The europium-doped LaF3 nanoparticles were prepared by refluxing method in glycerol/water mixture and characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrum, and photoluminescence spectra.The results of XRD indicated that the obtained LaF3:Eu^3+ nanoparticles were well crystallized with a hexagonal structure.The FE-SEM image illustrated that the LaF3:Eu^3+ nanoparticles were spherical with an average size around 30 nm.Under irradiation of UV light, the emission spectrum of LaF3:Eu^3+ nanoparticles exhibited the characteristic line emissions arising from the 5D0→7FJ(J=1, 2, 3, 4) transitions of the Eu3+ ions, with the dominating emission centered at 590 nm.In addition, the emissions from the 5D1 level could be clearly observed due to the low phonon energies(-350 cm^-1) of LaF3 matrix.The optimum doping concentration for LaF3:Eu3+ nanoparticles was determined to be 20mol.%. 展开更多

The complex fluoride, KNiF3, with perovskite structure was synthesized by refluxing KF and Ni(NO3)2·6H20 in ethanediol. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance speetroseopy(UV-Vis DRS). The results indicate that the mean diameter of KNiF3 particles is about 30-60 nm and the oxygen content in the samples is ≤5%. The prepared KNiF3 shows obvious absorption peaks at 400-830 nm. 展开更多

To study the modification mechanism of activated carbon(AC)by Fe and the low-temperature NH_(3)-selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration mechanism of Fe/AC catalysts,Fe/AC catalysts were prepared using coconut shell AC activated by nitric acid as the support and iron oxide as the active component.The crystal structure,surface morphology,pore structure,functional groups and valence states of the active components of Fe/AC catalysts were characterised by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,nitrogen adsorption and desorption,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,respectively.The effect of Fe loading and calcination temperature on the low-temperature denitration of NH_(3)-SCR over Fe/AC catalysts was studied using NH_(3)as the reducing gas at low temperature(150℃).The results show that the iron oxide on the Fe/AC catalyst is spherical and uniformly dispersed on the surface of AC,thereby improving the crystallisation performance and increasing the number of active sites and specific surface area on AC in contact with the reaction gas.Hence,a rapid NH_(3)-SCR reaction was realised.When the roasting temperature remains constant,the iron oxide crystals formed by increasing the amount of loading can enter the AC pore structure and accumulate to form more micropores.When the roasting temperature is raised from 400 to 500℃,the iron oxide is mainly transformed fromα-Fe_(2)O_(3)toγ-Fe_(2)O_(3),which improves the iron oxide dispersion and increases its denitration active site,allowing gas adsorption.When the Fe loading amount is 10%,and the roasting temperature is 500℃,the NO removal rate of the Fe/AC catalyst can reach 95%.According to the study,the low-temperature NH_(3)-SCR mechanism of Fe/AC catalyst is proposed,in which the redox reaction between Fe~(2+)and Fe~(3+)will facilitate the formation of reactive oxygen vacancies,which increases the amount of oxygen adsorption on the surface,especially the increase in surface acid sites,and promotes and adsorbs more reaction gases(NH_(3),O_(2),NO).The transformation from the standard SCR reaction to the fast SCR reaction is accelerated. 展开更多

By combing the characteristics of drilling in Antarctic region, performance requirements on drilling fluid for Antarctic low temperature conditions, and research progress of low temperature drilling fluid, current problems of the drilling fluid have been sorted out, and the development direction of the drilling fluid has been pointed out. Drilling in the Antarctic region mainly includes drilling in snow, ice and subglacial rock formations, and drilling in Antarctic low temperature conditions will face problems in four aspects:(1) low temperature and large temperature changes in the drilling area;(2) likely well leakage and drillstring-sticking in the snow layer, creep in the ice layer, ice chip gathering jamming in the warm ice layer, well wall collapse in the subglacial rock formations;(3) lack of infrastructure and difficulty in logistical support;(4) fragile environment and low carrying capacity. After years of development, progresses have been made on low-temperature drilling fluids for the Antarctic region. Low-temperature petroleum-based drilling fluid, ethanol/ethylene glycol-based drilling fluid, ester-based drilling fluid and silicone oil-based drilling fluid have been developed. However, these drilling fluids have problems such as insufficient low-temperature tolerance, low environmental performance and weak wellbore stability, etc. In order to meet the performance requirements of drilling fluid under low-temperature conditions in Antarctic region, the working mechanisms of low-temperature drilling fluid must be examined in depth;environment-friendly low-temperature base fluid of drilling fluid and related additives must be developed to prepare environmentally friendly low temperature drilling fluid systems;multi-functional integrated adjustment method for drilling fluid must be worked out to ensure well wall stability and improve cutting-carry capacity when drilling ice formations and ice-rock interlayers;and on-site support operation codes must be established to provide technical support for Antarctic drilling. 展开更多

