenic Spots——A case study of Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area in Henan Provicne of China

After analysis of connotation of low-carbon scenic spots,the paper considered that a perfect low-carbon scenic spot is a comprehensive integrity with satisfying tourists' lowest tourist experience effect as the premise and with low energy consumption,low pollution and low emission as the foundation.Low-carbon tourist scenic spots had been classified into three types which are ecological type,cultural type and coupling type of ecology and culture.Representatives of each type of tourist scenic spot were illustrated.It proposed that government should play the leading role in cultivation of low-carbon scenic spot;tourism industry should enhance self supervision;tourism development mode should be transformed and upgrading of tourist products should be realized.By taking Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area of Henan Province for example,based on low-carbon tourist resources,low-carbon development of management,following measures realizing low-carbon economy were put forward:① purifying air quality and beautifying environment of scenic area;② sifting laggard productivity and protecting ecological resources in the scenic area by many means;③ sticking to low-carbon environmental protection concept and completing infrastructure service;④ developing tourist native products and souvenirs based on local resources;⑤ applying electronic access control ticket system,intelligent monitor system and LED information and communication platform,so as to achieve low-carbon management.

Demonstration on the Tropic of Cancer Passing through Fujian of China

The Tropic of Cancer is an ecological line closely touching with mankind,and takes 23°26'17″ N as the standard. Its passing provincial territory certainly includes the administered land,island and sea area. In view of that relative southern latitude of the provincial territory passed by the Tropic of Cancer must be smaller than 23°26'17″ N,by measuring map of Fujian sea area and integrating related arguments,the sea area administered by Fujian Province is between 23°31' and 23°09' N from the north to the south. The Tropic of Cancer passes through the sea area administered by Zhao'an County and Dongshan County of Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province,which verifies that the Tropic of Cancer passes through Fujian Province. It is ocean century in the 21^(st) century. Under the new international normal,by analysis and demonstration on the Tropic of Cancer passing through Fujian Province,it makes us concern the Tropic of Cancer in sea area besides that on the land. Only so,it could systematically and fully discuss,recognize and manage the Tropic of Cancer.

对我国农业标准化示范区的发展历程和发展现状及存在的问题进行了深入分析,发现农业标准化示范区普遍存在政策支持力度不足,资金投入不足,专业技术人才缺乏、农民标准化意识不强等问题需要解决。因此,在农业标准化示范区的建设过程中,各级政府应从政策、项目、制度等方面提供良好的政策环境;通过制定相应的地方标准,完善标准化生产体系,构建多元化的技术推广体系;建立农产品溯源体系,打造农业品牌,以品牌化驱动标准化等方式继续推进农业标准化建设,持续提升示范区经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,确保农业标准化示范区可持续发展。

雄安新区产城融合发展的创新路径

Literature Review on the Renovation Project of Self-Built Residential Buildings in the South Under the Low-Carbon Background

With the continuous exploration and research of low-carbon buildings in China,combined with foreign theories and practices,there are a few basic theoretical and practical projects for low-carbon construction in major cities of China.However,throughout the entire academic research,there is still no comprehensive and clear guidance for the green and low-carbon research and transformation of rural self-built houses.Therefore,the existing development of low-carbon technology for rural self-built houses has been summarized,and some prospects for the future development of rural self-built houses have been summarized.It is hoped that this will have positive help for future rural low-carbon transformation.

电子商务进农村综合示范政策对县域农业增长的影响研究

本文利用2000—2019年我国县域数据,采用多期DID等方法探讨了电子商务进农村综合示范政策对县域农业发展水平的影响。研究结果显示,电子商务进农村综合示范政策对县域农业经济发展水平提高具有显著的促进作用,且这种促进作用具有长期效应。这一结果在考虑实验组非随机分配、更换因变量和调整样本后仍然稳健。电子商务进农村综合示范政策主要通过农业产业集聚、农业金融服务改善两个途径对县域农业发展水平产生影响。异质性分析表明,电子商务进农村综合示范政策对粮食主产区、经济欠发达地区、地形平缓地区的农业发展水平的促进作用更强。因此,应重视农村电子商务发展对推进乡村全面振兴、促进共同富裕的重要作用,政府要在农村电子商务带头人培训、电子商务基础设施建设、农业产业集聚的产业空间布局规划等方面发挥作用,注重数字普惠金融与县域农业发展的融合,强化数字普惠金融的支持力度。

全域旅游示范区创建对旅游业高质量发展的影响研究——基于模糊集定性比较分析

以长三角27个中心城市为研究对象,整合供给体系、公共服务、环境质量、品牌营销以及国家级全域旅游示范区创建状态等5个要素,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探讨全域旅游示范区创建对旅游业高质量发展的影响。结果表明:单个要素不构成旅游业高质量发展和非高质量发展的必要条件;产生旅游业高质量发展的前因组态有3种,即资源-服务双优型、供给-营销协同型和环境-战略引领型;产生旅游业非高质量发展的前因组态有4种,其中缺乏高品质供给体系是影响旅游业实现高质量发展目标的核心问题。研究结论为拥有不同发展条件的城市实现旅游业高质量发展目标提供理论参考和实践建议。
