The accession to the WTO is the most important milestone in the process of China's globalization. It employs the bi-directional fixed effects model and the difference in differences( DID) method to study the impacts of globalization( joining WTO) on ALE and its mechanism of action in the context of China. The results show that the WTO makes ALE of China generally increased by about 34. 2%,promoting ALE with a long-term dynamic gradual process; long-term impact of globalization on ALE is about 83. 3%,which is higher than shortterm effect; the promotion of ALE is obtained mainly by the improvement of rural logistics infrastructure,rural informatization level,regional division of agriculture and the quality of rural labor force brought by globalization; agriculture logistics professional level has not yet acquired obvious enhancement during the process of globalization in China so far.展开更多

With the deepening of the concept of environmental protection, the application of low-carbon logistics technology is not only an inevitable choice for adapting to social development and responding to environmental protection slogans, but also an inevitable choice for the logistics industry to achieve sustainable development goals. Based on the brief introduction of low-carbon logistics technology, this paper analyzes the main obstacles of the application of the technology, and proposes corresponding incentive mechanism according to the obstacle factors, aiming at alleviating the resistance in the practical application of low-carbon logistics technology and promoting the realization of low-carbon logistics development.展开更多
Purpose-The spatiotemporal compression effect of China-Europe Railway Express(CR-Express)can reduce the filow costs of resources between China's node cities.Additionally,it can break through the limitations of low...Purpose-The spatiotemporal compression effect of China-Europe Railway Express(CR-Express)can reduce the filow costs of resources between China's node cities.Additionally,it can break through the limitations of low-added-value marine products,significantly impacting the logistics industry efficiency.However,there are few literature verifying and analyzing its heterogeneity.This study explores the impact of CR-Express on the efficiency of logistics industry in node cities and analyzes the heterogeneity.Design/methodology/approach-First,this study uses panel data to measure the efficiency of node city logistics industry.Secondiy,this study discusses the impact of the opening of CR-Express on the efficiency of logistics industry in node cities based on the multi-period differential model.Finally,according to the node city difference,the sample city experimental group is grouped for heterogeneity analysis.Findings-The results show that CR-Express can promote the urban logistics industry efficiency,with an average effect of 4.55%.According to the urban characteristics classification,the heterogeneity analysis shows that the efficiency improvement effect of logistics industry in inland cities is more obvious.The improvement effect of node cities and central cities in central and western China is stronger,especially in the sample of megacities and type I big cities.Compared with non-value chain industrial products,the CR-Express has significant promotion effects on the logistics efficiency of the cities where main goods are value chain products.Originality/value-Under the background of double cycle development,this paper can provide a scientific basis for the investment benefit evaluation of CR-Express construction and the follow-up route planning.展开更多
We took the iron-efficient and iron-inefficient soybean varieties with significant differences in iron efficiency as the test materials,in order to ascertain the relationship between the low iron stress and the iron e...We took the iron-efficient and iron-inefficient soybean varieties with significant differences in iron efficiency as the test materials,in order to ascertain the relationship between the low iron stress and the iron efficiency of soybean varieties.The results showed that through the principal component analysis,it was found that the contribution rate of the shoot light energy absorption factor and root morphological factor was the highest,reaching 41.0% and 67.2%,respectively.According to the eigenvector with high absolute value for the two factors,it was found that improving photosynthesis and root surface area could help to improve the ability of soybean to resist low iron.From the dynamic simulation results of Logistic equation,both V and Vmof the shoot and root of iron-efficient varieties were higher than those of iron-inefficient varieties;the low iron treatment postponed the time of the root of iron-inefficient varieties to reach Vm,while the iron-efficient varieties were resistant to the damage caused by the low iron to growth by improving root V.However,when the iron concentration was 0 mM,regardless of iron-efficient varieties or iron-inefficient varieties,the shoot V,Vmand △t were all low,indicating that the division of different iron efficiency varieties was relative,not absolute,and the ability of plant to resist stress was not only determined by its own characteristics,but also closely related to the degree of stress.展开更多