With Pueraria edulis from different habitats in Yunnan Province,Guangdong Province and Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region as materials,the medicinal materials of P.edulis were extracted by ethanol condensation reflux extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction,and the effects of different extraction methods the contents of total flavonoids in P.edulis from different areas were compared.The results showed that the best extraction time for P.edulis in Yunnan Province was 20 min,and that for Guangdong and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was 30 min.The yield of total flavonoids from P.edulis extracted by the condensation reflux extraction method was relatively better.The content of total flavonoids in P.edulis in Yunnan was the highest with an average content of 0.2557%,while the average content of total flavonoids in P.edulis in Guangdong was the lowest with an average content of 0.2108%. 展开更多

调肝理脾法治疗肝胃郁热型难治性胃食管反流的临床研究

目的观察调肝理脾法治疗肝胃郁热型难治性胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法选取2022年3月-2023年9月首都医科大学附属北京中医医院收治的肝胃郁热型难治性胃食管反流病患者共60例,随机分为2组,各30例。对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊+调肝理... 目的观察调肝理脾法治疗肝胃郁热型难治性胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法选取2022年3月-2023年9月首都医科大学附属北京中医医院收治的肝胃郁热型难治性胃食管反流病患者共60例,随机分为2组,各30例。对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊+调肝理脾方中药颗粒模拟剂治疗,治疗组给予调肝理脾方中药颗粒+奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊。比较治疗前后食管黏膜炎症改善情况、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)和胃食管反流病量表(GERD-Q)、症状及证候的疗效评价、复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组胃镜下食管黏膜炎症改善有效率为93.33%,高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05);2组治疗后的SF-36评分显著升高,GERD-Q评分在治疗后显著降低,且治疗组SF-36评分高于对照组,GERD-Q评分低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,治疗组中医证候评分显著低于对照组,治疗组的中医症候治疗率为96.67%,高于对照组80.00%(P均<0.05);治疗后,治疗组临床疗效为93.33%高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05);随访6个月后,治疗组未服药人数显著多于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论调肝理脾法可显著改善肝胃郁热型难治性胃食管反流病患者食管黏膜炎症、提高生活质量,改善中医证候及临床症状、复发性低,具有较好的临床治疗效果。 展开更多

芪七连胶囊两种不同制备工艺对剂型成型的影响及药效评价研究

目的:改进芪七连胶囊的提取工艺和制备工艺,并进行药效学评价。方法:以粒度分布、休止角、吸湿率、胶囊的装量差异为评价指标,对比两种制备工艺(乙醇回流提取法和水煎法)对芪七连胶囊成型的影响,并以自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)为模型,对所... 目的:改进芪七连胶囊的提取工艺和制备工艺,并进行药效学评价。方法:以粒度分布、休止角、吸湿率、胶囊的装量差异为评价指标,对比两种制备工艺(乙醇回流提取法和水煎法)对芪七连胶囊成型的影响,并以自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)为模型,对所得的芪七连胶囊成品的降压和血管内皮保护作用进行评价。结果:分别以10倍量、8倍量的50%乙醇回流提取方中黄芪、黄连、黄柏、蒲黄、杜仲、钩藤药材2次,第1次2 h,第2次1 h,减压干燥后加入三七细粉,制粒后填充胶囊。其粒度分布、休止角、吸湿率、胶囊的装量差异均优于原工艺(水煎法)。药效学实验表明,新工艺所制芪七连胶囊成品,给与临床使用量,可明显降低SHR大鼠的血压,且具有保护血管内皮细胞作用,其药效优于原工艺成品(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:新工艺的制备工艺可行、稳定,所制得成品具有明显的降压及保护血管内皮的作用。 展开更多

中医“和法”治疗胃癌术后反流性食管炎的疗效

目的探讨中医“和法”联合针刺治疗胃癌术后反流性食管炎的疗效及对血清miR-223、miR-181a的影响。方法选取2019年3月-2022年8月于我院行胃癌手术后出现反流性食管炎的患者86例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。... 目的探讨中医“和法”联合针刺治疗胃癌术后反流性食管炎的疗效及对血清miR-223、miR-181a的影响。方法选取2019年3月-2022年8月于我院行胃癌手术后出现反流性食管炎的患者86例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊和多潘立酮片,观察组在对照组基础上,采用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合针刺治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、中医症状积分、胃肠激素、炎症因子、miR-223、miR-181a等指标。采用Pearson相关分析miR-223、miR-181a与炎症因子的关系,采用多因素Logistic回归和ROC曲线分析miR-223、miR-181a对反流性食管炎复发的预测价值。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.001),观察组的GAS、MTL水平高于对照组(P<0.001),观察组的白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1β、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平均低于对照组(P<0.001),观察组miR-223水平低于对照组,miR-181a水平高于对照组(P<0.001)。血清miR-223水平与IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平呈正相关(P<0.001),血清miR-181a水平与IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平呈负相关(P<0.001)。miR-223为反流性食管炎复发的独立危险因素(OR=2.184,P<0.001),miR-181a为反流性食管炎复发的独立保护因素(OR=0.268,P<0.001)miR-223、miR-181a及二者联合预测的AUC分别为0.837、0.811、0.934,二者联合预测优于各自单独预测效能(Z=7.168、9.376,P<0.001)。结论中医“和法”联合针刺能提高胃癌术后反流性食管炎患者疗效,改善症状,调节胃肠激素,抑制炎症反应,降低血清miR-223水平,提高miR-181a水平,血清miR-223、miR-181a均是反流性食管炎复发的独立影响因素,二者联合对反流性食管炎复发有很好的预测价值。 展开更多

目的递减法抗反流药物治疗胃食管反流病的疗效及预后分析。方法选取2022年1月~2023年6月阳东区人民医院收治的胃食管反流病(GERD)患者80例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予8周口服泮托拉唑钠肠溶片、伊托必利分... 目的递减法抗反流药物治疗胃食管反流病的疗效及预后分析。方法选取2022年1月~2023年6月阳东区人民医院收治的胃食管反流病(GERD)患者80例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予8周口服泮托拉唑钠肠溶片、伊托必利分散片,采用递减法逐渐减低治疗剂量,对照组给予连续8周口服泮托拉唑钠肠溶片、伊托必利分散片常规治疗。比较两组患者恢复情况、复发率、不良反应、精神状况、细胞因子等水平差异。结果治疗后治疗组细胞因子水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组胃食管反流病量表(RDQ)、症状消失时间明显低于对照组、镜下恢复率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组RDQ评分>12分的患者数量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组胃潴留、腹泻、便秘发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论递减法可以有效控制GERD症状及复发情况,有效缓解焦虑抑郁并改善了睡眠状况,不良反应发生率明显减少。 展开更多

迷迭香具有抑菌、抗氧化等生物活性,为获得有效抑菌成分,该研究通过单因素试验结合响应面试验优化迷迭香粗提物提取工艺;利用牛津杯法和滤纸圆片法对迷迭香粗提物抑菌作用进行研究,并确定其最低抑菌浓度。研究结果表明:迷迭香粗提物提... 迷迭香具有抑菌、抗氧化等生物活性,为获得有效抑菌成分,该研究通过单因素试验结合响应面试验优化迷迭香粗提物提取工艺;利用牛津杯法和滤纸圆片法对迷迭香粗提物抑菌作用进行研究,并确定其最低抑菌浓度。研究结果表明:迷迭香粗提物提取最优工艺条件为液料比7∶1(mL/g)、提取温度78℃、提取时间62 min、乙醇浓度60%、提取次数3次,在此条件下,迷迭香粗提物得率为(32.40±0.52)%。抑菌试验结果表明,迷迭香粗提物对食品中常见致病菌(如大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌)均具有较好的抑制作用,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为15.12、22.15、23.22、9.58 mm,最低抑菌浓度分别为50.0、12.5、25.0、25.0 mg/mL。 展开更多

Active boundary layer flow control and boundary layer manipulation in the channel flow that was based on low temperature plasma were studied by means of a lattice Boltzmann method. Two plasma actuators were placed in a row to obtain the influence rule of their separation distance on the velocity profile at three locations and maximum velocity in the flow field. Two plasma actuators were placed symmetrically inside a channel to examine the effect of channel height and voltage on the velocity profile and flow rate. It was found that the channel height controls the distribution of flow velocity, which affected the flow rate and its direction. Increasing plasma voltage had a negative effect on the flow rate due to the generation of a larger and stronger flow vortex. 展开更多

Bismuth-doped tin dioxide (BTO) nanometer powders were prepared by the wet chemical method using tin tetrachloride (SnCl4), bismuth nitrate [Bi(NO3) 3 ] and ammonia as raw materials. Non-bridge hydroxides and capillary force between particles were found to be key factors causing hard aggregation of BTO through analyzing the formation mechanism of hard aggregation. The hard aggregation of BTO was eliminated effectively when the Bi-Sn precursor (BSP) was treated with post processing including dispersing with ultrasonic wave, refluxing and distilling with addition of n-butanol and benzene (DRD) and drying by microwave. Characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), BTO spherical particles with tetragonal phase structure are well crystallized, dispersed easily and the average size was less than 10 nm. 展开更多
